해안매립지반의 도시철도 시공에 따른 구조물 침하 특성 분석 (Characteristics of Structure Settlement due to Urban Railway Construction on Reclaimed Land)

  • 본 연구의 대상 현장은 굴착심도가 약 20m 내외로 사업 전구간을 개착공법으로 계획하였고, 흙막이 가시설공법은 굴착심도까지 쉬트파일과 버팀보 공법을 적용하여 도시철도 하부기초에서 계측된 침하 자료를 사용, 시공 중 대상 현장에서 발생된 지반공학적 문제점을 분석하였다. 쉬트파일 인발에 따른 영향을 알아보기 위하여 제 1구간과 제 2구간에 간극수압계와 지하수위계를 설치하여 연속적인 쉬트파일 인발에 따른 간극수압 및 지하수위의 변화와 하부지반 침하를 평가하였다. 또한, 구조물 하부기초 계측자료와 기존 문헌의 지반정수를 적용하여 계측시점에 해당하는 침하량을 수치해석 프로그램인 CAIN RDA 프로그램을 통하여 비교 분석하였으며 추가하중을 고려하여 장기침하를 산정하였다. 해석 결과, 6개 구간에서 5.94~12.77cm의 침하가 발생되어 제 2구간에서의 침하량이 12.77cm로 허용 침하량 10.0cm보다 크게 나타났다.

  • The landscape of rural settlement incurred the loss and worsening of its main feature in the modernization which was progressed by the inner and outer cause - the growth of urbanization and improvement of living and dwelling environment. This study investigates the visual characteristic of land-use in rural and analyzes relations between visual quantities by land-use and a pre(essence of landscape. And it is suggested the basic data of a planning and a management in rural by making clear characteristics and influences of landscape preference elements The visual characteristic of landscape elements that is based on the rural land-use is classified harmony, variety, variables and particulate. And it is classified the object of landscape by recognizing images of landscape produce space, natural environment, settlement place and cultivated land of a special products. In the analysis of landscape preference, it appears that the harmony has a great influence on a suburban, a rural, a mountainous district, and a hamlet in psychology elements and the volume of forest area in visual elements. As a result, it requests rural scenes in harmony with the natural environment. So, the landscape planning which has the regional development and the identity as the rural settlement can be represented by the preservation and development of regional feature.

팽이기초의 형상에 따른 특성 분석 (A Study on the Characteristic of Floating Base Plate due to Plate Shape)

  • 압축성이 크고 지지력이 작은 연약지반에 구조물 축조 시 침하저감 및 지지력의 향상을 위한 다양한 공법이 필요하며 이러한 목적으로 팽이기초가 개발되어 사용되어왔다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 구형팽이기초에 형상의 변화를 준 다양한 팽이기초에 대한 수치해석을 실시하여 하중-침하 특성을 파악한 후 침하량 저감 효과가 입증된 부양팽이기초에 대하여 평판재하시험 및 수치해석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 부양팽이기초는 연약지반의 침하 저감 및 지지력 향상에 효과를 발휘하는 것으로 나타났다.

지반신뢰성 설계를 위한 설계변수의 특성치 연구 (Characteristic Values of Design Parameters for Geotechnical Reliability Design)

  • 신뢰성 설계를 위한 설계변수의 특성치에 대하여 국내 해양토질을 이용하여 연구하였다. 특성치 산정에 대한 연구결과, Student/Ovesen, Schneider 및 EN 1990 방법의 순으로 평균치에 근접한 것으로 나타났고, EN 1990 방법은 지반특성치 산정방법의 신뢰성 차원에서 부적합한 것을 확인하였다. 그리고 제시된 네가지 특성치 산정방법은 토질의 변동성이 커짐에 따라 특성치를 보수적으로 평가하는 경향을 보였다. 또한 이러한 산정된 특성치가 실 설계에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 방파제에 대하여 임의 하중하에서 미개량 지반의 지지력 및 침하특성을 검토하였다. Schneider 방법을 이용하여 산정한 결과와 토질정수의 산술평균치를 이용한 결과를 비교한 결과, 허용지지력/작용하중비의 경우 전자가 후자의 65%로 나타났고, 침하량의 경우에는 13.6%를 제시하여 과소평가한 결과였다. 그리고 과거 설계사례에서 산술평균치로 결정된 대표치에 의한 것과 본 논문에서 각 지역의 자료로부터 산정한 특성치에 따른 설계결과를 비교한 결과, 산술평균치로 결정된 대표치에 의한 설계는 대부분 과대평가의 결과를 제시하였다.

Impact of spatial variability of geotechnical properties on uncertain settlement of frozen soil foundation around an oil pipeline

  • The spatial variability of geotechnical properties can lead to the uncertainty of settlement for frozen soil foundation around the oil pipeline, and it can affect the stability of permafrost foundation. In this paper, the elastic modulus, cohesion, angle of internal friction and poisson ratio are taken as four independent random fields. A stochastic analysis model for the uncertain settlement characteristic of frozen soil foundation around an oil pipeline is presented. The accuracy of the stochastic analysis model is verified by measured data. Considering the different combinations for the coefficient of variation and scale of fluctuation, the influences of spatial variability of geotechnical properties on uncertain settlement are estimated. The results show that the stochastic effects between elastic modulus, cohesion, angle of internal friction and poisson ratio are obviously different. The deformation parameters have a greater influence on stochastic settlement than the strength parameters. The overall variability of settlement reduces with the increase of horizontal scale of fluctuation and vertical scale of fluctuation. These results can improve our understanding of the influences of spatial variability of geotechnical properties on uncertain settlement and provide a theoretical basis for the reliability analysis of pipeline engineering in permafrost regions.

  • A typology study is a comparative study of the physical characteristics of the built environment divided into distinct types such as architecture, culture, and environment. Lao vernacular dwellings were initially created based on the Lao people's behavior in terms of beliefs, traditional culture, lifestyle, and local wisdom with regard to the environment, climate, geography, and materials. The main research method used in this study is a comparative case study of three ethnic dwellings. The multiple data collection tools employed included second source data and primary data to analyze the findings of the unique characteristic typology of Lao vernacular dwellings. The objective of this paper is to compare the cultural and physical contexts, the patterns and origins of settlement, the architecture, the cultures, and the local indigenous knowledge related to the dwellings and settlement of the three main ethnic groups. These three groups are rich in tradition and their documentation is therefore essential for the intellectual history of the society of Lao; this research could therefore aid in enhancing our understanding of the three typologies of Lao vernacular architecture and settlement within the historical and sociocultural contexts of each ethnicity to convey an understanding of Lao vernacular dwellings by analyzing their different types to help identify the differences and similarities among architectural artifacts by recognizing the invisible connections between them, whereby the figurative ornamentation is based on the relationship between man and nature. This study also provides a glimpse of the living culture and characteristic features of Lao vernacular architecture.

포화 점성토지반 침하량의 합리적 평가를 위한 실용적인 응력경로법 적용방법 : Part II (침하량 평가절차와 적용예제) (A Practical Approach of Stress Path Method for Rational Settlement Estimation of Saturated Clay Deposit : Part II (Settlement Estimation Procedure and Application Examples))

  • 본 연구의 Part I에서는 포화 점성토지반 침하량의 합리적인 평가를 위한 새로운 개념의 응력경로법 적용방법을 제안하였으며, 이러한 새로운 개념의 실용화와 관련하여 포화 점성토지반의 침하관련 특성변형거동을 효율적으로 평가하고 활용하는 구체적인 방법을 개발하였다. 본 Part II에서는 이러한 선행 연구결과를 바탕으로 실제 침하량 평가에 활용가능한 수준의 침하량 평가절차를 개발하였으며, 다양한 예제에 대한 침하량 분석을 통해 그 적용성과 유용성을 확인하였다. 이와 더불어 개발된 평가방법과의 비교를 통해 기존 평가방법들의 한계 또한 명확히 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 침하량 평가절차는 그 뛰어나고 유연한 적용성으로 인해 향후 여러 관련 시공현장에서 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 대표적인 예로, 개발된 평가절차는 특정 구조물에 대해 허용침하량 기준을 만족하도록 다양한 설계대안을 검토하거나 또는 시공과정에서 발생하는 각종 설계변경이 침하량에 미치는 영향을 즉각적으로 평가할 필요가 있는 경우 등에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있으며, 특히 동일한 지반 상에 다양한 구조물이 들어서게 될 대규모 부지에 대한 사전 검토작업에 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • This paper reviewed wave propagation of train vibration based on the study of high speed railway soft ground section with pile slab construction. In a filed of railway, concrete track has been adapted in a railway construction. And in order to maintain its track, soil improving method was required to control residual settlement. Within many soft ground settlement prevention techniques, pile slab method has an effect of minimizing residual settlement of soft ground. This is possible using support embankment load method by construct pile slab or cap the upper soft ground. This paper reviewed vibration wave characteristic of soft ground section with pile slab using numerical analysis application through finite element analysis. Pile slab method is established between high stiffened soft ground and embankment this creates a possibility of vibration block or slab amplification. Thus analyzed of wave propagation was done with roadbed and structure property to confirm application performance of pile slab method of high speed railway structure.

청년농업인의 영농정착 특성 분석 (Characteristics of Farming Settlement for Young Farmers)

  • This study aims to examine the characteristics of farming settlement in young farmers. In order to analyze the effect of each characteristic on young farmers' intention for settling into farming, an ordered logit model was employed. As for the individual characteristics affecting their intention for settling into farming, age and the highest education level showed a positive effect, while family-run farming had a negative effect, which was found statistically significant. For the financial characteristics, farm income had a statistically significant positive effect. On the other hand, the social and policy characteristics did not show any statistically significant effect.

경부고속철도 제6-2공구 노반신설 공사 중 치환공법을 통한 연약지반 처리연구 (A study on soft soil improvement method of Seoul-Busan high-speed railway 6-2nd construction)

  • This study is about how to handle very soft grounds consisted of coal and household garbage(organic soil), clay, silt and so on, through examining Seoul-Busan High-Speed railway 6-2nd section. The soft soil might induce long term settlement and lead to structure's differential settlement eventually. So, we performed the boring test for characteristic of railway ground, laboratory test and field survey for mechanical property. And we also collected the engineering data of ground and the data for the establishment arrangement. These data were examined thoroughly considering residual settlement and strength by high-speed railway design standard. As a result of this study, we can say high-speed railway ground must have enough bearing capacity and be settled under allowable residual settlement(10cm). And also it needs to replace soft ground with high quality sand for the fundamental solution. With the application of replacement method on this study, we expect enough condition to construct stable high-speed railway.
