In this study, new evaluation method for the stability and corrosion resistance properties of passive films has been suggested by means of observation of self-activation process in open-circuit state and galvanostatic nanoscale reduction test. The experiments were performed for air-formed oxide film in case of plain carbon steel, and for anodically passivated films formed in aqueous sulfuric acid solutions in case of titanium and 304 stainless steel. From these experimental results, we derived two parameters, $i_{0}$ and $q_{0}$, which characterize the self-activation process and the properties of passive film on a stainless steel surface. The parameter $i_{0}$ was defined as the rate of self-activation, and $q_{0}$, the reduced amount of charge during the self-activation process. In conclusion, it is considered that the stability and corrosion resistance of passive metals and alloys can be evaluated quantitatively by three parameters of $\tau_{0}$, $q_{0}$, and $i_{0}$, which easily obtain by means of observing the self-activation process and galvanostatic nanoscale reduction test.

This study attempted to compare acoustic parameters, physiological observation and perceptual evaluation values obtained from the treatment and control groups in order to find out which of the self voice feedback therapies was better and which methods to train them were more effective. The experimental group carried out various self voice feedback therapies while the control group did only vocal hygiene. The acoustic measurement and voice manipulation for providing the patients visual, auditory feedback were done by a speech analysis software, Praat. The authors designed vocal hygiene, abdominal respiration and Praat self voice feedback therapies and applied them to 15 patients while applying only one vocal hygiene to 15 of the control group. For the purpose of examining the degree of their voice improvement after the treatment, pre- mid- and final evaluations were made for the two groups at the beginning, the 6th week and immediately after the 8th treatment session. Results of this study were as follows: The treatment group showed much improvement after receiving the voice treatment. In particular, acoustical and physiological indices from the optical endoscopy, pitch variation(Jitter), amplitude variation (Shimmer), maximum phonation time(MPT), and psychoacoustic evaluation showed statistically significant improvements over the control groups.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship of self-efficacy, which is a kind of the self concept about one's own ability, to the decision-making process, which is the key part of consumer behavior. The subjects in this study were 985 male and female undergraduates of a university located in the city of Kyongsan, the north Kyongsang province. The collected data were statistically processed by MANOVA and ANOVA. For post test, Scaffle and $\chi$$^2$-test were employed. The followings are findings of this study : 1. Concerning incentive to buying, the group having the weaker general self-efficacy is stimulated more highly by the incentives of self-display, fashion pursuit and economic utility than the group having the stronger general self-efficacy does. 2. Regarding information sources. the factor of observation is frequently used by the group having the weaker general and social self-efficacies more than the group having the stronger general and social self-efficacies. 3. As to the evaluative criteria of clothes, the group having the stronger general and social self-efficacies put a higher value on functional and economical points than the group having the weaker general and social self-efficacies does. 4. As for the evaluative criteria of store the group having the stronger general self-efficacy lays stress on store atmosphere, store attributes and convenient shopping condition, while the group having the weaker general self-efficacy puts emphasis on brand and fashion. 5. In buying apparels, the group having the stronger general and social self-efficacies makes more planned purchase.

이 연구의 목적은 초등학생의 자기 수용을 통한 자아존중감 증진을 위한 프로그램의 개발에 있다. 초등학생들의 자아존중감은 자기 자신을 있는 그대로 받아들이는 자기 수용과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 이를 위해서, 이 연구에서는 자아존중감 증진에 필요한 요인으로 안정성, 자기이해, 자아수용, 자기존중, 대인관계 등의 내용요소를 선정하였다. 프로그램의 구조 및 내용 설계는 초등교사와 32명과 초등학생 93명을 대상으로 한 기초 요구조사와 개발한 프로그램에 대한 3명의 전문가로부터 총 2회에 걸친 타당성 검증과정을 통해 이루어졌다. 또한, 프로그램의 설계는 관찰, 전환, 관계지향 등의 3단계로 구성하고, 단계별로 프로그램에 적합한 내용요소를 선정하였다. 이 프로그램은 초등학생의 자아존중감 증진을 위해 주로 인지적, 정서적인 측면에 치중하고 있어서 행동적 측면이 다소 부족한 경향이 있다.

The present article aims to develop a numerical method for numerical analysis of fusible filler behavior for self-interconnection process. The CIP(Cubic Interpolated Propagation) method is used for determination of interfaces and the CSF(Continuum Surface Force) model is adopted for evaluation of curvature. To validate these models, first, the present study performs the numerical simulation for a droplet formation and it simulates the interactions among fusible fillers inside resin under the operating condition. As a result, similar tendency is found compared to the experimental observation. This study would be a first step towards finding the optimum condition for self-interconnection process.

Twenty-five 6- and 7-year-old children participated in the museum education program held at two museums attached to Sookmyung Women's University in Seoul, Korea. Each museum was named in honor of a great artist; i.e. Moon, Shin and Jung, Youngyang and his/her artistic works. The main museum education activities included guided observation, discussion, and expressive activities using various materials. It consisted of eight sessions of about two hours each. Results showed that the self-esteem and artistic ability of children that participated in the museum education program increased more than the control group. These results affirmed the value of museum education for young children.

Recently, self-healing methods of a cracked matrix, especially polymeric composite materials, became the center of engineering researchers. In this paper, we summarized the self-healing concept for polymeric composite materials and investigated the effect of microparticle on the crack growth behavior in colorless and transparent matrix by experimental observation to describe the crack propagation around the microparticle inside epoxy matrix composite. Compression splitting test for the specimen involving microparticle was conducted. In addition, FE analysis was pursued to present the stress contour around microparticle in the matrix. Through the experiments and FE analysis, we found that the size. relative position, bonding condition and relative stiffness of microparticle are important parameters to decide the direction of crack propagation, which is related to the rupture of microparticle for self-healing

The early stage of the self assembly for octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS)-based monolayers is investigated using atomic force microscopy (AFM). Height measurements using AFM prove that the island height of the monolayers gradually increases with increasing the island size, and is close to the limiting value (h = $\sim$25 $\AA$) after d = $\sim$600 nm in size. Since the theoretical length of a covalently bound OTS molecule is 26.2 Å, the limiting value of the island height means that the islands with d ${\geq}$ 600 nm consist of close-packed, fully extended chains. The heights for the islands with d < 600 nm are lower than the limiting value and decrease with decreasing the island sizes. This observation indicates that the OTS molecules in the small islands are less densely packed, and that the packing densities of the islands increase as the islands grow in size.

본 연구에서는 어린이집 교사효능감을 종속변인으로 하여 민간 어린이집 교사의 셀프리더십과 원장 리더십의 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 임의 선정한 민간 어린이집 36개소 보육교사 217명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 교사들은 원장 리더십에 대해 과업중심, 인화중심 리더십을 모두 높은 수준으로 지각하고 있는 것으로 나타났고 둘째, 원장리더십을 군집분석한 결과 인화형이 가장 많았고, 다음으로 과업형, 리더형, 부족형 순이었다. 교사의 셀프리더십 유형은 리더형이 가장 많았고 다음으로 제한형, 보상형, 과업형 순이었다. 셋째, 교사의 효능감에 교사 셀프리더십 그리고 원장 리더십이 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과 교사효능감중 일반적 효능감에는 원장 과업중심 리더십, 원장 인화중심 리더십이, 교사 셀프리더십은 자기비판, 자기설정목표, 자기관찰, 그리고 자기존중이 유의미하게 영향을 주었고, 개인적 효능감과 관련해서는 원장 인화중심 리더십, 교사셀프리더십 중 자기비판, 자기설정목표가 유의미하게 영향을 주었다.

We attempt to investigate morphology of self-assembled dipyridinium dithioacetate on Au(111) substrate by Scanning Tunneling Microscopy(STM). Also, we measured electrical properties using Scanning Tunneling Spectroscopy(STS). Sample that use this experiment acquires thiol function beside quantity by dipyridinium dithioacetate, is structure that can be self-assembled easily to Au(111) substrate. The same self-assembly procedure was used for two different concentrations, 0.5mmol/ml and 1mmol/ml. Dilute density of sample by 0.5mmol/ml, 1mmol/ml and observed dipyridinium dithioacetate's image by STM after self-assembled on Au(111) substrate. The structure of Tip/SAMs/Au(111) has been used measurement for electrical properties(i-v) using STM. The current-voltage measurement result, observed negative differential resistance(NDR) properties.
