전문서비스의 만족과 몰입, 로열티의 구조적 관계 (Structural Relationship among Professional Service Satisfaction, Commitment and Loyalty)

  • 본 연구는 전문서비스 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 강력한 충성도 구축을 위해 전문서비스만의 차별화된 특성을 반영한 충성도 구축 모형을 검증하고자 한다. 전문서비스는 서비스의 일반적인 특성 외에도 소비자가 서비스 결과를 쉽게 예측할 수 없고 서비스 제공자와 이용자간의 지식불균형이 커서 서비스를 이용하고 난 이후에도 서비스 만족과 품질을 평가하기 어렵다는 특성을 가지고 있다. 그래서 전문서비스는 이용과정에서 고객이 지각하는 만족과 감정이 충성도 형성에 결정적인 역할을 할 것이다. 이에 따라 본 연구의 모형에서는 전문서비스 이용과정의 만족차원으로 반응적 만족, 상호작용 만족, 기술적 만족차원으로 나누어 검토하고 감정적 몰입과 계산적 몰입과의 관계, 몰입의 차원과 충성도 간의 관계를 구조적으로 살펴보았다. 분석결과 전문서비스 이용과정에서 지각하는 만족의 차원은 감정적 몰입과 계산적 몰입을 모두 높이며, 이러한 몰입은 충성도 형성에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

  • 지역사회서비스에서 서비스 이용자 만족도는 사회서비스의 품질 향상과 서비스 제공 기관의 자립을 유도하는 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 논 논문의 목적은 지역사회서비스 이용자를 중심으로 서비스 지속 의향에 영향을 미치는 만족도 요인을 살펴보고 기관에서는 이용자 중심가치 실현과 서비스 만족도를 높이기 위한 방향 제시 및 수요예측에 대한 정보 자료를 제공하고 한다. 본 연구에서는 각 측정도구의 신뢰도를 파악하기 위해 신뢰도 검사를 실시하고, 연구 대상자의 일반 특성을 파악하기 위해 기술통계와 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 이용자 만족도 요인이 서비스 지속성에 미치는 영향을 알기 위해 로지스틱회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 지역사회서비스에서 서비스 이용자 만족도는 사회서비스의 품질 향상과 서비스 제공 기관의 자립을 유도하는 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있는 것을 확인하였다.

  • Advanced online environment and communication technology have made the e-commerce environments evolved rapidly. In the e-commerce area, one of the most important concepts regarding the relationship between seller and buyer is the "trust." Considering the purpose of purchase and satisfaction of website, the users may face problems such as consumer's transaction security or personal information sharing when they make transactions over web sites. It could be difficult to pursue the goal for the users to purchase product or service over online if the seller or service provider cannot establish trust to the customers. In this paper, through multi-dimensional viewpoints of trust, satisfaction can be accounted for by cue-based trust and experienced trust. The purchase intention mediates the experienced trust when online users purchase products or use online service.

질병의 중증도에 따른 의료서비스 품질과 병원의 명성이 고객만족과 재구매의도, 그리고 부정적 구전에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Medical Service Quality and Hospital's Reputation on Customer Satisfaction, Repurchase Intention, and Negative Word of Mouth as to Disease Severity)

  • This model was empirically developed to test the effect of medical service quality and hospital's reputation on customer satisfaction, repurchase intention, and negative word of mouth as to disease severity. The model was tested in the context of the hospital industry. The findings are as follows. First, medical service provider's functional quality and technical service quality have significant effect on customer satisfaction. Second, hospital's reputation has positive(+) effect on customer satisfaction and significant negative effect on negative word of mouth. Third, customer satisfaction with medical service quality has significantly positive effect on customer's repurchase intention and has negative(-) effect on customer's negative word of mouth. Furthermore, customer's negative word of mouth has negative effect on their repurchase intention. Fourth, as to different disease severity, medical service quality and hospital's reputation have different effect on customer satisfaction, repurchase intention, and negative word of mouth. When patients get slightly ill, functional service quality and technical service quality have direct influence on customer satisfaction which has positive influence on repurchase intention and negative influence on negative word of mouth. Finally, negative word of mouth has negative effect on customer's repurchase intention. However, while hospital's reputation doesn't have effect on customer satisfaction, the reputation has significantly negative effect on negative word of mouth. When patients get seriously ill, only functional service quality has positive effect on customer satisfaction which influences on customer's repurchase intention and negatively influences on negative word of mouth. On the contrary, negative word of mouth doesn't influence on customer's repurchase intention as patients want to treat serious diseases in the large general hospitals even though negative word of mouth is known to them.

  • 본 연구는 패스트푸드점 서비스 제공자의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션이 브랜드 이미지, 고객만족, 재방문의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 대구지역의 패스트푸드점 이용고객 309명의 설문자료를 수집하여 분석에 사용하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS 프로그램의 빈도분석, 요인분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 요인분석을 통해 패스트푸드점 서비스 제공자의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션은 표정언어, 외모적언어, 의사언어, 공간적 행위의 4 구성요소로 확인되었으며, 다중회귀분석결과 비언어적 커뮤니케이션의 4 구성요소는 브랜드 이미지, 고객만족, 재방문의도 각각에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 결과를 통해 패스트푸드점 서비스 제공자의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션의 영향력을 확인하고 실무적 차원의 시사점과 이론적 차원의 시사점을 제시하였다.

외식업체 도시락 이용에 대한 중요도-만족도 조사 (A Survey of Consumer Importance-Satisfaction on Prepackaged Meals (Dosirak) Sold by Food Service Providers)

  • A study was performed on the consumption of prepackaged meals (Dosirak) sold by food service providers through Importance-Satisfaction Analysis (ISA) to determine the factors that consumers seek in quality Dosirak. According to the analysis, food service providers need to concentrate on food freshness and temperature while maintaining food taste. As for food packaging, consumers were found to prefer microwaveable plastic containers the most (29.3%). Nonetheless, they found that packaging needed improvements in securing food content during transportation and in food labeling, especially for expiration dates. The study also investigated which factors, including menu selection and advertising, affected the sales of food service provider Dosirak the most. The most important factor was determined to be price. Regarding menu selection, the quality of food seasoning and ingredients, daily specials and the variety of combination sets were found to be important. Availability of delivery (3.83/5.00), advance ordering (3.82/5.00) and discounts (3.75/5.00) were important factors in advertising. The conclusions of the study point to a consumer base that recognizes the ease and benefits of Dosirak but desires high quality food items at low cost. To expand the consumer base, food service providers must continually develop new menu items that satisfy consumer tastes and trends, maintain sanitary conditions and improve food labelling.

전시회 서비스에 대한 주최자의 중요도와 참관객의 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Exhibition Services Organizer's Perception and Participant's Satisfaction)

  • This research is to 1) examine the perception of an exhibition organizer in holding an exhibition and its time, and 2) find out participants' satisfaction in the exhibition services according to time and purposes of visiting. The questionnaire was distributed to employees who work for exhibition companies, and exhibition visitors that have participated in any kind of international exhibitions which were held in COEX from 27, March to 2, May, 2003. The results of this study are as follows; First convenience facilities nearby, promotion, parking facilities strongly affected participants' overall satisfaction. Secondly, the purposes and time of visiting showed significant factors on the participants' satisfaction in the exhibition services. In turn, buying merchandise and obtaining useful information significantly affected convenience facilities nearby. Also, simple visiting purposes affected the cost of staying and service related to tourism. Finally, the number of workers, time and occupation of exhibitions are showed as important factors for the perception of an exhibition provider in the exhibition services.

패션 큐레이션의 서비스 품질이 사용자 만족, 신뢰, 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Quality of Curation Service on User Satisfaction, Trust, and Persistence Usage)

  • This study tried to investigate the effect of the service quality attributes of the curation on the satisfaction, trust, and intention to continuous use of consumers in that curation services are derived in various forms and being greatly activated, there are not many academic discussions centered on them. Besides, differences between curation services by each service provider were also verified in this study. Data collection was conducted for one month in August 2019, with 373 men and women in their 20s. The results of the study are as follows. First, according to the result of investigating the variables that make effect on user satisfaction of curation service, it was identified that satisfaction has increased when figures of fulfillment, responsiveness, personalization, design, ease of use, and safety were higher. Second, among the variables that influence the reliability of the curation service, trust increases when user satisfaction, design, ease of use, and safety are higher. Third, satisfaction has a positive effect on trust, and both satisfaction and reliability affect the intention to continue use. Fourth, as a result of examining the difference in quality between the curation services divided by Curating subject, it was found that satisfaction, ubiquitous connectivity, and responsive quality were measured higher in the business operator service than in the user curation service.

정보체계 운영 아웃소싱에 있어서의 서비스 수준 측정 메트릭 (SLA (Service Level Agreement) Metrics in IT Operation Outsourcing)

  • 정보체계를 아웃소싱 하는데 있어서 서비스 의뢰자와 제공자 모두가 이해하고 동의할 수 있는 합리적인 서비스수준측정 메트릭(SLM, Service Level Metric)이 있어야 하며 이를 기초로 서비스수준목표(SLA, Service Level Objective)가 세워지고 서비스수준협약(SLA, Service Level Agreement)이 작성되어야 한다. SLM에 대한 연구가 필요한 이유로는 첫째, 아웃소싱 당사자들간의 불만족에도 불구하고 컴퓨터가 도입된 초창기의 메트릭들이 아직도 사용되고 있어서 메트릭 자체에 대한 검토가 필요하다 둘째, 시스템 구성요소의 가용성이나 사용을 등을 표현하는 SLM은 있으나 사용자(end-user)의 만족도를 표현하는 SLM이 없다. 셋째, 아웃소싱 계약이 대개 서비스제공자가 주도하므로 SLO 및 SLM이 제공자에게 유리하게 작성되는 경우가 많아서 의뢰자도 인정할 수 있는 메트릭이 필요하다. 아웃소싱이 성공하기 위해서는 서비스 의뢰자와 제공자가 자신의 역할을 잘 인식해야 하고 양자간의 관계가 정립되어 있어야 하며 서로에게 기대하는 것이 무엇인지를 명확히 해야 한다. 또한 이러한 상호간의 기대치는 정량적인 수치인 메트릭으로 표현되어야 한다.

대구지역 의료서비스 제공자들의 중국 문화에 대한 문화적 역량과 중국 의료관광객의 만족도 (Cultural Competence of Health Care Providers in Daegu and Satisfaction on Health Care Services of Chinese Medical Tourists)

  • Background: This study aims at making a survey on health care service providers' cultural competence and making an appraisal of Chinese medical tourists on service quality, health care service providers' cultural competence, perceived value, and satisfaction. Methods: The data was collected from August until November, 2014 and 150 health care service providers and 65 Chinese medical tourists from 12 medical institutions in Daegu were enrolled in analysis. Results: The results showed that health care service provider's knowledge on Chinese culture was very low with 33.5% of correct answer. Health care service providers were found to get 3.82 point on a 5 point-scale in cultural perception, 3.53 points in cultural sensitivity, and 2.85 points in cultural skills. Chinese medical tourists were analyzed to give 4.08 points on a 5-point scale to satisfaction on health care service, followed by 4.01 points to health care service quality, 4.00 points to perceived value of health care service, and last 3.85 points to a health care service providers' cultural skills. However, there was a difference in points in cultural skills between health care service providers and Chinese medical tourists. Chinese medical tourists' satisfaction with health care service in Daegu was found to be comparatively high, but in relation to satisfaction with communication, it was found to be relatively low. Conclusion: Through this research, health care service providers' knowledge level of Chinese culture and cultural skills were low while they seemed to take a half-hearted attitude towards educational experience for building up cultural competence and foreign patient service response.
