This study evaluates the social value orientation, well-being of the elderly and care needs of elderly that elderly care services are identified and seeks future service development directions through a desire survey. As of October 2019, 1,501 elderly living alone who used basic care services for the single elderly households for more than 3 months were sampled, and frequency analysis, technical statistical analysis, t-test, and variance analysis were conducted. The survey found that social value orientation averages 90.93, and the sense of well-being of the elderly is 71.29 points. As a result of the analysis of variance and post-hoc analysis, the well-being of the elderly was statistically significant in groups well aware of their social value orientation. In addition, key words such as "loneliness", "lonely Death", and "safety" were derived for concerns that may arise when the service is discontinued. Based on the results of this study, it could be used as basic data to explore the development direction of the new "elderly care services" and to establish a care system for senior citizens in preparation.

This study was attempted to provide basic data for preparing a program that strengthens nursing leadership capabilities by confirming the degree of nursing leadership, calling, value of work, and interpersonal relationships of 4th grade nursing students, and identifying factors that affect nursing leadership. This study surveyed 187 nursing students located in C and D cities, and the factors affecting nursing leadership were calling (β=.185 p<.01), value of work (β=.580, p<.001), and interpersonal relationships (β=.108, p<.05), and its explanatory power is 56.8%. In order to strengthen nursing leadership, not only professional knowledge and nursing skills, but also calling and value of work should be added so that they can acquire knowledge and knowledge as a professional and demonstrate a sense of social responsibility in taking care of their health.

According to revision of Construction Technology Management Act (2005), the government ordering construction which cost is more than 10billion won should investigate the value engineering(VE) of a construction. In this sense, the government actively promote plans in 2008 after identifying the examining standards of the investigation on the VE(2007). It is substantial issue to introduce Pre-Qualification(PQ) in oder to restrain unlicensed VE consulting companies or VE consultants. This system will contribute to the quality and the settlement of the value engineering in our country. The reason why the Korea VE Society founded in 2006 is one of the afore-mentioned reasons. Therefore, we try to establish the value engineering of Build-Transfer-Lease Scheme by providing the practical application of construction value engineering and definite procedures through the example of Andong Culture and Art Center's research in one of the various construction fields.

Motion-sensing interface enhances the sense of reality of user experience in virtual reality context. This study analyzes the innovation resistance and adoption structure for Leap Motion, which provides a motion-sensing function, primarily considering the theory of perceived risk. Previous research regarding innovation resistance and adoption mainly addressed the resultant aspects of perceived risk, or the impact of perceived value on the adoption intention. This study synthetically reviews previous studies from a multi-dimensional view considering both resistance- and adoption-perspective. To do so, we identified important antecedents that affect perceived risk and value, and we analyzed the compound dynamics of perceived risk and value towards innovation resistance. As a result, we found that the antecedents included in the existent acceptance models from adoption-perspective can help reduce the level of perceived risk, and that higher perceived value leads to lower innovation resistance. Additionally, trialability can rather foster the perceived risk.

Purpose : This study aims to assess the extent of work value, psychological ownership, the nursing work environment, and retention intention, examine the correlation between these variables, and identify the factors that influence retention intention. The goal is to provide foundational data to enhance retention intention. Method : The study involved 159 nurses employed at a tertiary general hospital and a general hospital. Data were gathered through structured questionnaires and analyzed using an independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis with a simultaneous stepwise method, all conducted using the SPSS 26.0 software. Results : The intention to remain in the profession was found to have a positive correlation with work value (r = .45, p < .001), psychological ownership (r = .37, p < .001), and the nursing work environment (r = .27, p = .001). Significant factors influencing the intention to stay included total clinical career (𝛽 = .17, p = .016), work value (𝛽 = .38, p < .001), and psychological ownership (𝛽 = .19, p = .020). These variables accounted for 24.1% of the variance in the intention to remain in the profession (F = 17.71, p < .001). Conclusion: To enhance the intention of hospital staff to remain in their positions, it is crucial to identify and bolster positive psychological competencies, such as a sense of work value and psychological ownership.

According to Harris'(1966) distributional hypothesis, understanding the meaning of a word is thought to be dependent on its context. Under this hypothesis about human language ability, this paper proposes a computational model for native speaker's language processing mechanism concerning word sense disambiguation, based on two sets of experiments. Among the three computational models discussed in this paper, namely, the logic model, the probabilistic model, and the probabilistic inference model, the experiment shows that the logic model is first applied fer semantic disambiguation of the key word. Nexr, if the logic model fails to apply, then the probabilistic model becomes most relevant. The three models were also compared with the test results in terms of Pearson correlation coefficient value. It turns out that the logic model best explains the human decision behaviour on the ambiguous words, and the probabilistic inference model tomes next. The experiment consists of two pans; one involves 30 sentences extracted from 1 million graphic-word corpus, and the result shows the agreement rate anong native speakers is at 98% in terms of word sense disambiguation. The other pm of the experiment, which was designed to exclude the logic model effect, is composed of 50 cleft sentences.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the possibility to optimize the gated treatment delivery time and maintenance of stable respiratory by the introduction of breath with the assistance of auditory-visual-tactile sense. Materials and Methods: The experimenter's respiration were measured by ANZAI 4D system. We obtained natural breathing signal, monitor-induced breathing signal, monitor & ventilator-induced breathing signal, and breath-hold signal using real time monitor during 10 minutes beam-on-time. In order to check the stability of respiratory signals distributed in each group were compared with means, standard deviation, variation value, beam_time of the respiratory signal. Results: The stability of each respiratory was measured in consideration of deviation change studied in each respiratory time lapse. As a result of an analysis of respiratory signal, all experimenters has showed that breathing signal used both Real time monitor and Ventilator was the most stable and shortest time. Conclusion: In this study, it was evaluated that respiratory gated radiation therapy with auditory-visual-tactual sense and without auditory-visual-tactual sense feedback. The study showed that respiratory gated radiation therapy delivery time could significantly be improved by the application of video feedback when this is combined with audio-tactual sense assistance. This delivery technique did prove its feasibility to limit the tumor motion during treatment delivery for all patients to a defined value while maintaining the accuracy and proved the applicability of the technique in a conventional clinical schedule.

This study observes reporters' awareness on the use of social media and their Core Values by using the Theory of Means-End Chain and drawing conclusions from a Hierarchical Value Map (HVM). In order to analyze reporters' knowledge and awareness on the use of social media via the laddering method, in-depth interviews of 46 reporters were conducted. The study showed that reporters consider sense of kinship, well-balanced understanding, and the desire for knowledge to be important Core Values. The results revealed that the convenience in interpersonal communication, development of intimacy in relationships, entertainment and affection, curiosity, the reduction in the cost of the acquisition of information, understanding of trends in issues, a peek into new information and the maintenance of interests, psychological dependability, and quick updates on information items are considered important Consequences of social media. In the Attributes level, the ability to write postings and links on Facebook and readability and 'follow' and 'mention' features on Twitter were confirmed to be important items in social media. The findings infer that reporters that make use of social media use Twitter and Facebook to build a sense of kinship with other users and gain well-balanced understanding by accessing a lot of information through social media. While this study examined the level of reporters' familiarity with the use of social media via the laddering method, the results cannot be seen as a generalization, as the interviewees were reporters from only the major news organizations.

This paper aims to investigate the value in culture, history and ecology of the Mt. Palgong. It attempts to build the strategy for making use of The Mt. Palgong by literature survey, interview, and field survey. The main results are as follows: 1) The boundary of physical geography of the Mt. Palgong is classified into two. The boundary of the Mt. Palgong limits to granite mass block in a narrow sense, while in a broad sense, the boundary of the Mt. Palgong includes a contact aureole to be bordered on the Mt. Palgong granite mass block. The boundary from a cultural viewpoint limits to Daegu city(excluding Dalseong county) and Gyeongsan city, Yeongcheon city, Gunwi county and Chilgok (Dongmyeong-myeon, Giseong-myeon) in Gyeongbuk province. 2) In the geological boundary, one of the south-west slope is clearer than that of the north-east slope of the Mt. Palgong. The landforms such as tor, sheeting joint and gutter are well developed as a whole. Mountain landform such as boulder stream, polygonal cracking is relatively well developed on the south-west slope, while river landform is relatively well developed on the north-east slope of the Mt. Palgong. 3) It is necessary to develope various masterpiece of interesting stories related to Mt. Palgong in order to make the Mt. Palgong excellent tour complex. 4) It is desirable to designate the Mt. Palgong as a national park for systematic management. A master plan should be ultimately designed to raise brand value of Daegu city, and make good identity of the city by restoring 'The Mt. Palgong Jecheondan' and registering 'Gatbawi' as world heritage. 5) It is reasonable that the method of development in The Mt. Palgong should be based on the pattern of 'slow life town'. 'The Mt. Palgong museum' will then be designed to give visitors all the informations on The Mt. Palgong.

For mobile online games, this study examines how use pursuit propensity, use interest, use, service quality, and system quality, which are attributes that evaluate the use value and benefit for Chinese users, have an effect on use satisfaction. Empirical analysis results; all composing factors of four attribute had a positive effect, and the degree of effect was different according to game types in use interest and use, service quality. In terms of use pursuit, there was no difference between game types, and innovation pursuit and relationship pursuit were found to be similarly important effecting factors. In terms of use interest, there was a difference between game types. Sense of solidarity in single-player game and sense of achievement in multi-player game was found to be the most important effecting factor. In terms of service quality, there was a difference between game types. Easy of game in single-player game and function of game in multi-player game was the most important effecting factor. In terms of system quality, use convenience was found the most important effecting factor without difference between game types. Based on these results, this study suggested a strategy to enhance game development and loyalty to companies in the game industry.
