푸드 온라인 플랫폼 비즈니스 프레시코드 사례: 린 스타트업 방식을 중심으로 (A Case Study on Freshcode for the Food Online Platform Business: A Focus on the Lean Start-Up)

  • Food delivery service combined with IT technology and HMR (Home Meal Replacement) are rapidly growing due to the COVID-19. Recently, the demand for salads along with HMR has increased among office workers in their 20s and 30s who are interested in health and beauty. Freshcode is a food startup with 6 years of experience that started selling salad products through O2O service. Freshcode applied for a patent for a service that collects orders from nearby areas and delivers them on the same day to a designated delivery address 'FCOSPOT' to save shipping costs. In March 2021, in recognition of the growth potential of the regular delivery service, Freshcode received an investment of 6 billion won in Series A. This study may have practical implications to early-stage startups and scale-up stage startups through a longitudinal case study on the growth of a single company. As for the research method, the lean startup methodology and lean canvas were used in the early stage of startup. In particular, the process of the build-measure and learn feedback-loop, which is the core of lean startup methodology, was applied to each major decision-making step. In the scale-up stage after 5 years, the business model canvas was used to schematize the growth as a food online O2O platform to verify continuous innovation. This case study has three main findings. First, the idea of 'FCOSPOT' was successfully implemented through the Lean Startup methodology. Second, Freshcode demonstrated the scalability of the differentiated business model of shared base delivery O2O. Third, a key factor of success was the digital integrated communication operation strategy that maximizes the experience for the created customers.

온라인에서 신선식품 구매 시 소비자 품질 선택요인의 상대적 중요도 (Relative Importance of Consumers' Quality Selection Factors for Fresh Food through Online Purchase)

  • This study sought to find importance factors for the quality of Mongolian consumers' evaluation for fresh food through online purchase. To compare the priorities of factors determining the choice of service quality of online purchase for fresh food, this study used a decision model using the appropriate Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Through a prior study, the main factors of quality were classified as delivery quality, product quality, marketing, and system quality, respectively According to the results of AHP the quality of deliver information and deliver duration time under delivery quality are the main factor, followed by hygiene and freshness of product quality were the next highest. When consumers purchase fresh food through an online market. they considered deliver information, delivery duration time, hygiene, freshness, and deliver cost as important factors.

  • 본 연구에서는 코로나19로 인한 비대면 소비 증가로 크게 성장한 온라인 음식 배달 서비스(Online food delivery service, OFDS)기업에서 제시하는 서비스 회복 방안에 대한 불공정 인식이 소비자의 실망감에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구는 공정성 이론(Justice theory)을 기반으로 하여, 공정성 인식의 하위요인으로 절차의 공정성, 상호작용의 공정성, 정보의 공정성, 분배의 공정성을 채택하였다. 더불어, 서비스 회복 실패에 따른 실망감으로 인한 부정적 구전행동 및 전환의도 간의 관계에서 세대별(MZ세대와 그 외 세대) 차이점을 살펴보았다. 본 연구모델의 실증분석을 위하여 미국 내 성인 소비자 250명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고, 분석 결과 서비스 회복 방안 중 절차의 공정성과 분배의 공정성에 대한 부정적 인식이 소비자 실망감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 서비스 회복 전략에 대한 불공정성 인식으로 인한 소비자의 실망감은 소비자의 부정적 구전행동과 전환 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 서비스 회복 전략의 실패로 인한 소비자의 역기능적 행동(Dysfunctional behavior)을 검증함으로써 서비스 회복과정의 공정성 인식에 관한 새로운 관점을 제시하며 관련 연구의 범위를 확장하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 소비자의 이중 이탈을 방지하기 위한 온라인 음식 배달 서비스 기업의 실무 전략 수립의 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

우편물류 종추적 정보 신뢰성 향상을 위한 프로세스 개선방안 연구 (A Study on Process Optimization for Reliability of Tracking and Tracing Information in the field of Postal Logistics)

  • Visibility of the flow of goods is an important service element when considering how to improve the quality of a logistics service. Registered mail service of Korea Post, one of logistics service providers, currently supply information on the handling of postal items, such as receipts and delivery and arrival times to customers. However, internally problems related to excessive spending on operating expenses and less reliable tracking and tracing information exist due to errors in the information acquisition and link handling processes, leading to unnecessarily duplicated tasks. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to propose process optimization method for improving the quality of tracking and tracing information for registered mail items. We analyzed the process and information control system of the current registered mail service and identified the basic causes of the existence of less reliable tracking and tracing information. And we present optimized mail handling and information management process for removing internal problems. Test results using tracking and tracing information examples show a significant performance of the proposed method.

서비스 산업 혁신을 위한 서비스 디자인 경쟁력 강화 전략 (Developing Strategy of Service Design Competitiveness for Service Industry Innovation)

  • Recently world industry trends is moved from manufacturing to service. As a result product-market ideology is central to the service enabler of the service. And value creation and delivery of consumer-oriented services as the core design industry is gaining popularity abroad. But the Service design to dispose of the whole process from planning to be done systematically is not yet established a clear concept. This study suggested problems of the current service design industry, service plans and strategies for the development of service design through open questionnaire and FGI(Focus Group Interview) for using service model methodology which is presented by HyeogIn Kwon et al.(2010). And we also consider 27 kinds of developing challenges for service design industry innovation by 6 sectors, such as workforce, R&D, legal framework, lay the foundation, knowledge service and collaborative service.

IPA분석을 이용한 정기화물운송업의 경쟁력 강화방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on IPA-based Competitiveness Enhancement Measures for Regular Freight Service)

  • Purpose - Despite the structural irrationality of multi-level transportation and the oil price rise, the domestic freight transportation market continues to grow, mirroring the rise in e-commerce and resultant increase in courier services and freight volumes. Several studies on courier services have been conducted. However, few studies or statistics have been published regarding regular freight services although they have played a role in the freight service market. The present study identifies the characteristics of regular freight service users to seek competitiveness enhancement measures specific to regular freight services. Research design, data, and methodology - IPA is a comparative analysis of the relative importance of and satisfaction with each attribute simultaneously. This study used IPA because it facilitates the process of analyzing importance and performance, deriving implications and a visual understanding of results. To enhance the competitiveness of regular freight services, this study surveyed its current users regarding the importance of the regular freight service factors. A total of 200 copies of a questionnaire were circulated and 190 copies were returned. In addition to demographics, respondents answered questions about the importance of and satisfaction with services on a 5-point Likert scale. Excluding 3 inappropriate copies, 187 out of 190 copies were analyzed. PASW Statistics 18 was used for statistical analysis. A total of 20 question items were selected for the service factors presented in the questionnaire based on the 1st pilot survey and previous studies. Results - According to the IPA performed to compare the importance of and satisfaction with service factors, both importance and satisfaction are high in the 1st quadrant, which involves the economic advantage of using regular freight services, quick arrival at destinations, weight freight handling, and less time constraints on freight receipt/dispatch. This area requires continuous management. Satisfaction is higher than importance in the 2nd quadrant, which involves the adequacy of freight, cost savings over ordinary courier services, notification on freight arrival, and freight tracking information. This area requires intensive investment and management. Satisfaction is lower than importance in the 3rd quadrant, involving the credit card payment system, courier delivery service, distance to freight handling sites, easy access to freight handling sites, and prompt problem solving. This area requires further intensive management. Both importance and satisfaction are low in the 4th quadrant, involving the availability of collection service, storage space at freight handling sites, kindness of collection/delivery staff, kindness of outlet staff, and easy delivery checks. This area is a set of variables should be excluded from priority control targets. Conclusions - Based on the IPA, service factors that need priority controls because of high importance and low satisfaction include the credit card payment system, delivery service, distance to freight handling sites, easy access to freight handling sites, and prompt problem solving. The findings need to be applied to future marketing strategies for regular freight services and for developing competitiveness enhancement programs.

  • Development of digital information and internet technology causes the changes of technology environments and companies, and the variety of customer needs has been dynamically changed in terms of integrating information system with customer satisfaction. Moreover a new logistics concept is needed through the sharing information between suppliers and consumers, which maximizes the level of customers service and its flexibility by changing functional-oriented to process-oriented. In other words, Supply Chain Management (SCM) is now considered as a key aspect of business, which controls the flows of information, funds, and goods in the supply chain. Rationalization of transport-delivery system will be one of the most important issues on logistics management to the domestic companies. The companies need the effective delivery system. Especially in the case of delivery system from distribution centers to customers or vendors, it might take a long time to control the delivery system manually because it would be hard to apply the automatic vehicle routing algorithm effectively considering all the practical constraints. Thus this study develops a heuristic algorithm of automatic vehicle delivery support system in terms of grouping by short ranges of vehicle movement utilizing postal coordinates, which satisfies a variety of realistic constraints and reduces controlling time of manual operations. In addition, the performance of the algorithm developed in this study is evaluated through the case study.

이재민 맞춤형 실내 임시주거시설의 생활서비스 개선을 위한 서비스디자인 연구 (A Study on the Service Design for the Improvement of Living Service in the Temporary Residential Facilities for the Victims)

  • 연구목적: 본 논문은 서비스디자인 방법론을 통해 이재민들의 니즈와 불만사항을 파악 및 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 이를 개선할 수 있는 실내 임시주거시설에서의 맞춤형 생활서비스를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법:더블 다이아몬드 프로세스에 맞춰 발견, 정의, 개발, 그리고 전달 순으로 진행한다. 발견 단계에서는 선행연구 분석과 설문 조사를 통해 이재민의 니즈와 불만사항을 파악한다. 정의단계에서는 실내 임시주거시설 생활서비스의 문제점을 좀 더 구체화하기 위해 페르소나 기법과 시나리오를 작성한다. 개발 단계에서는 현재 실내 임시주거시설에서 제공하는 모든 서비스 프로세스를 상세하게 도식화하여 서비스 블루프린트 작성 및 기존 서비스 전달 과정에서 문제가 발생하는 구간을 발견한다. 전달 단계에서는 문제가 발생하는 단계의 문제점을 개선한 서비스와 기존 서비스 비교한 뒤 개선방안을 제시한다. 연구결과: 실내 임시주거시설에 제공되는 생활서비스 중 이재민과 일반인들이 중요하다고 생각하는 프라이버시 보장 서비스, 노인 돌봄 서비스, 식사·빨래 서비스 문제를 개선할 수 있는 서비스 해결방안을 제시한다. 결론: 본 논문을 통해 제시한 해결방안을 적용한다면 실내임시주거시설에서 크게 문제가 되는 프라이버시 문제, 노인 돌봄 서비스 문제, 그리고 식사·빨래 서비스 문제 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

  • In this paper, we discuss CITIS(Contractor Integrated Technical Information Service) as the information infrastructure of CALS. CITIS is a contractor-developed and maintained service to provide electronic access and/or delivery of Government-procured contractually required information. As the concept of CALS is expanded government acquisition process into industry business, the CITIS is also expanded military CITIS into commercial CITIS. First, we describe CITIS services and functions defined by MIL-STD-974, and then specify the difference of military CITIS and commercial CITIS. The problem of current CITIS for inter-operable business process is indicated, and legal issues for sharing of CITIS data are also discussed.

보건복지서비스 전달체계의 효율적 운영방안에 관한 연구 I: 모델 개발을 위한 사례관리 적용 (The Health and Welfare Service Delivery System and It's Effectiveness: Operation of An Interdisciplinary Team Approach for Model Development)

  • 다양한 사회복지와 보건의료 서비스를 체계적, 효율적으로 제공하고 관리할 수 있는 서비스 통합기능 창출 노력의 첫 단계로서, 서울시 은평구에서 각종 보건의료 및 사회복지 서비스를 이용하고 있는 생활보호 노인 및 장애인들을 시법 사례로 선정하여 사례관리 팀 접근법을 적용 실천해 보았다. 본 연구는 사례관리 팀의 구성과정 및 실천과점을 질적으로 분석하였다. 보건소의 가정도우미 및 담당 사회복지사, 방문간호사, 사회복지관의 재가복지담당 사회복지사 등으로 구성된 사례관리팀에서는 1) 클라이언트와 생활환경에 대한 정보 교환, 2) 각 기관에서 클라이언트에게 제공하고 있는 서비스 내용 파악, 3) 클라이언트가 필요로 하는 서비스 내용 파악, 4) 클라이언트 욕구에 대한 우선 순위 설정, 5) 단일 클라이언트에게 중복 실시되는 서비스 내용 조정, 6) 사례별 사례관리자의 지점, 7) 서비스 통합 또는 연계 체계 구축 시 고려해야할 문제점 등을 다루었다. 보건소나 사회복지관은 클라이언트에 대한 제한된 정보를 가지고 각 기관별로 부분적인 사례관리를 하여 단일 클라이언트에 대한 관리체계의 분열화가 이루어지고 있었는데 사례관리 팀을 운영함으로써 중복된 서비스 지원의 방지와 적절히 조정된 서비스를 제공할 수 있었다. 통합서비스의 효율적인 운영을 위해서는 서비스 통합 체계를 주도적으로 이끌 수 있는 주체가 중요한데 지역사회 단위에서 공공기관이 중심이 되어 민간기관의 참여와 협조를 이끌어 가는 것이 바람직한 것으로 생각된다.
