동력성능 향상을 위한 차량용 자동 변속기의 최적 변속비 및 변속 패턴 결정에 관한 연구 (A study on the determination of gear ratios and shifting pattern of automatic transmission for increasing vehicle performance)

  • 본 연구에서는 차량의 가속성능, 일정시간후 도달거리, 추월 가속성능 등의 동력성능 향상과 차량 요구성능을 고려한 최적 감속비의 결정을 고찰하였다. 변속비 결정의 선행 연구로서 정해진 차량 제원, 엔진 성능과 정해진 변속기에 대하여 차량의 동력성능을 예측, 평가하는 연구의 수행이 요구된다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 기 존의 차량에 대하여 동력 성능을 평가하는 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 개발하여 실차의 제 작과 시험에 앞서 그 동력 성능을 예측, 평가하고 또한 이를 바탕으로 최적 설계기법 에 의하여 엔진 특성을 고려한 변속기의 최적 감속비 및 변속패턴을 결정하는데 촛점 을 두었다.

퍼지 추론을 이용한 자동차 변속패턴 보정 알고리즘 개발 (Compensation Algorithm for Automobile Shift Pattern using Fuzzy Reasoning)

  • This paper proposes the compensation algorithm of conventional shift pattern using fuzzy reasoning in automatic transmission vehicles. Recently, automatic transimssion vehicles are continually increasing because of theire ease to drive. Also users require the high performance which includes the smooth shift quality and shift scheduling that matches driver;s intentions. So the shift scheduling has been inproved significantly through the application of electronic control. But, in spite of this development, vehicles using conventional shift pattern are sometimes in discord with driver's intention on roads. In this paper, the paper, the proposed compensation algorithm makes a automatic transmission vehicle be able to select an optimal gear shifting time and position using fuzzy reasoning and make a vehicle driver feel confortable even when the vehicle runs on roads which is extremely changed. Therefore, a vehicle driver can expect to reduce the nimber of unnecessary gear shifting and expect the fuel efficiency high. To show usefulness of the proposed method, some simulation are made to compared with conventional gear shifting. Paper prosposes the compensation mehtod of conventional shift pattern using fuzzy reasoning for the purpose that a vehicle can select an optimal gerar shifting time and position in automatic vehicle. Though the conventional shift pattern has no pliability, vehicle driver can feel comfortable and can reduce the number of unnecessary gear shifting using the proposed method on variable road condition. Therefore, it can be expected the fuel efficiency.

  • All vehicles need the good quality of riding. Especially shifting shock is very important in the evaluation of the riding. Shifting shock is caused by transmission operation that one part and other part of gem are contacting together. This shock affect the feeling of driving. It is clear from these results that the shifting shock is affected by clutch pressure, pressure mode, inertia etc.

  • Even I the Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry(ESPI) method that measure the strain of object within wavelength of light is less visibility than Holographic Interferometry(HI) method, the merits of application, convenience and time-save have made the method practical in industry. However, the existing ESPI methods that are based on dual-exposure, real-time and time-average method have difficulties for accurate measurement, due to irregular intensity and shake of phase. Recently, in order to solve this problem, phase shifting method have been proposed. In this method, the path of reference light in interference is shifted to make improvement in distinction and precision. But this method includes too many noise, caused by the problem of relationship between object and phase. Therefore, a method to reduce noise muse be introduced. In this paper, least square fitting method is proposed. As results, the phase-map is influenced by precise phase shifting and current of notes and speckle pattern obtained by phase shifting method is improved on the existing method driven from time-average method.

Development of Intelligent Gear-Shifting Map Based on Radial Basis Function Neural Networks

  • Currently, most automobiles have automatic transmission systems. The gear-shifting strategy used to generate shift patterns in transmission systems plays an important role in improving the performance of vehicles. However, conventional transmission systems have a fixed type of shift map, so it may not be enough to provide an efficient gear-shifting pattern to satisfy the demands of driver. In this study, we developed an intelligent strategy to handle these problems. This approach is based on a normalized radial basis function neural network, which can generate a flexible gear-shift pattern to satisfy the demands of drivers, including comfortable travel and fuel consumption. The method was verified through simulations.

위상천이 네트워크를 사용한 X-마스크 기법 (An X-masking Scheme for Logic Built-In Self-Test Using a Phase-Shifting Network)

  • 본 논문에서는 최대길이 의사무작위 이진 시퀀스(m-시퀀스)의 쉬프트-덧셈 특성에 근거한 위상천이를 이용하여 회로 출력에 나타나는 X-값을 효과적으로 마스크 함으로써 내장된 자체 테스트를 실현할 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 이 기법은 패턴생성기인 LFSR의 출력을 적절하게 위상천이 하여 마스크 패턴을 생성할 수 있는 위상천이 네트워크를 이용한다. 테스트 절차 동안에 각 스캔 체인에 인가되는 마스크 패턴의 위상 천이 수는 재구성 가능하다. LFSR의 출력을 적절하게 위상 천이하여 모든 스캔 체인 마스크 패턴을 생성할 수 있는 위상천이 네트워크 합성 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 X-마스크 회로는 각 스캔 체인 마스크 패턴을 생성할 수 있는 후보 위상천이 수가 많기 때문에 하드웨어 오버헤드를 효과적으로 감축할 수 있다. 실험을 통하여 제안된 위상천이를 이용한 X-마스크 회로는 기존의 연구 결과보다 훨씬 적은 저장공간과 하드웨어 오버헤드를 필요로 함을 증명한다.

  • Recently, electric heating using midnight power has brought a rapid increase. Therefore, the increase of midnight power use has much influenced on midnight load pattern and share more than 20% of total midnight electricity consumption. Hence, the distortion of load by using midnight power apparatus is severe and made the usage pattern ineffective electricity usage pattern. This paper analyze the load pattern of midnight power apparatus and policies that can effectively build midnight load. In addition, it provides policies on shifting midnight power apparatus load.

고정밀 3차원 측정을 위한 다중 줄무늬 투영 방법에 관한 연구 (A Method for Projecting Multiple Stripe Patterns for High Precision 3D Measurement)

  • This paper proposes a novel method of projecting a multiple stripe pattern whose intensity profile is sinusoidal. The sinusoidal stripe patterns are plated with chromium on a piece of glass, and the glass is placed within an optical projection system. By linearly moving the glass along the direction of the stripe pattern, the projection system generates the motion blurring effect, and as a result, produces a blurred stripe pattern whose intensity profile is sinusoidal along the perpendicular direction of the stripe pattern. The sinusoidal pattern improves the measurement accuracy of phase-shifting method. Experimental results are provided for three different types of stripe patterns: rectangle, diamond, and sinusoid.

  • This study Presents improvement of Precision in the non-contacted laser application measuring techniques. The phase map of deformation obtained by phase shifting method in Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry displays the wrapped image by the arctangent function, which is a characteristic of 4-step phase shifting method. To obtain deformation distribution from the results, the wrapped phase map is processed by an unwrapping method. But a previous method cannot apply discontinuous object as like plate with a circular hole to obtain precious deformation distribution To solve this problem, new algorithm is developed and the result is compared with previous method.

  • This study discusses a non-contact optical technique, electronic speckle pattern interferometry(ESPI), that is well suited for a deformation measurement of structure. Phase shifting method and unwrapping method have used to make deformation quantitative widely. In this paper, a previous numerical formula for phase shifting method is reconstructed in addition to least square fitting method to improve sensitivity and phase unwrapping based on vertical-horizontal scanning method is applied to analyze in-plane and out-of-plane deformation quantitatively.
