치과기공사의 보수교육에 관한 연구(I) -보수교육 실태와 인식을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Continuing Education of Dental Technicians)

  • Since dental prosthesis is made possible only when dental technicians give themselves to the study of knowledge and the acquisition of updated skills, continuing education is of great importance in that it makes up for the efforts of dental technicians. Accordingly, continuing education relates to a system designed to contribute to the enhancement of the talents of dental technicians and the dental health of the nation. Specialized knowledge and information may work as the best weapon to preserve their jbs. This is true of this modern society where no one can expecth to survive without acquiring knowledge and information constantly for work is getting more classified and more divirsifide. This paper is dedicated to take a look at the current condition of the continuing education of dental technicians and to come up with measure to make general evaluation and to improve continuing education. This research resorts to 609 questionnaires among 6433 copies save unfaithfully responded 34 copos with 6.431 dental technicians as the subjects enrolled in the Dental technician Association. The collected questionnaires consist of 365 dental technicians living in Seoul and of 244 ones, Which account for 11.8 percent of dental technicians enrolled in the association. Because dental technicians live more in local areas than Seoul, the generalization of this survey leaves something to be desired. I have come up with the following findings. 1. 6,431 dental technicians, or 36.3 percent of an total of 14,956 licensed dental technicians, were admitted as numbers of the Dental Tachnician Association as of October 31, 1999. In the '98 continuing education. 4,141 dental technicians among 4,711 dental technicians got relevant training, and in the '99 continuing education, 4,075 technicians, or 75.9 percent of 5,365 technicians got relevant training while 1,290 technicians or 24.2 percent, fail to get relevant training. 2. The survey has it that 38.1 percent of dental technicians are ignorant of the laws on continuing education, and that technicians staying in local communities(146 persons, or 61.6%) take more part in education than those living in the capital of Korea(159 persons, or 146%), and that the older they are, the more money they earn, the more carrer they have, the higher position they hold, the more part they take in education 3. According to the survey, those who have the experience of getting training more than three times account for 52 persons(16.8%) in Seoul and 47 persons(22.4%) in local districts(p<0.01). In terms of sanctions in relation to continuing education, 26 dental technicians(4.6%) say that they have ever gotten sanctions, and 533 dental technicians(95.4%) say that they haven't. And those who were absent from continuing education(72 technicians : 13.51%) didn't get any sanction. 4. In terms of the degree of understanding continuing education, local technicians(46.8% : 110 persons) have a higher understanding of continuing education than their countparts staying in Seoul(36.0% : 130). Continuing education is not the ultimate goal itself. It should be changed to motivate those who get education to be willing to take part in contunuing education, and to help dental technicians in a practical and specific way. And the branch societies should be developde to engage in more specialized and classified expert fields. Of course, the curriculum should be so selected that the conceptions of dental technicians may be reflected to the maximum extent, and the ultimate effores should be made to effect diversity in the ways of educational methods and to perfect the preparation of continuing education on the part of instructors. Regulations should be established in relation to continuing education with a veiew to enhancing the participation of continuing education and its effectiveness. The supervision of the Ministry of Health and Welfare is of great importance in this context. The regulation of continuing education is not administrative regulation, but the expression of national will to guarantee the medical service of the nation at highest level. Therefore, it is necessary that the Ministry of Health and Welfare should change their understanding of the needs for the continuing education of dental experts, and that the expertise of government employees in charge of continuing education should be expanded. It goes without saying that the government should suppory continuing education in a financial way so as to supply the person in charge of public welfare and control the quality of national medicine.

지역사회 말기질환자 가족 부담감에 관한 연구 (A Study of Family Caregiver's Burden for the Terminally III Patients)

  • The purpose of this study was to describe the perceived burden of the terminally III patients's caregiver and to analyze relationship between the perceived burden and the various demographics, illness characteristics, family relationships, and economic factor of the family & patients. The sample of 132 caregivers who care for the terminally III patients Kyung-Gi province, Seoul, Korea. The period of this study was from August to September, 2002. The perceived burden of the family caregiver was measured by the burden scale(20 items, 4 point scale) developed by Montgomery et al. (1985). The Data was analyzed using SAS-program by t-test and ANOVA. The results were as follows; 1. The mean of the family caregiver's burden score was 3.02. The score showed that caregivers perceive severe the level of burden. The hight items of the family caregiver's burden were' I feel it is painful to watch patient's diseases'(3.77). 'I feel afraid for what the future holds for my patients'(3.66), 'I feel it reduced to amount of privacy time'(3.64). 2. The caregiver's burden was significantly related to patient's gender(F=3.17, p= 0.0020), patient's job(F=2.49, p=0.0476), caregiver's age(F=4.29, p=0.0030), and caregiver's job(F=2.49, p=0.0476). 3. The caregiver's burden according to illness characteristics showed no significant difference. 4. The caregiver's burden was significantly associated with patient's family relationship (F=4.05, p=0.0041), patient's care mean period in a day(F=47.18,

만화영상학의 학문적 체계화를 위한 융합적 연구 (A Convergence Study for the Academic Systematization of Cartoon-animation)

  • 만화와 애니메이션은 문학적 글과 소리로 기술한 언어예술(言語藝術)과 미술적 그림으로 시각화한 조형예술(造形藝術)과 영화적 움직임으로 제작한 영상예술(映像藝術)을 복합적으로 응용하여 창작하는 융합예술(融合藝術)이다. 그런데 만화와 애니메이션이 20세기 후반기부터 뒤늦게 대학의 전공 학과로 개설 운영되어 학문적 연구 개발과 예술적 창작 표현이 충족되지 못하였다. 따라서 만화와 애니메이션의 학문적 체계화를 위하여 용어적 개념과 정의, 역사적 전개와 발전, 연구 영역과 탐구 방법, 그리고 전공 교육과 관련 창업군 등을 융합적으로 정립할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 최근 포털사이트 네이버와 형설출판사가 공동 운영하는 "학문명백과(學問名百科)" 서비스에도 만화를 비롯한 애니메이션, 영상, 게임, 콘텐츠 등의 신종 문화예술 산업 분야가 등재되지 못하고 있다. 무엇보다도 만화와 애니메이션은 불가분의 관계라서 설령 분리 독립하여 쓰더라도, 합성어로 구성된 '만화영상학(漫畵映像學, animatoon)'을 학문명과 학위명으로 원용하면서 세부 전공을 만화와 애니메이션, 영상과 게임 그리고 콘텐츠 등으로 정립하는데 연구 목적이 있다. 서론에서 만화영상은 만화와 애니메이션의 축약형 합성어로 만화(漫畵)가 한자로 동양에서 통용하는데, 애니메이션은 한자와 로마자가 상(像)+영상(映像)+화상(畵像)+동화(動畵)+동영상(動映像)+동만화(動漫畵)+만화영화(漫畵映畵)이거나 image, pictorial image, ani, anime, animation, animated cartoon, cartoon animation, moving picture 등으로 난삽하여 이를 융합한 만화영상학(漫畵映像學, animatoon)으로 규명하고 학문적으로 체계화하여 학문명과 학위명으로 원용하고자 한다. 본론에서 첫째, 역사적 전개와 발전은 고대 중세 근대 현대의 만화영상으로 시대를 구분하여 동굴벽화, 동물희화, 종교만화, 캐리커처, 카툰, 풍자만화, 코믹스, 애니메이션, 2D+3D, 웹툰, K-toon 등으로 변천사를 미학예술론적으로 융합 분석하였다. 둘째, 만화영상학의 연구 영역을 이론+장르+작품+작가 연구를 살펴보고, 탐구 방법으로 인문사회+과학기술+문화예술 등과 융복합한 전공과목을 제시하였다. 그리고 셋째, 전공 교육은 아동+청소년+전공 학생의 만화영상 교육을 고찰하고, 만화영상의 창업군은 개인적 작품창작과 집단적 제작창업 활동을 다양한 직업군으로 탐색하였다. 결론적으로, 만화영상학의 현안과제로는 작가들의 개성화, 내용의 전문화, 형식의 다양화, 창작의 자율화를 고찰하고, 발전 방향으로 만화영상의 학문화 예술화 문화화 산업화를 제창한다. 21세기 문화의 세기에 만화와 애니메이션은 영상과 게임과 함께 그 중요성이 높아져 만화영상학의 학문적 체계화를 위한 융합적 연구로 예술적 창작활동과 문화산업의 콘텐츠로 개발해야 영속한다.

일부 부모협동보육시설 보육교사 대상의 시설내 구강건강증진 환경에 관한 조사 (Basic Research on the Environment of Oral Health Promotion in the Parent Cooperating Daycare Facilities Based on the Survey for the Nursery Teacher)

  • 부모협동보육시설의 보육 특성에 맞는 영유아 구강보건사업을 개발 하는데 필요한 기초자료를 확보할 목적으로 전국의 부모협동보육시설 보육교사 204명을 대상으로 한 설문조사에서 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 일상적으로 제공하는 간식과 음료는 과일 78.9%, 채소 44.1%, 과실차 61.8%로 비우식성 식음료의 비중이 높았다. 2. 보육교사들의 3년 이내 구강보건교육 이수비율은 51.5%였으며, 내용은 음식과 영양관련교육 30.0%, 칫솔질 관련 교육 29.4%이었다. 3. 구강건강관련행위 실천여부는 아이들의 음식관련 활동과 교육에 참여 87.9%, 조리담당자 영양교육 78.2%, 생일축하 시 단 음식을 피함 74.0%, 매년 구강검진 실시 33.5%, 아이들의 불소함유치약사용 33.1%이었다. 4. 부모의 구강건강 정책개발 개입에 대한 보육교사의 견해는 매우 동의 35.1%, 동의 53.8%이었다. 5. 부모협동보육시설 내 구강보건주제에 대한 문서화된 지침의 존재여부는 건강정책형성과정에 부모참여 47.8%, 부모에게 치과의료서비스 조언 47.2%, 치아손상 시 대처방법 지도 44.9%, 1년 주기의 치과건강검진 41.7%, 불소치약으로 칫솔질 지도 32.1%이었다. 이상에서 부모협동보육시설은 간식 등의 제공에 있어서 비우식성 식품과 음료를 주로 제공하고 있는 등 영양학적 측면에서 좋은 구강건강환경을 가지고 있으며 부모의 참여에 대한 동의가 높았다. 보육교사를 대상으로 한 구강보건교육은 영양과 칫솔질위주로 이루어지고 있었으며 문서화된 지침은 부족하였다. 따라서 부모협동보육시설을 대상으로 하는 효과적인 구강보건정책개발을 위해서는 보육교사들을 대상으로 다양한 구강보건교육을 개발하고 교육내용을 실현할 수 있는 방안을 강구하며, 문서화된 지침을 갖도록 하는 것이 필요하다.

맞춤 번들링을 활용한 MIM 이모티콘 마케팅 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on Marketing Strategy of MIM Emoticon Using Customized Bundling)

  • 본 연구는 MIM(Mobile Instant Messenger) 서비스에서 소비자들이 구매하는 이모티콘 번들의 구성을 개인이 선택 가능토록 하는 맞춤화(customization)를 하는 것에 대한 소비자들의 반응을 설문을 통해 확인함으로써, 이모티콘 시장에서 맞춤 번들링이 유효한 마케팅 전략인지를 증명하고자 한다. 현재 국내 MIM 서비스에서 이용되는 이모티콘은 순수 번들링의 형태이다. 이에 따라 이모티콘 번들 내에 포함된 모든 이모티콘을 사용하지 않음에도 필요한 이모티콘만 따로 구입이 불가능하기 때문에 어쩔 수 없이 번들 전체를 구입해야 한다. Hitt and Chen (2005)과 Wu and Anandalingam (2002)은 소비자가 순수 번들링에 포함된 제품 및 서비스 중 일부만 가치있게 생각한다면 맞춤 번들링이 훨씬 수익성이 좋음을 증명하여 순수 번들링의 대안으로서 제시한 바 있다. 맞춤 번들링은 한계비용이 0에 가까운 상품일 때 적합한데, 이모티콘과 같은 정보재의 경우 이러한 조건을 충족한다. 반면, 맞춤 번들링은 선택 가능한 옵션을 증가시키기 때문에 복잡성의 문제를 낳을 수 있고(Blecker et al., 2004), 소비자는 정보의 과부화를 겪게 될 수도 있다(Huffman & Kahn, 1998). 따라서 맞춤 번들링 도입 필요성에 대한 판단은 상품의 특성 및 소비자들의 반응에 대한 실증적 분석을 통해 이루어질 필요가 있다. 설문조사를 통해 얻은 자료를 분석한 결과, 맞춤 번들링을 도입하였을 때, 소비자들의 구매의도와 지불의 사금액은 유의하게 증가하였다. 맞춤 번들에 대한 구매의도는 기존 순수 번들에 대한 구매의도보다 리커트 5점척도 기준으로 0.44 정도가 증가하였다. 구매의도의 증가 정도는 기존에 순수 번들을 구매한 경험의 유무에 따른 차이가 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 기존에 순수 번들 구매 경험이 없는 그룹의 경우는 50% 정도의 응답자가 맞춤 번들의 구매의향을 밝힌 것으로 확인되었다. 반면 구매 경험이 있는 그룹에서는 87% 응답자가 구매의향을 밝힌 것으로 나타났다. 지불의사금액은 전체 그룹에서 기존 이모티콘 가격 대비 약 2.8% 증가하였다. 기존 구매경험에 따라 분류하여 분석하면, 구매 경험이 있는 그룹에서는 5.9% 증가하였고 구매 경험이 없는 그룹은 기존 가격 대비 약 5%가 싸다면 살 의향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 종합적으로 이모티콘 번들에 맞춤 번들링을 도입하는 것은 소비자의 긍정적 반응을 이끌어낼 수 있으며, 실무적으로도 유효한 마케팅 전략이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

대용량 소셜 미디어 감성분석을 위한 반감독 학습 기법 (Semi-supervised learning for sentiment analysis in mass social media)

  • 대표적인 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS)인 트위터의 내용을 분석하여 자동으로 트윗에 나타난 사용자의 감성을 분석하고자 한다. 기계학습 기법을 사용해서 감성 분석 모델을 생성하기 위해서는 각각의 트윗에 긍정 또는 부정을 나타내는 감성 레이블이 필요하다. 그러나 사람이 모든 트윗에 감성 레이블을 붙이는 것은 비용이 많이 소요되고, 실질적으로 불가능하다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 "감성 레이블이 있는 데이터"와 함께 "감성 레이블이 없는 데이터"도 활용하기 위해서 반감독 학습기법인 self-training 알고리즘을 적용하여 감성분석 모델을 생성한다. Self-training 알고리즘은 "레이블이 있는 데이터"의 레이블이 있는 데이터를 활용하여 "레이블이 없는 데이터"의 레이블을 확정하여 "레이블이 있는 데이터"를 확장하는 방식으로, 분류모델을 점진적으로 개선시키는 방식이다. 그러나 데이터의 레이블이 한번 확정되면 향후 학습에서 계속 사용되므로, 초기의 오류가 계속적으로 학습에 영향을 미치게 된다. 그러므로 조금 더 신중하게 "레이블이 없는 데이터"의 레이블을 결정할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 self-training 알고리즘을 이용하여 보다 높은 정확도의 감성 분석 모델을 생성하기 위하여, self-training 중 "감성 레이블이 없는 데이터"의 레이블을 결정하여 "감성 레이블이 있는 데이터"로 확장하기 위한 3가지 정책을 제시하고, 각각의 성능을 비교 분석한다. 첫 번째 정책은 임계치를 고려하는 것이다. 분류 경계로부터 일정거리 이상 떨어져 있는 데이터를 선택하고자 하는 것이다. 두 번째 정책은 같은 개수의 긍/부정 데이터를 추가하는 것이다. 한쪽 감성에 해당하는 데이터에만 국한된 학습을 하는 것을 방지하기 위한 것이다. 세 번째 정책은 최대 개수를 고려하는 것이다. 한 번에 많은 양의 데이터가 "감성 레이블이 있는 데이터"에 추가되는 것을 방지하고 상위 몇%만 선택하기 위해서, 선택되는 데이터의 개수의 상한선을 정한 것이다. 실험은 긍정과 부정으로 분류되어 있는 트위터 데이터 셋인 Stanford data set에 적용하여 실험하였다. 그 결과 학습된 모델은 "감성 레이블이 있는 데이터" 만을 가지고 모델을 생성한 것보다 감성분석의 성능을 향상 시킬 수 있었고 3가지 정책을 적용한 방법의 효과를 입증하였다.

농촌지역사회 보건요원의 교육을 통한 주민의 보건복지향상에 관한 사회의학적 연구 (Socio-Medical Approach to the Welfare of Rural Residents Through the Education of Community Health Personnel)

  • In this county, the gap between the urban 'haves' and the rural 'have-nots' continues to be an increasing problem. WHO and UNICEF see primary health care(PHC) as the key to achieving an acceptable level of health throughout the world as a community development. PHC is essential health care made accessible to individuals and families in the community by means acceptable to them. It is the first level of contact of individual, the family, and community with the national health system. It includes at least education on health system. It includes at least education on health problems, promotion of food supply, MCH including family planning, immunization against infectious diseases, control of endemic diseases, treatment of common diseases and injuries, promotion of mental health, and provision of essential drugs. However, of the aboves, education concerning of mental health problems and the methods to identify, prevent, and control them is the principal step of establishment. In Korea, the category of PHC worker includes the physician as public doctor and nurse as primary health care practitioner and community health leader as village health worker. PHC workers of the aboves will thus function best if they are appropriately trained to respond to the health needs of the community. However in this country, since the national PHC service project launched in 1980, the government has not developed and performed appropriate and enough education and training activities. In light of above reasons, several categories of health education activities had been planned and performed being aimed at above specific target groups and the main focus was on the village health workers for about one year from July 1991 to July 1992 in Yeoju Kun of Kyonki Province. At the end of the period, evaluation of education input was carried out to measure the improvement of healthful life of people in terms of awareness, attitude, and practice. The totals of 80 village health workers, 13 public health practitioners and 9 public docters took in the course of health education for a few hours at every month and the evaluation works of educational effect were taken. The results the study were as follows. 1) Number of persons who realized the maxim "health care of the people is a duty of the government" increased after the education course, On the other hand, the rate of satisfaction on the effort of government for health promotion of the people decreased. 2) Public doctors and primary health care practitioners(nurses) liked and enjoyed the education schedule as a meeting of peer group. It provided chances of communication with staffs of Korea University Hospital. It was said that lectures covered great deal of knowledge and technic they urgently needed in the field. 3) After finishing the education course, more of village health workers(VHW) thought they adapted themselves to their roles and functions showing increased number of home visit and contact with primary health care practitioners by month. 4) In case of patient refer, VHW preferred primary health care practitioners to public doctors. 5) Capability of VHWs in most of their functions increased dramatically after when the education course finished except tuberculosis control.

  • This study is aimed at investigating the compensatory education which was already implemented or is being implemented in the U.S.A. and Japan; and at studying the types of programs and their characteristics; and at sounding out the possibilities of the application of such programs in family and social conditions is Korea. In order to achieve the above mentioned objectives, the established items for the study are as follows: (1) Various types of early children's education (2) Programs of compensatory education for the disadvantaged Children (3) Head Start Program, Early Training Project and Montessori School (4) Integrated Preschool Programs (5) Day-Care Center for employed mothers We investigated the various compensatory education programs for the preschool children who are in economically, socially, culturally disadvantaged conditions. Head Start Programs were federally supported programs for preschool children and opened as summer programs in 1965 for the first time. The purpose of Head Start has been to give preschool children the kinds of experiences they need in preparation for school. The Head Start children were found to be significantly better prepared for school than the normal children. However, after six to eight months, their initial advantages had virtually. disappeared and then the simple problem with Head Start and other such programs was that little long-term good could be evidenced unless the high quality educational environment was maintained. Therefore, to solve this problem, three other programs were funded as part of the overall Head Start. These three programs are the Parent-Child Center, Home Start, and the Child and Family Resources Program. The Early Training Project for disadvantaged children was implemented by Klaus and Gray of Peabody College in 1962. The program was a field research study concerned with the development and testing over time of procedures for improving the educability of young children from low income homes. Its major concern was to study whether it was possible to offset the progressive retardation observed in the public schooling careers of children, living in deprived circumstances. Children, who were trained through the Early Training Project were superior to control groups in the test of IQ and vocabulary as well as linguistic abilities, and preparation for reading. This project showed the possibilities which could prevent preschool children from being disadvantaged socially, culturally and mentally. In 1907, Montessori School was established by Maria Montessori in Italy and her school program has been introduced at present to several countries in the world as one compensatory educations. She first began her experimental methods with retarded children, followed by disadvantaged children from the tenements of Rome. The Montessori approach futures a prepared environment and carefully designed, self-correcting materials. The Montessori curriculum presents tastes that feature sequence, order, and regularity, in addition to those that develop motor and sensory skills. She was interested in children's intellectual development and in developing good work habits. One of the latest developed programs for disadvantaged children is "Integrated Preschool Program" which has successfully integrated handicapped and nonhandicapped children. Several studies have showed that handicapped children in integrated school environments are accepted by and interact with their nonhandicapped peers. In fact, this program provides a number of potential, and perhaps opportunities for nonhandicapped children to serve as valuable resources in fostering the development of their handicapped peers. Next we turn to Japanese programs which are divided into two different types. One is Day-Care Center which was established by Child Welfare Law and the other is kindergarten organized by School Education Law. The kindergarten opened in 1876 and it has been part of school systems since 1947 by the implementation of education law, and the Day-Care Center which started in 1890 for the employed mothers. was changed into Day-Nursery by the enactment of child welfare law in 1947. The laws and operational regulations for the Day-Nursery were set up and were put in effect by the establishment standard acts of children welfare facilities, and the Day-Nursery has been operated in various types by the increasing demand, chiefly because of the socio-economical changes of family structures in both urban and suburban areas. Nursery education for physically and mentally disadvantaged children is for those who are blind, deaf and dumb, mentally retarded; physically disadvantaged by accidents or diseases. Montessori education in Japan was started in 1968 and many research groups for studying Montessori were organized. In 1977, Montessori remedial education society was also organized in which they started a number of studies; a study for developing materials; in-service training for the remedial education; and seminars and lectures, etc It is strongly suggested that we study the early educations that are being implemented in Japan and a variety of compensatory educations that were already implemented in the U.S.A. and modify them for the organization of our own model and properly accommodate them to our social needs.

  • The practical application of modern space science and technology have resulted in many actual and potential gains of mankind. These successes have conditioned and increased the need for a viable space law regime and the challenge of space has ultimately led to the formation of an international legal regime for space. Space law is no longer a primitive law. It is a modern law. Yet, in its stages of growth, it has not reached the condition of perfection. Therefore, under the existing state of thing, we could carefully say that the space law is one of the most newest fields of jurisprudence despite the fact that no one has so far defined it perfectly. However, if space law can be a true jurisprudential entity, it must be definable. In defining the space law, first of all, the grasp of it's nature iis inevitable. Although space law encompasses many tenets and facets of other legal discriplines, its principal nature is public international law, because space law affects and effects law relating intercourse among nations. Since early 1960s when mankind was first able to flight and stay in outer space, the necessity to control and administrate the space activities of human beings has growingly increased. The leading law-formulating agency to this purpose is the United Nation's ad hoc Committee on Peaceful Uses of Outer Space("COPUOS"). COPUOS gave direction to public international space law by establishing the 1963 Declaration of Legal Principles Governing the Activities of the States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space("1963 Declaration"). The 1963 Declaration is very foundation of the five international multilateral treaties that were established successively after the 1963 Declaration. The five treaties are as follows: 1) The Treaty on Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space including Moon and other Celestial Bodies, 1967. 2) The Agreement on the Rescue of Astronauts, the Return of Astronauts, and the Return of Objects Launched into Outer Space, 1968. 3) The Convention on International Liability for Damage Caused by Space Objects, 1972. 4) The Convention on Registration of Objects Launched into Outer Space, 1974. 5) The Agreement Governing Activities of States on the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies: Moon Treaty, 1979. The other face of space law is it's commercial aspect. Space is no longer the sole domination of governments. Many private enterprise have already moved directly or indirectly into space activities in the parts such as telecommunications and space manufacturing. Since space law as the public international law has already advanced in accordance with the developments of space science and technology, there left only a few areas untouched in this field of law. Therefore the possibility of rapid growth of space law is expected in the parts of commerical space law, as it is, at this time, in a nascent state. The resources of the space environment are also commercially both valuable and important since the resources include the tangible natural resources to be found on the moon and other celestial bodies. Other space-based resources are solar energy, geostationary and geosynchronous orbital positions, radio frequencies, area possibly suited to human habitations, all areas and materials lending themselves to scientific research and inquiry. Remote sensing, space manufacturing and space transportation services are also another potential areas in which commercial. endeavors of Mankind can be carried out. In this regard, space insurance is also one of the most important devices allowing mankind to proceed with commercial space venture. Thus, knowlege of how space insurance came into existence and what it covers is necessary to understand the legal issues peculiar to space law. As a conclusion the writer emphasized the international cooperation of all nations in space activities of mankind, because space commerce, by its nature, will give rise many legal issues of international scope and concern. Important national and world-community interests would be served over time through the acceptance of new international agreements relating to remote sencing, direct television broadcasting, the use of nuclear power sources in space, the regularization of the activities of space transportation systems. standards respecting contamination and pollution, and a practical boundary between outer space and air space. If space activity regulation does not move beyond the national level, the peaceful exploration of space for all mankind will not be realized. For the efficient regulation on private and governmental space activities, the creation of an international space agency, similar to the International Civil Aviation Organization but modified to meet the needs of space technology, will be required. But prior to creation of an international organization, it will be necessary to establish, at national level, the Office of Air and Space Bureau, which will administrate liscence liscence application process, safety review and sale of launch equipment, and will carry out launch service.

병원시장지역 내 경쟁 정도가 의원급 의료기관의 항생제 처방률에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Degree of Competition of the Hospital Market Regions on Clinic's Rate of Antibiotics Prescription)

  • 급성상기도감염증에 대한 항생제 처방률은 의료기관의 유형, 표시과목, 의료기관이 위치한 지역 등 여러 요인에 따라 차이를 보인다. 본 연구는 1차 의료기관인 의원들 중 내과, 소아과, 이비인후과 의원의 급성상기도감염증에 대한 항생제 처방률에 환자의 특성과 같은 의학적 요인이 아닌 의원의 수입과 밀접한 관계가 있는 의원 수의 변화(경쟁 정도의 변화)와 같은 경제적 요인이 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하였다. 2006년 건강보험심사평가원에서 발표한 전국 각 의료기관의 급성상기도감염증에 대한 항생제 처방률을 주 자료원으로 하여, 경쟁지수를 두 가지 형태로 정의하고 수요 측면을 나타내는 변수와 공급 측면을 나타내는 변수를 통제변수로 선정하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 경쟁지수를 어떤 형태로 정의하든, 의원이 위치한 지역의 경쟁정도는 의사들의 항생제 처방률에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 시장지역 내 경쟁 정도의 변화와 같은 경제적 요인이 의사들의 처방행태에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 하나라고 해석할 수 있다. 아울러 인과관계의 방향과 관련하여, 의사가 진료하는 지역의 경쟁 정도가 높아질수록 항생제 처방률이 통계적으로 유의하게 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 의사의 진료수입 감소를 초래할 것으로 예상되는 시장환경의 변화에 대해 자신의 진료수입을 예전상태로 보전하기 위해 불필요한 의료서비스 소비를 유도해서 얻는 편익(소득효과)이 이를 위해 자신이 지불해야 할 비용(대체효과)보다 크기 때문에 항생제 처방률을 증가시킨 것으로 해석할 수 있으며, 또한 경제적 유인체계의 변화에 대하여 의사의 진료행태가 영향을 받을 수 있음을 실증적으로 뒷받침하는 것으로 이해할 수 있을 것이다.
