Task scheduling is one of the key issues in improving system performance and optimizing resource management in cloud computing environment. In order to provide appropriate services for heterogeneous users, we propose a novel task scheduling strategy with service differentiation, in which the delay sensitive tasks are assigned to the rapid cloud with high-speed processing, whereas the fault sensitive tasks are assigned to the reliable cloud with service restoration. Considering that a user can receive service from either local SaaS (Software as a Service) servers or public IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) cloud, we establish a hybrid queueing network based system model. With the assumption of Poisson arriving process, we analyze the system model in steady state. Moreover, we derive the performance measures in terms of average response time of the delay sensitive tasks and utilization of VMs (Virtual Machines) in reliable cloud. We provide experimental results to validate the proposed strategy and the system model. Furthermore, we investigate the Nash equilibrium behavior and the social optimization behavior of the delay sensitive tasks. Finally, we carry out an improved intelligent searching algorithm to obtain the optimal arrival rate of total tasks and present a pricing policy for the delay sensitive tasks.

Recently, the internet and mobile telecommunication is proliferating rapidly in the whole world. In accordance with this, people have growing desire to use the internet without the limitation of the space; as a result, the mobile internet users are incredibly increased. However, the established study about the mobile internet emphasize the technical aspects. Therefore, this studies finds the significant factors that affect the use of mobile internet service. This study suggests the enterprises getting the service direction which they will use as a strategy in the future. In order to do this, the study examines the factors which can affect the using of the mobile internet service and analyzes the established study about the quality of the information system and the internet service. The result of the survey shows that the factors affecting the use of the mobile internet service are the stability of the system, the convenience of the system, and the response of the service. It also appears that the satisfaction of the mobile internet service affects the attention of the users to using the mobile internet service. The five theories are selected from the ten creative theories, these explain that it is a little unreasonable to design the model which is related to the prior study of the information systems. It will be more deeply scrutinized to analyze the effect of the satisfaction and the utilization of the users through the quality of the information contents.

도시의 급격한 발전으로 공사의 증가가 증가하게 되고 이동 차량 또한 증가 하게 된다. 이는 자연히 시각 장애인들의 보행을 점점 더 어렵게 만든다. 이러한 어려움을 해결하고자 Android 기반의 Portable Navigation System을 도입하여 시각 장애인의 보행을 돕고, 서비스 센터에서 시각 장애인의 이동을 실시간으로 모니터링 하여서 시각 장애인의 보행에 도움을 주고자 한다. 노인이 서비스 센터에 배치되어 노인 인구 증가 문제의 해소 방안도 제공한다. 시각 장애인이 들고 다닐 수 있는 형태의 Android 기반의 Portable Navigation System은 GPS, Camera, Audio, wifi를 가지고 있어, GPS위치 정보와 Camera 영상 정보를 실시간으로 wifi망을 이용해 서비스 센터로 전송을 하여 주고, 서비스 센터에서 시각 장애인의 GPS Location 정보를 바탕으로 그 위치를 지도에 표시하고, Camera 영상 정보로 시각 장애인이 바라보고 있는 곳의 상황을 모니터링 하며, Audio를 통해, 실시간으로 대화를 통해서 길안내 해주는 Navigation System이다.

과학기술분야의 국내외 전문정보 제공기관들은 최신의 다양한 과학기술정보, 연구동향정보 등의 수집과 분석, 새로운 정보시스템의 개랄, 보유정보의 유효성 확대 및 이용자 중심의 다양한 정보서비스 개발 등 효율적인 정보제공을 위하여 지속적인 발전을 도모하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국(NTIS), 미국(NTIS), 일본(JST) 등 3개국의 대표적인 국가 R&D 정보시스템 구축현황을 조사 분석하여, 현재 운영중인 시스템을 보다 효율적으로 운영될 수 있도록 개선사항을 도출 제시함으로써 국가 R&D 정보의 이상적인 구축체계 확립에 기여하고자 하였다.

Recently, researches on IT Service Management (ITSM) for improving information system operation service and information system outsourcing cost estimation model are proliferating. This study suggests a new cost model of IT operation service and optimizing method based upon the characteristics of operation service as a long-term and continuous business service for both user's and service provider's point of view. This study explains the cost optimization model of IT operation service by improving service request management process, such as adequate reception and control, proper valuation, process management using project management methodology, effective organization and time management of service personnel. Especially in this study, service ability improvement effect and fixed operation cost reduction effect are defined to prove the proposed new cost model.

In the era of the internet and ubiquitous computing, IS users are still facing a variety of threats. Therefore, a need of more tightened information security service increases unprecedentedly. In this sense, this study is aimed at proposing a new research model in which IT assets (i.e., network, system, and information influence) Security and Information Security Service (i.e., confidentiality, integrity, nonrepudiation, authentication) affect information security quality positively, leading to users' satisfaction eventually. To prove the validity of the proposed research model, PLS analysis is applied with valid 177 questionnaires. Results reveal that both IT assets Security and Information Security Service influence informations security qualify positively, and user satisfaction as well. From the results, it can be concluded that Korean government's recent orchestrated efforts to boost the IT assets Security and Information Security Service helped great improve the information security quality and user satisfaction.

본 연구의 목적은 개별 제공하고 있는 안내전화서비스를 대표번호체계로 통합연계운영하고, 도로교통 정보외에 철도, 항공 버스 등의 대체교통수단 정보 및 관련기관과의 유기적 연계를 통한 원스톱(One stop) 서비스를 제공하는 안내전화서비스의 통합연계운영을 서비스를 제시하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내 외 현황을 분석하고, 시범구축, 확대구축, 안정화 및 고급화의 3단계에 따라 운영기술과 통합시스템 기술사양을 검토하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 교통정보 안내전화는 정보취득의 원스톱(One stop) 서비스, 이용 편의성 서비스, 다양한 연계정보제공 서비스, 제공정보의 실시간화 및 효율적인 체계를 구현할 것으로 기대한다.

This study aims at suggesting some measures to establish rural community development information system through ISP. A future model for rural community development information system was established by applying such 3-step ISP methodology as environment analysis, current status(AS-IS) analysis, future(To-Be) directions. As a result, with the vision of realizing comprehensive information service for rural development projects, rural development information system has established such goals as the assistance of project decision making through preparing rural development project data management system and acquiring evaluation efficiency, the preparation of spatial information utilization system, the utilization of objective GIS-based information through the increase of data management efficiency, the community activation and participatory rural development through rural spatial information portal service. In order to attain the goals, four strategical subject matters were derived. They are: 1) one-stop service subject matter for data management including pilot DB building for rural development projects, 2) rural information GIS service strengthening subject matter including DB building for rural development, O&M measures, 3) step-by-step DB building subject matter including the sharing of integrated information system for rural development, and 4) core value increase subject matter of spatial information data including the building of active service delivery system.

Purpose - This study aims to suggest a developmental direction to small enterprisers who start their business. The developmental direction makes the small enterprisers more stable with providing the Business District Information System service, which offers the location and business area's information aimed at pre-enterprisers after analyzing its overcrowded index's current state and problems. Research design, data, and methodology - This research proposes the developmental direction for helping the pre-small enterprisers to have more stability through examining the Business District Information System's-operated by Small Enterprise and Market Service-overcrowded index's current state and problems. Results - This system has drawbacks about giving the start-up overcrowded index as follows: ① non-accurate consultative group for sharing the DB ② providing analysis information, not evaluation information ③ not to anticipate the changes of business types & the flow of business district and perceive the symptom data with providing predictive information. Conclusions - This system should be more publicized through the mass media for making it approachable with collecting the user's opinion and investigating customer satisfaction & the level of awareness.

최근 유비쿼터스 기반의 의료 및 헬스케어 환경이 구축됨에 따라 다양한 센서들로부터 상황정보를 얻을 수 있는 의료정보시스템이 증가되고 있다. 이러한 상황인식 기반의 의료정보시스템 환경에서는 상황정보를 이용하여 환자상황을 정상 또는 응급으로 판별이 가능하며, 또한 의료진은 스마트기기의 애플리케이션을 통해 ID와 Password를 이용한 간단한 사용자인증이후 환자정보에 쉽게 접근이 가능하다. 그러나 이러한 인증서비스 및 환자정보접근서비스는 의료진 중심의 시스템이며, 유비쿼터스 기반의 의료정보시스템 환경을 충분히 고려하지 못한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 의료정보에 접근하는 사용자에 대해 기존 의료진 중심의 인증과는 달리 상황정보 중심의 인증서비스를 제공하기 위한 상황인식 기반의 인증서비스 모델을 제시하고 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 상황인식 기반의 인증서비스 모델은 센서들을 통해 환자상황을 인식하여 환자상황에 의하여 의료진의 인증방식 및 권한부여를 다르게 진행하는 서비스이다. 다양한 상황정보 측정환경을 구성하기 위해 웨어러블 및 생체데이터측정모듈, 카메라센서 등을 이용하여 구현하였다. 환자상황이 응급상황일 경우, 의료정보서버는 담당의료진의 스마트기기에 응급메시지를 전송하고, 응급메시지를 받은 담당의료진은 환자정보에 접근하기 위해 스마트기기의 애플리케이션을 이용하여 인증을 시도한다. 모든 인증이 완료되면 의료진은 상위등급 의료정보 접근권한을 부여받아 정상상황에서 볼 수 없었던 환자 의료정보까지 확인이 가능하도록 하였다. 제안한 상황인식 기반의 인증서비스 모델을 통하여 유비쿼터스 의료정보시스템 환경을 충분히 고려할 뿐만 아니라, 환자중심의 시스템적인 보안 및 접근투명성을 강화하였다.
