사용종료 비위생 매립 부지의 활용 방안 연구 (Reuse Alternatives Analysis of Closed Unsanitary Landfills)

  • 본 연구는 경북지역에 산재한 사용종료 비위생 매립 부지의 특성을 토대로 효율적인 부지 활용 방안 제시를 목적으로 하였다. 연구 대상 매립 부지의 활용성에 영향을 주는 인자를 선정하여 매립 부지의 유형을 분류함으로써 체계적인 활용방안 선택의 기초 자료를 제공하였다. 매립 부지의 활용 인자로는 부지의 면적, 도로 이격 거리, 마을 이격 거리를 분석하였으며 통계 분석을 통하여 대상 매립 부지의 유형을 결정짓는 주요 인자는 부지의 면적임을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 매립 부지의 특성에 알맞은 활용 방안 결정 지침을 제시하였다.

인터넷 경매 이용 소비자의 구매, 소비자만족, 재이용의도 및 관련 변수 (Consumers' purchase behavior and satisfaction in auction cite)

  • This paper searches Internet auction sites to study consumer willingness to reuse and consumer satisfaction, along with its frequency of usage and evaluation. This study also examines the differency in the frequency of usage, the number of products purchased, consumer satisfaction and willingness to reuse, and evaluation of the auction sites according to the characteristics of consumers' socio-economic factors and the auction site itself. Determinant variables is investigated in the level of consumer satisfaction. The results of this study are as below: First, consumers used auction sites frequently, especially when they were in their 20s, intended to purchase clothes, and thought the delivery time would be short. In addition, consumers were more likely to purchase products, with low income buy first pay later, and short deliberation. Second, consumers, unemployed and in their 50s, sell-purchase among consumers were less likely to have a willingness to reuse the auction site. However, consumers with an experience to buy clothes or products with a price between 50,000 and 100,000 won were more likely to have a willingness to reuse the site. Third, consumer satisfaction with auction sites were higher among those who were females; responsible as a consumer; full of experiences; and received the product within a short period of time. Lastly, the willingness to reuse auction sites was positively related to the following type of consumers: single, employed, and responsible as a consumer.

  • In the calculation of DCGLs using RESRAD code, the selection of input parameter values is paramount, which is basically possible when specific measures for selecting reuse scenarios and probabilistic evaluation methods are established. When referring to the impact of the age group considered in the environmental impact assessment among the existing operations of the plant, it may also need to be applied in the decommissioning project, and there will be considerations along with site reuse scenarios and probabilistic evaluations. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to distinguish the types of exposure affected by residual radioactivity contamination during the process of deriving DCGL to be used in the final site release stage of NPPs and to evaluate them by reasonably assigning age group parameter values. In addition, the case of entering a single value for parameter values by age group and the case of entering probabilistic distributions were compared and analyzed.

  • These days, getting a gob is emerging as a hot social issue, and specialized sites offering job information are rapidly increasing. On the contrary of quantitative increase, job information sites have lots of problems with respect to satisfying customer's needs. This study is designed to explore web-site service quality factors in job information site, and relationship among characteristic web service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship quality and reuse intention. In this study we found that customer satisfaction is prior to relationship quality, which decide long-term customer relationship. And also, Trust which is one of the relationship quality and customer satisfaction affect customers reuse intent respectively. This study also found that characteristic service quality in related to job information site can be composed of four factors such as delivery of information, customization, web design and interaction. Delivery of information, web design and interaction affect trust, and web design and interaction affect customer satisfaction. And also relationship quality is prior to reuse intention.

Calculation of preliminary site-specific DCGLs for nuclear power plant decommissioning using hybrid scenarios

  • Korea's first commercial nuclear power plant at Kori site was permanently shut down in 2017 and is currently in transition stage. Preparatory activities for decommissioning such as historical site assessment, characterization, and dismantling design are being actively carried out for successful D&D (Dismantling and Decontamination) at Kori site. The ultimate goal of decommissioning will be to ensure the safety of workers and residents that may arise during the decommissioning of nuclear facilities and, thereby finally returning the site to its original status in accordance with the release criteria. Upon completion of decommissioning, the resident's safety at a site released will be assessed from the evaluation of dose caused by radionuclides expected to be present or detected at the site. Although the U.S. commercial nuclear power plants with decommissioning experience use different site release criteria, most of them are 0.25 mSv/y. In Korea, both the unrestricted and restricted release criteria have been set to 0.1 mSv/y by the Nuclear Safety and Security Commission. However, since the dose is difficult to measure, measurable concentration guideline levels for residual radionuclides that result in dose equivalent to the site release criteria should be derived. For this derivation, site reuse scenario, selection of potential radionuclides, and systematic methodology should be developed in planning stage of Kori site decommissioning. In this paper, for calculation of a preliminary site-specific Derived Concentration Guideline Levels (DCGLs) for the Nuclear Power Plant site, a novel approach has been developed which can fully reflect practical reuse plans of the Kori site by taking into account multiple site reuse scenarios sequentially, thereby striking a remarkable distinction with conventional approaches which considers only a single site scenario.

  • 최근 e-러닝은 급속히 확산되고 있는 추세이며 이에 따른 이슈 중 하나가 e-러닝 사이트에 대한 서비스품질 즉, 제공하는 사이트의 서비스품질이 사용자들에게 얼마만큼의 학습성과를 통한 만족을 가져다 줄 수 있는 지에 관한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 e-러닝의 사업 분류 중 일반인과 학생을 교육대상으로 하는 B2C e-러닝 사이트의 서비스품절 결정요인을 구성하고 개인성과를 매개로 사용자만족과 재이용의향에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 실증분석 하였다. 이러한 연구목적에 따른 결과를 토대로 e-러닝의 실질적인 활성화를 위해 우선적으로 고려해야 할 사항들과 전략적 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • 원자력시설 해체부지를 재이용하는 과정에서 유발될 수 있는 방사선학적 리스크를 사전에 선별하기 위한 목적으로 단순화된 방사선량 평가모델을 개발하고, 이를 Microsoft $Excel{\circledR}$ 스프레드시트와 내장된 Visual Basic 및 마크로 기능을 활용하여 기능별로 모듈화된 평가도구를 구현하였다. 이와 함께 부지 특성자료가 불충분할 경우 신속한 사전평가를 위해 적용할 수 있는 일련의 입력변수 값 목록을 제안하였다. 동일한 조건에서 이 연구에서 개발된 평가도구를 이용해 유도한 사전 선별준위가 RESRAD Ver.6.2를 이용해 계산된 유도농도지침한계 및 독일 방사선방호령에 규정된 핵종별 부지 재이용 기준농도를 합리적으로 근사할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • 세계적으로 수명을 다한 원자력발전소들이 증가하면서 노후화 된 원전의 해체에 대한 관심도 커져가고 있다. 특히 국토가 좁고 자원이 부족한 국내의 경우 원전을 해체하는데 있어 부지 재이용 문제는 하나의 중요한 사안이지만, 아직까지 부지 재이용을 위한 구체적인 법적 부지해제기준이 마련되어 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부지해제를 위한 IAEA의 국제적 안전기준(Safety Guide No. WS-G-5.1) 및 국내 관련기준, 미국 유럽 등 선진국들의 부지해제 사례들을 분석하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 적절한 선량기준 및 국내 부지해제 기준 수립 시 고려해야하는 사항들을 제언하였다. 이는 원전 해체 후 부지 재이용을 위한 국내 부지해제 기준 수립을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

  • This study examines the general reuse plan for deteriorated multi-family housing (apartrtments) in the urban fringe of Taegu City. The apartments which were built in the 1970's have to be improved. It is necessary to carry out the actual investigation for alternatives of reconstruction or reuse. From the above point of view, the study lays its purpose to find pertinent directions for the reasonable reuse plan, and gets on as follows; 1) Analize the residential state for users' needs of detoriorated aprtments through an investigation. 2) Synthesize the experts' opinions about matters related to reuse planning through a questionnaire. 3) Suggest the general solutions in three areas; unit dwelling, housing site, equipment and facilities, Finally, in the future housing development projects, concepts of reuse planning should be reflected beforehand.

단지규모 개발사업의 지속가능성 확보를 위한 녹지 평가 모형 개발 (Development of Evaluation Model on Greenspace for Sustainability of Site-scale Development Projects)

  • This study aims to develop the model of evaluation on greenspace to increase the sustain ability of the planning and management for site-scale development projects. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: (1) The comprehensive principles of sustainable development projects were established, which include coexistence of man and nature, reflection of ecological principles, minimization of environmental pollution and damage, recycling and reuse of materials. (2) According to established principles, the evaluation criteria were classified into seven categories as follows: retention of ample greenspace, formation of greenspace as a habitat, species diversity of vegetation, consideration of indigenous plants, construction of green network, conservation of greenspace, and reuse of plant materials. (3) As a result of the analysis of questionnaire of experts, evaluation model was worked out with which we can evaluate environmental friendliness greenspace. And, the final evaluation indicators for greenspace are the rate of greeneries volume, securing habitat, indigenous plants, reuse of plant materials, and species diversity of vegetation, and the indicator of greenspace conservation.
