복수공항시스템 분석을 통한 제주신공항 운영방안 연구 (Analysis of Multi-Airport System Application Measures for New Jeju Airport)

  • In order for the international aviation community to efficiently and safely manage the gradual increase of air passenger demand, direction suggestions of airport traffic prediction based on future airport capacity requirements, airport design and infrastructure establishment is utilized by airport traffic data that is m comparable internationally. It is a global trend to pursue more efficient airport operating system structure to accept air passenger demand through more realistic comparable data in order to escape from the structure of reckless airport establishment and infrastructure composition based on passenger demand predictions referring to simple statistical data that has existed in the past. This study aimed to seek effective operational measures for the New Jeju airport scheduled to be opened in 2025 by time-series analysis. This study also analysed airport operation strategies, air traffic distribution strategies, cargo volume increase rates and its effectiveness of airports adopting the multi-airport system that have similar operational practices and geographical conditions. This study sought the most appropriate multi airport system application measures for New Jeju airport to promote efficiency and international competitiveness.

지역거점물류센터 입지선정에 관한 연구 : 아시아 지역 허브 공항을 중심으로 (Locational Preferences for Regional Distribution Center : Focused on Asian Hub Airports)

  • As supply chains are globalized, multinational companies are trying to optimize distribution networks using a hub and spoke structure. In this hub and spoke network structure, multinational companies locate regional distribution centers at hub airports, which serve demands in their corresponding regions. Especially when customers put higher priority on the service lead-time, hinterlands of international hub airports become ideal candidate locations for the regional hub distribution centers. By utilizing excellent airport and logistics services from hub airports, regional distribution centers in the hub airports can match supply with demand efficiently. In addition, regional hub distribution centers may increase air cargo volume of each airport, which is helpful in the current extremely competitive airport industry. In this paper, we classified locational preferences into three primary categories including demand, service and risk and applied the analytic hierarchy process methodology to prioritize factors of locational preferences. Primary preference factors include secondary factors. Demand factor contains access to current and prospect markets. Service factor comprises airport and logistics perspectives. Service factor in terms of airport operations includes secondary factors such as airport service and connectivity. Service factor in terms of logistics operations contains infrastructure and logistics operations efficiency. Risk factor consists of country and business risks. We also evaluated competitiveness of Asian hub airports in terms of candidate location for regional hub distribution centers. The candidate hub airports include Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Narita and Incheon. Based on the analytic hierarchy process analysis, we derived strategic implications for hub airports to attract multinational companies' regional hub distribution centers.

  • 본 연구의 주된 목적은 지리정보체계(GIS, Geographic Information System) 기법을 활용하여 대규모매립지반의 장기적인 침하관리를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 새로운 접근방법을 제시함에 있으며, 또한 제시된 GIS 기법 등을 활용하여 선행재하공법이 적용된 인턴국제공항 부지 전체연약층의 향후 예상침하량을 추정하여 보았다. 이 과정에서 공사 중 및 현재까지 측정된 다양한 침하량 계측자료가 분석되었으며, 아울러 Nagaraj 등의 이론을 토대로 한 재압축 지수의 산정과 Mesri & Godlewski가 제시한 과압밀상태에서의 2차압밀계수재압축지수 사이의 비를 정의하는 관계식 등을 토대로 2차압밀계수의 결정이 이루어 졌다.

MCJ를 이용한 공항서비스 품질지수 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Service Quality Index for International Airport Using MCJ)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국제공항의 주요 서비스 항목별 중요도(importance), 이용자의 지각수준(perceived level), 다양한 평가방법(complex index)등을 활용한 주관적 및 객관적 측정 척도를 개발하고자 하며 공항서비스 질에 대한 기준 설정, 주요개선 사항의 발견 및 조치평가 등을 체계적으로 할 수 있는 내부관리용 옴니버스 모니터링 시스템 (OMS : Omnibus Monitoring System)의 개발이다. 이는 국제공항의 주요 서비스 평가를 위한 계량적 분석 도구의 개발과 2차 계량 지료(quantitative Secondary data)활용, 공항이용자에 대한 설문으로 지각된 자료(perceived data)분석, 자료수집-입력-분석 과정의 시스템화, 결과물의 그래픽화에 따른 데이터이미지화, 서비스인카운터(service encounter)계획 및 통제 기능 부여, 국제적 기준을 최저로 경쟁력을 확보하려는 것이다. 또한, 지표의 개발을 위해서 기존의 외국문헌 및 국제공항의 실사에 기초한 사전조사 계획의 수립과 실행이 중요하기에 준비된 사전조사의 결과를 토대로 출국자, 입국자, 상주근문자 등의 주관적 측정정도를 개발하고 보완적인 수단으로써 객관적 지표의 연구가 동시에 이루어졌다. 이러한 절차로 개발된 평가척도의 신뢰성 및 타당성을 실증적, 통계적으로 확보하고, 공항 서비스 척도의 효율적인 운영을 위한 소프트웨어 시스템을 개발함으로써 정규, 비정규적인 공항서비스의 모니터링이 가능하도록 연구가 진행되었다.

남해안 해성점토의 $C_a/C_c$ ($C_a/C_c$ for Marine Clay at Southern Part of Korea)

  • Consolidation settlements of soft clay are often large and potentially damaging to the structures. Currently, large-scale construction projects for airport and harbor etc. are in progress in Korea and many of these structures will be constructed on thick and soft clay layers. For this kind of ground condition, evaluation of consolidation settlement is required at every design and construction stages, and the magnitude of secondary compression appears to be larger than expected. Generally, the magnitude of secondary compression is evaluated by laboratory and in-situ consolidation tests or by empirical $C_{a/}$ $C_{c}$, relationship. The use of empirical value $C_{a/}$ $C_{c}$ may be economical, fast and powerful tool in estimating secondary consolidation settlement. However, the databases of the $C_{a/}$ $C_{c}$, for typical soft clays in Korea are insufficient. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship of $C_{a/}$ $C_{c}$ on marine clay near the southern sea in Korea. A series of incremental loading consolidation tests with measurement of pore water pressure were performed. It was found that the $C_{a/}$ $C_{c}$ of undisturbed marine clay is 0.0397. This value is similar to that proposed by Mesri and Castro(1987) on inorganic clay and silt. and silt. and silt.

항공용 다변측정 감시시스템 적용을 위한 질문기 설계 (Design of Interrogator for Airspace Surveillance in Multilateration Systems)

  • 항공용 다변측정 감시시스템은 비행 중 또는 활주로에서 항공기 위치를 제공하는데 사용된다. 항공용 다변측정 감시시스템에서, 질문기는 감시공역에서 항공기에게 적절한 시나리오로 질문을 수행하는데 사용되는 중요한 송신기이다. 질문기의 핵심기능 중 하나인 위스퍼-샤웃 시퀀스는 침입 항공기가 감시공역으로 진입하는 경우 트래픽 밀도를 제어할 수 있다. 따라서 항공용 다변측정 감시스템에서 항공기 간 충돌 가능성을 감소시키고 진입 항공기에 대해 매우 정확한 위치를 구할 수 있게 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 2차 감시레이더와 동일한 Mode A/C 질문과 Mode S 질문을 송신하는 질문기를 설계하였다. 질문기에서 적절하게 제어되는 위스퍼-샤웃 질문 시퀀스로, 다변측정 감시시스템은 다수의 항공기로부터 다중 응답 수신에 의해 야기된 동기가블 및 FRUIT현상을 방지할 수 있다.

민간항공기와 군용항공기 소음에 의한 성가심 반응 비교 (Comparison of community annoyance from commercial and military aircraft noise)

  • The noise problem has been a public interest for several years in Korea. Especially, the noises which were emitted from aircrafts on the airport and in the air have injurious effects on people over a vast range. Hence, there need vast data on the aircraft noise to evaluate the effect of various parameters. In present study, the works which consist of social surveys and noise measurements were conducted at points near the airport and the airbase. Total of 1,784 participants give effective responses in forty-five areas nearby the measurement points. Questionnaires asked the responses concerned with attitude, noise sensitivity, directive effects, secondary effects, annoyance and attempts to lower noise level exposed. From the field survey, the doseresponse relationship of community response to aircraft noise was established and there are different characteristics between civil and military aircraft. Though the study is still continuing on a few interest, one among some results is that %HA (%highly annoyed) of civil aircraft is higher than military's under the 70 WECPNL.

도시형자기부상열차 개발현황 (Development of Urban Transit Maglev in Korea)

  • KIMM(Korea Institute of Machinery and Materials ) and ROTEM have been leading development of the low to medium speed urban transit maglev for the past 20 years. The result of this long term national project is UTM-01 ( Urban Transit Maglev -01 ) in 1998 and UTM-02 in 2006 and the 6.1 km long double track maglev commercialization project in Inchon international airport from 2006 to 2012. In this paper the status of the maglev development for the past 20 years is reported. Design changes in key technologies - maglev bogies, secondary suspension system, levitation system, propulsion system, major power suppling equipments from UTM-01 system to that of commercialization project - are described.

지면에 근접한 항공기의 와 거동 계산을 위한 스펙트럴법 개선 연구 (Study on the Improvement of a Spectral Method for the Computation of Wake Vortex Behavior Near the Ground)

  • 이·착륙하는 항공기에서 발생하는 후류의 거동에 대한 연구는 근접 후행 항공기의 비행안정성과 공항의 경제성 등과 관련하여 매우 중요하다. 특히 이착륙 비행단계에서 발생한 와들의 거동 연구는 지면효과가 반드시 고려해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 2차원 스펙트럴법에 와도경계조건 및 이미지법을 적용하여, 지면효과가 고려될 수 있는 수치해법을 도출하였다. 개선된 수치기법을 사용하여 얻은 결과를 참고문헌의 수치해석 결과 및 실험결과와 비교하여 타당성을 검증하였다. 특히, 본 연구의 수치해석방법으로 지면근처에서 발생하는 이차와(secondary vortex)의 생성과 박리, 그리고 거동을 예측할 수 있음을 보였다. 향후 본 연구방법을 확장하여 Stratification, Wind Shear 등 다양한 기상조건이 와의 거동에 미치는 영향을 연구할 계획이다.

The Triple Entrapment Syndrome of the 5th Lumbar Spinal Nerve

  • Objective: The 5th lumbar spinal nerve can be entrapped in the intraspinal zone, foraminal zone, and the extraforaminal zone simultaneously. The failure to recognize that the nerve root can be compressed in such manners may be the reason of a number of failures of surgical decompression. Here we describe a microsurgical method for the decompression of the triple entrapment of the L5 spinal nerve in 21 patients. Methods: Clinical manifestations and surgical results of twenty-one patients treated surgically under the diagnosis of the triple entrapment of the L5 spinal nerve were reviewed retrospectively. All patients were treated by the posterior midline approach for the intraspinal entrapment and by the paraspinal approach for the foraminal and the extraforaminal entrapment. Results: Pain relief was obtained in all patients immediately after surgery. The mean follow-up period after the surgery was 13 months, ranged from 6 to 24 months. The mean Numeric Rating Scale (pain score) improved from 8.9 before the surgery to 1.4 (P<0.0001). The mean ODI scores improved from 76.2 before the surgery to 13.1 (P<0.0001). Nineteen patients were satisfied with their result at the last follow-up examination. Neither complications related to the surgery, nor the spinal instability was detected. Conclusion: The triple entrapment of the 5th lumbar spinal nerve is an important pathologic entity to identify for the treatment of L5 radiculopathy. Combined medial and lateral approaches are safe, minimally invasive and it provide the complete decompression of triple entrapment of the L5 spinal nerve without causing secondary instability like after complete facetectomy.
