  • As the development of information technology, the biggest change in educational paradigm is apparent in the shift that the emphasis of education is layed on from teachers to learners. E-learning education service through the internet is less restricted in the respect of time and places in comparison with off-line education. Therefore e-Learning is spreaded rapidly and the educational effectiveness of that is needed to be investigated. In this study theoretical research was performed firstly and framework of the study was constructed. After establishment of hypotheses the survey data were collected by the learners of e-Learning and the hypotheses were verified by the SPSS version 12.0. The results are as follows : First, the quality of e-Learning service influences significantly to the technology acceptance of users. Secondly, perceived usability and perceived easiness of technology acceptance model influences significantly to the intention of reuse of users of e-Learning services. Lastly, the playfulness of the Flow theory influences significantly to the intention of reuse of users of e-Learning services. Although there are some limitations in the respect of the numbers of variables, parameters, or samples, this study will contribute for enhancing the effectiveness of education in e-Learning service by providing the acceptance factors of e-learners.

  • This paper aims to empirically examine how personal characteristics and social influence affect user acceptance of mobile web browsing service. To examine the intention to use mobile web browsing service, we applied the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which has been widely used to explain and predict the IT acceptance to this study. This research also includes personal characteristics such as computer self-efficacy, mobile self-efficacy, and personal innovativeness in IT and social influences such as subjective norms, image, and visibility as the external variables of the TAM. The results indicate that computer self-efficacy do not directly influence ease of use, but indirectly through mobile self-efficacy. And the results indicate that mobile self-efficacy and personal innovativeness in IT have direct effects on ease of use. Empirical results also show that subjective norms and image affect usefulness. Additional theoretical and practical implications of these findings are also discussed in the paper.

  • In this study, we analyze the acceptance theories of insurance services using blockchain technology. Although insurance services using block-chain technology are still in discussion, specific development methods for service methods applying block-chain technology in insurance services are being studied. In this study, the following analysis was conducted to analyze the acceptance of insurance services using block chain technology, focusing on four factors of the UTAUT model. As a result of the analysis, the technology benefits of the blockchain affecting the performance expectations of UTAUT are security and reliability. In addition, the factors influencing UTAUT's effort expectations were found to be availability and economics. Therefore, it was found that performance expectation and effort expectation for technology acceptance are influenced by different technology benefits. Among the four factors of UTAUT, the factors affecting the insurance service using the blockchain technology are performance expectation and effort expectation, and social influence and promotion condition have no effect on acceptance intention. Also, the moderating effect of user innovation on acceptance intention of insurance service applying blockchain was significant only for effort expectation among UTAUT factors.

  • Building on Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model(TRAM), the study aimed to examine how technology readiness affects consumers' perceptions of ease of use, usefulness, and risk, which in turn predict their intention to use retail service robots. Specifically, the study proposed that technology readiness motivators (optimism and innovativeness) would influence perceived ease of use and usefulness, while technology readiness inhibitors (discomfort and insecurity) would affect perceived risk. The study further examined if the perception factors (ease of use, usefulness, and risk) contribute to intention to use retail service robots. A survey method was used with data collected from Korean consumers. The final sample size was 418. The data was analyzed using structural equation modeling. Findings of the study revealed that technology readiness motivators positively affected perceived ease of use and usefulness while innovativeness had no impact on usefulness. All the inhibitors increased perceived risk. Lastly, as hypothesized, perceptions of ease of use, usefulness, and risk predicted intention to use retail service robots. This study extended the retail technology literature by applying and validating TRAM to the context of consumer acceptance of retail service robots. The study further helped marketers and retailers by highlighting the importance of technology readiness in improving consumer perceptions and responses towards retail service robots.

  • Recently, as demand for delivery services has increased rapidly due to COVID-19, the food service O2O(Online to Offline) platform has also grown significantly. This study aimed to verify the influencing factors on continuance use intention of O2O platform using the Information Service Success Model and Post Acceptance Model. An online survey was conducted on 379 consumers who used the food service O2O platform in the past six months, and the collected survey was analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0. As a result of the verification, in the influence relationship between the Information Service Success Model and Post Acceptance Model, system quality was found to have an effect on perceived usefulness, but information quality and service quality were rejected for perceived usefulness and were partially adopted, The rest were all found to have a significant effect. In the moderating effect according to the amount used, the intention to continue using was stronger when the group who spent more than 30,000 won was satisfied. These results support previous research on O2O platforms and provide academic implications as well as practical implications for practitioners in the food service industry.
