This study was designed to develop a program for unemployed matriarchs and show if the program affected their view on the meaning in life. The subjects were women registered in an occupational training program for unemployed matriarchs, which is being practiced in the 'Working Women Center' located in Busan. The researchers selected 44 persons from the group who agreed to our program. This study was done from the 10th of March, 1999 to the 9th of October. The researchers used the measurement tools, The Purpose in Life, Self-esteem, Hope and Meaning in Life which was composed of 63 items developed by them. Their Cronbach's alpha were .88, .79, .76 and .95. The researchers analyzed the data with frequency, percentage, Mean, S.D, Wilcoxon signed ranks test which were deduced from SPSS 10.0 WIN program. The results of this study were as follows: 1) The program is composed of 'becoming intimate', 'open-minded', 'exploration on self', 'relax of repressed emotion', 'self- acceptance', 'establishing the life-goal', 'enrichment of human relationship' and closing. It took 20 hours for this program to come into practice. 2) According to the analysis of the general traits of all subjects, average age was 39.36. High school graduates were 86%, college graduates were 14% and divorce were 57%, bereavement were 18%, and the rest were 25%. 3) The result of 1st progam showed self-esteem during the program was high. 4) The result of 2nd progam showed self-esteem during the program was high. 5) The result of 3rd progam showed the sum scores of meaning in life, creative meaning, and attitudinal meaning during the program was high. 6) The result of 4th progam showed the sum scores of meaning in life and creative meaning during the program was high. On the viewpoint of above results, we convinced that 'a program for unemployed matriarch is effective to establish a stronger meaning in life. Therefore, it is demanded that support for unemployed matriarchs should not only be economic help such as technical training and help of living expenses, but also psychological, professional and systematic support.

This paper is a study of the changing nature of software for virtual Cyborg self and the virtual body that occur in the game from a philosophical point of view. This study aimed to investigate the changes of emotional perception biases according to the level of social phobia and the relationship with visuospatial attention allocation ability. This study used the Korean self-report assessment test (Korean version of social avoidance and distress, K-SAD) to measure the level of social phobia. Moreover, the emotional perception and useful field of view (UFOV) tasks were employed for measuring emotional perception biases and visuospatial attention allocation ability, respectively. A total of 118 participants participated in this experiment, and only 107 (males: 94, females: 13) data were analyzed due to the exclusion of response errors and other statistical problems. The average age of the participants used in the analysis was 21 years (SD: 3.64), and those participants were divided into three groups according to the K-SAD scores. Consequently, all experimental groups showed negative emotional perception biases in the emotional perception task, but the magnitudes of the biases of each group were not significantly different. Furthermore, the positive emotional perception biases were higher at higher levels of social phobia, which could be related to the tendency of interpreting positive stimuli negatively. In the UFOV task, the higher the level of social phobia, the lower the visuospatial attention allocation ability. These results suggest that the deterioration of visuospatial attention allocation ability potentially contributes to the increase of positive emotional perception biases by being difficult to perceive external stimuli. Thus, this paper discusses the potential contribution of visuospatial attention allocation ability to the increased perceptual biases of positive emotions as the level of social phobia increases.

Determinism and compatibilism have thought that libertarianism contradicts the scientific view. This paper demonstrates that the hypothesis that free will exists does not cause any problems and contradictions, while maintaining pro-scientific view. Rather, determinism lacks scientific and demonstrative bases. At first, I reject dualistic self by assuming identity theory of the self and physical body & brain. Free will is a functional concept or property that can have multiple realization. Therefore we can recognize whether aliens or robots have free will through observation on their acts. 'Free will' is a functional kinds term like 'digestion'. As we know we have digestive function, we can know that we have free will even before knowing the necessity of its existence by understanding micro structure of human free will. The judgement that an individual has free will function depends on whether it has particular actions. Those actions are controlling and restraining actions in context, predicting future, making elaborate conditional sentences, etc. Real being of free will is the physical occupant of the function that makes those actions. Determinism is based on various kinds of misconceptions and misunderstandings. Determinists often confuse necessity of physical law and determinism. Another decisive misunderstanding is that free will postulates same conditions and different results from the same point of time. However, free will postulates that the two points of time are different. Because determinism is unnecessary redundant hypothesis influenced by religions, according to Ockham's Razor, determinism should be eliminated.

This study facility use and satisfaction of the users of Han River Citizen's Park in Ttuksum district in order to provide foundational data necessary for planning and designing to enhance general user satisfaction when building new riverside parks or reorganizing existing riverside parks. In order to do so, the study surveyed and analyzed the user satisfaction of 374 men and women who use Ttuksum district located in Han River Citizen's Park. For this study, data were collected by self-administration method from 374 samples selected by the convenience sampling method. The results are as follows. 1) Users of Ttuksum district than male. The distribution of related accessibility, those residing within 5 kilometers the site it frequently. 2) Use it for walk, relaxation, or exercise. Are often accompanied by friends or family. Also, about the facility use by the purpose of use or characteristics of conpany, the grass square was utilized the most. 3) About user satisfaction with the park facilities in Ttuksum district, it was higher in the grass square(3.95), sport facilities(3.73), and music fountain(3.72) in order. Regarding the specialized park facilities, satisfaction was mostly low except for the music fountain. Also, about the satisfaction with the usability or view, accessibility(4.03) and night view(3.90) were. Based on the results of this study, it to proceed with positive verification processes in the follow-up research order to enhance reliability of those results.

The purpose of this study was to examine the satisfaction level of dental hygiene students with the general education courses of the dental hygiene curriculums and their awareness of the curriculums in a bid to seek ways of improving the general education curriculums. The subjects in this study were 265 sophomores in four different colleges located in the cities of S, L and K. A self-administered survey was carried out, and the findings of the study were as follows: In terms of satisfaction level with the general education courses, they got 2.54, which was a low score. To be specific, they expressed the most satisfaction with the duplication of the courses (2.63%), followed by appropriateness (2.61%) and teaching methods (2.60%). As for links between general characteristics and satisfaction with the general education courses, the students who were more satisfied with their major were more gratified with the general education courses, and the gap between them and the others was statistically significant (p<.001). The students didn't think that the general education courses they were taking were conducive to character building. Concerning connections between general characteristics and view of the general education courses, the students who were better contented with their major took a more favorable view of the general education courses, and the gap between them and the others was statistically significant (p<.05). In relation to expectations for the general education courses, they asked for efficient teaching methods, competent lecturers and the kinds of general education courses that could step up self-development. Therefore the general education curriculums should discreetly be reviewed to ensure the successful and diverse implementation of the curriculums.

In this study, the light addressable potentiometric sensors (LAPS) with $Si_{3}N_{4}/SiO_{2}/Si$, and $Ta_{2}O_{5}/SiO_{2}/Si$ structures were fabricated. The penicillinsae was immobilized on the devices to hydrolyze the penicillin using self-assembled monolayer (SAM) method. Then response characteristics according to the penicillin concentrations were measured and compared. The measuring system was simplified by using LabVIEW. The pH response characteristics of fabricated devices are 56 mV/pH ($Si_{3}N_{4}$ sensing membrane) and 61 mV/pH ($Ta_{2}O_{5}$ sensing membrane). The sensitivity of sensor by enzyme reaction result of the enzyme reaction were 60 mV/decade and 74 mV/decade for $Si_{3}N_{4}/SiO_{2}/Si$ and $Ta_{2}O_{5}/SiO_{2}/Si$ structure, respectively, in the range of $0.1\;mM{\sim}10\;mM $of the penicillin concentration.

In this study, we developed the measuring system based on light addressable potentiometric sensor for the quantitative analysis of penicillin that is very important element in medicine and pharmacy, clinic. It is investigated the response characteristics by enzyme reaction with penicillinase. First, the surface pre-treatment process of the $Si_{3}N_{4}$ was established. The coupling agent was made using self assembled monolayer method and it was confirmed the immobilization process by AFM. Also, as the measuring system, potentiostat, signal processing part etc. was made by Lab VIEW software, it was reduced detecting time as well as simplifying the system. Fabricated device was shown excellent pH response characteristics, 57 mV/ pH in the range of pH $2{\sim}11$. The response characteristics was 60 mV/decade in the range of $0.1{\sim}10{\;}mM$.
