  • This study analyzes the rubber-dam of hydrologic character to be located in a Nagdong-river main stream in Dasamyeon Juggogli of the Dae-gu global city lot the river environment monitoring. The purpose of this research investigates the influence according to the rubber-dam install scientificly. A result natural disposition, prepare the gauge to matte the width of the area of the understanding and the computation of the rating which Apply is possible. Into the result of this research, $Q=898.8h^2-26126h+189886$ edge was computed to the rating. Also this study use the now rate to get for an upside expression and analysis a water balance. Through the officer to be efficient a hereafter seminar zero and processing of the data to be acquired, the supplementation so that this study can share the data to the online. High practical use of the The self-governinig body of the data and data confirmed report which loses in the trust will be achieved.

  • In A institute, project managers present quarterly project performance report according to institute's law. In quarterly project performance report, progress of project performance and budget expended should be written. Progress of project performance and progress of budget expended are key management factors in A institute. Because financial database system Is already constructed, progress of budget expended is got from information system. But the progress of project performance that project manager estimate subjectively can not be judged of its correctness because there is not project management information system that is able to calculate the progress of project performance systematically. In this study, we present the project management system assign all activities to every project participator according to their work share rate using WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) and calculate the progress of project performance systematically Also we construct project management information system for above project management system implementing.

  • An interest is increased of environment and energy so, importance on railroad high energy efficiency is magnified. And after Gyeong-bu High speed rail is completed, share rate freight transportation of railroad is expected to be gradually increased due to expand investment for railroad and operate mainly freight transportation on convention line. Therefore a research on DMT freight cars is necessary under like this situation. In paper, we developed analysis model for DMT freight car and DMT freight was analyzed numerically using VI-Rail in each condition of railway having different curve and carried out vibration analysis on curving using developed analysis model. And we carried out test on driving stability follow changing curve radius then measure against UIC code 518.

  • Share of total accidents in construction accidents construction site accident 70% of small embroidery Reducing the rate of Construction of the entire construction accidents decreased overall is a very meaningful work. Disaster reduction continues to increase despite the efforts of a small construction site(Amount less than 2,000,000,000) for Disaster Reduction In order to identify more clearly the cause of the system and provide the urgently needed measures.

  • Total accident rate in the construction industry is a very meaningful reduction to establish a comprehensive disaster reduction measures, including through the Survey, the disaster prevention projects whilst driving status and problem analysis in order to reduce the mature workers in the construction industry is growing rapidly in all disaster disasters (share) The days. It is urgent to establish a framework and measures that can identify the specific cause for this than for the middle-aged workers and disaster reduction in disaster reduction efforts, which continue to increase. Used as measures of information and data presented in the basic requirements of mature workers also been.

  • This paper describes a practical ergonomic approach for the shipbuilding industry that occupies the highest rate of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSD) in Korea. Typical work processes within a shipbuilding operation were surveyed to determine the presence of risk factors associated with musculoskeletal disorders. We used interviews, document analysis, video analysis, and OWAS postural analysis to identify and quantify ergonomic risk factors that workers may be exposed to in the course of their normal work duties. Some ergonomics actions were performed to solve the problems identified in the risk factor analysis. The practical ergonomic approach has resulted in decreases in workers' accident, and increases in productivity. The ergonomic solutions developed in this study could be applied to other sectors of industry that share common features of work with shipbuilding industry.

  • Does financial development contribute to economic growth? The literature finds that an expansion in financial resources is useful for economic growth if the degree of financial development is under a certain threshold; otherwise, the expansion is detrimental to growth. Almost every published study, however, considers country-panel data. Accordingly, the results are not directly applicable to the Korean economy. By examining Korean time-series data, this paper finds that there is an inverse U-shaped relationship between the per capita real GDP growth rate and private credit (as a percentage of nominal GDP)-a well-known measure of quantitative financial development, where the threshold is 171.5%. This paper also finds that private credit is positively associated with economic growth if the share of household credit out of private credit is less than 46.9%; otherwise, private credit is negatively associated with economic growth. As of 2016, the ratio of private credit to GDP and the ratio of household credit to private credit are both higher than the corresponding thresholds, which implies that policymakers should place more emphasis on qualitative financial development than on a quantitative expansion of financial resources.

  • Despite the fact that virtual communities on the Internet have been growing at an exponential rate in recent years, little research has been done on the characteristics of virtual communities. In order to better understand and manage the activities of virtual communities, a theoretical model is proposed in this paper. The objective of this paper is to clarify the factors as they are related to the Technology Acceptance Model. In particular the relationship among identities, trust, and other factors are hypothesized. Using the Technology Acceptance Model, this research showed that the importance of identity and trust in virtual communities. The members of virtual communities interact continuously and share an identity. According to the identity type, different ways of stimulating the members are necessary in order to facilitate participation in activities of virtual communities. The virtual communities of a more utilitarian identity are more sensitive to trust in members than trust in the service provider, and members of a more utilitarian identity are inclined to exchange information with each other.

  • Experiments have been conducted in order to make comparisons of a alternative refrigerant (R-410A) cycle characteristic with an existing refrigerant (R-22) cycle characteristic in terms of cooling capacity and coefficient of performance (COP). The parameters examined in the present work include air flow rate, indoor/outdoor air temperatures, and indoor relative humidity. These two refrigeration cycles share all components except compressor, accumulator, oil separator, and piping connecting them. The measurements were made using an air-enthalpy calorimeter. The experimental results show that the R-410A cycle has many advantages over indoor conditions while the R-22 cycle has better performance over outdoor conditions.

  • The handicapped as a member of a society should possess the same opportunity of a perfect participation in public affairs and an equal opportunity in parity of treatment. All sorts of physical and social barriers surrounding the handicapped who can not having a impairment and disability give a less chance to have a share in their society. Therefore, this discrimination barriers must be phased off not only by handicapped but also by normal social members so as to perfect and free access to movement, all of social institution and social activities. Therefor, this paper provides a basic data which conducts investigation and analysis on the outdoor access environment for the handicapped's easy access to public building or facilities. It would be most import rules to make a decision between improvement rate and object for public building or public facilities.
