Ever since the foundation of the Korean Society for Preventive Medicine in 1947, members of the Society had made remarkable contributions to the public health development and national health promotion. They had played key roles in establishing national health system, improving environmental hygiene, controlling infectious and chronic diseases, promoting family planning, improving industrial and environmental health, and developing health service management. However, the Society had less actively responded to the changes in health service needs of the population that were caused by a rapid epidemiologic transition in last a few decades. Early detection and treatment of chronic diseases including cancer and cardiovascular diseases and risk reduction by the life style modification are major approaches to the contemporary national health problems and they are the core contents of preventive medicine. The author proposed to develop the clinical preventive medicine specialist who will have additional training in clinical medicine for health screening and life style modification to the current preventive medicine training program and thus will be able to provide comprehensive preventive medical services. Another area that the Society may take the initiative is training preventive medicine specialist in the disaster, including bioterrorism, preparedness and management. The Society should be more active in proposing health policy and health service program and also participate collectively in a large scale health research project of the government. These approaches may not only contribute more effectively to the national health promotion but also improve the identity of the Society.

With increase of electric vehicle in the road, the number of charging/discharging infrastructure for electric vehicle in public space is also increased rapidly. To charge or discharge the electric vehicle the user of electric vehicle and service provider should verify the each other's identity to minimize security vulnerability. This paper proposes mutual authentication scheme between electric vehicle and charging/discharging service provider with help of hash function and Message Authentication Code(MAC). Also efficient operating scheme for charging/discharging service system is proposed. The analysis shows that the system has robustness against security vulnerability. Also this system can keep the sensitive personal information of service user safely.

The access control system is a system that allows users to selectively enter the building by granting an access key to the user for security. Access keys with weak security are easily exposed to attackers and cannot properly perform the role that authenticates users. Access code keys should be protected from forgery or spoofing. For this reason, access key verification service models is important in security. However, most models manage all access keys on one central server. This method not only interrupts all services due to server errors, but also risks forgery and spoofing in the process of transmitting access keys. Therefore, blockchain algorithms are used to reduce this risk. This paper proposes a blockchain-based access key verification service model that used distributed stored blockchain gateways on storing access keys and authenticates the user's identity based on them. To evaluate the performance of this model, an experiment was conducted to confirm the performance of the access key forgery recovery rate and the blockchain network performance. As a result, the proposed method is 100% forgery recovery rate, and the registration and verification process is evaluated at 387.58 TPS and 136.66 TPS.

FinTech service industry has been growing rapidly around the world. It has driven innovation in financial and payment service industry with different channels such as mobile based on Information and Communications Technology (ICT). However, FinTech service is vulnerable to different security threats due to use the valuable data such as personal information and financial information. It is undeniable that collection and use of those information may increase the possibility of identity theft or privacy breach. In this paper will develop a self-checklist for the Simple Payment service users (Privacy Pragmatists) who want to make a rational decision to protect their personal information. The checklist is going to let the users assess the personal information protection by performing the assessment themself when they use the service. The body of this paper is going to analyze the items of the checklist and through the analysis, will suggest a security policy for personal information protection of FinTech service.

Recently, interest and demand for facial information processing technology that can provide non-face-to-face identity authentication and access management service using smart devices, which is an essential environmental improvement for multi-use facilities, is increasing as a way to prevent the spread of infectious diseases worldwide and to cope with social measures. This study defines a multi-use facility classification system and applied service field to establish a continuous access control system, and measures to improve the usability of the service platform considering scalability through a dual access control system and personal/measurement information type analysis, and accordingly We would like to propose a service roadmap. In addition, it aims to improve the physical access management system service platform, which is a multi-use facility application service that requires one-time and multiple-use authentication according to usage. It is expected that the methodology of this study can be applied as a service platform of a logical access control system type in the future.

This study is to select educational films suitable for enhancing creativity and personality in order to develop educational contents aimed at pre-service early childhood teacher. First, three film critics based on sub-elements of ego-identity selected final 59 films. Next, three education experts classified the 59 films into small groups based on components each for creativity and personality. As a result, first, films classified according to pre-service early childhood teacher' sub-elements of ego-identity, educational components for creativity, and educational components for personality were 8 in job, 7 in religion, 6 in politics, 7 in philosophical life style, 8 in friendship, 8 in relationship, 7 in gender role, and 8 in leisure activity. Second, verifying suitability of film critics and education experts using Delphi method in order to select educational films to enhance pre-service early childhood teacher' creativity and personality based on films was effective in increasing validity of the results of this research.

The National Library of Korea (Sejong), which was launched in December 2013, has been in the spotlight as a specialized library for Korean policy information and as a Sejong city complex cultural facility. Nevertheless, the essential identity, organizational status, division of affairs and core competencies, policy information collection, and services of the NLK (Sejong) are weak and inadequate. Therefore, this study developed a job model for establishing an essential identity and providing high-quality policy information services nationwide and suggested a strategic organizational reorganization plan. The job model was proposed as a total of 110 by adding 38 to the existing 72. Based on this job model, the short-term reorganization model (2023-2024) changed the grade of the library director from the current grade 4 (administrative officer) to Senior Executive, and the grade of the director by division from grade 5 (secretary) to grade 4. The sub-organization has expanded the current 3 divisions (planning management, policy information, and service use) to 4 divisions (planning administration, library collection and development, policy information service, and public service and culture, with a total of 51 personnel. In the mid-to-long-term model (2025-2032), the sub-organization was expanded to 4 divisions and 1 office (planning administration, library collection and development, policy information service, public service and culture, and policy information research), and presented a total of 61 personnel. To this end, it is necessary to persuade stakeholders with the argument of advocating the Korean policy information center, which is a macro-strategic goal, and focus all capabilities on strategic reorganization and revision of 「Decree on the Organization of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism」.

본 연구는 사이버 공간에서 자아에 대한 인지를 두 가지 측면에서 조사하고 이러한 인지와 구매의도 간 어떠한 연관성을 가지는지 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 사이버 자아를 외향적 자아와 내향적 자아로 분류하였고 두 가지 자아에 대한 인지를 파악하기 위하여 사회적 네트워킹 서비스(Social Networking Service)를 제공하는 5사의 서비스 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 아울러 이러한 두 가지 자아에 대한 인지와 구매의도와의 연관성 여부를 밝히기 위하여 설문내용에 구매의도와 관련된 문항을 함께 제시하여 응답을 얻었다. 설문 분석결과, 사이버 자아에 대한 인지와 구매의도 간 상관관계를 확인할 수 있었다.

현재 인터넷을 구성하고 있는 두가지 중요 이름공간(name space)인 IP(Internet Protocol) 주소와 DNS(Domain Name Service) 이름의 단점을 보완하기 위해 연구되고 있는 HIP(Host Identity Protocol)는 IP와 트랜스포트 계층 사이에 새로운 계층과 프로토콜을 제안함으로써 제한된 형태의 신뢰성을 제공하고 이동(mobility), 멀티홈(multihome), 동적 IP주소변경 등을 지원하며 DoS(Denial of Service) 공격 등을 방어한다. 본 논문에서는 현재까지 IETF에서 진행된 HIP관련 연구 동향을 분석한다.

We have studied to protect location and identity privacy of mobile users in mobile communication environments. In this paper, we propose and analyze new mobile originated protocols as a part of our new integrated system for high level privacy protection service which is not provided in the traditional GSM[1] system of europe. Also our protocols support a roaming service into the remote domain as welt as the home domain.
