The OTT (Over The Top) platform promotes itself as a distinctive competitive advantage in that it allows users to stay on the platform longer and visit more often through a Personalized Recommendation Service. In this study, the characteristics of the Personalized Recommendation Service are divided into three categories: recommendation accuracy, recommendation diversity, and recommendation novelty. Then proposed a research model which affects the usefulness of users to recognize recommendation services by each characteristics and leads to satisfaction of expectations. The result of conducting an online survey of 300 people in their 20s and 30s who subscribe Netflix shows that the perceived usefulness increased when the accuracy, variety, and novelty of Netflix's Recommendation Service were high. It was also confirmed that high perceived usefulness leads to satisfaction of expectations before and after Netflix use. The derived research results can confirm the importance of evaluating the personalized recommendation service in terms of user experience and provide implications for ways to improve the quality of recommendation services.
This study based on dual aspects of service quality aims at classifying service quality attributes by Kano model and also providing the necessity to decide which service quality would be carried out preferentially in the service industries(hotel service, repair service, education service, medical service). The first purpose of this study, therefore, is assorting the service quality by the Kano model about four service industries based on Schmenner's service process matrix. Secondly, this has an intention of drawing preferred considerations and putting forward measures to increase the customer satisfaction by Timko and PCSI Index. The result of this study is as follows. First of all, it was found that tangible attributes classified the attractive quality and Timko's score also was very high in four service industry. That is to say that tangible attributes in service industries could be interpreted into having very high importance at standards on service quality estimation of customer. Second, all but repair service of the service industries suggested empathy dimension to have flexibility solving and understanding the customer's problem could be improve the customer satisfaction. Finally, the common result between them was empathy dimension classified attractive quality in all industries. That is because present satisfaction was not reached customer expectation so there would be a improvement of empathy dimension preferentially.
Due to the dramatic and situational change in medical industry, it has became very important to keep existing patients and to attract new patients by monitoring the medical consumer's expectation and various needs and ensuring the patients' satisfaction. This study regards the patients' satisfaction as the final object of medical service. So the object of this study is to provide useful data for the decision making and medical service marketing by exploring the problems generated by the cognition difference for the medical service between inpatients and outpatients, by responding for the problems and by examining the relationship between the satisfaction with the medical service and revisiting. To achieve the object of this study, literature research and empirical analysis were used. I establish the research model based on the existing service marketing and some hypotheses were chosen for the empirical analysis. As a result of empirical analysis for the five hypotheses, two hypotheses were chosen. First, there was cognition difference about accessibility and convenience between inpatient and outpatient. I guess that the satisfaction degree of inpatient is higher than the outpatient because the inpatient has the reliability for the hospital and determines the hospitalization or emergent coming to hospital. Second, the fifth hypothesis, "the satisfaction of patient will influence the revisiting." was chosen. The hypothesis is not only coincident with existing scholars and studies but also it provides the meaningful points for medical service marketing. The result shows that the parties concerned with hospital management should endeavor for the patient satisfaction in medical service, and that hospital management should be medical consumer centered. To measure the quality of medical service, the cognition differences for accessibility, convenience, physical environment, and human service were evaluated and the result shows that the cognition difference for the accessibility and convenience was outstanding. The analysis shows that there was cognition difference in the four categories among six subcategories in the human service -- the attitude of medical technologist, the attitude of doctor, the length of time for doctor's diagnosis for the patient and doctor's explanation. Therefore, I think that further study is required for the cause analysis for service categories which have cognition difference between inpatient and outpatient. I think the result will be very useful. Through this study, the relationship between patient satisfaction with the medical service and revisiting was verified. And it suggests that, to face the changing medical environment actively and to improve the quality of medical service, marketing strategy should be focused not on medical service providers but on medical service consumers and that the further studies for the medical consumer should be continued.
The purposes of the study is to evaluate the discrepancy between user's expectation and satisfaction degree in the service of uTradeHub. In this regard, this study infers general solutions in order to induce the intersection area using IPA technique. Then this paper will present directions to improve the service of uTradeHub. In terms of methodology, this article disclosed that IPA model approach is greatly useful to evaluate user's attribute. First, variables like the link of different works(f1), trust of system(f4), information connection(f7) are located on the first quadrant. This means that importance and satisfaction are all high variables for user. So, this is very important variables that need continuous administration in order to maintain present state. Second, variables such as the speed of information acquisition(f2), improvement of use(f3), stability of system(f5) are located on the second quadrant. This means that user's importance is high but user's satisfaction is low. Therefore, this area needs an active improvement strategy and quick maintenance for e-Trade application. Third, variables like the appropriateness of information usage fees(f8), easy subscription(f9), customer support service(f10) are located on the third quadrant. Because these variables are all low for user's importance and satisfaction, we have to arrange strong and radical remedy for e-Trade service. Finally, variables like information offer(f6) are located on the fourth quadrant. This means that user's satisfaction is high but user's importance is low. The research result suggests that e-Trade service development would be re-organised as much as user feels the importance of process innovation.

Smart devices are great tool to get a lot of information of user by variety sensors, application, web. The information is good clue to seize pattern of user. So, we can expect that customized content-service will be possible based on utilizing information of user. This expectation alters the type of content-service from just providing lots of contents to smart devices to recommendation contents which wanted, needed, favorite looking by user. For this customized content-service, a system model like a curator in galleries or museums is required. So, in this paper, we suggest Intelligent Contents Curation(ICCuration) model which has 3 sub modules with sensing, analysis and filtering information of user. The collected information of user are processed up to scenarios and the scenario is a clue for selecting contents which will be recommended to users. In the scenario has user's preferences and behaviors as well as devices informations as elements. So, contents can be optimized not only domain category but type of media for devices.
This paper studied the present condition of social welfare activities of Living Condition Improving Committee of Kimpo City in order to activate the social welfare services of women agricultural organizations. The main results are as follows; First, the general characteristics of the respondents in this study are forty or fifty years of age with above high school education with main income source of agriculture and middle class women living in agricultural communities more than 10 years. Second, considering the present and future planned activities of the Living Condition Improving Committee of Kimpo City this study finds that there is high expectation of helping poor people and joining voluntary services. Third, the members of the Living Condition Improving Committee of Kimpo City have actively participated in the local welfare service programs however, there is significant difference among people according to the age, living standard and joining period. Fourth, out of social welfare activities managed by the Living Condition Improving Committee of Kimpo City the welfare service activities for old people and local community are most active and the participants in the welfare service activities for women and the youngsters are small. Thus, according to this study the Living Condition Improving Committee of Kimpo City should consider the following three points in order to activate the social welfare service activities; First, as the members are expecting to expand the individual activities and to enhance the private improvement, the social welfare service activities should meet with the demands to improve self satisfaction of the participants. Second, new programs should be developed after reviewing the current programs in order to meet with the need of the members. Third, as the committee has not established a network system with government administrative organizations and relating institutions, and as its activities are concentrated in particular areas the committee should establish a new system to provide more efficient services in line with the cooperation with public organization and welfare resource suppliers.
Ubiquitous computing is enhancing computer use by making many computers available throughout the physical environment without being noticed to the users. To facilitate successful adoption and diffusion of ubiquitous systems, it is important to find out the factors affecting their uses. Although researches related to ubiquitous computing have been vigorously conducted from the aspect of system and service provider, there have been very few studies that focus on the user's perspective. This study attempts to find out major factors which are dedicated to the development of ubiquitous systems and services and the relationships between these factors and user satisfaction factors. This study derived the specific factors that characterize ubiquitous services, such as ubiquity, contextual offer, user affinity, privacy, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. We also considered service quality factors of ubiquitous services. Then these factors were combined with the Expectation Confirmation Theory (ECT) model and the path analysis was applied to find out the factors affecting user satisfaction and the intention to use the systems. The research findings indicate that ubiquity, contextual offer, privacy, reliability, and responsiveness affect the perceived usefulness. The perceived ease of use and confirmation were found to affect the perceived usefulness. The perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and confirmation fumed out to influence the satisfaction. It turned out that the result of this study on the relationship between the perceived usefulness and user satisfaction was identical with the findings in previous related ECT researches. We think this study makes two significant contributions to the development of ubiquitous services. First, this study provides basic implications for better ubiquitous services by considering important characteristics of ubiquitous systems as services. Second, this study also suggests important factors that need to be considered when ubiquitous service providers develop new ubiquitous services to improve user satisfaction and the intention to use the services.
Since the third generation (3G) mobile communication service has been launched by most mobile communication operators in Korea, the portion of data service in mobile communication service becomes one of the most important factors in mobile communication service market. In past mobile communication market, most mobile communication operators made their profit mostly from voice communication service. However, the portion of profit from data service has gradually increased based on both video phone call and mobile Internet service. In this situation, LG telecom launched the full browsing mobile Internet service. This service provides a new type of mobile Internet service platform which enables to access the World Wide Web using mobile browsers, so we generally access the Web using web browsers in the desktop computer. Under the open network structure of mobile Internet like situation, it is very important to analyze the factors which can affect the competition between mobile communication service companies. So, in this paper, we first present the current state of full browsing service, followed by the expectation of its growth potentials and barriers. Then, we analyze the advantages and disadvantage of LG telecom as a first-mover and SK telecom/KTF as followers. Finally, based on this analysis, we predict the future competition among these companies and the market.
This study aimed to identify the effects of contents, to find out the development approaches of promotion and contribute to increase the expectation on medical institutions and wills to use and improve the customer satisfaction on homepages of such medical institutions by analysis on the contents of hospital homepage. This research performed the frequency analysis, cross analysis, t-test correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis and came to the conclusion. In accordance with the research results, since the university hospital homepages had more contents than the homepage of general hospitals and national and public hospitals, the university hospital homepage provided sufficient information to visitors and tried to satisfy the customers and activate the hospital promotion using the homepage contents. On the contrary, the homepage of general hospitals and national and public hospitals had insufficient contents and unique and differentiated contents were not sufficiently provided. On the basis of the results of this study, further study on the approaches to improve the contents of homepage of general hospitals and national and public hospitals will be of great help to activate the hospital promotion by increasing the average number of visitors and page views. Furthermore, it is required to make every endeavor for systematic management and operation and research on promotion using the homepage contents.

Blog is a new global phenomenon, but many research papers about organizational blog have not been shown. In this study the influencing factors of the organizational blog usage are empirically investigated, and several guidelines are suggested to IT professionals who involves the design and implementation of the organizational blog. The research model consists of seven independent variables, one dependent variable, and two moderating variables. The following variables are established as the independent variables; information, interface, service, communication, enjoy, performance expectation, and social influence. Two dimensions such as need and orientation are suggested for the moderating variables, and the actual usage is adopted as a dependent variable. As a result of multiple regression analysis using a stepwise method, the independent variables except for interface and communication affect the actual usage of organizational blogs. The moderating effects for need and orientation are partially supported. The implications of this study are as the followings; (1) The empirical factors affecting the usage of organizational blogs are empirically investigated, (2) The affecting factors vary according to the type of organizational blogs, and (3) Some guidelines are suggested for organizational blog's design.
