확장된 기술수용모델을 적용한 실시간 화상강의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (Study on the Factors Affecting the Intention to Use Real-time Video Conferencing Using Extended Technology Acceptance Model)

  • COVID 19의 영향이 교육계에도 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히, 비대면 수업이 선택이 아닌 필수가 된 상황에서 실시간 화상강의에 대한 학습자의 만족과 이용의도를 높일 수 있는 방안에 대해 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 화상강의 특성으로서 학습자-교수자 간 상호작용성, 사회적 실재감, 이용가능성, 자기효능감, 참여정도가 인지된 유용성과 이용 용이성, 학습 만족과 화상강의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 연구결과, 인지된 이용 용이성에는 학습자-교수자 상호작용성과 이용가능성, 자기효능감이 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 인지된 유용성에는 이용가능성을 제외한 모든 변인이 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 인지된 유용성과 이용 용이성은 학습 만족과 화상강의 이용의도를 높이는 요인인 것으로 확인되었으며, 학습 만족 역시 화상강의 이용의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 주요 변인인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 실증적인 분석을 통해 향후 많은 교육 현장에서 활용하게 될 실시간 화상강의에 대해 여러 이론적, 실천적 시사점을 제공했다는 점에 의의가 있다.

가족기능성이 어머니의 온정적 양육행동과 유아의 자기조절 능력을 매개로 학교준비도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Family Functioning on Preschoolers' School Readiness: Mediating Effects of Mothers' Affective Parenting and Preschoolers' Self-regulation)

  • This study examined if the effect of family functioning on preschoolers' school readiness can be mediated by mothers' affective parenting and preschoolers' self-regulation in the year before children enter elementary school. This study analyzed the 7th year data of panel study of Korean children collected by the Korean Institute of Child Care and Education. Statistical analysis included 1,513 pairs of 6-year-old children and mothers. Descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation modeling, and bootstrapping analysis were conducted using SPSS 22 and Amos 20. The primary findings were as follows. First, the sub-factors of preschoolers' school readiness composed of children's social and emotional development, approach to learning, cognitive development and general knowledge, and communication were positively correlated with family functioning, mothers' affective parenting, and preschoolers' self-regulation. Second, the result of structural equation modeling showed that the indirect paths from family functioning to preschoolers' school readiness through mothers' affective parenting and preschoolers' self-regulation were significant, while the direct path was insignificant. Third, bootstrapping analysis showed that mothers' affective parenting and preschoolers' self-regulation fully mediated the relationship between family functioning and preschoolers' self-regulation. The findings provide the grounds for families and parents with preschool aged children to implement effective support practices to maintain a functional family system that can promote preschoolers' school readiness.

韓國大巡真理會對 《大學》 思想的解釋與轉化 (The Interpretation of "The Great Learning" within the Korean New Religion Daesoon Jinrihoe)

  • 本文乃研究韓國大巡真理會對 《大學》 思想的解釋與轉化。韓國屬於漢字文化圈的一國, 受到中國科舉制度的影響, 亦以朱熹 《四書章句集註》 做為策試選才的版本。朝鮮儒者丁若鏞以實用角度注解 《大學》, 故後之儒者多以實學解讀 《大學》 思想。大巡真理會系譜創教主姜甑山, 即在此一傳統脈絡中, 以宗教修道的立場, 賦予新義。姜甑山十分重視 《大學》, 特別是「經一章」, 他認為 《大學》 兼具心性之學與實學, 尤其是誠意正心的真實修練。他將 《大學》 神聖化與神秘化, 促使 《大學》 成為宗教書籍, 《大學》 宛若道教的符籙, 具有奇異的神秘力量。再者, 只要誦讀 《大學》 經一章, 所有的疑難雜症皆可醫治, 促使 《大學》 成為醫療書籍。大巡真理會之道主趙鼎山將誠意正心的思想定位於「誠, 敬, 信」與「無自欺」, 並以誠意為自修之首。趙鼎山在姜甑山的基礎下, 以「誠, 敬, 信」結合「無自欺」的修煉, 在都典朴牛堂的闡釋與大力推廣之下, 成為現今大巡真理會的核心教義與修道工夫, 藉此可見韓國新宗教轉化 《大學》 之「誠意正心」思想, 與其所開展的現況!

  • 최근 산업 전반에 걸쳐 가상세계와 현실세계, 방송과 통신, IT 기술과 전통산업 등 다양한 분야에서 융합연구가 진행되고 있다. 그리고 교육 분야에서는 주입식 교육을 탈피하는 창의력 중심으로의 교육 패러다임이 변하고 있다. 또한, 자기주도형 미래 인재를 육성하기 위한 고품질의 인터랙티브한 교육콘텐츠 기술이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이미 스마트 폰의 시장규모가 PC를 추월하고 있으며, 스마트 디바이스와 이러닝 신기술이 융합된 새로운 형태의 교육시스템으로 '스마트 러닝'이라는 새로운 서비스가 나타나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 직접 개발한 콘텐츠 저작 애플리케이션과 웹 사이트, 클라우드 환경을 기반으로 학습자 패턴 수집 및 분석을 하고자 한다. 이러한 정보를 활용하여 학습자의 취향에 맞는 적절한 콘텐츠를 추천해주는 큐레이션 서비스 제공 방안에 대해 연구하였다.

국외 의과대학의 문제바탕학습 (Problem-Based Learning) (Problem-Based Learning in medical schools worldwide)

  • Purpose : Since PBL was first developed by Howard Barrows at McMaster, it has been adopted as one of the best teaching and learning methods in medical schools throughout the world. However, the educational superiority of PBL relative to traditional approaches is less clear. Given the somewhat extensive resources required for the operation of PBL curriculum, this gives reason for concern. The aim of this study is to review experiences of PBL in other medical schools and learn how to implement PBL in our school. Methods : This study was undertaken in two stages. In the first stage, PBL curricular examples in 7 medical schools (University of Pennsylvania, University of Melbourne, University of Maastricht, McMaster University, Flinders University, Harvard medical school. University of California at L.A.) were collected and summarized. In the second stage, a careful search for articles of journals published since 2000 regarding PBL group assessment, effectiveness of PBL and group facilitation skills was conducted. Results : PBL is generally introduced in a core curriculum in undergraduate medical education. Relating to small group assessment, the perception of students has been well developed. but the current PBL assessment tool needs to be revised, to develop thinking skills of students. The PBL graduates considered themselves as having much better interpersonal skills, better competencies in problem solving and self-directed learning than the non-PBL graduates. Tutors used various techniques to raise awareness, facilitate the group process and direct learning. Conclusions : The following three aspects can be regarded as important in this study. First, to implement PBL in our school more effectively, it might be considered, which curriculum content can be best learned with PBL. Second, to enhance students' thinking skills during PBL, a new assessment tool needs to be developed. Third, tutors' competencies are important to facilitate, group process, so it would be worthwhile including in staff development.

임상간호사의 성격특성이 직무스트레스와 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 (The effect of clinical nurse's personality on job stress and organizational effectiveness)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of clinical nurse's locus of control of personality on job stress and job satisfaction and organizational commitment out of organizational effectiveness. Methods : The subjects were 463 staff nurses, who were employed in four university hospitals located in Seoul, Pusan and Kyungki-do. Data was collected from October 4th to October 14th in 2000 by a self-report questionnaire. Data was analyzed by the SAS for the general characteristics of the subjects, descriptive statistics, test for reliability and correlations. The effect of variables were tested using the Lisrel 8.12(a) program. Results : With the findings from this study, the internal-external locus of control affects job stress directly. Also it affects job satisfaction directly and via job stress indirectly. But it affects organizational commitment only via job stress and job satisfaction indirectly. Direct effect of locus of control to organizational commitment is not significant. Job stress affects job satisfaction and organizational commitment out of organizational effectiveness directly. Finally, job satisfaction was direct predictor of organizational commitment. Conclusion : Therefore, nursing managers ought to develop social learning programs to change the perception of individual personality and job stress management programs in order to improve organizational effectiveness.

유도전동기 드라이브의 DTC를 위한 하이브리드 퍼지제어기 (Hybrid Fuzzy Controller for DTC of Induction Motor Drive)

  • An induction motor operated with a conventional direct self controller(DSC) shows a sluggish response during startup and under changes of torque command. Fuzzy logic controller(FLC) is used in conjection with DSC to minimize these problems. A FLC chooses the switching states based on a set of fuzzy variables. Flux position, error in flux magnitude and error in torque are used as fuzzy state variables. Fuzzy rules are determinated by observing the vector diagram of flux and currents. This paper proposes hybrid fuzzy controller for direct torque control(DTC) of induction motor drives. The speed controller is based on adaptive fuzzy learning controller(AFLC), which provide high dynamics performances both in transient and steady state response. Flux position, error in flux magnitude and error in torque are used as FLC state variables. The speed is estimated with model reference adaptive system(MRAS) based on artificial neural network(ANN) trained on-line by a back-propagation algorithm. This paper is controlled speed using hybrid fuzzy controller(HFC) and estimation of speed using ANN. The performance of the proposed induction motor drive with HFC controller and ANN is verified by analysis results at various operation conditions.

Product versus Process Innovation and the Global Engagement of Firms

  • Purpose - Although models of innovation and exporting dominate recent studies of relations between innovation and access to foreign markets, relations between innovation and foreign direct investment (FDI) are less explored. This is especially true of relations between types of innovation and FDI. We fill that gap in the literature with empirical evidence that clarifies whether firms enter foreign markets through exports or FDI. Design/methodology - In order to assess the role of innovation in firms' international engagement strategies, we develop research hypotheses and present new empirical evidence on firms' choice of entry - exports and FDI - based on firm-level data. Findings - Our empirical results suggest that the impact of product innovation is more significant in transition from being a purely domestic firm to an exporter, while process innovation more significantly affect transition from being an exporter to a multinational enterprise. Our results also support 'self-selection into FDI' rather than 'learning-by-performing FDI' in the relationship between innovation and firms' overseas expansion. Originality/value - Recent literature on the relationship between innovation and firms' participation in foreign markets is dominated by models of innovation and export behavior. However, foreign direct investment by multinational enterprises may also be associated with firms' innovative activities. We first analyze how product and process innovations influence firms' choices to initiate exports or FDI.

한국 청소년의 부모자녀관계와 성취에 대한 종단연구: 자기효능감과 성취동기를 중심으로 (Longitudinal analysis of the influence of parent-child relationship on adolescents' academic achievement: With specific focus on the mediating role of self-efficacy and achievement motivation)

  • 이 연구는 한국 청소년의 학업성취과정에서 부모자녀관계가 어떠한 심리적 역동을 갖는가에 대한 분석을 주된 목적으로 한다. 부모자녀관계는 부모의 사회적 지원, 성취압력, 자녀에 대한 기대, 부모에 대한 죄송함과 존경심 지각을 포함했다. 이러한 부모자녀관계가 자녀의 심리특성으로서 자기조절학습효능감과 성취동기, 그리고 행동특성으로서 공부시간과 학업성적에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 동시에 학업성취과정에서 과거의 성취도가 어떠한 영향력을 갖는지에 대해서도 종단자료를 통해 분석하고자 했다. 1차 표집대상은 2개 초등학교 6학년 전체 961명이었으며, 그들이 중학교 1학년 시기가 되었을 때 7개 중학교에 분산된 856명이 2차 표집되었다. 그들이 중학교 3학년이 되었을 때 830명(남 411명, 여 419명)이 3차 표집되었고, 3차 표집대상 학생의 부모에게도 질문지를 실시하여 아버지 722명과 어머니 767명이 표집되었다. 3차 표집대상 중에서 학생과 아버지 어머니 자료가 모두 수집된 694명의 자료가 이 연구를 위한 최종분석대상이었다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다: 1) 과거의 학업성취도는 현재의 학업성적을 결정하는 가장 영향력있는 변인이었으며, 자기조절학습효능감과 공부시간에도 영향을 미쳤다. 2) 부모에 대한 죄송함은 성취동기를 높였으며, 성취동기는 공부시간에 직접적으로 관련되었다. 3) 부모에 대한 존경심은 자기조절학습효능감을 증진했으며, 높아진 효능감은 학업성적을 향상시켰다. 4) 부모의 사회적 지원은 자녀의 자기조절학습효능감과 성취동기를 증진했으며, 부모의 성취압력은 성취동기를 높였다. 5) 자녀에 대한 부모의 기대는 자녀의 학업성적에 정적인 영향이 있었다. 6) 자기조절학습효능감은 학업성적에 정적인 영향을 주었다. 이러한 결과로부터, 과거 학업성취가 현재 학업성취를 결정하는 가장 중요한 예언변인이며, 부모자녀관계와 자기조절학습효능감도 청소년의 학업성취에 영향을 주는 중요한 변인임이 확인되었다.

대학생의 가정폭력 경험이 데이팅 폭력 가해에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Family Violence on Perpetration of Dating Violence among College Students)

  • This research tested the path model which examined the direct and indirect effects of family violence experience on perpetration of dating violence among college students. Two family violence variables such as witnessing parents' marital violence and being abused by parent were the exogeneous variables in the path model, while the mediated variables were consisted of (1) the social-learning-theory-derived variables such as acceptance of violence, positive outcome expectations of using violence, and aggressive conflict-coping behavior, and (2) control-theory-derived variables such as attachment, belief, and commitment. Data were from self-administered questionnaires completed by 332 male and 469 female students selected by stratified quota sampling method. The path analysis was done for males and females separately, since females reported significantly higher degree of dating violence than males. Results of the path analysis showed that first, for both males and females, being abused by parents directly and indirectly influenced dating violence, while witnessing parents' marital violence did not have effect on dating violence either directly or indirectly. Second, for male students, acceptance of violence and conflict coping behavior found to be the mediated variables in the effect of being abused by parents on dating violence. Third, for females, a control-theory-derived variable of belief as well as all three social learning theory-derived variables mediated the influence of being abused by parents on dating violence.
