In existing internet, e-mail protocols including POP3 and IMAP4, provide e-mail services fir exchanging messages with texts, hypertext and images as well. For the e-mail services in wireless mobile network, mobile e-mail service providers have to install a mobile exclusive e-mail server or have to convert e-mail to mobile exclusive e-mail with wireless application format in case of POP3 protocol. In the e-mail service of IMAP4 case known as web-mail, it is difficult to view e-mail directly from server without IMAP4 mobile client because e-mail is stored in mail server side with remote file server. In either case, it also has the problems of viewing the e-mail of hypertext and image information at mobile. This paper provides e-mail extraction engine with image and hypertext conversion facilities that can be applied in wireless mobile internet and it is optimized in mobile communication environments such as a small display, small size of memory with web-mail protocol based on IMAP4 as well as POP3 mail protocol.

The present study was done to investigate the effect of dietary supplemental freezer dry powder fermentation soybean by Bacillus subtilis (natto) on the growth performance and intestinal microflora, prevention of fowl typhoid infection, the uptake of vegetative diet in broiler chickens. The chickens were fed control diet (supplement antibiotics) and fermentation soybean (0.75, 1.5, 3%) diets. A total of 280 one day old broiler chickens with randomly mixed sexes were fed the four diets for 6 weeks. Body weight gain of chicken fed 1.5% fermentation soybean by B subtilis tend to increase higher than the control from 6th week. Chickens fed diets containing 1.5% fermentation soybean by B subtilis had higher intake than those fed the other levels to the 3th weeks, but lower than control from the 4th week to the 6th week. Feed conversion also improved significantly in the supplemental 1.5% fermentation soybean by B subtilis from the 4th week to the 6th week. The number of B subtilis and Lactobacillus spp in the ileum and cecum tend to increase in the supplemental fermentation soybean by B subtilis at 6 week of age, but was not significantly different. In the nutrient digestibility, the feed conversion on the supplemental 1.5% fermentation soybean by B subtilis was better than the control and the weight of drying feces lower than the control. In test of S. gallinarum intramuscular inoculation, reisolation rate of S gallinarum in liver and feces 1.5% the fermentation soybean by B subtilis 75% (liver), 17% (feces) had decreased than the control.

Today the Internet is being used in all areas. However, part of everyday life, the lack of ethics on the Internet, the Internet lies in state. Especially the youth, should exploit the anonymity. As a result, has caused many problems. Fps online game from young people enjoy the use of profanity and slang, and increasing the damage of cyber violence has also increased. The damage type of cyber violence, abusive and slang, and the age, the lower the investigation was to increase the damage. Lot of publicity and public service advertising is in progress in order to prevent problems, but its expected effects is lacking. In addition, using abusive and slang words, This is a fundamental and provide a service to handle deleted or blinds, but if you can not see the solution. In this paper suggests the language convert that can be applied to Fps online games. Language the conversion process, if applicable to the game, the abusive and slang language, helps to purify. Proposed language the conversion process is expected to reduce cyber violence used abusive and slang.

This study would verify the validity of two transmission technology, 'Clear QAM' and '8VSB'. 'Clear QAM' and '8VSB', the transmisson technology, have been suggested as the concrete alternatives in the situation that half of subscriber of multi channel tv service have been still out of benefit from digital convert. In this study, we have shown that the introduction of 'Clear QAM' and '8VSB' should ease economical burdens and information minority group without extra set-top box. But there is another concern that it should negatively affect on the contents industry by a devaluation of the multi channel tv service or by an infringement of copyright. In these reasons, it is still difficult to solve the related concern, though the government have to set up the politic goal for the related industry as well digital convert. This study suggested that Korea Communication Commission consider above-mentioned technology temporarily, and reconsider 'Clear QAM' around the completion of the digital convert project.

Telematics is a leading IT service where wireless internet service represented by information and mobility is extended to the area of transportations to provide Telematics service. One of the killer-application about Telematics is navigation system. Recently, due to the mass storage conversion, the performance of the terminal and mobile communications technology development, navigation system is also changed. It more and more develops into 3D in a pre-existence 2D map. In the future, it is expected to include the remote sensing map or video map. There is also the characteristic of all the information expressed in frequently a change partially happening. That is, POI(Point Of Interest) which is freshly registered or is deleted is many. In a pre-existence, Map Contents Providers offer the new version map by off-line monthly or quarterly. And a user wastes time and is inconvenient because of updating the total map by the off-line. Thus, in this paper, in order to resolve this, we describe MAUS(Map Air Update Server) for updating only the partial map that was changed

Currently, in comparison with other architectural estimations, the estimation work regarding building mechanical-service systems is time-consuming, and the process is continuously becoming more difficult because of the increased usage of the attached piping materials such as fittings and hangings in addition to their complicated construction processes. To improve this problem, the Korean authority provides a simple estimation method for the attached-material rate regarding the main piping material, which is the most time-consuming work in the architectural-mechanical estimation. However, to be an applicable method on construction sites, a proper conversion rate of the attached-piping material is still required for the proposed method regarding building usage and working types. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the calculation of the rate of the attached-piping materials such as the fittings and supports through the building of the mechanical-service work types of mechanical rooms, air conditioning, domestic water and hot-water supplies, and the drain-, vent-, and gas-piping work in office buildings that have been designed after 2010.

According to the government's plan for cloud conversion and integration of information resources for administrative and public institutions, work is underway to convert administrative and public institutions to the cloud by 2025. In addition, in the private sector, companies in many fields, including finance, are already using cloud services, and the usage is expected to expand more and more. As a result, changes have occurred in security control activities using security systems, it is required to secure visibility for encrypted traffic when building a cloud control environment. In this paper, an analysis was conducted on the way to provide visibility in the cloud service environment. Ways to provide visibility in the cloud service environment include methods of using load balancer, methods of using security systems, and methods of using equipment dedicated to SSL/TLS decryption. For these methods, Performance comparison was performed in terms of confidentiality, functionality (performance), cost. Through this, the pros and cons of each visibility provision method were presented.

The USIM(universal subscriber identity module)-unlock introducing in July 1, 2008 might be led to a significant change that mobile service provider's dominance is considerably dispersed to the handset manufacturer and distributor. Under USIM-unlock environment, mobile service provider, handset manufacturer, and distributor have to make their decisions on their handset distribution channel strategies: the closed distribution channel strategy or the open distribution channel strategy. The change of distribution channel strategy between members in distribution channel can be understood as a matter of strategy choice, and we have developed a theoretical model and analyzed how to make a decision for the member's optimal distribution strategy based on 3-person game model between members of mobile phone distribution channel, under both of '1 subscriber-1 handset' and '1 subscriber-multiple handset' assumptions. Under '1 subscriber-1 handset' assumption, the closed strategy controlled by mobile service provider is all players' optimal solution because the maximum size of the mobile phone market is limited by subscribers. But, as total expected profit by the handset and distribution subsides is a deficit, mobile service provider have to choose the open strategy and consider the conversion to MNO(mobile network operator). Under '1 subscriber-multiple handset' assumption, mobile service provider is trying to find the way how to lock-in its service and mobile phone and how to maximize ARPU(average revenue per unit), while handset manufacturer and distributor have to look for the way how to maximize the mobile phone market using their own marketing efforts, because it is expected that total mobile handset demand for the open market is bigger than demand for the closed market under '1 subscriber-multiple handset' assumption.
