A high frequency resonant inverter consisting of iliree unit Half-Bridge serial resommt inverter used as power source of induction heatmg at high frequency is presented in this paper. As a output [Dwer control strategy, sequencial time-sharing gate contml methcd is applied. This methcd is TDM(Time Division Multiplexing), which is broadly used with digital and analog signals transmission in communication system 1be analysis of the proposed circuit is generally described by using the normalized pararmenters. Also, the principle of basic operating and the its characteristics are estimated by the parameters such as switching frequency, load resistance. Also, according to the calculated characteristics value, a method of the circuit design and operating characteristics of the inverter is proposed. This paper proves the validity of theoretical analysis through the Pspice. This proposed inverter show that it can be practically used in future as power source system for induction heating application, DC-DC converter etc. r etc.

As knowledge management is recognized as an important competency of organizations, organizations are continuously investing in knowledge management policies and technologies. Knowledge management preemptively requires employees to share knowledge, but sharing activities for continuous knowledge management have not been performed. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the organization's mutual exchange efforts through collaborative communication on the knowledge sharing intention of its employees. The study surveyed workers of organizations that operate knowledge management policies and verified the research hypothesis by applying 326 samples to structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, factors of collaborative communication(rationality, reciprocal feedback, formality) had a positive effect on the intention to share knowledge, and task interdependence and territoriality had a moderating effect on the relationship between collaborative communication and intention to share knowledge. The study has implications in terms of suggesting an activity strategy that an organization should pursue to improve knowledge sharing among its employees.

Virtual community, which is formed on the internet, is expected to serve the needs of members for communication, information, and knowledge sharing. The executives of organizations should consider operating strategy of virtual community as a new innovation or knowledge pool since members share knowledge. However, many virtual community have failed due to members' low willingness to engage and furthermore to share knowledge with other members. Thus, there is a need to understand and foster the determinants of members' loyalty in virtual community. The objective of this study is to develop an integrated model designed to investigate and explain the relationships between contextual factors, personal perceptions of virtual community, usefulness, ease of use, familiarity, members' trust, reputation, community trust, attitude, satisfaction and loyalty. Empirical data was collected from 286 internet users and tested using structural equation modeling to verify the fit of the hypothetical model. The results show that the usefulness, familiarity significantly influences attitude and members' trust is significantly influence the community trust. And I confirmed that ease of use and attitude play the role of determinants in making the satisfaction, community trust and reputation influence the satisfaction that have the direct effect to making the loyalty. The results of the study can be used to identify the loyalty in virtual community. By investigating the impacts of contextual factors and personal perceptions on virtual community, the integrated model better explains behavior than other proposed models. This study might help executives of virtual communities and organizations to manage and promote community trust, attitude, satisfaction to stimulate members' willingness to revisit the community and futhermore enhance their virtual community loyalty.

Currently, there are increasing demand for researches on the development of car-sharing operating strategy. In order to carry out the research, demand for car-sharing is required. However, since previous researches only adopted performance data or demand derived from several assumptions, spilled demand has been spotted due to lack of available cars. For this reason, we plan to suggest the way to estimate the value including spilled demand which has been spotted previously based on the record of utilization on the website of operating company, actual company providing car-sharing service. In the case of 'LH Happycar Service', difference between estimated demand and record of utilization is about twice the difference between estimated demand and record of inquiry. Especially, it is found that service rate does not go above once it reaches to its maximum rate because it cannot satisfy additional demands. In short, when we evaluate the demand for individual station based on the record of utilization only, it would be possible to underestimate the demand especially for the station at full capacity.

This paper suggests the 'growing together' strategy through the instrument of horizontal equalization development fund collected by Seoul Metropolitan Area(SMA) governments. This method is a kind of SMA's special grant composed of the real estate related taxes, corporate tax, property-related capital gain tax,. development gain, various charges by 'The Framework Act on the Management of Charges', the sharing of tax revenues. Also the up-zoning and exemption of capital gain tax burden in SMA's plant site sale process is suggested as a another method. Finally governance strategy with contract theories and social agreements point out how mutual duties between two parties can be efficiently managed. Governance system among levels of government is executive strategy that could be used as clarifying and learning tools for co-development by SMA's special grant.

Recording to development of info-communication, recent educational paradigm asks not for a passive transmitter but an active constructor who can solve the various complicated problems in real situations. Such a change asks for the educational setting which includes sharing ideas and information rather than possessing them by themselves. Learning through presentation has many problems which are few chances of presentation as well as reusing of presentation data. etc. This study suggested the strategy which are promoting interactions through presentation class and using practically. For this, role of the presentation data provider and learner was suggested, also strategies to implement of the presentation learning support system step by step. Through the strategy of this paper could maintain the active communicating relationship between the learners. Without the limitation of the time and space, the real time communication is made while looking at the presentation data of the other party, the teaming effect by the presentation teaming strategy is expected to be high.

Recent marine territorial disputes in the East China Sea and the South China Sea have come to us as a great threat. China, which has recently established the China Coast Guard and has rapidly developed maritime security forces, is trying to overcome the various conflict countries with its power. Japan is also strengthening intensively its maritime security forces. Since Korea, China, and Japan are geographically neighboring and sharing maritime space in Northeast Asia, there is no conflict between maritime jurisdiction and territorial rights among the countries. The struggle for initiative in the ocean is fierce among the three coastal nations in Northeast Asia. therefore, Korea needs more thorough preparation and response to protect the marine sovereignty. As the superpowers of China and Japan are confronted and the United States is involved in the balance of power in strategic purposes, the East Asian sea area is a place where tension and conflict environment exist. China's illegal fishing boats are constantly invading our waters, and they even threaten the lives of our police officers. The issue of delimiting maritime boundaries between Korea and China has yet to be solved, and is underway in both countries, and there is a possibility that the exploration activities of the continental shelf resources may collide as the agreement on the continental shelf will expire between Korea and Japan. On the other hand, conflicts in the maritime jurisdictions of the three countries in Korea, China and Japan are leading to the enhancement of maritime security forces to secure deterrence rather than military confrontation. In the situation where the unresolved sovereignty and jurisdiction conflicts of Korea, China and Japan continue, and the competition for the strengthening of the maritime powers of China and Japan becomes fierce, there is a urgent need for stabilization and enhancement of the maritime forces in our country. It is necessary to establish a new long-term strategy for enhancing the maritime security force and to carry out it. It is expected that the Korean Coast Guard, which once said that it was a model for the establishment of China's Coast Guard as a powerful force for the enforcement of the maritime law, firmly establishes itself as a key force to protect our oceans with the Navy and keeps our maritime sovereignty firmly.

Once a production focused on primary industry, Food, agriculture, forestry and fisheries industry is now trying to shed away and plans to totally transform the paradigm of agricultural R&D with a leaping goal towards being a new growth engine. Promoting the bioindustry through utilizing agricultural bioresources was selected as the primary task and also made all efforts to support by all government department and ministry. In this study, we are raised problems and planned the improvements by the empirical analysis of national R&D policy, investment strategy, the recent progress of R&D program, and the performance of R&D investment to achieve early commercialization in fields of agricultural bioresources utilizing. We also propose the R&D role sharing and cooperations of public/private sector to commercialize the agricultural bioresources from the comprehensive empirical analysis results. It will eventually strengthen the national R&D investment strategy and efficiency and then will contribute towards a successful early commercialization performance in bioindustry through utilizing agricultural bioresources.

This paper deals with the trend analysis and the patent prior-art for wireless rechargeable technology. By this technological analysis, the corresponding service applications and the strategy upon the mobile smart phone regarding the design UX/UI and several wireless rechargeable technology have been derived. The market outlook on the wireless rechargeable technology grows rapidly so that the market size is increased about six times bigger than that of the last year, and it will grow about 18 billion dollars in 2014. Because of that, as the interest on this area outfocused, many kinds of technology and new product are being exploited in this field. So the technological guidance and the patent map for the wireless rechargeable technology will highly expected. Especially due to our analysis, research and development about service application of this technology is one of the most promising areas, and several technological suggestions are represented which include the patentability and invalidation, right strategy and licensing policy, and battery sharing with extended durability, etc.

The present study proposes an angle droop controller for converter interfaced (dispatchable) distributed generation (DG) resources in the islanded mode of operation. Due to the necessity of proper real and reactive power sharing between different types of resources in microgrids and the ability of systems to respond properly to abnormal conditions (sudden load changes, load uncertainty, load current disturbances, transient conditions, etc.), it is necessary to produce appropriate references for all of the mentioned above conditions. The proposed control strategy utilizes a current controller in addition to an angle droop controller in the discrete time domain to generate appropriate responses under transient conditions. Furthermore, to reduce the harmonics caused by switching at converters' output, a LCL filter is used. In addition, a comparison is done on the effects that LCL filters and L filters have on the performance of DG units. The performance of the proposed control strategy is demonstrated for multi islanded grids with various types of loads and conditions through simulation studies in the DigSilent Power Factory software environment.
