사회적 지지와 자기조절이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향: 활동보조인을 중심으로 (Effects of Social Support and Self-Regulation on Job Stress: Focused on Personal Assistants for the Disabled)

  • 본 연구는 활동보조인의 사회적 지지, 자기조절, 직무스트레스 간의 관련성에 초점을 두고, 특히 사회적 지지가 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에 대한 자기조절 능력의 조절효과를 살펴보는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 총 330명의 활동보조인을 대상으로 사회적 지지, 자기조절, 직무스트레스에 관해 묻는 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 그중 276 사례를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 자료 분석을 위해서는 SPSS(PASW) 18.0과 SPSS용 PROCESS Macro를 사용하여 동시입력방식의 조절회귀분석이 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 지지 및 자기조절은 직무스트레스의 감소에 기여하였다. 둘째, 자기조절은 사회적 지지와 직무스트레스와의 관계에서 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났으며, 조절효과의 세 가지 기능 중 사회적 지지가 직무스트레스의 감소에 미치는 영향을 강화하였다. 끝으로 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 시사점과 제한점, 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 직무스트레스의 관리를 위해서는 장애인 활동보조서비스 현장에서 사회적 지지와 같은 외적 자원 외에도 자기조절과 같은 내적 자원이 필요함을 제안한다.

슈퍼바이저의 고용불안정성이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 자기효능감과 신뢰의 조절효과 (A Study on the Relationship between Franchise Firm's Supervisors Job Insecurity and Organizational Effectiveness: The Moderating Effect of Self-Efficacy and Trust in Manager)

  • Purpose - This paper attempted to investigate the relationships among the perception of job insecurity and organizational effectiveness, and it examines these relationships while considering the moderating effect of trust in the manager and self-efficacy. Job insecurity is an independent variable, organizational effectiveness aspects (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention) are dependent variables, and trust and self-efficacy are moderators. Research design, data, and methodology - Regression analysis was used to verify the effects. The measurement items were already deemed as reliable and valid in the previous study, but for this purpose, some modifications were made. To examine the model, this study relied on the samples chosen from Korean employees in the six franchise business firms. The survey was conducted on 288 workers. Each question is based on a 5-point Likert type scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0. Results - The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, job insecurity has an influence on organizational effectiveness aspects (negatively on job satisfaction, negatively on organizational commitment, and positively on turnover intention). Second, analyzing the moderating effect of trust, trust in manager is mediated between job insecurity and organizational effectiveness aspects (on organizational commitment and on turnover intention). However, employees' trust in manager had no significant moderating effect on the job insecurity-job satisfaction relationship. Third, self-efficacy is mediated between job insecurity and organizational effectiveness aspects (on job satisfaction, on organizational commitment, and on turnover intention). Conclusions - First, it is necessary to be aware of the seriousness of employees' job insecurity in franchise firms, which have played a pivotal role in national economic growth, and to create a detailed plan for reducing insecurity and actively implementing it. To this end, the franchise companies should implement efficiency efforts such as obtaining an appropriate capacity of equipped personnel and a training program. Second, there are moderating effects of self-efficacy and trust in the relationship between job insecurity and organizational effectiveness. Depending on business conditions, stability and instability can only be experienced in the organizations of franchise companies. This can give rise to instability in employment. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and utilize a system that can be minimized with a change in the new awareness of employment instability. After all, a good leader (manager) must accumulate personal trust and build up a core competence that is necessary to become competent in the field himself. Even if you lack the material resources to improve performance, if the leader with the core competencies (e.g., technical/management /organization/marketing/design) can gain the trust of the supervisor, you can get a good organizational performance. Therefore, you should foster a healthy organizational culture through education such as leadership training and employee training to be built on trust between the leaders and the employees. In addition, you need to focus on HRD&M training in order to increase the self-efficacy of the supervisor.

소방공무원의 자아상태 요인이 자아효능감과 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Self-status Factors on Self-Efficiency and Job Satisfaction of Fire Service Officials)

  • 본 연구는 소방공무원 개인의 자아상태를 분석하여 자아에 따른 자기효능감과 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 이를 통해 현장에서 직무의 성과를 향상시켜 효율적으로 직무를 수행하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구대상은 경기도 남부지역 B도시 현직 소방공무원 177명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 SPSS 22.0을 통해 상관관계분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 소방공무원의 자아상태 요인과 자기효능감 요인과의 상관관계에서는 자아상태 요인의 경우 자기효능감이 다소 높고, 자기조절효능감은 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자아상태 요인이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향에서는 Adult (A)유형, Free Child (FC)유형, Adapted Child (AC)유형 순으로 유의하게 나타났다. 셋째 자아상태 요인과 직무만족 요인과의 상관관계 분석결과 Critical Parent (CP)유형의 경우 모든 직무만족도 요인에서 부적 상관관계를 보였고, Nurturing Parent (NP)유형의 경우 모든 직무 만족도에서 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 이에, 자아상태 요인에서 권위적인 기능인 Critical Parent (CP)를 낮추고 Nurturing Parent (NP)기능을 높이는 부모자아의 수정전략과 낮은 만족도에서 나타나는 Adapted Child (AC)기능을 낮추어 Free Child (FC)기능을 활성화하는 수정전략이 필요하며 합리성에 기초한 지금-여기에 알맞은 강점은 강화하고 약점은 보강하는 전략적 접근이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

조리·외식 전공 대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로성숙도 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effects of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy and Career Maturity on Career Preparation Behavior of Culinary and Foodservice Management Major Students)

  • 본 연구는 조리 외식 전공 대학생들의 취업률 향상을 위한 진로준비행동에 관여하는 다양한 요인을 파악하여 효과적인 진로지도 방향을 제시하기 위함이다. 사회인지 진로이론을 바탕으로 진로결정 자기효능감은 진로성숙도와 진로행동을 발전시키는 구조적 관계의 가설을 설정하고, 실증분석을 통한 검증을 실시하였다. 조리 외식 전공 대학생을 대상으로 총 450부를 배포하여 불성실한 설문지를 제외하여 총 376부(83.6%)를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 16.0과 AMOS 5.0을 이용하였다. 우선, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하기 전 고차원요인모형(High-order model)을 사용하였고, 가설검정을 위한 신뢰성과 타당성 분석을 실시하였다. 진로결정 자기효능감은 진로성숙도(t=6.86, p<0.001), 진로준비행동(t=3.83, p<0.001), 그리고 진로성숙도는 진로준비행동(t=2.79, p<0.01)에 유의한 영향관계가 있었으며, 모든 가설은 채택되었다. 이러한 결과들은 학생들이 가진 역량에 대한 스스로의 믿음을 강화하는 것이 진로 관련 문제들을 유연하게 대처할 수 있고, 성숙한 직업인으로 성장 할 수 있는 원동력이 될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 진로결정 자기효능감의 중요성을 인지하고, 이를 향상시킬 수 있는 체계적이고 통합적인 진로상담 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제안한다.

나노-스케일 전계 효과 트랜지스터 모델링 연구 : FinFET (Modeling of Nano-scale FET(Field Effect Transistor : FinFET))

  • 본 논문에서는 2차원 양자 역학적 모델링 및 시뮬레이션(quantum mechanical modeling and simulation)으로써, 자기정렬 이중게이츠 구조(self-aligned double-gate structure)인 FinFET에 관하여 결합된 푸아송-슈뢰딩거 방정식(coupled Poisson and Schrodinger equations)를 셀프-컨시스턴트(self-consistent)한 방법으로 해석하는 수치적 모델을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션은 게이트 길이(Lg)를 10에서 80nm까지, 실리콘 핀 두께($T_{fin}$)를 10에서 40nm까지 변화시켜가며 시행되었다. 시뮬레이션의 검증을 위한 전류-전압 특성을 실험 결과값과 비교하였으며, 문턱 전압 이하 기울기(subthreshold swing), 문턱 전압 롤-오프(thresholdvoltage roll-off), 그리고 드레인 유기 장벽 감소(drain induced barrier lowering, DIBL)과 같은 파라미터를 추출함으로써 단채널 효과를 줄이기 위한 소자 최적화를 시행하였다. 또한, 고전적 방법과 양자 역학적 방법의 시뮬레이션 결과를 비교함으로써,양자 역학적 해석의 필요성을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해서, FinFET과 같은 구조가 단채널 효과를 줄이는데 이상적이며, 나노-스케일 소자 구조를 해석함에 있어 양자 역학적 시뮬레이션이 필수적임을 알 수 있었다.

집단심상치료가 혈액투석환자의 안위와 우울에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Group Imago Psychotherapy on Comfort and Depression of Patients with Hemodialysis)

  • The hemodialysis patients with chronic renal disease have experienced negative emotions, especially depression among with physical, social, and psychological changes. Based upon a stress-coping theory, group imago psychotherapy which can induce effective coping through self awareness and positive emotional responses is implemented to the hemodialysis patients. The effects of the imago psychotherapy in regards to comfort and depression are studied here. Group imago psychotherapy was performed on forty-three subjects(twenty subjects in the experimental group and twenty-three subjects in the control group). The results of the study were as follows. After being given group imago psychotherapy, the comfort scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (F=15.33, p= .003). Moreover, after being given treatment, the depression scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (F=9.14. p=.0044). Specifically, the scores on comfort in the experimental group under emotion-focused coping style were significantly higher than those of the control group (F=18.59, p= .0002). The mean difference on comfort scores in the experimental group under problem - focused coping style was higher than that of the control group. But their scores were not significant (F=0.19, p= .6729). The scores on depression in the experimental group under emotion-focused coping style were significantly lower than those of the control group (F=14.62, p= .0006). The mean difference on depression scores in the experimental group under problem - focused coping style was much lower than that of the control group. But their scores were not significant (F=0.31, p=.5947). There was a significant positive correlation between comfort and depression variables. After group imago psychotherapy the hemodialysis patients recognized positive changes in emotional reponses, self awareness, self control, ease of mind, and felt overall more relaxed. Imago psychotherapy is a nursing intervention which as this study has shown can improve to comfort. The results of this study can be applied to general nursing practices. In the view of holistic nursing, the development of the nursing practice combined with imago psychotherapy will contribute to the enlargement of the nursing field with conventional nursing practices.

일반 수업과 IC-PBL 적용 수업의 비교를 통한 패션복 식사의 교육 효과 연구 (A Study on the Educational Effect of the History of Fashion and Costume through a Comparison of General Lecture and IC-PBL(Industry-coupled Problem-based Learning))

  • The purpose of this study was to present the case of class operation by paralleling a general instructor's lecture class and a IC-PBL class in a fashion design major course and comparing the educational effects. The teaching model of this study was designed to improve the ability to use the knowledge gained in accordance with the needs of the industrial field and to develop an independent learning ability. It will provide meaningful data. This study measured and considered the qualitative items of self-efficacy and changes in class perception through interviews and questionnaires completed by the learners after experiencing each general class and IC-PBL class. The results of this study are, first, that in the History of Fashion and Costume class, the general teaching method and the IC-PBL teaching method were applied in parallel to design a class, and a method case was presented. Second, as a result of comparing the educational effects of the two teaching methods through a student questionnaire, IC-PBL was more effective in improving learning attitude, learning achievement and self-efficacy. In addition, after the IC-PBL class on History of Fashion and Costume, the students' negative perception of team activities improved, and the students' cooperative ability and creativity improved.

Microstructure and Trapped Magnetic Field of Multi-Seeded Single Domain YBCO

  • The size of the superconducting domains and the critical current density inside these domains have to be enhanced for most of cryomagnetic applications of melt-textured YBCO bulks. To enlarge the size of the domains we studied the multi-seeding technique based on a well-established procedure for preparing high quality YBCO monoliths using self-made SmBCO seeds. The distance between the seeds was optimised as a result of the investigation of the effects of various seed distances on the characteristics of the grain boundary Junctions. The influences of a-b plane intersections and c-axis misalignments were researched. Thereby, a small range of tolerance of the misorientations between the seed crystals was found. Field mapping was applied to control the materials quality and the superconductor's grain structure was investigated using polarisation microscopy. YBCO function elements with iou. seeds in a line and an arrangement of making type (100)/(100) and (110)/(110) boundary junctions, respectively, were processed. The trapped field profile in both sample types shows single domain behaviour. To demonstrate the potential of the multi-seeding method a ring-shaped sample was processed by placing sixteen seeds in a way to make both (100)/(100) and (110)/(110) grain junctions at the same time. The results up to now are very promising to prepare large single domain melt-textured YBCO semi-finished products in complex shapes.

  • Mo-tip field emitter arrays(FEAs) were fabricated by conventional Spindt process and their life time characteristics and failure mode were evaluated. The fabricated Mo-tip FEA could generate at least $0.35\{mu} A/tip$ emission current for about 320 persistently under a constant gate bias of 140 V and was finally destroyed through self-healing mode. Thin diamond-like carbon films were coated on the M-tip by plasma-enhanced CVD and the dependence of emission properties upon the DLC thickness was investigated. By DLC coating, the turn-on voltage and emission current were appeared to be improved whereas the current fluctuation was increased in the DLC thickness range of $0~1,000\{AA}$.

더블팬케이크 권선형 10kVA 고온초전도 변압기 (10kVA high $T_c$ Superconducting Power Transformer with Double Pancake Windings)

  • This paper presents the design and test results of a 10kVA single phase HTS transformer which is operating at 77K. Double pancake windings with BSCCO -2223 HTS tape and GFRP cryostat with room temperature bore are used in the transformer. Four double pan cake windings were used in pancake windings are connected in parallel to conduct the secondary current of 45.4A. the rated voltages of each winding are 440/220V. Numerical calculation using Finite Element Method was used to evaluated the performance of each arrangement. Considering the magnetizing reactance, leakage reactance, electrical insulation and the circulating current in low voltage winding which had two windings in parallel, HLLH arrangement was finally chosen. Estimation of the AC loss, magnetizing loss and self field loss, in the design stage, where effects of perpendicular field and parallel field are considered. Room temperature bore type cryostat has been constructed and its heat loss was measured.
