Recently, the branch-out of foreign companies into domestic markets through M&A and the opened followed by the Free Trade Agreement(FTA) with America have made the environmental site assessments of specific site more necessary. In this study, through case study of conducting actual environmental site assessment by use of a toolbox approach at a large scale of chemical plant with various contaminants located in a coastal area, the problems of guideline of domestic environmental assessment of soil were complemented. And an efficient and economical assessment was achieved. All six steps such as basic investigation, environmental site history survey, sampling and analysis, installation of monitoring wells and hydrogeological survey, and data interpretation were conducted in this study. All results of document survey, geological lineament analysis, field geology survey of surrounding area, geophysical prospecting of the site, hydraulic conductivity, measurement of groundwater flow rate and direction, sampling and analysis at each step were associated and estimated as an integrated tool box approach. As a consequence of this study, toolbox approaches were very useful techniques for contamination level and site characterization of subsurface media. The given conditions to conduct a basic survey for domestic soil environment assessment of site by use of existing documents, as well as interviews with the owner/manager/user of all adjacent properties and thorough review of all practically reviewable records pertaining to the property and surrounding properties within "Guideline for Soil Environment Assessment" radii are very poor. As a result, the application of toolbox approach in the environment site assessment of site is not only more efficient and economical, but also could be very useful assessment to integrate the soil and groundwater contamination.
The purpose of this research is to evaluate the efficiency of soil pollution investigation conducted at South Korea and Gyeonggi-do, and to drive the way to improve its efficiency. The average pollution discovery rates in the soil pollution investigation were 2,7% in South Korea and 1.9% in Gyeonggi-do respectively during the last six years (2002${\sim}$2007), which the discovery rates were lower than those of Japan and United States of America. The exceeding rate of the Korea soil pollution standard of the heavy metal and petroleum compounds in the soil pollution investigation were 89.8% and 8.9%, respectively in the whole country. The investigation rate of topsoil for heavy metal and deepsoil analysis for petroleum compounds analysis were 38% and 62% respectively. This show contradictory result which is demanded the improvement of investigation method on the deep soil. The main steps affecting the discovery rate of soil pollution were site selection step, sampling step and analysis step. We suggested the the guideline of priority on the site selection step which was the most important step. Also, the certificate need to be provided to the companies which have lower soil pollution degree after conducting the soil pollution investigation.
Purpose: This study is to explore the essence of those lives who have been living with their mothers- in- law for more than 10years since their marriage by applying Van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenological methodology. It consists of four steps such as concentration on the nature of lived experience, existential research, hermeneutic phenomenological reflection and hermeneutic phenomenological writing. Method: Six middle aged participants who have been living with mothers- in- law in middle size of cities were interviewed and observed with their written consent for one month from 20, April. 2000 to 20 May 2000. To expand insight by analyzing sayings, folks stories, writings, etymology of sigipsalee relevant to it were collected and reviewed. Result: Five essential themes were derived by repeated reviewing the transcription of those interview such as difficulty living with endless heart distress, feeling oppressed, feeling deeply lonely, having a stronger backing as time passes, in turn harmonizing with each other. On the basis of the five essential theme hermeneutic phenomenological writing was done as follow. Participants lived lives filled with uneasy feeling from the newly formed relationship among in laws but especially with mothers- in- law. Participants did their best to be acknowledged found that at a significant moment during family event they would be treated as strangers so that they felt isolated and alone. Mothers in laws played a dominant role in most of family decision even buying their children's clothes. Mother in laws rarely complemented them so that they felt inferior as a person. As time passes. Mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law become adjusted to this lifestyle with each other and assumed a more mature relationship which includes a mutual respect thus better harmony. Participants become to have stronger backing so that they express their opinion to mothers-inlaw. With time both of them are getting old, participants show form of pity to their mothers-in- law. Sometimes participant surprise themselves by noticing a change in their behavior to the same pattern Mothers-in-law have showed them. Conclusion: Although generalizations have limitations, findings resulting from the study will enrich family nursing knowledge and understanding the problems when living with mothers-in- law in the same house. It will give a cleared view of problems faced by middle aged korean women in the Korean patriarchal culture. Researchers have recommended to study experiences of married young adult korean women's generation and the findings compared with this study to show trends and changes.
Analytical geopotential field in balance with the sectoral mode (the first symmetric mode with respect to the equator) of the Rossby-Haurwitz wave on the inclined rotation axis was derived in presence of superrotation background flow. The balanced field was obtained by inverting the divergence equation with the time derivative being zero. The inversion consists of two steps, i.e., the evaluation of nonlinear forcing terms and the finding of analytical solutions based on the Poisson's equation. In the second step, the forcing terms in the from of Legendre function were readily inverted due to the fact that Legendre function is the eigenfunction of the spherical Laplacian operator, while other terms were solved either by introducing a trial function or by integrating the Legendre equation. The balanced field was found to be expressed with six zonal wavenumber components, and shown to be of asymmetric structure about the equator. In association with asymmetricity, the advantageous point of the balanced field as a validation method for the numerical model was addressed. In special cases where the strength of the background flow is a half of or exactly the same as the rotation rate of the Earth it was revealed that one of the zonal wavenumber components vanishes. The analytical balanced field was compared with the geopotential field which was obtained using a spherical harmonics spectral model. It was found that the normalized difference lied in the order of machine rounding, indicating the reliability of the analytical results. The stability of the sectoral mode of Rossby-Haurwitz wave and the associated balanced field was discussed, comparing with the flrst antisymmetric mode.
The purpose of this study is to verify the applicability of concept mapping in the process of planning social welfare program based on community network. Concept mapping is a kind of decision-making method that structuralized complex ideas and presented visually. Already, concept mapping is widely utilized in counseling, nursing and public health area to plan and evaluation their program and service. For recent, effectiveness of concept mapping has been reported. Concept mapping is a effective decision-making method that they recognize outcome gap between service provider and client, reach the outcome's consensus in counseling and nursing, medical area. In this study, we conceptualized 3rd year outcomes of Community Impact Project that was supported from Busan Chest using concept mapping. This CI project intervenes children and youth who lives in Buk-gu, Busan. Concept mapping has six stages-preparation, collecting ideas, structuring statements, representing statement, interpreting the results of the analysis, applying the results. We followed these steps. The participants were working at social welfare organizations, total 11 persons. We obtained 60 statements and analyzed using multidimensional scaling. we collected 5 clusters, cluster 1 'awareness and attitude change of children and youth', cluster 2 'social system change of children and youth', cluster 3 'friendly community formation', cluster 4 'community people change', cluster 5 'service provider change'. As a result, among total 5 clusters formed, 'awareness and attitude change of children and youth' came to the strongest outcomes. When concept mapping was applied to the program planning, the consensus of the opinion came easily in the decision-making process, and the participants were empowered. In addition, clear conceptualization on each element of the program planning was made.
1) Two xylanase (designed as A and B) of Myriococcus albomyces were purified from an extract of wheat koji culture. Puriscation steps included first ammonium sulfate fractionation followed successively by SE-Sephadex column chromatgraphy. DEAE-Sephadex column chromatography and gel filtration on Sephadex G-100 repectively. 2) The optimum pH and pH stability for crude xylanse were found to be pH 5.0 and pH 4.0-7.0 respectively. 3) The optimium temperature was found to he 5$0^{\circ}C$ and for the thermal statbility of xylanase, the enryme incubated at $65^{\circ}C$ for 60min did not affect their stability. 4) The purised xylanase A and B were considered as liquefying xylanase and saccharogenic xylauase repectively. 5) The Bylanase A was most active at pH 4.0 and range of pH 3.0-8.0 at 3$0^{\circ}C$ for six hrs. The B was most active at pH 5.0 showing stability range of pH 4.0 to 8.5 at 3$0^{\circ}C$ for 6 hrs. incubation respectively. The Optimum temperature of xylanase A and B were found to be 7$0^{\circ}C$ and $65^{\circ}C$ for 60min repectively.

This study was a pilot test of serious educational game content(named Roly Poly 160) designed to enhance self-care by elderly diabetics. Roly Poly 160 was developed in eight steps (literature review, demand survey and consultation, extraction of serious content using games, development of Roly Poly 160, pretest for users, workshop for health care workers, final completion of Roly Poly 160 and user satisfaction survey of Roly Poly 160). Roly Poly 160 is intuitively structured in three modules (self-management, card games, and quiz games) that can be self-managed by the elderly and is designed based on six principles. First, we constructed an intuitive interface considering the age of users. Second, the menu was selected as the main menu for Koreans and calorie learning was made at the same time. Third, the calories and nutrients (carbohydrate, fat, protein, calcium, sodium) of selected foods are analyzed, and all test data recorded in the questionnaire chart are graphically displayed by year, month and week so that the change trends can be grasped at a glance. Fourth, necessary data were saved and output and used as educational data. Fifth, user data are made compatible and aggregated and up to 100 million members can be registered. Sixth, it is designed to be developed as a mobile app if necessary. Using Roly Poly 160, 119 diabetic patients were diagnosed with diabetes, and the satisfaction score was 4.26 out of 5. These findings indicate that Roly Poly 160 is appropriate as a diabetes self-care tool and suggests that there is a possibility to use it as a program to educate people about diabetes in public health centers, hospitals and clinics.

Due to development of the national economy growth, livestock goods consumption has rapidly increased over the past 30 years. It has led livestock breeders to increase their livestock numbers. An increased number of livestock have consequently resulted in an increasing animal feces generation. According to the agricultural statistics provided by the Bureau of Statistics, livestock manure amounts to 47,235 thousand tons in 2013. To treat livestock manure, various types of treatment facilities like composting, liquid fertilization, purification, and anaerobic digestion facilities are being applied. In composting facility, there are four kinds of agitation system: escalator, paddle, screw and rotary type. In case of liquid fertilization process, there are two types of system: aeration and anoxic type. There are about 8,000 liquid fertilization facilities for treatment livestock manure in Korea. For purification of livestock manure, the treatment process is divided by three steps: Solid/Liquid separation process, Secondary purification process and advanced oxidation process. About 21 thousand tons of livestock manure was treated by anaerobic digestion facility in 2012. In every type of facility for livestock manure treatment, it is very important to choose the optimal deodorization equipment for the livestock manure treatment facility. In this study, the investigation has been carried out for six years to analyse the characteristics of livestock manure treatment facilities and related technique of Korea.

The study proposed a strategy for supporting North Korea's SOC construction in the future by reviewing domestic and foreign cases. According to the literatureanalysis, we developed a candidate list of technology for SOC of North Korea in terms of Construction Management / economy sectors. The category is North Korea SOC construction support, and the sub-category is North Korea SOC construction support program. The implementation procedures included the following six steps: Preparation, Support for Establishing Construction Industry Base, Support for Establishing Business Management Base, Support for HR Management Base, Business Model Establishment/Expansion, and Monitoring of Management Result. Lastly, we developed twenty-five candidates of detailed technology. In the future, it is necessary to decide a methodology for project implementation by each scenario after selecting a study area, and to develop a more specified scenario.

The UK is famous for being the first country in Europe to adopt the policies of marketisation regarding social welfare. Numerous other countries, including social democratic countries, have followed suit, and South Korea has also adopted the marketisation of care through the introduction of long-term care insurance. The aim of this study is to examine recent reforms concerning adult social care market in the UK, and to determine policy recommendations to further develop the Korean long-term care insurance market. Findings show that the UK has actively regulated and managed the care market. In particular, after the sudden bankruptcy of nursing homes, the CQC systematically analyzes the risks of bankruptcy of big service providers in terms of financial conditions and quality of services according to the six steps detailed in the Care Act 2014. If some service providers experience high levels of risk, the CQC reports results to local authorities in order to manage the risk of bankruptcy of these service providers. Such reforms in the UK suggest a number of policy measures for South Korea in which the problems of long-term care market are prevalent, including increased system management, introduction of a new inspection system, the expansion of public-based inspection organizations, and disclosure of information by the National Health Insurance Corporation.
