This study was carried out on specialized library librarians to investigate the status and overall satisfaction of specialized services and to compare the degree of importance and satisfaction of specialized subject data, specialized service places, specialization programs, specialized subject area facilities and environment based on ISA technique in order to derive problems and improvement measures for the operation of specialized libraries. As results, first, it was found that a specialized library subject should be selected based on the characteristics, history, and resources of the library location as well as based on the demand survey of the local residents and users. Second, based on the appropriate program type of specialized subject and the results from users' demand surveys, specialized libraries should develop different types of experience-type, lecture-type, view-type and the likes. Third, specialized library space types can be divided into integrated type, independent-in-integration type, and independent type. Even though it is most ideal to provide independently specialized space, the space must be constructed considering the circumstances and subject of specialization of each library. Fourth, specialized libraries should have at least one dedicated specialist in the corresponding subject. Dedicated specialists should provide lending and reference services related to the specialization such as tidying, browsing, reading and operating specialized programs. And a dedicated specialist must be an expert in the specialized subject and also a librarian who is responsible of the general library operation.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to verify the influence of educare teachers' self-encouragement and social support on their psychological burnout. Methods: This study was 329 educare teachers working in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. The questionnaire for this study (self-encouragement scales, social support scales, and psychological burnout scales) was conducted and t-test, F-test, Turkey post test, Pearson Correlation analysis, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis was conducted by using the SPSS windows 18.0 program. Research results of analysis were as follows. Results: First, the difference of self-encouragement of educare teachers was remarkable according to age group and that of social support noticeable according to age group and career while that of psychological burnout was noticeable according to age group and marital status. Second, educare teachers' self-encouragement and social support has negative correlation with their psychological burnout. Third, educare teachers' self-encouragement and social support affect their psychological burnout in negative manner. In particular, self-encouragement functions, more than social support, as a main factor in reducing psychological burnout. Conclusion/Implications: These results can be utilized as basic data for developing education and counselling programs designed to provide emotional stability for educare teachers and help them give more positive child-care service.
Purpose: In this study, the hospice nursing research trend in 1998~2017 was investigated by analyzing research articles on hospice nursing. Methods: Literature search was performed with keywords of 'nursing' and 'hospice on an academic research information service. Also reviewed were all articles published in the Korean Journal of Nursing Science and its 8 subcategory journals, the Korean Journal of Hospice and Palliative Care and the Korean Hospice Association from 1998 through 2017, except thesis papers. Results: In 2013~2017, 79 articles (31.0%) were relevant, up over 7% from 61 articles (23.9%) in 2008~2012. The most studied field was psychology (92 papers, 36.2%) in the Korean Journal of Hospice and Palliative Care. Enrolled in most papers were patients with end-stage cancer (75, 29.5%), which is overwhelmingly high. Most studies used quantitative methods (183, 72.0%). Recognition was the most studied theme (62, 24.4%), and 16 of them focused on recognition of death (6.3%). Intervention studies totaled 34 (13.4%), and most of them (7, 2.8%) were conducted for palliative education. Conclusion: Most hospice nursing studies were quantitative studies, conducted with patients, and hospice nursing intervention programs were similar to each other. Thus, more studies with hospice patients and their families are needed. And more experimental and qualitative studies are needed to build an evidence-based nursing study environment. Considering how most studies examined psychological factors, physiological factors such as pain, a major issue in hospice care, should be analyzed in experimental studies to construct a pain intervention program for hospice patients.

The purpose of this study is to find how the childcare teacher aptitude of students majoring in childcare and education influences their perception of teacher professionalism. To achieve that, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 216 early childhood preservice teachers living in A city. For data processing and analysis, SPSS program was used so as to conduct frequency analysis and calculate the mean and standard deviation. In addition, to test reliability and find relations between variables, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. As a result, firstly, in terms of the childcare teacher aptitude perceived by the students majoring in childcare and education, they highly perceived an affinity with young children and a sense of calling of their job; in terms of their perception of teacher professionalism, they highly perceived social necessity and vocational ethics. Secondly, early childhood preservice teachers' childcare teacher aptitude had a statistically significant correlation with their perception of teacher professionalism. Thirdly, the sub factors of early childhood preservice teachers' childcare teacher aptitude all positively influenced the sub factors of the perception of teacher professionalism. Given the study results, the students majoring in childcare and education perceived the importance of their aptitude of childcare teacher. In order to provide high-quality childcare service and create the positive aptitude of childcare teacher, it will be necessary to conduct a variety of basic research.
Purpose - As the growth potential of the cultural contents industry steadily grows, the cinemas industry is growing fast especially due to popularity and commerciality. The recent in the cinemas industry is evolving on multiplex cinemas that combine cultural facilities such as theaters, restaurants, and shopping centers. Due to the rapid growth of multiplex cinemas, many researchers have studied the characteristics of visiting customers in Korea. Among them, selection attribute of multiplex cinemas, including the service quality and physical environment, is important because it may examines the cause of customer 's behavior. Thus, this research focuses on the effects of the selection attributes of the multiplex cinemas on customer satisfaction and their loyalty. This research suggests the guidelines for how cinemas should manage their customers and build their customers satisfaction and loyalty that improve business performance. Research design, data, and methodology - This study tests the structural relationship between selection attributes of multiplex cinemas, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. selection attributes of multiplex cinemas divide into five sub-dimensions such as movies facility quality, services, cleanliness, accessibility, and snack bars quality. In order to examine the purposes of this research, research model and hypotheses were developed. All constructs were measured with multiple items developed and tested in the previous studies. The data were collected from 100 students in their 10-20s and were analyzed using SPSS 22.0, SmartPLS 3.0 and fsQCA program. Result - The findings of this research are as follows. First, all selection attributes except cleanliness have significant positive impacts on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Second, customer satisfaction has significant positive impact on loyalty. Third, as a result of fsQCA, high satisfaction and high accessibility were the necessary conditions on loyalty. Fourth, the necessary conditions for male and female groups were different. Conclusions - The implications of this study are as follows. Overall, multiplex cinemas should manage selection attributes basically regardless of the type of theater. Especially, cleanliness was not significant, but the customer probably consider it an essential and basic factors. Also, they are able to manage the selection attributes differently depending on the type of gender. For the male customers, it is effective that centralized strategy and for female customers, it is effective that emphasized the multiplex cinemas image.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing the posttraumatic growth of maritime police officers. Methods: The subjects include 293 maritime police officers that received basic and professional education at the Korea Coast Guard Academy on June 17~July 31, 2019. Data was analyzed in frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, variance analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS Version 21.0 program. Results: The findings show that the maritime police officers scored mean 39.72±16.56 points in posttraumatic growth. marital status(β=.194, p=.002), smoking(β=.152, p=.010), regular exercise(β=-.185, p<.001), total duration of service(β=-.154, p=.033), resilience(β=.310, p<.001), social support (β=.250, p<.001), and collective culture(β=.158, p=.004) had impacts on their posttraumatic growth. Conclusion: The findings of the study demonstrate that the posttraumatic growth of maritime police officers was under the influence of supports from families and peers, working environment, and culture as well as their individual characteristics.
The purpose of this study is to investigate whether character education program using Youtube PSAs affect psychological and social maturity of pre-service teachers. For data collections, questionnaires and semi-structured interview are used by 23 sophomores majoring in teacher education. The results are as follows. First, the participants showed highly significant improvement on each of two maturities as well as entire psychological and social maturity. Second, the score of factors of social maturity was lower than that of those of psycho maturity. it could be estimated that college students live in nuclear family and individualization is valued more. Third, while pre-test scores of entire psycho-social maturity are not statistically significant, post-test scores of each of psycho-social maturity indicated statistical significance. In particular, unlike pre-test, there is a strong positive correlation in post-test due to mutually positive impact of two factors. Fourth, there was no statistically significant sex difference. Lastly, according to the result of interview, participants had strong views on the effects of personality education associated with use of Youtube PSAs on motivation and focus in class, caring for others, and leading to positive behaviors.
This study aims to investigate the relationship between the factors of RMR product selection attributes, brand image, and satisfaction as the interest and frequency of use of RMR products of dining out consumers increase recently. Convenience sampling was used for consumers with experience in using RMR products launched in catering companies and restaurants. The investigation period was conducted for about 20 days from August 10, 2020. The final 291 copies were used for research analysis, and the SPSS 21.0 statistical package program was used for hypothesis verification. As a result of the analysis, the hygiene (=.160), menu (=.203), and packaging (=.291) of Hypothesis 1 had a significant effect on reliability. Hypothesis 2's menu (=.270), convenience (=.201), and packaging (=.195) were found to have a significant effect on differentiation. The reliability (=.328) and differentiation (=.443) of the brand image of Hypothesis 3 were found to have a significant effect on satisfaction (=.428). Hygiene (=.388), menu (=.229), and convenience (=.243) of Hypothesis 4 were analyzed to have a significant effect on satisfaction. Lastly, this study is expected to be provided as basic research data related to RMR products, and is intended to be presented as a theoretical basis for the use of marketing and direction in RMR product development of food service companies and restaurants.
This study attempted an empirical analysis study on the Meal Kit Product, whose interest and demand continued to increase according to the eating out trend in the Untact era. In addition, this study attempted to investigate the relationship between the factors of Home Meal Replacement Meal Kit Product Selection Attributes, Consumers Satisfaction, and Other Recommendation Intention. Convenience sampling was used for consumers with experience in using Meal Kit Products released by food service companies and start-up companies. The investigation period was conducted for about one month from July 01, 2020, and the final 285 copies were used for analysis. The SPSS 21.0 statistical package program was used to verify the hypothesis. As a result of the analysis, the price (β=.241), convenience (β=.317), and diversity (β=.191) of Hypothesis 1 had a significant effect on Consumers Satisfaction. Price (β=.482), convenience (β=.133), and diversity (β=.342) were found to have a significant effect on the intention to recommend others. It was analyzed that Hypothesis 3's Consumers Satisfaction (β=.443) had a significant effect on Other Recommendation Intention. Finally, through this study, we expect to be provided as basic research data related to Meal Kit Product. It is intended to be presented as a theoretical basis for the use of marketing and direction for the development of milk kit products for catering companies and restaurants.

This study examined the effects of pre-service teacher's cooperative organizational culture on the conflict management type. The subjects were 138 preschool teachers. The data were obtained by self-reporting and used to investigate the teacher's conflict management type and cooperative organizational culture. The collected data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient analysis and stepwise regression analysis. The major findings in this study were as follows; First, there was a relationship between the cooperative organizational culture of early childhood teachers and the overall type of conflict management. The overall cooperative organizational culture had the strongest relationship, particularly with the integrated type of conflict management. The following appeared in the order of compromise, consideration, and domination. On the other hand, there was no relationship with the avoidance type. Second, regarding the sub-factor of conflict management type that affects the cooperative organizational culture of early childhood teachers, the integrated type has the strongest influence, followed by the caring type. In the sub-factor of cooperative organizational culture, the integrated type has the strongest influence on the cooperative leadership, followed by the caring type. The integrated type had the greatest influence on teacher cooperation, peer support, and learning companion.
