인간수명의 연장에 따라 우리나라도 2018년부터 고령사회에 진입하면서 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있는 노인교통사고가 사회적 문제로 나타나고 있다. 65세 이상 노인 교통사고율은 점점 높아지고 있지만, 이에 대한 교통 안전 정책은 미비한 실정이다. 2014년부터 최근 5년간 노인교통사고 현황 및 노인 운전자 교통사고에 대한 분석을 토대로 크게 3가지 측면에서 감소방안 제시하고자 한다. 먼저, 제도적 측면에서 미국, 영국, 일본처럼 정부기관 내 노인 교통정책 전담부서 설치 및 노인운전면허 제도를 강화하여 체계적인 관리가 필요하여, 환경적 측면으로는 교통약자를 위한 보행시간 및 횡단보도 통행환경을 개선해 나가야 한다. 또한, 인적측면에서는 노인 교통안전교육 강화를 위해 교통안전 전문가를 양성하여 교육의 실효성을 확보하고, 노인운전면허 소지자 안전교육 강화 및 체험식 교통안전시설을 확충하여 노인들에게 실시간 변하는 교통상황에 대처할 수 있는 능력을 향상시켜야 한다.

The Korean society is currently showing a decrease in the child population and a rapid increase in the elderly population due to low birth rates and aging, but the current park system does not reflect the changing population structure. This study aimed to find ways to plan and promote use of senior-friendly parks for the aging society. The results are as follows. First, the elderly mostly gathered in Tapgol Park and Jongmyo Park which were accessible to subways and close to amenities and traditional markets. The elders usually gathered around buffer zones or green spaces set up to protect cultural heritages. Second, many elderly users were observed in Osolgil Silver Park and Sinteuri Park which were renovated with senior-friendly concept. These parks were recognized as places that the elderly people could visit without minding users of other generations because the elderly users were ensured by words such as 'seniors only' or 'senior-friendly'. Third, the importance of the locational conditions for the senior-friendly parks should be mentioned. A senior-friendly park must be located in an urban center to have convenient access to transportation, secure large green spaces, and make elderly users feel at ease with social connectivity when they use the amenities there. Fourth, the survey results showed that elderly people visited parks to exerciseand take a walk (track),by age, older age groups visited the park to socialize with other elders around their age. Fifth, the most desired facilities for constructing senior-friendly parks were fitness equipment, and sports facilities like a trail, track, and gateball field, and in some cases, vegetable gardens and indoor rest area to avoid wind in cold weather.

Globally, the issue of aging populations has become a significant one, and while Korea is not yet in the same position as many other countries, it has been changing rapidly into an aged society. Korea will be an aged society and this will increase the problems which are associated with an aged society. So we are in the urgent situation of looking the solutions for aged society problems. On this theme, a society which is rapidly aging has a growing interest with developing solutions for suitable elderly housing. A possible model of elderly housing which accomplished this is shared housing. Shared housing is more integrated in local society, and is designed like a small-scale house concept. Also as it provides benefits for social, economical and practical to the continuance of independent life, the shared housing which gives the possibility of sustainable life in the local society is a unique housing type and not only an extension of a housing community, but also it an alternative plan of social integration. This study is one of the methods for the proposal of an alternative plan for the sustainable housing using a small group workshop. It aims to understand the housing preferences of seniors and introduce various shared housing types to a low-income senior group and offer new information of the shared housing for the future. So I give the source that senior could think about their housing plan and what is housing preference type. I anticipate that the better elderly environments, facilities and service to the elderly shared housing development in the future.

우리나라는 세계에서 유례를 찾아보기 어려운 빠른 속도로 저출산과 더불어 고령화가 진행되어 가고 있다. 인구구조도 피라미드형 구조였으나, 최근에는 역피라미드형 구조가 되어감에 따라 생산인구 문제를 열악하게 만드는 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 노인 일자리사업은 이러한 산업구조 역행의 일부를 대체하는 측면도 있지만, 노인의 경제적 측면과 신체적 측면 그리고 사회통합의 측면에서도 효과적인 지원체계가 마련되어져야 한다.

Population of senior citizens in Korea has been on the increase rapidly through decrease in population by falling birth rate and extension the average life span by development of medical technology and improving people's standard of living. As the booming population of senior citizens, it has appeared to problems of the elderly such as protection, health and supporting and welfare facilities for the elderly have increased there but it leaves something to be desired at plan and improvement of qualitative environment which the elderly's living space. It attaches importance to valuate about nursing homes such as management, quality of service, manufacture of physical environment and so on, so it is required to consider the elderly's emotion on environmental valuation. Healing environment that is a important fact of indoor environment operates powerfully upon the nursing homes as well as general medical facilities. It needs to healing environment for the elderly's physical health and mental stable life, we should know importance of healing environment that affects the elderly's health and life. The elderly have experienced physical, mental, and social changes with advancing years. The people who use the nursing homes are the elderly. We should find fact of healing environment as the elderly's characteristics and have to find healing environment that gives aid to the elderly's health in the nursing homes. In care for the elderly is not house care, it has focused on the elderly's health for improving their life and leading comfortable life.

The $1^{st}$ National Plan for Aging Society with Low Fertility, which the Korean government announced in 2006, caused the gradual increase of R&D investment in order to prepare for an aging society in Korea. This study explores if the directions and strategies of R&D projects related to aging are suitable to improve the quality of life for elderly people and establish a sustainable aging society by analyzing the features of R&D investment from 2004 to 2010. The results show that most R&D projects conducted by departments focus on the development of assistive devices for the elderly to support everyday lives. The Korean government's R&D policy to prepare for an aging society is based on the narrow interpretation of Quality of Life (QoL) in an aging society that tries to resolve the socioeconomic problems of the elderly; however, the policies have ignored the independence of active elderly individuals and the social integration of the young and elderly generations. The research shows that a paradigm shift is required from a 'Senior' to 'Aging Society' because almost 1/3 of the Korean population is over 65 years old and the expansion of the research embraces from assistive technologies for the elderly to the design of social infrastructure such as transportation, education and work.

본 연구는 사회복지 전공 대학생의 취업스트레스와 삶의 질의 관계에 대해 회복탄력성이 어떤 역할을 하고 있는지 살펴봄으로써 이들의 취업스트레스를 낮추고 삶의 질을 향상할 수 있도록 예방적 차원의 개입방안 모색에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도에 소재한 K대학 4학년 전공 재학생 118명을 최종 대상으로 하여 유의표집을 실시하여 조사하였다. 연구결과, 사회복지 전공 대학생의 취업스트레스는 삶의 질에 유의미한 영향을 미치며, 취업스트레스와 삶의 질 간에 회복탄력성이 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 대학생들의 내적 대처자원으로서 회복탄력성의 적용가능성을 보여주었다는 점과 취업스트레스를 낮추고 삶의 질 향상을 위한 예방차원의 적극적인 개입 방안을 제안하였다.

This qualitative case study focused on the activation plan of flexible work arrangements. We selected eight workers from a foreign affiliated firm that has various flexible work arrangements for in-depth interview and focus group interview. The workers were categorized into two groups; those who have experiences with flexible working and those who have needs for flexible working. We analyzed their condition of work-family life and experiences with flexible working. Through the focus group interview, we can find out the needs and suggestions about activation plans of flexible work arrangements.

급속한 고령화에 따른 다양한 사회문제가 제기되고 있는 상황에서 길어진 노령기를 어떻게 보내야 하는 지가 중요한 문제로 등장하고 있다. 수명의 연장에 따라 예전에 비해 약 20여년 정도 길어진 노령기를 의미 있고 효과적으로 보내기 위한 방안의 하나로 노인교육이 주목받고 있다. 본 연구는 이미 초고령 사회에 진입한 일본의 생애학습으로서의 노인교육에 주목하고 그 현황 및 특징을 분석해보고자 한다. 이를 통해 중요성이 더해지고 있는 우리나라 노인교육을 발전시키는 데 있어서 유의한 교훈과 시사점을 발견할 수 있을 것으로 사료되기 때문이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 논문은 고령자 교육과 관련된 기관인 일본의 후생노동성과 문부과학성에서 발간된 자료 및 보고서 등을 기반으로 문헌조사를 실시하였고, 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 노인교육발전에 대한 실천적, 정책적 발전방안을 제시하였다. 구체적으로 생애학습 내용 및 실시장소의 다양화, 아웃리치 교육의 확대, 그리고 코디네이터 육성 등이 제안되었다.

본 연구는 위드 코로나(With COVID-19)시대 노인의 삶의 만족도와 여가생활 현황과 노인의 삶의 만족을 증진하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 노인복지관 노인 107명을 대상으로 삶이 만족도, 여가생활에 대해 알아보았으며 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 전체적으로 삶의 만족도가 코로나 이전보다 이후에 상대적으로 낮아졌음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 여가활동과 삶의 만족도 상관관계에서는 코로나 이전의 경우 여가활동 정도와 삶의 만족도가 유의한 상관관계를 보이지 않았고, 코로나 이후의 경우 여가활동 정도와 삶의 만족도가 유의한 정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 이러한 결과에 따라 대안방안을 제시하면 첫째, 지역사회에서 위드 코로나 시대에 맞는 노인을 위한 환경 개선과 관리할 수 있는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 특히 디지털에 많은 변화로 노인들의 적응 격차를 줄이기 위해 노인관련 기관에서는 스마트폰, 키오스크 사용 방법 등의 교육을 실시하고 있으나 지역사회 차원의 방안으로 좀 더 확대될 필요가 있다. 둘째, 위드 코로나 시대에 노인건강관리를 위한 체계적인 시스템이 갖춰 줘야 한다. 셋째, 코로나로 인해 경제적인 어려움을 겪고 있는 노인을 위해 최소한의 생활보장이 보장되도록 노후소득보장제도 및 지원이 요구 되어진다. 넷째, 코로나로 인해 사회적 거리 및 관계위축으로 인한 관계 개선 및 위치 만족을 위한 노인들의 말벗과 상담 관련 프로그램 활성화가 필요하다.
