  • This study investigated the classification and characteristics of augmented reality (AR) content of fashion brands. The AR contents of fashion brands were classified according to user participation space and content delivery method. Based on these types, eight case studies were conducted, along with a discussion of AR characteristics in terms of presence, interactivity, and immersion. The results showed that AR content could be divided into four types: offline visit-external information type, offline visit-internal experience type, online utilization-external information type, and online utilization-internal experience type. It was also found that there were differences in characteristics for each type of AR content. First, the offline visit-external information type requires various new content that can provide entertainment immersion to users. Second, the offline visit-internal experience type requires a powerful inducement for users to visit a specific space providing AR content and to participate in augmented environments. Third, the online utilization-external information type needs a series of AR content that can consistently incite users' curiosity about brands and products. Fourth, the online utilization-internal experience type needs effective content to improve users' shopping experience with the virtual fitting of fashion accessories, such as eyewear, hats, jewelry, and watches. Accordingly, fashion companies should create contents that can provide appropriate presence, interactivity, and immersion by AR type.

  • In this paper, we propose a dynamic document classification method which breaks away from existing document classification method with artificial categorization rules focusing on suppliers and has changing categorization rules according to users' needs or social trends. The core of this dynamic document classification method lies in the fact that it creates classification criteria real-time by using topic modeling techniques without standardized category rules, which does not force users to use unnecessary frames. In addition, it can also search the details through the relevance analysis by calculating the relationship between the words that is difficult to grasp by word frequency alone. Rather than for logical and systematic documents, this method proposed can be used more effectively for situation analysis and retrieving information of unstructured data which do not fit the category of existing classification such as VOC (Voice Of Customer), SNS and customer reviews of Internet shopping malls and it can react to users' needs flexibly. In addition, it has no process of selecting the classification rules by the suppliers and in case there is a misclassification, it requires no manual work, which reduces unnecessary workload.

  • HANSSEM is a furniture company that leads the market of residential space in Korea. The goal of this case study is to focus on how HANSSEM copes with IKEA, the world's largest furniture retailer after entering the Korean market in December 2014. IKEA's entry into Korea is possible to destroy the existing orders in the retail industry and reduce the profit of incumbent local players by realigning industry relationships. However, HANSSEM achieved rapid growth with the largest market share in the furniture market through its internal capabilities. The authors propose the main success factors in three ways: (1) residents-database including apartment floorplans in Korea, (2) high-quality human services provided by construction and A/S (After-sales Service), (3) channel diversification that provides comprehensive consultations (e.g., flagship stores, home shopping channels, stores in marts, and interior dealers). Especially, there have been various consumer needs in Korean market, such as creating their own stylish space economically. HANSSEM meets customer's needs by reinforcing the space-package (complete-interior is provided to customer in a package rather than combining individual piece of furniture) and opening showrooms, which makes customers freely experience the products and receive detailed consultations on interior designs by alleviating customers' difficulties in decorating their homes. Based on HANSSEM's outstanding activities and new investments, we look forward to seeing that HANSSEM will achieve its ultimate goal of maintaining the position of number one furniture company by attaining customer satisfaction through higher quality in Korea.

The sub-attributes of the investment behavior factors are generally formative indicators. Unlike reflection indicators, formative indicators can identify not only the influence of investment behavior factors on dependent variables, but also the influence of sub-attributes on dependent variables. • Developing a personalized system on a user's behalf which is working around the Internet-based marketplace is one of the challenging issues in intelligent e-business, especially mobile commenrce. It has been highly recommended that such a mobile personalized system has to perceive the user's needs a priori by tracking user's current context such as location with activity and then to identify the current needs dynamically and proactively. Automatically and unobtrusively getting user's context is an inevitable feature for the development of autonomous mobile commenrce. However, personalization methodologies and their feasible architectures for context-aware mobile commerce have been so far very rare. Hence, this paper aims to propose a context-aware mobile commerce development methodology by applying agent and semantic web technologies for personalized reminder system, which is one of the mobile commerce support system. We revisited associationism to understand a buyer's need identification process and adopt the process as 'purchase based on association' to implement a personalized reminder system. Based on this approach, we have showed how the agent-based semantic web service system can be used to realize need-aware reminder system. NAMA(Need-Aware Multi-Agent), a prototype system, has been implemented to show the feasibility of the methodology and framework under mobile setting proposed in this paper. NAMA embeds bluetooth-based location tracking module and identify what a user is currently looking at through her/his mobile device such as PDA. Based on these capabilities, NAMA considers the context, user profile with preferences, and information about currently available services, to aware user's current needs and then link her/him to a set of services, which are implemented as web services.
