The study presented research models and hypotheses based on previous studies, collected samples by applying a questionnaire technique, and tested hypotheses through structural equation modeling. As a result, information security attitude, subjective norms, and self-efficacy had a positive influence on the intention to comply. Also, attachment, commitment, and involvement, which are the factors of social control theory, formed a positive attitude toward information security. Goal difficulty and goal specificity, which are the factors of goal setting theory, formed a positive self-efficacy. The study presents academic and practical implications in terms of suggesting a method of improving the information security compliance intention of employees.

  • The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the World Customs Organization (WCO) emphasize securing supply chain security through mutual cooperation between aviation security and customs by establishing a standardized security system by regulations, procedures and practices of international air cargo. Accordingly, in accordance with the Aviation Security Act, the known consignors system aims to secure cargo security before loading air cargo into the aircraft, while the customs AEO system is a public-private cooperation program that focuses on simplification of customs clearance procedures. These systems basically have the same purpose of effectively identifying high-risk cargo through a risk-based approach in international air cargo transportation and preventing risks in advance, and the content that a common basic standard for cargo security must be established is also similar. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a cooperation system by simplifying problems such as cumbersome and redundant authentication procedures and on-site verification through coordination of security requirements for mutual recognition between the two systems. As a result, it is necessary to establish a process for coordinating security and customs' supply chain security program and maximize the effect of harmonizing supply chain security by strengthening the linkage between known consignors and AEO.

  • This study has an objective to analyze the causal relationship between the emotional labor of the members in the private security firms and its effect on their job stress and validity of the organization. To carry out the study, I established a population of private security guards working at the security firms in Seoul. Then a total of 700 question naires were sent out for the survey using the random sampling method of clusters. The study was carried out over about four months, from May, 2014 to September, 2014. A total of 676 questionnaires were used for the final data. 24 questionnaires were excluded either because they were not returned or contained extreme value. In this study, a statistical package of SPSSWIN 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used in the data analysis and the causal relationship was verified using the covariance structural equation. The analysis showed the emotional labor to have a positive effect on the validity of organization but a negative effect on the job stress at the statistical level of p<.001 and the hypothesis was adopted. The hypothesis regarding the job stress was also adopted because job stress was found to have a negative effect on the validity of organization at the statistical level of p<.001. In addition, job stress was found to have a negative effect on the relationship between the emotional labor and validity of organization at the statistical level of p<.001. As a result, the hypothesis about the job stress would function as the parameter was only partially adopted.

As for total period of working, both perception of distribution justice and the perception of procedure justice proved greatest in the 5 years or more group and according to monthly income, the KRW 1800,000 or more group showed high levels of perception of distribution justice and the perception of procedure justice. In organization member behavior, loyal behavior increased along with age and inter-personal relationship behavior and altruistic behavior prevailed in the age group 31-35 According to period the person has worked at the current workplace and in case of total period of working, loyal behavior, inter-personal relationship behavior and altruistic behavior proved to be high. As for monthly income, an increase in monthly income resulted in a high figure in loyal behavior, inter-personal relationship behavior and altruistic behavior. Thirdly, after regression analysis of the relationship of the perception of organization justice and organization member behavior, perception of procedure justice was analyzed to have relatively high influence. Therefore, the hypothesis presented in this study was all chosen after the regression analysis results. • It seems that security police's business to secure safety of state and citizens has existed since the mankind began to create a community. State was not fully responsible for such security business from the beginning. The business was carried out autonomously by the private sector for a long period. However, as the state system had been strengthened, the public sector absorbed the function. But in the modern society where various risks exist, safety of society could not be guaranteed only by public police. Accordingly, cooperation with the private sector is indispensable. In the limit of public police, autonomous organization of security companies and general citizens is expanding its scope. As a result, they should exercise partnership as a tripod to build social safety net. Security police failed to secure manpower exclusively responsible for security, despite various businesses and excessive mobilization. Accordingly, their professionalism and ability to cope with crisis are being questioned. In particular, efficiency of security police is becoming a more urgent issue in an era of international terrorism. Private sector can be classified into security companies and private autonomous organization. In case of security companies, the problem is quality and business ability of guards compared to a rapid external growth such as quantitative expansion and advancement into various businesses. In terms of pure private activity, the necessity of understanding of public police activity and conditions for organizational and continuous activity should be prepared. To tide over such problems and effectively achieve the common goal, changes in the method of employment, new establishment of security police department, and strengthening of professionalism and crisis management ability are necessary in the public police sector. In case of security companies, improvement of relations with public police through joint education, strengthening of business ability and activation of business cooperation through these matters are necessary. To maximize activity of pure private sector, it needs to establish reserve police, manage such private autonomous organization and bolster publicity with citizens.

  • With the acceleration of information digitization caused by fast growth of Information Technology, the application of digital forensics has increased but it is underestimated because digital evidence is easy to forge. Especially, the evaluation of the reliability of digital forensics organization is judged only by judges domestically because there is no objective verification system or evaluation method of the capability of digital forensics organization. Therefore, the evaluation model and indices of the capability of digital forensics concentrated on the digital forensics organization, personnel, technology, facilities and the procedure in domestic justice system was presented in this research after reviewing the domestic and foreign evaluation method and the standard of the capability of digital forensics and information security. The standard for judicial evaluation of digital evidence and composition, management, evaluation of digital forensics organization would be presented based on this research.

  • Organizations continue to invest in the security of information technology as a means to be more competitive than others in their industry do. However, there is a relatively lack of interest in the information security compliance of employees who implement information security technologies and policies of organization. This study finds mechanisms for enhancing security compliance by applying theory of planned behavior, justice theory, and motivation theory in information security field. We use structural equation modeling to verify the research hypotheses, and conducted a survey on the employees of organization with information security policy. The results showed that organizational justice, sanction, and organizational identification affect the factors of the planned behavior theory and affect the employee's compliance intention. As a result, this research suggested directions for strategic approach for enhancing employee's compliance intention on organization's security policy.

An additional purpose was to examine partial mediating effects on psychological ownership. The baseline of analyzing those relationships in this study is that the role of psychological ownership will be a mediator between job security and turnover intention as well as innovative behavior in the organization. To accomplish these purposes, a model was built among job security as predictor variable, the psychological ownership as mediating variable and turnover intention, and innovative behavior as criteria variables based on the studies conducted in the various areas. The 248 questionnaires surveyed from the area of DaeGu and Kyungbuk were used in the statistical analyses. The detail statistical techniques are such as descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multi regression analysis. The results of the study show that job security had positively significant effect on turnover intention and innovative behavior. In addition, only the psychological ownership of organization-level thinking have partial mediating effects between job security and innovative behavior also job security and turnover intention. The results may indicate that the psychological ownership of organization-level thinking be a key factor to alleviate the turnover intention of employees and to encourage the innovative behavior during their works for the small-medium size companies showing the unstable job security.
