The aim of the study is to investigate the factors which decide an airport service quality and the differentiation of perception on the airport service quality between airport users and airport authority. For the purpose of this study, the determinants of airport service quality were factors analyzed on the basis of service marketing concept. In order to identify an airport service quality dimension, the writer conducted mail survey and individual interview from the Korean freight forwarders, the 3PL entities, integrators and the airport operation authority. The result of this study is summarized as follows. 1. The dimen measurement was confirmed as a superior method to dimension of service competitiveness.sions of airport service quality consist of five factors; tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. 2. There are notable differences in cognition of airport service quality between airport authority's perception and airport customer, and between airport customer's perception and expectation.

Incheon international airport has been successful, that is, the winner of Airport Service Quality (ASQ) evaluation performed by ACI(Airport Council International) for nine consecutive years. It goes without saying that such an outstanding performance was made not only by airport authority itself but by the collaboration among subcontractors at Incheon international airport. Since Incheon airport is showing more than 80% of outsourcing rate, it is important to mention and study the roles and functions of subcontractors who has made a major contribution to ASQ performance. According to empirical research in this paper, it was found out service attitude, communication skill and interdependence between airport authority and subcontractors were important factors affecting the ASQ score. It is also analyzed that those independent factors have an impact on ASQ performance through the intermediate factor of trust. As a result, service attitude and interdependence between airport authority and subcontractors have statistically a significant effect to the relational satisfaction and ASQ performance. It could be concluded that trust is significant factor determining the causal relationship among service attitude, communication skill, relational satisfaction and ASQ score.

Recently, web-based service software has been used as to combine various information or to share information according to the needs of users and the convergence of specialized fields and individual dependent systems. According to the necessity of the user, the proper service environment and the selective service environment according to the purpose and the needs of the user have been studied in a variety of specialized and combined professional research fields and industries. Software based on cloud systems and web services is being used as a tool for appropriate group and user groups and roles. A service system combined dynamically needs a module to manage a user through internal logic and grant a service access authentication. Therefore, it has been considered various approaches that a user who accesses the system is given a service access authority for a certain period of time. Also, when the deadline is over, the authority that you are given to access system will go through the process of expire the right. In this paper, we define the roles of users who access web services, manage user rights according to each role, and provide appropriate service resources to users according to their rights and session information. We analyzed the procedure of constructing the algorithm for the service according to the procedure of each user accessing the web service, granting the service resource and constructing a new role.

전국의 주요 도로에 센서를 설치하여 교통정보를 수집하고 가공하여, 사용자인 일반 국민, TSP, 공공기관들에게 양질의 교통정보를 제공하기 위한 교통정보 수집/제공시스템의 데이터 연계/통합 모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 모델은 기존에 구축되어 있는 교통정보센터를 연계/통합하기 위하여 향상된 EAI 기술과 교통정보 교환기술 표준을 적용하여 서버간의 효율적인 통신을 가능하게 해준다.

The purpose of this study is to find out what the contribution of medical service design to improve the quality of medical service has contributed to the resolution of medical authority, and to draw the implications necessary to further develop the medical service industry. As a method of research, first, the concept of medical authority was considered and the internal and external factors of medical authority were examined. Second, by examining the cases of medical service design, which resolved the medical emphasis inherent in internal and external factors, the key points and significance of problem solving were analyzed based on the core results. Third, the implications were to form a patient-centered medical culture for respect and dignity for patients, to break up the conventions inside medical staff to dismantle medical authority, and to establish a fair communication system for sharing medical information.

The decentralization of local extension authority is due to several aspect of improper law on extension. First, extension authority has not treated the extension law properly though it has many local office in province, counties, villages. Second, the authority concentrated too much on the service ignoring the local offices are under the improper law. Third, the authority lost their dignity when other institutions argue for their work on the extension services, Extension Institution should change, but the change should come with proper law environment.

In general, personally collected archives, manuscripts, are physically badly conditioned and also contextual of the archives and information on the history of production is mostly collected partly in the manuscripts. Therefore they need to control the name of the producers on the archives collected in various ways effectively and accumulate provenance information which is the key element when understanding the production background in the collecting repository. Here, the authority control and provenance information management must be organized from the beginning of acquisition and this means to collect necessary information considering control process of acquisition as well. This thesis is for verifying the necessity of the authority control in collecting repository and accumulation of the provenance information and for suggesting the things to be considered as collecting Archival authority system. For all these, this thesis shows that it has checked out the necessity of the authority control in archival management and archival authority control and researched the standard of archival authority control, work process and accumulation process. Archival provenance information management and authority control in the archival authority control system are organized through the whole steps of the archival management starting from the lead file to the name of the producers at archival registration and archival description at acquisition. And a lot of information is registered and described at the proper point of time and finally all the information including authority control which controls the Heading in the authority management must be organized to use them as an intellectual management of archives and Finding Aids. The features of the Archival authority system are as follows; first of all, Authority file type which is necessary at the archival authority control of democracy movement is made up of the name of the group, person, affair and terminology(subject name). Second of all, basic record structures and description elements in authority collection of Korea Democracy Foundation Archives apply in the paragraph 1 of ISAAR(CPF) adding some necessary elements and details of description rule such as spacing words and using the periods apply in the paragraph 4 of KCR coping with the features of the archival management system. And also the way of input on the authority record is based on EAC(Encoded Archival Context). Third of all, it made users approach to the sources which they want more easily by connecting the authority terms systemically making it possible to connect the relative terms with up and down words, before and after words variously and concretely expanding the term relations rather than earlier traditional authority system which is usually expressed only with relative words (see also). So the authority control of archival management system can effectively collect and manage the function of various and multiple groups and information on main activities as well as its own function which is controlling the Heading and express the multiple and intermediary relationship between archives and producers or between producers and it also provides them with expanded Record information service which satisfies user's various requests through Indexing service. Finally applying in this international standard ISAAR(CPF) through the instance of the authority management like this, it can be referred to making Archival authority system in Collecting repository hereafter by reorganizing the description elements into appropriate formations and setting up the authority file type which is to be managed properly for every service.

This study deals with a certified e-document authority system to securely archive e-documents by a government authorized third party. For this study, I have looked at three cases of certified e-document authority systems and compared then with the similar cases in the USA and Japan. In my conclusion, I suggest four ideas to improve the service of certified e-document authority system. First, the company providing the certified e-document authority system needs to expand to special services. Second, they need to concentrate on subject area of their business. Third, they should provide a consulting service for business archives with business customers. Finally, they can support additional services like document risk management and other digital contents archiving.

Cloud computer technology currently provides diverse services based on a comprehensive environment ranging from hardware to solution, network and service. While the target of services has been extended from institutions and corporations to personal infrastructure and issues were made about security problems involved with protection of private information, measures on additional security demands for such service characteristics are insufficient. This paper proposes a multi-session authentication technique based on the characteristics of SaaS (Software as a Service) among cloud services. With no reliable authentication authority, the proposed technique reinforced communication sessions by performing key agreement protocol safe against key exposure and multi-channel session authentication, providing high efficiency of performance through key renewal using optimzied key table. Each formed sessions have resistance against deprivation of individual confirmation and service authority. Suggested confirmation technique that uses these features is expected to provide safe computing service in clouding environment.

In this paper, we proposed the effectively method for constructing of name authority data in korean academic papers and designed the authority database system that is applied the method. For these, we analyze the requisite for identifying the author name and suggest the author identification method. Because construction of name authority record costs time and effort, and considering frequently period of large-scale acquisitions of academic papers, our suggestion includes the system that be able to manage and construct the name authority database, and that is tightly connected with the academic paper management and service systems.
