일부 고등학생의 체간 안정화 훈련이 의식적 자세조절 효능감, 신체적 자기개념, 지각된 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Trunk Stabilization Training on the Self Posture Control Efficacy, Physical Self-Description and Perception Stress in High School Students)

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of trunk stabilization training on the self posture control efficacy, physical self-description and perception stress in high school students. Methods: 92 voluntary students (73 females, 19 males) participated in this study. They received trunk stabilization training for 40 minutes per day and a time per week during 6 weeks period. Trunk stabilization training was an approach of education in proper posture and coordination of movement. In the evaluation, the self posture control efficacy scale (SPCES) was used to measure the posture control efficacy, the physical self-description questionnaire (PSDQ) was used to measure the physical self description and the perception stress scale (PSS) was used to measure the stress. All measurement of each subject were measured before and after stabilization training. Results: The SPCES were significantly different before and after (p<.05). The PSDQ and PSS were no significantly different before and after (p>.05) but the means were increased slightly. Conclusion: Conclusionally these results suggest that the trunk stabilization training increased the self posture control efficacy and would give help to control Students themselves.

The Effect of Shoulder Stabilization Exercise through Visit Rehabilitation on Muscle Activity and Postural Alignment, Self-Efficacy in Rural Elderly People with Round Shoulders

  • Purpose: This study covered the effect of shoulder stabilization exercise on muscle activity, postural alignment and self-efficacy of the elderly people with round shoulders by visiting village hall in rural area. Methods: 40 elderly people with round shoulders were recruited for this study (experimental group: 20 subjects and control group: 20 subjects). The experimental group was asked to perform shoulder stabilization exercise 60 minutes per one time for 8 weeks and three times in a week and the control group was asked to receive education related to pain management for the initial one time. Before and after the experiment, we measured the subjects' muscle activity of upper trapezius, serratus anterior, infraspinatus, pectoralis major and the lower trapezius, then postural alignment of craniovertebral angle and round shoulder posture. In addition, self-efficacy is measured through the questionnaire. Results: Compared to the control group, the experimental group showed significant differences in the muscle activity of all muscles, posture alignment of the craniovertebral angle. round shoulder posture, and improvement of self-efficacy. Conclusion: We found that shoulder stabilization exercise is effective in muscle activity, postural alignment and self-efficacy of the elderly people through visit-rehabilitation service. This study can be used for improving the physical and mental abilities through active visit-rehabilitation service for areas where have poor medical benefits. It is considered that systematic visit rehabilitation service should have institutional framework ultimately.

자기동조 피지추론 기법에 의한 도립진자의 안정화 제어 (Stabilization Control of Inverted Pendulum by Self tuning Fuzzy Inference Technique)

  • In this paper, a self-tunning fuzzy inference technique for stabilization of the inverted pendulum system is proposed. The facility of this self-tunning fuzzy controller which has swing-up control mode and a stabilization one, moves a pendulum in an initial natural stable equilibrium point and a cart in arbitrary position, to an unstable equilibrium point and a center of rail. Specially, the virtual equilibrium point(${\phi}_{VEq}$) which describes functionally considers the interactive dynamics between a position of cart and a angle of inverted pendulum is introduced. And comparing with the convention optimal controller, the proposed self-tunning fuzzy inference structure made substantially the inverted pendulum system robust and stable.

  • The rule bases self organizing controller(SOC) has one of its main advantages in the fact that there is no need to have a mathematical description of the system to be controlled. In this controller, the rules are linguistics statements expressed mathematically through the concepts of fuzzy sets and correspond to the actions a human operator would take when controlling a given process. With this controller, we have performed to sight stabilization system, and we realize that it needs a scale factor tuning. The self tuning controller(STC) uses an instantaneous system fuzzy performance which can give an inspection to the scale factor. Therefore, the STC can compensate the scale factor when it is not adequately tuned. With this trial, we shows that STC can give a good transient characteristics in the nonlinearity which imposed basically in the conventional servo system.

  • In this paper, applications of self recurrent neuro-fuzzy controller to stabilization of nonlinear system are considered. The architecture of self recurrent neuro-fuzzy controller is fix layer, and the hidden layer is comprised of self recurrent architecture. Also, generalized dynamic error-backpropagation algorithm is used for the learning of the self recurrent neuro-fuzzy controller. To demonstrate the efficiency of the self recurrent neuro-fuzzy control algorithm presented in this study, a self recurrent neuro-fuzzy controller was designed and then a comparative analysis was made with LQR controller through an simulation.

허리 불안정성이 있는 허리통증 환자에게 실시한 자가-복합 운동프로그램이 통증과 기능, 심리사회적, 균형 능력 그리고 배가로근에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Self-Complex Exercise Program on Pain, Function, Psychosocial, Balance Ability, and TrA Muscle in Patients with Lumbar Instability: A Randomized Controlled Trial)

  • Purpose : Low back pain (LBP) is reported as a risk of experiencing musculoskeletal disorders due to muscle stiffness and hypokinetics. The lumbar spine in an unstable state causes imbalance and lumbar instability. Therefore, This study examined the effects of lumbar stabilization exercise and self-complex exercise program on pain, function, psychosocial level, static balance ability, and transverse abdominal muscle (TrA) thickness and contraction ratio in patients with lumbar instability. Methods : The design of this is a randomized controlled trial (RCT). Twenty-six LBP patients participated in this study. Screening tests were performed and assigned to the experimental group (n=13) and control group (n=13) using a random allocation program. Both groups underwent a lumbar stabilization exercise program. In addition, the experimental group implemented the self-complex exercise program. All interventions were applied three times per week for four weeks. The quadruple visual analog (QVAS), the Korean version of the Oswestry disability index (K-ODI), Korean version of fear-avoidance belief questionnaire (FABQ), static balance ability, TrA thickness, and contraction ratio were compared to evaluate the effect on intervention. Statistical significance was set at 𝛼=.05. Results : Both groups showed significant differences before and after the intervention in QVAS, K-ODI, FABQ, static balance ability, and TrA thickness in contraction (p<.05). In addition, significant differences in K-ODI and FABQ were observed between the experimental group and control group (p<.05). Conclusion : A lumbar stabilization exercise and self-complex exercise program resulted in reduced dysfunctions, psychosocial stability in patients with lumbar instability. Therefore, Lumbar stabilization exercise and self-complex exercise program for patients with lumbar instability are effective method with clinical significance in improving the function and psychosocial stability.

대면, 비대면, 자가운동에 따른 체간안정화 운동이 균형능력에 미치는 영향 (The effect of trunk stabilization exercise according to face-to-face, non-face-to-face, and self-exercise on balance ability)

  • 본 연구에서는 체간 안정화 운동으로 대면, 비대면, 자가로 실시하였을 때 정적균형과 동적균형에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 신체적으로 질병이 없는 건강한 20대 36명을 모집하였다. 대상자들은 무작위로 세 그룹으로 나뉘어져 체간 안정화 운동을 실시하였으며, 중재 전후 정적균형과 동적균형을 각각 측정하였다. 대면 및 비대면 그룹에서 중재 전, 후 동적 균형 및 정적 균형이 유의하게 증가하였다. 자가운동군은 동적균형 3방향에서 유의하게 증가하였으나 정적균형에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구 결과, 대면 및 비대면 운동이 체간 안정화 운동이 정적균형과 동적균형 향상에 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 균형 능력 향상을 위한 비대면 운동의 사용 가능성을 지지하며, 균형 능력 뿐만 아니라 다양한 신체 능력에 대한 비대면 운동의 효과에 대해 추가적인 연구가 필요합니다.

내력밀도법을 이용한 텐세그러티 구조물의 안정화 기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Stabilization Process of Tensegrity System using the Force Density Method)

  • Tensegrity systems are stable structures which are reticulated spatial structures composed of compressive straight members, struts and cables. But there are some difficulties concerning surface stability, surface formation and construction method. One of the ways to solve this problem reasonably is combination of tesile members and rigid members. This structure is a type of flexible strutural system which is unstable initially because the cable material has little initial rigidity. Therefore tensegrity structure need to be introduced to the Initial stress for the self-equilibrated system having stable state. The rigidification of tensegrity systems is related to selfstress states which can be achieved only when geometrical and mechanical requirements are simultaneously satisfied. In this paper, for the stabilization of tesnsegrity structure it is proposed the modified self-equilibrated equation and the range of the various geometrical parameter about unit system. And we generate the model of double layed single curvature arch using the new squew quadruplex unit system.

  • The primary objective of this paper is to grasp characteristics of unit system, for the stabilization of stablized truss structure that is an assemblage of unit system by prestress. This unit system is composed of a central post and eight cables, and is connected by hinge joints, and stabilized by the self-equilibrated stress system. As this unit structures itself is a statically closed and stabilized system individually, it can be employed to assemble a structure with a variety of configuration. In this paper, for the stabilization of truss structure stabilized by cable tension, it is proposed the self-equilibrated axial mode equation and the range of the various geometrical parameter about unit system.

  • 최근, 텐세그러티(tensegrity)구조개념을 적용한 대공간구조시스템인 케이블돔구조는 구조물 전체의 관점에서는 하나의 자기평형상태를 만족하는 구조로서 돔과 같이 닫힌형상(closed form)의 구조에는 유리한 구조시스템이지만, 보울트(vault)와 같은 열린형상(openform)의 구조에는 적용상 문제가 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이 문제를 해결하는 방안중의 하나로서, <안정화된 단위요소>를 이용하여 장력안정트러스의 기본요소인 단위구조의 안정화를 지배하는 기하학적 매개변수들의 범위를 설정하는 방법이 제안되고 그 변수들의 상호관련성을 규명하고자 한다. 수치해석은, .alpha.가 안정화범위에 있을 경우, 여러가지 경우의 높이에 따른 중심위치(.alpha.), 트러스 부재에 의한 각(.theta.) 그리고 평면상의 비(x/y)와 같은 매개변수의 변화에 따라 안정화에 가장 지배적인 축력모드(N/sub 15/, N/sub 16/, N/sub 25/, N/sub 26/)들의 상호작용이 조사되었다.
