This work describes an 8b 200MHz time-interleaved subranging analog-to-digital converter (ADC) based on a single-poly digital CMOS process. Two fine ADCs for lower digital bits of the proposed ADC employ a time-sharing double-channel architecture to increase system speed and a new reference voltage switching scheme to reduce settling time of the reference voltages and chip area. The proposed intermeshed resistor string, which generates reference voltages for fine ADCs, improves linearity and settling time of the reference voltages simultaneously. The proposed sample- and-hold amplifier(SHA) is based on a highly linear common-drain amplifier and passive differential circuits to minimize power consumption and chip area with 8b accuracy and employs input dynamic common mode feedback circuits for high dynamic performance at a 200MHz sampling rate. A new encoding circuit in a coarse ADC simplifies the signal processing between the coarse ADC and two successive fine ADCs.
Background: This paper aims to demonstrate current health expenditure (CHE) and National Health Accounts of the years 2015 constructed according to the SHA2011, which is a new manual of System of Health Accounts (SHA) that was published jointly by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Eurostat, and World Health Organization in 2011. Comparison is made with international trends by collecting and analysing health accounts of OECD member countries. Particularly, financing public-private mix is parsed in depth using SHA data of both HF as financing schemes as well as FS (financing source) as their revenue types. Methods: Data sources such as Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service's publications of both motor insurance and drugs are newly used to construct the 2015 National Health Accounts. In the case of private financing, an estimation of total expenditures for revenues by provider groups is made from the Economic Census data; and the household income and expenditure survey, Korean healthcare panel study, etc. are used to allocate those totals into functional classifications. Results: CHE was 115.2 trillion won in 2015, which accounts for 7.4 percent of Korea's gross domestic product. It was a big increase of 9.3 trillion won, 8.8 percent, from the previous year. Government and compulsory schemes's share (or public share) of 56.4% of the CHE in 2015 was much lower than the OECD average of 72.6%. 'Transfers from government domestic revenue' share of total revenue of HF was 17.8% in Korea, lower than the other contribution-based countries. When it comes to 'compulsory contributory health financing schemes,' 'Transfers from government domestic revenue' share of 14.9% was again much lower compared to Japan (44.7%) and Belgium (34.8%) as contribution-based countries. Conclusion: Considering relatively lower public financing share in the inpatient care as well as overall low public financing share of total CHE, priorities in health insurance coverage need to be repositioned among inpatient care, outpatient care and drugs.
MD-5 has been the hash algorithm to encrypt the user's password on Linux from the beginning. Recently the more reliable password management was demanded and SHA-512 algorithm became the hash algorithm on the recent Enterprise Linux which is more reliable than MD-5. This paper researching the characteristics of the hashing and encryption algorithms and find out about Linux User information management. Based on this analysis, and analysis of the security of the hashing algorithm is applied to the user password. In addition, analyzes the cases used hash algorithm applied to the validation of Open Source Software file, such as Apache, PHP, MySQL. Finally, by analyzing the security tool John The Ripper this paper suggests the enhanced security with the administrative management of passwords.
The remote sensing data can be used to calculate the water depth especially in the clear and shallow water area. In this study, the SPOT data was used for bathymetric mapping in Dong-Sha atoll, located in northern South China Sea. The in situ sea depth was collected by echo sounder as well. A global positioning system was employed to locate the accurate sampling points for sea depth. An empirical model between measurement sea depth and band digital count was determined and based on least squares regression analysis. Both non-classification and unsupervised classification were used in this study. The results show that the standard error is less than 0.9m for non-classification. Besides, the 10% error related to the measurement water depth can be satisfied for more than 85% in situ data points. Otherwise, the 10% relative error can reach more than 97%, 69%, and 51% data points at class 4, 5, and 6 respectively if supervised classification is applied. Meanwhile, we also find that the unsupervised classification can get more accuracy to estimate water depth with standard error less than 0.63, 0.93, and 0.68m at class 4, 5, and 6 respectively.

The next-generation computer is the ultra-lightweight mobile computer that communicates with peripheral handhold devices and provides dynamically the services appropriate to user. To provide the dynamic services on the ultra-lightweight mobile computer, security problem for user or computer system information should be solved and security mechanism is necessary for the ultra-lightweight mobile computing environment that has battery limit and low performance. In this paper, the security mechanism on the component based middleware for the ultra-lightweight mobile computer was implemented using RC-5 cipher algorithm and SHA-1 authentication algorithm. The security components are dynamically loaded and executed into the component based middleware on the ultra-lightweight mobile computer.
This study was performed to investigate the effect of organic characteristics and feed water solution chemistry on membrane fouling index such as Silt Density Index (SDI) and Modified Fouling Index (MFI). Specifically, Aldrich humic acids (AHA) and Suwannee river humic acids (SHA) were used in SDI/MFI experiments. Higher SDI values were observed with increasing organic concentration. AHA with larger molecular weight (MW) and SUVA (${\approx}UV_{254}/TOC$) resulted in higher SDI values, compared to SHA. The feed solution chemistry (i.e, pH, ionic strength, and hardness) also affects SDI values to some degree. In particular, SDI increased with increasing hardness ($Ca^{2+}$) concentration for AHA. Unlike SDI, the MFI developed on the basis of particle cake filtration theory, was not accurately assessed due to internal fouling by organics such as pore adsorption and subsequent pore blocking.

SHACAL-2 is a 256 bit block cipher with various key sizes based on the hash function SHA-2. Recently, it was recommended as one of the NESSIE selections. UP to now, no security flaws have been found in SHACAL-2. In this paper, we discuss the security of SHACAL-2 against an impossible differential attack. We propose two types of 14 round impossible characteristics and using them we attack 30 round SHACAL-2 with 512 bit 18y. This attack requires 744 chosen plaintexs and has time complexity of 2$^{495.1}$ 30 round SHACAL-2 encryptions.

The hash function ARIRANG is one of the 1st round SHA-3 candidates. In this paper, we present preimage attacks on ARIRANG with step-reduced compression functions. Our attack finds a preimage of the 33-step OFF(Original FeedForward1) variants of ARIRANG, and a preimage of the 31-step MFF(Middle FeedForward1) variants of ARIRANG. Its time complexity is about $2^{241}$ for ARIRANG-256 and $2^{481}$ for ARIRANG-512, respectively.

At FDTC'05 and CISC-W'10, the authors showed that if they decrease the number of rounds of AES and Triple-DES by using the fault injections, it is possible to recover the secret key of the target algorithms, respectively. In this paper, we propose a key recovery attack on HMAC by using the main idea of these attacks. This attack is applicable to HMAC based on MD-family hash functions and can recover the secret key with the negligible computational complexity. Particularly, the attack result on HMAC-SHA-2 is the first known key recovery attack result on this algorithm.
This research was performed to estimate the properties of particleboard based on the press time and temperature which was made of chip of larch that grows in Korea. The results in this study were as follows: 1) Even though the chips, 1:1-35 ratio between length and thickness, are relatively bad condition, the surface smoothness that can easily spread the adhesive evenly and thoroughly and bonding ability of chips can give proper physical properties. 2) It shows more mechanical properties at the press time of 10 min. in MOR (Modulus of Rupture), MOE (Modulus of Elasticity) and SHA (Screw Holding Ability). 3) It is not significant according to the press time 20 min. in MOR, IBS (Internal Bonding Strength) and SHA, for the reciprocal actions between the accelerating aging effect of chip and the softening effect of adhesion are occured. 4) IBS is rising according to the increasing temp at the press time of 10 min. Because it needs to transfer the plate heat to make the proper hardening temp. In the layer. 5) The heat treatment effects have greatly influenced the stahility of dimension by falling the absorption, anisotropy and inhomegenity. As a result of these the values of thickness and linear expansion ratio were respectively dropped by the increase of press temp and the time and so did absorption.
