OASIS(Online Archiving & Searching Internet Sources) is a web archiving project of the National Library of Korea started in 2004 to systematically collect, manage, and preserve online digital information resources. In this study, the following problems were derived by analyzing the access log of the OASIS website and conducting a user survey. First, people's awareness of the OASIS project was very low, and there were many first-time visitors to the website. Second, active promotion and service reorganization to improve the use of OASIS was insufficient. The study suggested that the improvement point of this was to strengthen its own direct promotion and indirect promotion in connection with other agencies. In addition, it was proposed to enhance the service through user-customized services and to reinforce content that induces interest and fun.

The purpose of this study is to verify effects between the place attachment and the place value in public libraries; and also to identify whether frequency and purpose of usage, length of residence, and website use play a moderating role in the influential relationship between users' place attachment and the perception of place value for public libraries. Users' place dependence affected the library's value positively(+) due to moderating effect of usage frequency of the library and the users' length of residence. In order to estimate the moderating effect by purpose of use, the groups were divided by purpose of library use and the relationship between place attachment and place value by groups were analyzed. However, website usage bore no effect on users' place attachment or perception of place value to their local library. This study showed that place attachment as an affective indicator on users is very useful variable to explain the value of libraries as a social and cultural place.

For recent years, hacking is in the trends of making excessive traffic unnecessarily to obstruct the service by getting a system's performance down. And we can also see systems paralyzed in service ability due to the flash crowds of normal traffic to a popular website. This is an important problem certainly solved in the point of QoS guarantee for the clients. It is known that the former is DDoS(Distributed Denial of Service) attack and the latter is FE(Flash Event). These two are samely anomalous traffic because these make excessive congestion on the network or system and downgrade the system's service ability. In this paper, we propose a scheme for protecting the system against anomalous traffic and for guaranteeing the QoS. For this, a server records and maintains the information of clients accessed more than one time before when it is in normal condition. When it falls into the congestion, the records are used for filtering the spoofed IP. We send and receive the ICMP request/reply packet to know whether the IP is spoofed. And we also propose for applying the object spliting of CDN to guarantee the QoS in the initial FE situation.

The study assesses the impact of tariffs on Vietnam's trade in the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). Research data was conducted between 2001 and 2018 on the official website of the Uncomtrade and the World Bank. This paper uses the gravity model to estimate the relationship between data series and considers the impact of factors on Vietnam's trade with CPTPP countries. The results have proven that tariff reductions have a positive effect on Vietnam's trade. Besides, the trade openness of Vietnam and CPTPP countries has positive impacts on Vietnam's trade. The study also shows that Real Effective Exchange Rate (REER) between Vietnam's and CPTPP countries' currencies has no strong effect on Vietnam's trade. Based on these findings, the article also suggests a number of policies to promote Vietnam's trade in future. In order to support businesses to better utilize opportunities and promote exports to CPTPP countries, the government of Vietnam should: (1) focus on reducing costs and time to participate in the market for production and business investors; (2) improve business investment environment to mobilize resources for production; and (3) continue to organize information campaigns to raise businesses' awareness of how to take advantage of CPTPP preferences.

The majority of product users rely on the reviews that are posted on the appropriate website. Both users and the product's manufacturer could benefit from these reviews. Daily, thousands of reviews are submitted; how is it possible to read them all? Sentiment analysis has become a critical field of research as posting reviews become more and more common. Machine learning techniques that are supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised have worked very hard to harvest this data. The complicated and technological area of feature engineering falls within machine learning. Using deep learning, this tedious process may be completed automatically. Numerous studies have been conducted on deep learning models like LSTM, CNN, RNN, and GRU. Each model has employed a certain type of data, such as CNN for pictures and LSTM for language translation, etc. According to experimental results utilizing a publicly accessible dataset with reviews for all of the models, both positive and negative, and CNN, the best model for the dataset was identified in comparison to the other models, with an accuracy rate of 81%.

With frequent use of the internet these days, academic libraries are offering the "Document Delivery Service" through the Internet in our country. The current "Document Delivery Service" utilized over the Internet was researched according to the method used by each library to connect to the internet. and this research, based on each library's current service conditions, service data types, document format of service data, whether the libraries used OPAC for document service or not, and user types. As a result of the research, it was discovered that most of the "Document Delivery Service" is served by website, mainly PDF format, use another interface differs from OPAC, and the personal users in our academic libraries.ers in our academic libraries.

The Web is an important source of information for health care consumers, and the resources they find on the Web have a direct affect on their health outcomes. Despite the enormous benefits of online health care, the quality of health information on the Internet is an area of increasing concern. Therefore, there's a need to develop quality assessment tools that can filter out poor quality online health information. The purpose of this study is to explore the critical attributes for assessing website quality and for developing quality assessment measurements. We completed three focus group discussions with 24 participants that were administered by a moderator and based on specifically focused group questions. The results suggest that the most important quality criteria, as identified by the respondents, were related to issues of credibility and accuracy. To determine the credibility of Internet health information, the respondents stated one must consider the following: the information source, disclosure of the author's or organization's credentials/qualifications, disclosure of ownership and the updating of the content. For the accuracy of content, elements such as a statement of purpose, evidence-based information, relevance and completeness should be considered. Interactivity, accessibility, and design were additional quality criteria.

Objectives : The study's goal was to look at the research trends of articles published in the Korean Journal of Acupuncture. Methods : The Korean Journal of Acupuncture's website yielded a total of 882 articles. The VOSviewer application was used to visualize research trends from keywords. Results : A total of 87 keywords were found and visualized based on the average year of publication. The relevant characteristics and trends of basic acupuncture research published in Korean Journal of Acupuncture were determined by a network analysis based on the co-occurrences and publication year of keywords. Acupuncture, acupoint, herbal acupuncture, electroacupuncture, moxibustion, and meridian were the most frequently used keywords. Conclusions : This bibliometric study will give you a broad picture of research trends in Korean Journal of Acupuncture. These data may help to establish a timeline for the advancement of acupuncture basic research.
