네트워크의 유형별 의료기관의 특성 (Characteristics of Hospital by Network Type in Korea)

  • With the competitive environment accelerating in healthcare industry, the hospital network system is considered as one of the strategies for clinical and managerial efficiency. This study was intended to offer a theoretical view on the hospital network system and to analyze the current network status of hospitals in Korea. Specifically, network types were classified based on the criteria modified from previous studies, and were used to describe and compare the scope and intensity of associated activities. The questionnaire survey was conducted with 237 hospitals during the period of December 27 2005 to January 25 2006. Above 90% of tertiary and secondary care hospitals were under the network system, while only 20% of primary care clinics were affiliated. In general, the scope and intensity of network activities was limited. Vertical and/or clinical integration was more common than horizontal and/or managerial integration. Three most frequent types of hospital network systems were clinical-vertical integration (Type A), clinical/managerial-vertical integration(Type B), and clinical/managerial-horizontal /vertical integration (Type C). Such network types differentiated significantly different features of affiliated hospitals and network systems. The affiliation duration to the network system was the only significant factor influencing on the network type. The strategic approach to the network system was emphasized for hospitals to increase the potential advantage of hospital network systems.

  • 기록관리에 대한 미술계의 관심과 염원을 반영하여 국립현대미술관은 지난 2013년 10월부터 미술관아카이브를 운영하기 시작하였다. 미술관아카이브는 기록학적 논의와는 구별되는 흐름을 지니고 있지만, 기록물관리기관으로서의 실체를 지닌 것이기 때문에 그 효율적인 운영을 위해서는 기록학적인 관점에서의 접근과 진단이 필요하다. 이 연구는 국립현대미술관 아카이브 가운데 기관아카이브를 중심으로 기록물 수집과 정리 방법을 기록학적 관점에서 진단하고 개선방안을 제언하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해서 먼저 미술관의 기능과 미술관아카이브의 역할과 미술관아카이브의 기록물 수집 범위와 정리 방법을 이론적으로 고찰하고, 이러한 논의를 바탕으로 국립현대미술관 기관아카이브의 기록물 수집의 범위와 정리 현황을 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고, 개선방안을 제안하였다.

디자인 산업데이터에 관한 이론적 고찰 (Theoretical Study on Industrial Design Data)

  • 본 연구는 데이터 경제시대, 디자인 산업데이터에 관한 이론적 고찰에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구는 디자인 산업데이터의 가치를 조명하고, 디자인 경영에서 디자인 데이터 시대로 전환의 의미를 해석하며, 디자이너에게 데이터를 해석하는 리터러시(literacy)의 중요성을 부각하고자 한다. 연구범위는 디자인의 산업적 가치를 탐구하기에 기업의 R&D 역량 강화 차원으로 접근한다. 또한, 디자인의 인문학적 기반과 미학적 가치보다는 산업적 관점에서 연구의 범위를 한정한다. 연구결과 디자인 산업데이터의 가치는 사후 평가가 아니라, 고객 중심의 시장 예측에 있다는 것과 디자인 산업데이터 주도전략이 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 핵심사항은 대기업과 중소기업의 디자인 산업데이터 이슈가 다르며, 디자인 산업데이터의 지향점은 기업의 제품/서비스 개발에 있어서 고객 중심의 의사결정 지원에 있어야 하고, 핵심역량은 데이터의 양이나 다루는 도구와 기술이 아니라, 데이터 리터러시에 있어야 한다. 마지막으로 디자인 산업데이터의 활용이 강화되려면 개인적 차원의 데이터 관리가 아니라, 공용화 차원의 관리가 선행되어야 한다.

Comparative Study of Exposure Assessment of Dust in Building Materials Enterprises Using ART and Monte Carlo

  • Background: Dust generated during the processing of building materials enterprises can pose a serious health risk. The study aimed to compare and analyze the results of ART and the Monte Carlo model for the dust exposure assessment in building materials enterprises, to derive the application scope of the two models. Methods: First, ART and the Monte Carlo model were used to assess the exposure to dust in each of the 15 building materials enterprises. Then, a comparative analysis of the exposure assessment results was conducted. Finally, the model factors were analyzed using correlation analysis and the scope of application of the models was determined. Results: The results show that ART is mainly influenced by four factors, namely, localized controls, segregation, dispersion, surface contamination, and fugitive emissions, and applies to scenarios where the workplace information of the building materials enterprises is specific and the average dust concentration is greater than or equal to 1.5 mg/m3. The Monte Carlo model is mainly influenced by the dust concentration in the workplace of building materials enterprises and is suitable for scenarios where the dust concentration in the workplace of the building materials enterprises is relatively uniform and the average dust concentration is less than or equal to 6mg/m3. Conclusion: ART is most accurate when workplace information is specific and average dust concentration is > 1.5 mg/m3; whereas, The Monte Carlo model is the best when dust concentration is homogeneous and average dust concentration is < 6 mg/m3.

Environmental Consciousness and Environmental Management Performance: The Mediating Effect of Environmental Information Sharing

  • The purpose of the study is to empirically investigate the effect of suppliers' environmental consciousness on environmental information sharing and management performance and to conduct the mediating effect of environmental information sharing between the environmental consciousness of suppliers and environmental management performance. The scope of environmental consciousness was extended from the consumer perspective to the organizational perspective and proposed a variable called environmental information sharing to explain how environmental consciousness affects environmental management performance. The research model and hypotheses were established based on previous studies. After collecting 295 samples of effective responses from suppliers, an empirical analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling. The findings show that suppliers' environmental consciousness affects environmental information sharing and management performance, and such sharing has a mediating effect on the relationship between suppliers' environmental consciousness and environmental management performance. The fact that environmental consciousness affects environmental management performance indicates that environmental consciousness is not just a concept of values such as the firm's belief or will, but a part of the firm's actual goal of performance. Therefore, suppliers have difficulties in reality such as a lack of professional manpower or guideline, but it is necessary to enhance the importance of environmental consciousness and promote environmental information sharing.

프랜차이즈 본부의 가맹비용이 기업영속성에 미치는 영향: 가맹만족과 경영성과의 순차 매개효과 (The Impact of Franchise Costs at Franchise Headquarters on Corporate Permanence: The Sequential Mediating Effect of Franchisee Satisfaction and Management Performance)

  • Purpose: This study is to investigate the causal relationship between franchise headquarters' franchise cost and franchise satisfaction and management performance, and to verify the structural relationship between franchise cost and corporate permanence. Research design, data and methodology: The data were collected from 200 medium-sized franchisees in Seoul and analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to test the validity of the measurement model and the structural equation model (SEM) to identify the impact of franchise costs on corporate performance with the Amos 28.0 program. Result: Franchise costs were found to have a negative effect on franchise satisfaction and corporate permanence. It was confirmed that franchise satisfaction had a significant positive effect on management performance and corporate permanence. Franchise costs had a sequential mediating effect on franchise satisfaction and management performance, which had a significant impact on corporate permanence. Conclusions: This study expanded the theoretical scope by applying the expectation confirmation theory to corporate transactions. In addition, the franchise headquarters proposes ways to create a culture of franchise business with trust by presenting appropriate franchise costs to improve management performance and corporate permanence through franchise satisfaction.

A REAL-TIME PMIS BASED INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

  • As amount of information in construction industry is growing, the role of information system in project management is becoming increasingly important. With the emerging IT application to the advancing construction industry, construction project management system with advanced technology has been progressed vigorously to improve construction productivity and management efficiency. Recently, a web-based Project Management Information System (PMIS) is developed to support decision-making process by efficiently managing project related information generated from various discipline. Many firms are in the process of developing the PMIS system or already have been applied the system to various projects. However, PMIS is still in its early stage of development to be applied at industrial plant construction projects that process management is significantly emphasized for the successful execution of the project. With the complexity of the industrial plant projects, the industry practitioners need to be able to visualize the construction schedule information to manage the project efficiently. This study suggests methodologies for improving PMIS specialized for industrial plant piping construction projects to estimate the baseline schedule and performance measurement more accurately by developing a framework for the piping construction projects. By using this developed system, the researchers expect that piping construction projects will be more efficiently managed on a real-time basis through measuring progress of piping at each and every state of progress milestone and provide management with opportunities to forecast the level of efforts required to execute the remaining work scope in a timely manner

민간조사업법의 도입방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Introduction Direction of Private Investigation Law)

  • 민간조사업의 주체는 다양한 서비스를 제공한다는 측면에서는 자연인, 법인 모두를 허가해야 되지만 공익성을 확보라는 측면위해서는 경비업법과 마찬가지로 법인으로 해야 할 것이며 허가제로 시행해야 할 것이다. 민간조사업 도입범위는 개인과 기업을 대상으로 하는 가출인 미아에 대한 소재 확인 조사, 특정인이나 특정집단의 신원확인, 습관, 행동방식, 동기, 소재파악, 친자확인, 교제, 거래, 명성, 성격 등을 조사, 실종된 자 또는 귀속되거나 포기된 재산의 소유자 및 부동산의 상속인 등의 소재확인 조사, 분실 또는 절취 된 재산의 행방조사, 화재, 명예훼손, 비방, 손해, 사고, 신체장애, 부동산이나 동산에 대한 침해의 원인 조사, 교통사고, 보험사고, 의료사고 등 각종사고에 대한 조사, 저작권침해 등으로 규정할 수 있다. 자격시험에 있어서는 25세 이상이 바람직 할 것이며, 1차 시험 면제자는 타 자격증과의 형평성을 고려하여 관련분야 경력 10년 이상인 자로 해야 할 것이다. 감독기관에 있어서는 민간조사업과 프랑스(경찰), 일본(공안위원회) 등 다수의 국가들이 경찰기관이 감독기관인 점과 민간조사업 업무의 성격이 경찰과의 관련이 높다는 점을 고려하면 경찰청이 감독기관이 되어야 한다. 벌칙에 있어서 특히, 개인정보에 대한 관리를 명확히 하여 고객의 기본권 침해를 방지해야 한다.

BPMN 방식을 이용한 공공임대주택 유지관리 업무 프로세스 모델 (The Maintenance Process Model using BPMN Method in Public Rental Housing)

  • 공동주택 유지관리 업무를 효율적으로 진행하기 위해서는 사후보전인 유지관리업무에서 벗어나 예방 차원의 관리체계로의 전환이 요구된다. 이를 위해서는 시설물의 점검 진단 교체 등의 일련의 작업을 시스템화 하는 것이 필요하며, 이보다 앞서 유지관리 업무의 표준화가 선행되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현행 공공임대주택 유지관리 업무의 문제점을 분석하고 체계적인 관리를 위해서 전문가와의 1:1면담을 통해 입주자, 관리사무소, 본사의 업무체계로 구분하고 BPMN(Business Process Modeling Notation) 방식을 이용하여 일반관리 시설물관리 수선 및 보수 장기수선 업무 프로세스로 구분하여 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 표준업무체계는 공동주택 관리 시 업무의 효율성 제고를 통해 생산성 향상을 도모하고 지속적인 데이터 관리를 기반으로 공정성 및 투명성을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 또한 공동주택 유지관리 비용 및 진단조치 관리를 위한 시스템 개발 시 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 판단된다. 향후 더욱 더 객관적이고 표준화된 업무체계를 제시하기 위해서는 현장적용 후 입주자, 관리사무소, 본사 의견 및 업무 흐름에 따라 생산성 데이터 분석을 통해 추가적인 개선작업이 진행되어야 할 것이다.

대구시 인테리어 디자인 사무실의 경영에 관한 조사 연구 (A study on the Management of an Interior Design Office in Daegu)

  • Today, importance is being placed on interior design and thus the scope of interior design market became very large. Management environment of an interior design office, however, often faces manu difficulties to meet a variety of customers' demand, so that expert and reasonable management ability is required. Accordingly, this study was conducted to provide basic materials on management environment for maximizing profit generation of an interior design office by investing real management situation on the subject of persons participating in management of an interior design office. As a result of investigation of 80 interior design offices which was registered in Daegu, design ratio of most of the offices was found to be less than 20% due to building owners' lack of recognition of and insufficient legal systems, and in spite that there was a department or staff fully in charge, top management makes an estimate. With regard to importance of interior design, it was found that they regarded reliability with customers as most important, and give priority to practical ability and human nature in employing a new comer. It was revealed that most offices have neither department taking fully charge of marketing, nor positive publicity, and in outside activities, the major of management have high relation with sales.
