South Korea has more than two-thirds of the land consists of mountainous terrain. It is necessary to enable the recycling of mountain tourism policy to allow people to use. This paper studied Bukhansan where there seems to have the most economical efficiency and effectiveness as an alternative means of transportation applying user'swillingnessto pay by age based upon the Study on Introduction Bukhansan Mountain Railway which was progressed as part of the balanced national development and railway promotion strategy. The Analyisis results are shown that cost-benefit ratio is Lim 0.73 and rack & pinion 0.8. The rack-and-pinion method is selected as an applicable alternative. Seoul Metro and Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corp. have started installing screen doors at subway platforms to improve the environment of subways and prevent passengers' accidents since 2006. They are still installing screen doors at subway platforms and Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporations in other areas are also proceeding with installment of screen doors or making preparations for it. Grounding is necessary for installing PSD systems. In case that PSD grounding is connected with existing electrical equipment grounding system, it was decided to install separate grounding for safe operation of PSD system and passenger safety. However, it's very difficult to install new grounding at the subway station compound. A way to improve this condition is that we proceed with grounding by composing grounding station by carbon grounding rod. This paper will mainly deal with how to design and construct carbon ground rod, which has been applied to PSD system grounding since 2006, including its experimental examples. In this paper, ways to secure ground resistance below 5 ohms, which is resistance necessary for PSD grounding, and to compose grounding system were also discussed. Furthermore, a ground test to check the ability to fulfill a role of PSD grounding system was conducted. As a result of applying carbon grounding module, PSD system is being operated without any problem and the installment of PSD system will be continuously expanded in the future. It's also thought that a way to integrate grounding of each functional room which has been installed at the subway station compound and to arrange equipotential grounding should be reviewed and performed promptly.

During normal subway rush hours, a train-driver is in charge of more than 3,000 people on a daily basis. When an emergency event occurs, millions of people and their property come to depend only on the train-driver's ability. After the Daegu subway fire disaster in February 2003, the Railway Safety Act was enacted in October 2004 and the 'Train Drivers' Licensing System' was introduced by the National Railroad Administration in July 2006 to secure and improve protection. This study was conducted to investigate and evaluate the effects of the Train Drivers' Licensing System since the Licensing System was first introduced eight years ago. In addition, the analysis will suggest better policies for the effectiveness of the 'Train Drivers' Licensing System'.

The government announced a number of policy on service industries and pushing. over the past 10 years. Important role in the service industry is a very large degree job creation, as well as employment impacts have had a stable employment skills. In June 2015 the Bureau of Statistics released the youth unemployment rate (15~29 years) showed a 10.2%. The service industry is recognized as one of the alternatives that can overcome the deteriorating economic situation this way. Is there a difference between industry by type what performance management is applied when this service was variable with a GWP of Korean? Can GWP variables are variables which are more important to recognize the service industry? GWP variables having a certain impact on the activities of the member teamwork, job involvement has what effect on? And the impact on business performance relationship who only proven case studies whilst also want to empirical verification.
