Protection sciences are new science. therefore, protection martial arts sciences are will studied be based on study of protection in order to supply high level by request. Moreover, It is reconstruction that protection martial arts masters education, systematic manage, certificate system, protection martial arts recognition certificate, protection martial arts equipment, practice of protection martial arts. Protection martial arts occurs on the unforeseen accident and body guarding, therefore martial arts concept of protection martial arts different general martial arts and sport. In order to develope of protection martial arts First, scientific thesis need of protection martial arts learning. Especially, aims of present protection martial arts is not protect oneself, protect the VIP to safely from all dangers is different thing with aims of general martial arts. Instinct that VIP protect rather than oneself should study and develop. Second, techniques and model of protection martial arts spread to who in connection with security service by systematic and organized. Preferentially, study of protection martial arts Techniques and model possible the protection martial arts learned society, found laboratory and endowed protection martial arts society organize and prevention for random of protection martial arts and must make the original protection martial arts. Third, protection martial arts official certificate and license system must organize in order to training and manage of protection martial art master, Match director(First Second), life physical director(First, Second, Third) is systematically manage by Ministry of Culture & Tourism Republic of Korea. Like this protection martial arts also classify the certificate by scholarship and experience. Fourth, In union to university, private security service company, public institution, police and system that possible leaning to protection martial arts certificate course important. In addition, destroy the commercial character of present martial arts and cultivate the pure martial arts mind, should develop to martial arts in order to improve the humanism and temperament of right body guard.

The purpose of this study was to examine effects of practicing martial arts upon job performance of employees engaged in security industry. For positive investigation, 400 employees were questioned using some questionnaires; as a result, we obtained the following conclusion of the relation between the extent of the practicing martial art and the ability of performing their jobs. First, the more they practice martial art, the better and higher their mental health and psychological stability more than control group. Especially, when crime is reported to them or they arrest a criminal taken in an act of crime, the degree of their anxiety was low and they strongly expose self-confidence, their view of moral achievement and their sense of morality. Second, the more they practice martial art, the higher their ability of arrestment a criminal in an act and self-defense is. Because practicing martial art make their vital power and physical strength promoted. Third, the more they practice martial art, the more sincere the trust and friendship among colleagues are. As well they seem to feel strong solidarity oneanother. But practicing martial art appeared that it doesnt have an effect on coping with complications among generations and the gaps between master sergeant and them. Fourth, employees engaged in security industry practicing martial art is not only used in job performance merely as a technique; it is also effective on the mind that it make their anxiety dissolved and give them self-confidence.

The purpose of this research was to identify the relationship among achievement goal orientation, passion and exercise performance of Security Martial-Art participants. this research chose people who were learning Security Martial-Art participants and used the random sample to select those persons. To process the data, this research conducted exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis with SPSS 15.0 program. And implemented confirmatory factor analysis and structure model analysis with AMOS 7.0. The results were as follows. first, achievement goal orientation of Security Martial-Art participants had significantly positive influence on passion. second, passion of Security Martial-Art participants had not significantly positive influence on exercise performance. third, achievement goal orientation of Security Martial-Art participants had not significantly positive influence on exercise performance.

This study aimed to evaluate the relative status using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) on the spiritual factors of the security martial arts for the guards to perform the best security service. There were 540 participants who were students majored in security martial arts, workers for security and specialists of practical and theoretical security martial arts for this study. The exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were carried out using the selecting data through literature reviews in the level of the factor-extraction about the spiritual characteristics. The specialists' survey was conducted on the relative status among factors using the spiritual concept structure based on the studied above. Selected data was calculated with SPSS 18.0 for windows, AMOS 5.0, and Expert Choice 2000 software. The conclusion can be made through those process above. First, 4 general factors and 20 detailed factors were found as the result of the factor exploration related to the spiritual characteristics of the security martial arts. The result which was verified on Construction validity of searched factors had stable figures on every standard. In other words, the participants for survey on this study "Spiritual characteristic concepts of the security martial arts" can be evaluated it is valid. The general factors of security martial arts' spirit were conceptualized with Psychological spirit, ethical spirit, martial art spirit, practical spirit through the naming process on the general factors of the security martial arts' spiritual characteristic concepts. The detailed factors of security martial arts' spirit were concentration, self-confidence, self-management, immersion, self-esteem in psychological spirit and sacrifice, justice, royalty, peace, sense of duty in ethical spirit and courtesy, toughness, defense, balance of mind and body, bravery in martial arts and responsibility, cooperation, modesty, determination, professionalism in practical spirit of security martial arts. That is, the conceptualization of security martial arts' spirit was verified that it had validity. Second, the hierarchical model of the security martial arts was composed with 4 superordinate concepts and 20 subordinate concepts. As the result of evaluating relative status based on Spiritual characteristics-hierarchy model, the impotance was proven in order of ethical spirit(.482), martial art spirit(.248), practical spirit(.188), psychological spirit(.083). Also the importance related to spiritual characteristics of security martial arts on subordinate concepts was proven in order of sacrifice(.252), courtesy(.110), sense of duty(.108), responsibility(. 073), royalty(.053), toughness(.052), justice(.049), defense(.038), professionalism(.038), determination(.035), cooperation(.029), self-confidence (.026), bravery(.025), self-esteem(.024), balance of mind and body(.023), peace(.019), concentration(.014), modesty(.013), self-management(.011), flow (.007). To sum up, the spiritual factor related to ethics such as sacrifice, justice, royalty, peace, sense of duty was the most important for the security martial arts.

The study of Security Martial Arts is classified into nine categories; philosophy, history, education, sociology, psychology, physiology, training science, movement dynamics, and guard practice. The study of the theory and practice of Security Martial Arts should be concerned at first, for the development and progress for the future of Martial Arts. First, theoretical research that can be utilized in the real field should be performed, and such research outcomes are needed to be published as teaching materials and to be shared through various channels. Second, collaborative research of the characteristics of martial arts should be carried out. The Security Martial Arts would achieve a further development if training methods are complemented, and strengths and weaknesses of the events are fully understood. Third, studies for the independence of disciplines should be performed. The study field is derived into nine areas, and each is needed to be developed scientifically and systematically. Accompanied by sustainable study, academic autonomy of Security Martial Arts will be achieved.

The pivotal emphasis of the physical training for the security agents of the security headquarters in the North Korea is to inspire them with the defense physical training-centered ideology and the war spirit. Their special martial arts is the protectee-centered offensive arts rather than the self-centered arts. It puts emphasis on training black belt-holders in diverse martial arts rather than in a certain martial art. Thus, the physical training for security agents in the South Korea should be also developed into the ways to rear them as black belt-holders in diverse martial arts rather than to foster them as high grade-holders in a certain martial art. And also, professors majoring in security and physical science have to develop jointly the measures to improve the physical and mental agility and the basic physical strength to inspire rapid handling and perseverance, to develop the physical training program to reduce mental and physical stress of security guards, to develop the standard for the examination of physical strength suitable for the body figures of Korean people and the regular evaluation with the standard and to apply traditional folk-games such as the swing and the seesaw to the physical training for security guards.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of perceived autonomy support on intrinsic motivation and passion for major students of security martial arts. The subjects were selected 317 people to security martial arts majors universities in the metropolitan area extraction using a convenience sample. AS autonomy support, intrinsic motivation, and passion by research tools construct validity were utilized for statistical verification. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, exploratory factors analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis using the SPSS 21.0 and confirmatory factors analysis and structural equation modeling(SEM) using AMOS 21.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, autonomy support of major students for security martial arts had a positive impact on intrinsic motivation. Second, autonomy support of major students for security martial arts had a positive impact on harmonious passion. Third, autonomy support of major students for security martial arts had a impact on obsessive passion. Forth, intrinsic motivation of major students for security martial arts had a positive impact on harmonious passion. Fifth, intrinsic motivation of major students for security martial arts had a negative impact on obsessive passion. The results of structural equation modeling showed that intrinsic motivation partially mediated the relationship between autonomy support and harmonious passion. And the relationships between autonomy support and obsessive passion were completely mediated by the intrinsic motivation.

In this study, it is intended to investigate the suitability of the use of Karate Kata martial arts as a guard. It is possible to carry out the mission to protect the subject guard it with the type technology. So, it is possible to be aware of the importance of karate training. And placing the purpose in raising the value of karate. Approach is a literature study. Collect and materials related books, papers karate, martial arts guards, such as martial arts, was helpful. First, karate kata use all the parts of a body. Thus, it is possible to form physical strength security staff. Second, Karate Kata has techniques are included. Thus it is possible to provide for a variety of attacks from the reservoir's. Thus, karate is capable of use as a security guard martial arts. Third, understand karate kata learn manners. And it can be a good learning mentality. Therefore Karate is in accordance various social changes such as the need to guard. Karate is security guard martial arts as a guard be considered in the development.
