성폭력 피해자에서 MMPI 특성 (MMPI Characteristics of the Victim of the Sexual Violence)

  • Objective : The current study investigated the personality characteristics in the victims of sexual violence, by using the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) test which are commonly used in clinical medicine. Methods : A total of 40 victims of sexual violence (only female) completed the Korean version of the MMPI. 31 (77.5%), and theywere patients with posttraumatic stress disorder. These victims of sexual violence had been admitted to the Dankook University Hospital in Cheonan. Results : The MMPI scores of the sexual victims were significantly higher on Hs, D, Hy, Pd, Pa, Pt, Sc, and Si, than the comparison group by ANCOVA. Conclusion : The victims of sexual violence may have developed the following characteristics: hypochondriasis, depression, hysteria, psychopathic deviate, paranoia, psychasthenia, schizoid and social introversion. The finding suggests psychotic psychopathology rather than neurotic psychopathology. These results suggested that the psychopatholgy in the victims of sexual violence may be different, compared to the control group.

  • This comparative study was conducted to compare the attitudes of sexuality and knowledge of sexual violence between male and female college students. The subjects of this study were 222 male students and 200 female students. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire of 3 general characteristics, 11 items to test attitudes on sexuality, 10 items to test knowledge of sexual violence, 1 item on the cause of sexual violence and 1 item to check knowledge of sexual violence countermeasures. According to the SPSS/PC Program, Frequency, mean, percentage, t - test, Pearson correlation coefficient were used in analyzing the data. The results of the study are summarized as follows. 1. The result of the comparison between two groups was significantly different in their attitude on sexuality(t= -4.16, P<.000). Female students had higher scores than male students. 2. The result of the comparison between two groups was significantly different for their knowledge on sexual violence(t= -6.82, P<.000). Female students had higher scores than male students. 3. As a countermeasure for prevention, sex educations is needed(27%). 4. Very high correlations were observed between a subject's sex and his /her sexuality(r=.1990, P<.0001), between a subject's sex and his /her knowledge of sexual violence(r=.3157, P<.0001), between a subject's attitude on sexuality and his /her knowledge of sexual violence(r=.2538, P<.0001).

청소년의 사이버섹스 중독, 남녀평등의식, 성태도 및 성폭력 허용 간의 관계 (Relationships among Cybersex Addiction, Gender Egalitarianism, Sexual Attitude and the Allowance of Sexual Violence in Adolescents)

  • Purpose: This study was done to investigate cybersex addiction, gender egalitarianism, sexual attitude and the allowance of sexual violence in adolescents, and to identify the relationships among these variables. Method: The participants were 690 students from two middle schools and three high schools in Seoul. Data was collected through self-report questionnaires which included a cybersex addiction index, a Korean gender egalitarianism scale for adolescents, a sexual attitude scale and a scale for the allowance of sexual violence. The data was analyzed using the SPSS program. Results: Of the adolescents, 93.3% reported not being addicted to cybersex, 5.7% reported being mildly addicted, 0.4% moderately addicted, and 0.6% severely addicted. Cybersex addiction, gender egalitarianism, sexual attitude and the allowance of sexual violence in adolescents were different according to general characteristics. Cybersex addiction of adolescents correlated with gender egalitarianism, sexual attitude and the allowance of sexual violence. Conclusion: Gender egalitarianism, sexual attitude and the allowance of sexual violence in adolescents were influenced by cybersex addiction. Therefore, nursing interventions for prevention and management of cybersex addiction need to be developed and provided to adolescents. In addition, varied programs for teaching sexuality to adolescents should be developed and provided.

성폭력 예방 교육 중재 프로그램에 관한 체계적 문헌고찰: 국내 연구를 중심으로 (Intervention Program Effectiveness for Preventing Sexual Violence: A Systematic Review)

  • 본 논문은 국내에서 연구된 성폭력 예방 교육 중재 프로그램을 체계적으로 고찰하여 국내 사회적 환경에 적합하고 효과적인 중재 프로그램의 개발을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 시도되었다. 문헌 검색은 2000년 이후부터 2018년 8월까지 국내 데이터베이스를 통해 성폭력과 관련된 용어를 조합하여 수행하였고, 학위논문을 포함한 총 1125편의 논문에서 최종적으로 22편의 논문을 선택하였다. 연구 결과, 연구대상자는 영유아부터 성인, 장애학생이 있었고 교육방법은 강의, 토의, 역할극, 인형극, 노래하기, 캠페인 등 대상자의 특성에 따라 다양하였다. 중재 내용은 성폭력 개념, 성폭력 대처, 성희롱, 성 평등과 관련되었고 중재 결과에 대한 주요 변수는 성 지식, 성 태도, 성 인식, 성폭력 지식, 성폭력 대처, 성 평등 의식이었다. 중재 결과는 모든 논문에서 중재 효과가 통계적으로 유의하였고 일부 논문(2편)에서는 성 인식, 성 태도 변수가 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 향후 성폭력 예방 교육 중재 시 대상자의 지식 뿐 아니라 태도와 인식의 변화를 위해 성 평등 교육이 함께 이루어져야 하며 방관자 개념을 도입하여 성폭력에 대해 사회적으로 책임을 인식하고 행동할 수 있는 분위기를 마련할 필요성이 있다.

성희롱/성폭력 예방교육 프로그램 및 CD-ROM개발 - 유아(3~6세)용 - (The Development of a CD-ROM and an Educational Program for the Prevention Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence in Preschool Children)

  • This study was to developed to create a CD-ROM and an educational program for the prevention of sexual harassment and violence and to contribute to the perception and add to the coping of the victims of sexual harassment and violence as well as the child, parents, and teachers. Method: The study's methods were literature reviews, surveys, and assessments of the negotiation process for educational needs of sexual harassed and abused children. Result: The sexual harassment and violence prevention program will contain four subjects : 1) sexual development of a preschool child, 2) characteristics of sexual harassment and violence of a preschool child, 3) safe sex, early detection of sexual violence syndrome, and coping strategies. The CD-RON was composed from three sites. The first was a child site, the second was a parent/teacher site, and the third was a game site for evaluations. The child site consisted of 10 possible scenarios of sexual harassment and violence that a child could experience. The parent/teacher site consisted of knowledge and information for prevention and coping strategies for sexual harassment and violence. At the end of each situation question and answer sections that were used for formative evaluation. Also, the game site could be a summative evaluation. Conclusion: The effects of this program and the CD-ROM were based of the promotion of reverence for humanity and gender equality for preschool childen. Eventually, children, parents, and teachers will have prevention and coping ability that will reduce the occurrence of sexual harassment and violence in Korea

택시 운전직 종사자의 직장폭력 평가 (Assessment of Workplace Violence among Taxi Drivers)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the level of workplace violence experienced by taxi drivers and identify the affected factors. Methods: Two hundred twelve taxi drivers were investigated for general characteristics and workplace violence was evaluated using K_WVSⓇ13. The data was collected from July to October 2020 through questionnaires. It was analyzed using t-test and ANOVA with SPSS WIN23.0. Results: Most of the taxi drivers were elderly and suffered from long hours of labor and low wages. After evaluating four sub-factors of workplace violence, 'psychological and sexual violence from customers', 'psychological and sexual violence from customers, supervisors, and coworkers' and 'physical assault from customers/supervisors/coworkers' were judged as risks. For 'psychological and sexual violence from customers, supervisors, and coworkers', the mean score by age was significantly higher for workers in their 70s or older and those with 30 years of experience compared to other age groups. In the case of 'psychological and sexual violence from customers', sales taxis were significantly higher than private taxis. Conclusions: It is necessary to develop a workplace violence prevention program suitable for the characteristics of taxi drivers in order to manage their physical and mental health. When establishing such a program, business type, age, and experience must be considered.

성폭력 피해특성에 따른 피해경험자 유형화와 지원 서비스 이용양태 연구 (Profile of sexual violence experiences among the survivors using victim support services in Korea)

  • 성폭력 경험자들을 위한 통합적 지원체계의 구축과 효과적 서비스 모델 개발에 있어서 피해사례들의 유형화와 지원 서비스 이용양태에 대한 파악은 중요한 과제이다. 그러나 이러한 문제의식에 대한 답은 그간 2013년의 전국 성폭력 실태조사를 위시한 회고적 자기보고자료와 성범죄 관련 통계자료 등을 통해 다소 제한적인 정보로만 남아 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 성폭력 피해자 지원기관들에 기록되어 있는 실제 사례관리 데이터를 활용하여 성폭력 피해특성에 따른 유형화를 시도하였고, 해당 유형들과 성폭력 지원 서비스 이용 간의 관계를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 삼았다. 이를 위해 전국의 피해자 지원 기관 29개소로부터 수집된 총 1077개 피해 사례가 분석에 활용되었다. 분석결과, 피해 유형 및 연령과 가해자와의 관계에 따른 개별 피해특성들의 차이를 발견하였고, 피해특성을 바탕으로 한 총 6개의 하위 유형을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 해당 유형들에 따라 다양한 성폭력 지원 서비스 이용에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 기존 전국 성폭력 실태조사의 결과 및 성폭력 관련 범죄 통계와의 차이를 논하였고 실천적 함의와 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

  • Purpose: This study analyzed the effects of a CD- ROM educational program for the prevention of sexual violence in relation to the sexual knowledge of middle school students. Method: A one group, pre-test-post-test design was used. The subjects of this study were 171 middle school students in Kangwon Province, Korea. The questionnaire included 34 items relating to overall sexual knowledge, and included questions on sexual violence. The collected data were analyzed using the mean, standard deviation and paired- t tests. Result: There were significant differences in the sexual knowledge by demographic characteristics between the pre- and post- tests. Of the 34 items, 20 showed significant differences in the sexual knowledge between the pre- and post- tests. Conclus ion: The overall level of sexual knowledge of the students increased after taking the CD- ROM educational program. Further testing will be required to determine the effects of the CD- ROM using a control group and random sampling.

청소년의 사이버 데이팅 폭력 및 관련요인에 관한 연구 (The Research on the Cyber Dating Violence of Korean High School Students)

  • The purpose of the research was to investigate the characteristics and related factors of cyber dating violence. The subjects were 548 adolescents in high schools. The gathered information was analyzed by frequency, percent, 1-test, ANOVA, and Correlation by using SPSS 10.0 program. The results were as follows: (1) $65.3{\%}$ of the answerers experienced cyber dating, and $44.5{\%}$ of the students have experienced cyber dating violence. (2) $40.3{\%}$ of the students were damaged by psychological violence, and $21.1{\%}$ of the students have caused psychological violence. (3) $41.9{\%}$ of the damaged students and $18{\%}$ of the perpetrating students were included in the total answerers, but among 244 experienced students, $94.3{\%}$ were damaged students and $40.6{\%}$ perpetrated sexual violence, so it is concluded that experienced students experience sexual violence. (4) Looking over the social demography factors and cyber dating violence, boys rather than girls, and vocational school students rather than academic school students have more cyber violence experiences. (5) The relationship between psychological and sexual violence has a significant relationship with all cyber violence experiences.

성폭력피해자 지원기관 전문인력 양성 교육 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 기초 연구 (Primary Study on the Development of Training Program Content to Cultivate Professional Workers of Support Organizations for Sexual Violence Survivors)

  • 최근 급격하게 증가하는 성폭력 피해자 지원을 위한 전문인력 양성 교육 콘텐츠 개발의 필요성이 시급한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 (1) 성폭력 피해자 지원 종사 인력에 대한 교육프로그램의 현황을 조사하고, (2)종사자 19명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하여 교육 내용의 요구에 대해 심층적으로 조사하고, (3) 이를 바탕으로 설문을 개발하여 전국의 종사자 800명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, (4) 성폭력 분야 전문가 20명을 대상으로 양성교육 주제와 방법에 대해 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 종사자 설문조사결과 내담자의 특수성에 대한 이해와 다학제적 접근의 훈련 및 기본교육의 강화가 가장 필요한 것으로 나타났으며, 전문가 델파이 조사에서는 상담기술과 피해자 심리이해 및 정서적 지원에 대한 교육이 필요성이 제기되었다. 이를 바탕으로 다양한 집단의 피해자 유형과 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 지원서비스를 제공할 수 있는 전문 인력의 양성을 위한 교육 프로그램 콘텐츠를 제언하였다.
