중년여성의 운동행동변화단계에 따른 변화과정, 의사결정균형 및 자기효능감 (Process of Change, Decisional Balance and Self Efficacy Corresponding to Stages of Change in Exercise Behaviors in Middle Aged Women)

  • Purpose: The study was performed to identify the process of change, decisional balance and self-efficacy corresponding to the stage of exercise behavior change based on a Transtheoretical Model in middle aged women. Method: The subjects consisted of 317 women by convenience sampling residing in city B. The collected data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, and Discriminant analysis by SPSS/WIN program. Result: The subjects were distributed in each stage of change of exercise behaviors: 53 subjects (16.7%) in the precontemplation stage, 86 subjects (27.1%) in the contemplation stage, 88 subjects (27.8%) in the preparation stage, 51 subjects (16.1%) in the action stage and 39 subjects(12.3%) in the maintenance stage. Analysis of variance showed that consciousness raising (F=24.96, p=.00), environmental reevaluation (F=7.l3, p=.00), self reevaluation (F=19.47, p=.00), dramatic relief (F=15.22, p=.00), social liberation (F=4.26, p=.00), counter conditioning (F=26.44, p=.00), a helping relationship (F=13.l7, p=.00), reinforcement management (F=21.25, p=.00), self liberation (F=27.70, p=.00), stimulus control (F=13.49, p=.00), pros (F=14.40, p=.00) and self-efficacy (F=39.9l, p=.00) were significantly associated with the stages of change of exercise behaviors. Through discriminant analysis, it was found that ‘stimulus control’ was the most influential variable in discriminating the five stages of change. Conclusion: This study can provide the basis of a staged matching exercise program using TTM for more effective and useful intervention.

학업부진 전문대학생을 위한 지원 프로그램의 효과 연구 (A Study on the Effectiveness of the Support Program for Underachieving Junior College Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 학업부진 전문대학생을 위한 집중 지원 프로그램이 학생들의 학습동기 및 자기학습효능감에 미치는 효과를 검증하고 의미를 탐색하는 것이다. 본 연구는 부산광역시 D대학교 교수학습개발센터가 학사경고자 및 성적부진 학생들을 대상으로 지원한 JUMP-UP 프로그램에 참여한 46명의 학생을 대상으로 진행되었다. 본 연구의 연구문제는 첫째, JUMP-UP 프로그램은 전문대학생의 학습동기 강화에 영향을 미치는가? 둘째, JUMP-UP 프로그램은 전문대학생의 자기학습효능감에 영향을 미치는가?이다. JUMP-UP 프로그램 참여 전·후 설문조사를 실시하여 효과성을 살펴본 결과 JUMP-UP 프로그램은 참여 학습자의 학습동기와 자기학습효능감 모든 항목에서 통계적으로 유의미한 변화를 나타내었다. 이를 통하여 JUMP-UP 프로그램과 같은 집중 지원 프로그램은 학업부진을 겪는 전문대학생의 학습동기 및 자기학습효능감 향상에 적합한 지원 프로그램으로 가치가 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.

  • 우리나라의 경우 장애인 복지서비스의 공급이 여전히 부족하고, 전달체계도 주로 공급자를 중심으로 이루어지고 있다. 이런 현실에서 장애인 복지서비스 이용과 관련하여 장애인 당사자의 실질적인 선택권을 보장하기 위해서는 이용자 중심, 즉 이용자의 자율성과 주도성 및 통제권을 중시하는 방향으로 정책 패러다임의 변화가 이루어져야 한다. 이 연구에서는 최근 장애인복지와 관련하여 활발히 논의되고 있는 이용자 참여에 관한 이론적 논의를 살펴보고, '이용자 참여' 강화의 사례로서 독일의 개인예산제도를 고찰하여 우리나라에 주는 시사점을 제시하였다. 독일의 사례를 분석한 결과, 독일은 개인예산제도의 도입과 운영을 통해 기존에 시행되던 장애인복지와 관련한 지원제도의 지급방식을 전환함으로써, 장애인의 자기결정권 실현이 더 잘 이루어질 수 있도록 이용자 참여를 강화하는 추세로 장애인 복지정책의 방향을 변화시키고 있음을 확인하였다.

노인요양병원 사회복지사의 대처전략과 직무효능감이 직무소진에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Coping Strategies and Vocational Self-Efficacy on Burnout among Social Workers in Long-Term Care Hospitals)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인요양병원에 종사하는 사회복지사의 직무소진 정도를 살펴보고, 대처전략과 직무효능감이 직무소진에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 노인요양병원협회 회원으로 등록된 전국 528개(2015년 9월 기준) 노인요양병원 중 병상의 규모가 100병상 이상인 병원의 사회복지사 138명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과 근무시간, 외재화 전략, 자기 효능감, 집단효능감이 직무소진과 유의한 영향을 보이고 있었다. 즉, 근무시간이 길수록 소진의 정도가 심각해지는 반면, 외재화 전략, 자기효능감, 집단효능감이 높을수록 직무소진이 경감되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 노인요양병원 사회복지사의 직무소진을 경감시키기 위해 슈퍼비전 체계의 구축. 소진 경감 프로그램의 개발, 그리고 보수 교육 제공 등과 같은 개입 방안들을 제안하였다.

초등학교 비만아동을 대상으로 행위변화단계를 적용한 운동중재 프로그램의 효과 (The Effects of Exercise Intervention Program Based on the Stage of Change on Obese Children in Elementary School)

  • Purpose : This study was designed to apply a "stage of change" exercise intervention program to obese children in elementary school and to examine its effects on their BMI. stage of change. process . and self-efficacy in exercise. Methods : The experimental group included 64 children in the fourth . fifth and sixth grades. from one elementary school. whose BMI was in the H5th percentile or more for their age groups. The control group had 6 1 students from a different one elementary school whose conditions were the same as those of the experimental group. Results: After the stage of change exercise intervention was applied, the BMI of the experimental group decreased by a significant enough degree to conclude that the program was effective in decreasing BMI. After the application of the program. the experimental group experienced a significant increase in their helping relationships. counter-conditioning . reinforcement management and stimulus control compared 10 the control group. After the program. self-efficacy in terms of exercise increased significantly in the experimental group. Conclusion: A stages of change exercise intervention program has been shown to engage individual students and encourage them 10 maintain a higher fitness level that promote s self-efficacy in exercise and therefore moves them towards healthier lifestyles. Moreover. the study proved that a significant reduction of BMI was achieved by the stages of change exercise intervention program.

Effect of fiber type and content on properties of high-strength fiber reinforced self-consolidating concrete

  • Effects of polypropylene (PP) fibers, steel fibers (SF) and hybrid on the properties of highstrength fiber reinforced self-consolidating concrete (HSFR-SCC) under different volume contents are investigated in this study. Comprehensive laboratory tests were conducted in order to evaluate both fresh and hardened properties of HSFR-SCC. Test results indicated that the fiber types and fiber contents greatly influenced concrete workability but it is possible to achieve self consolidating properties while adding the fiber types in concrete mixtures. Compressive strength, dynamic modulus of elasticity, and rigidity of concrete were affected by the addition as well as volume fraction of PP fibers. However, the properties of concrete were improved by the incorporation of SF. Splitting tensile and flexural strengths of concrete became increasingly less influenced by the inclusion of PP fibers and increasingly more influenced by the addition of SF. Besides, the inclusion of PP fibers resulted in the better efficiency in the improvement of toughness than SF. Furthermore, the inclusion of fibers did not have significant effect on the durability of the concrete. Results of electrical resistivity, chloride ion penetration and ultrasonic pulse velocity tests confirmed that HSFR-SCC had enough endurance against deterioration, lower chloride ion penetrability and minimum reinforcement corrosion rate.

Electrical resistivity and capillarity of self-compacting concrete with incorporation of fly ash and limestone filler

  • Electrical resistivity is a property associated with both the physical and chemical characteristics of concrete. It allows the evaluation of the greater or lesser difficulty with which aggressive substances penetrate the concrete's core before the dissolution of the passive film process and the consequent reinforcement's corrosion begin. This work addresses the capillary absorption of self-compacting concrete (SCC) with various types and contents of additions, correlating it with its electrical resistivity. To that effect, binary and ternary mixes of SCC were produced using fly ashes (FA) and limestone filler (LF). A total of 11 self-compactable mixes were produced: one with cement (C) only; three with C + FA in 30%, 60% and 70% substitution ratios; three with C + LF in 30%, 60% and 70% substitution ratios; four with C + FA + LF in combinations of 10-20%, 20-10%, 20-40% and 40-20% substitution ratios, respectively; and four reference mixes according to the LNEC E 464 specification, which refers to the NP EN 206-1 norm. The evaluation of the capillarity of the mixes produced was made through the determination of the water absorption by capillarity coefficient according to the LNEC E 393 specification. The electrical resistivity was evaluated using the European norm proposal presented by the EU-Project CHLORTEST (EU funded research Project under 5FP GROWTH programme) and based on the RILEM TC-154 EMC technical recommendation. The results indicate that SCC's capillarity is strongly conditioned by the type and quantity of the additions used. It was found that FA addition significantly improves some of the properties studied especially at older ages.

금연 과정의 모델 개발을 위한 탐색적 연구 (Exploratory Study on Developing Model for Smoking Cessation Process)

  • In this paper, the study model, which presents the patterns of how the changing mechanisms are adopted to the changing stages of smoking cessation, was developed by modifying the integrative model of Prochaska et al. (1983) with including seven changing mechanisms which were identified by Oh and Kim(1996). Then the developed study model was exploratively tested with 155 University student between 20 and 29 years of age as subjects. According to the study results. among the five mechanisms. which are significant in explaining the differences between stages. DUNCAN post-comparison showed that the least applied ones were Stimulus Control, Self Determinism, Cognitive Restructuring in the precomplation stage, and Reinforcement and Dramatic Relief. in the relapsed stage. In the comtemplation stage. it was observed that Dramatic Relief is used most frequently and that the other two mechanisms, Information Management and Cognitive Restructuring, showed different results from those inferred in the study hypothesis. In the case of Information Management, it was excluded from the analysis it was not included in explaining significant difference among changing stages, but Cognitive Reconstruction turns out to be a more frequently used mechanism in the action stage rather than in the comtemplation stage. Helping Relationship was also excluded in the post-comparison analysis since it was not included in explaining significant difference among changing stages and Reinforcement was a more frequently used mechanisms in the comtemplation stage. Stimulus Control turns out to be the connecting mechanism which was most frequently used in both the contemplation and action stages. Self Determination was most frequently used in the action stage rather than in both the comtemplation stage and action stage, differing from the presumption of the model. Lastly, subjects in the relapsed stage were utilizing Stimulus Control and Self Determination at the same level as subjects in the precontemplation stage. and the utilization of both Reinformcement and Dramatic Relief was lower than that of the precomtemplation stage, that is, at the lowest level. Only Cognitive Restructuring was used of the same level as the comtemplation stage. The relapsed stage in this study did not represent the preparation for action stage as presumed in the model of Prochaska et. al. (1983) but did show a pattern similar to the initial stage of smoking cessation. However, since this interpretation about the relapser was based on only a small number of relapsers(n=5), this conclusion may not be reliable.

학습방법개선과 후처리 분석을 이용한 자동문서분류의 성능향상 방법 (Reinforcement Method for Automated Text Classification using Post-processing and Training with Definition Criteria)

  • 자동문서분류는 문서의 내용에 기반하여 미리 정의된 항목에 자동으로 할당하는 작업으로서 효율적인 정보관리 및 검색등에 필수적인 작업이다. 기존의 문서분류성능 향상을 위한 연구들은 대부분 분류모델 자체를 개선시키는 데 주력해왔으며 통계적인 방법으로 그 범위가 제한되어왔다. 본 연구에서는 자동문서분류의 성능향상을 위해 데이터마이닝 기법과 결함허용방법을 이용하는 개선된 학습알고리즘과 후처 리 방법에 의한 RTPost 시스템을 제안한다. RTPost 시스템은 학습문서 선택작업 이전에 분류항목 설정의 문제를 다루며, 분류함수의 성능보다는 지정방식의 문제점을 감안하여 학습과 분류 후처리 프로세스를 개선하려는 것이다. 이를 통해 분류결과에 중요한 영향을 미쳐왔던 학습문서의 수와 선택방법, 분류모델의 성능등에 의존하지 않는 안정적인 분류가 가능하였고, 이를 분류오류율이 높은 경계선 인접영역에 위치한 문서들에 적용한 결과 높은 정확율을 얻을 수 있었다. 뿐만 아니라, RTPost 프로세스를 진행하는 동안 능동학습방법의 장점을 수용하여 학습효과는 높이며 비용을 감소시킬 수 있는 자가학습방법(self learning)방법의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

SHS법에 의해 제조된 $Al_2O_3$-TiC복합분말과 $Al_2O_3$단섬유를 강화재로 사용한 하이브리드 금속기 복합재료의 제조 (Manufacturing of Hybrid Metal Matrix Composites used $Al_2O_3$ Short Fiber and $Al_2O_3$-TiC Composite Powder Synthesized by SHS Process)

  • 금속기지 복합물은 구조용 재료로서 매우 우수한 성질을 지니고 있어 광범위하게 연구되어져 왔다. $Al_2O_3$와 SiC는 그들의 우수한 기계적 특성 때문에 일반적인 보강재로서 사용되어져 왔다. 그러나 이들 세라믹 보강재는 비싼 재조 비용 때문에 특별한 목적을 위해서만 한정되어 사용되어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 우리는 Al 합금기지 복합물에서 SHS법에 의해 합성된 $Al_2O_3$-SiC 분말의 보강재로서의 응용 가능성을 살펴보았다. 또한 $Al_2O_3$단섬유를 Al기지 하이브리드 복합물에 적용하기 위하여 합성된 분말과 함께 첨가하였다. 25vol% 강화재의 복합물을 제조하기 위하여 용탕단조법을 사용하였다. 미세구조와 결정구조는 SEM, OM 그리고 XRD로 관찰하였고 압축시험과 마모시험으로 기계적인 성질들을 조사하였다.
