The purpose of this study is to analyze the articulation between kindergarten curriculum and subject of Korean language in an elementary school. Analysis was conducted with following findings. Firstly, out of 696 activities related with elementary school curriculum, those related with Korean language marked the highest number with 281. Secondly, as for articulation between subject of Korean language and themes of kindergarten life, environment and life marked highest with 173, Thirdly, in the area of kindergarten life, listening/speaking marked top with 173, followed by literature 87. Based on this findings, we are able to grasp present state of articulation between Nuri course guide book for five-year old kindergarten children and subject of Korean language in an elementary school and further would like to utilize it as basic data to boost articulation between curriculums of kindergarten and an elementary school.

This paper compares the four official romanization systems (1948, 1959, 1984 and 2000) and analyzes the third- and fourth-year primary school English textbooks and teacher's guides in terms of romanization of personal names. This study is conducted with the assumption that the inconsistent use of romanization is due to two major causes, i.e., the frequent changes of the formal romanization systems and the exclusion of the romanization system from the school curriculum. The current third- and fourth-year primary school English text books (Ministry of Education, 2001) are chosen for the analysis because they are the first primary school English textbooks to be implemented based on the 7th National Curriculum. The study found that the textbooks and teacher's guides did not state which romanization system they were following and were not consistent in romanizing personal names. This study suggests including the current official romanization system in the current primary school curriculum and outlines a strategy for teaching the romanization system which suits the curriculum.

Purposes： This review is designed to assess the current status of health education in Korea, to identify problems within the curriculum, and to suggest ways to improve health education in Korea. Results： Korean schools currently lack a regular standardized health education curriculum. Subjects related to health education are presently taught in other disciplines, such as physical education, home management, biology, and other related subjects. The Korean health education curriculum suffers from many significant problems, including a lack of educational goals for health education, absence of designated time for health education, a lack of continuity between contents, knowledge-oriented health education, and an overall disconnect with the needs of the students. Other problems include an exclusion of health education experts in the development of the curriculum, no designated times for health education within the regular curriculum, and a lack of health teachers in schools. Conclusion： To improve health education in schools, standard health education curriculum should be developed. Health education curriculum needs to be sequential, comprehensive, and skill-based. Health education needsto be a essential subject, health teachers need to be trained, and provided with technical support.

1992년 제6차 교육과정에서부터 도입된 초등학교 학교교육과정개발 정책은 단위 학교에서 영재들을 위한 교육과정을 개발하여 교육할 것을 주문하고 있다. 연구자는 그 활동을 돕기 위해 초등학교 영재들을 위한 학교교육과정 개발 모형을 구안하여 제시하였다. 본 모형은 VanTassel-Baska의 통합적 교육과정 모델(ICM: Integrated Curriculum Model)을 초등교육의 정체성에 비추어 재구성한 것으로서, ICM의 하위모델인 내용 모델, 과정 산출 모델, 인식론적 모델을 초등학교 $1{\sim}6$학년 아동들의 발달단계에 적절하게 그 적용 비중을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하고 있다. 본 모형은 초등학교 영재 탤런트 풀을 대상으로 한 교육과정 개발의 일반 모형인 동시에, 영재 개개인의 특성과 요구에 따라서도 그 적용 비중이 달라질 수 있는 개인 모델로서도 기능할 수 있을 것이다.

교육과정 개정시 교육과정의 기본철학아 바뀌면 그 바뀐 철학에서 보는 지식관에 대한 논의가 필요하다. 본 연구는 제7차 교육과정 및 2007 개정 교육과정의 기본 철학인 구성주의 이론의 지식관이란 관점을 준거로 교과서를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 제7차 교육과정과 개정 교육과정에 따라 편찬된 초등학교 1학년과 2학년 수학교과서를 수와 연산 영역을 중심으로 구성주의 지식관을 준거로 분석하였다. 연구자의 교과서 분석의 객관성을 확인하기 위해 교과서 한 단원을 정해 초등수학교육전문가들과 연구자의 분석을 Kappa 계수를 사용하여 비교하였다. 이를 통해 연구자의 분석의 객관성을 확보한 후 교과서를 분석하였다. 교과서를 분석하기 위한 준거로 기능, 개념, 계산 원리, 개념 원리, 일의성, 다양성, 계열성, 통합성의 교육과정 내용변인을 설정하여 분석하였다. 제7차 교육과정 및 개정 교육과정의 기본 철학인 구성주의 지식관이란 관점에서 교과서를 분석한 본 연구의 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 교육과정과 교과서 사이의 괴리를 확인할 수 있었다.

최근 인공지능(AI)에 대한 사회적인 관심에 따라 교육현장에서도 인공지능 교육에 대한 관심이 높다. 우리나라에서는 2015 개정 교육과정에서 정규 교육과정화된 소프트웨어(SW)교육에서 보다 확장하여 인공지능 교육 계획을 발표하는 등 향후 인공지능 교육 활성화를 위한 발판을 마련하고 있으며 관련하여 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 인공지능 교육에서 무엇을 어떻게 교육해야 하는가와 관련한 교육과정 구성에 대한 연구는 아직 초기 단계이며 지속적인 연구가 진행될 필요가 있는 영역이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 문헌 연구를 기반으로 국내외 AI교육과정과 관련한 연구의 공통점과 차이점을 분석해 보았다. 전반적으로 선행된 연구에서 중점을 두는 영역과 내용 요소에 차이가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 향후 정보 교과의 독립 및 AI교육의 정규 교육과 정화에 대비하여 국내외 AI교육과정에 대한 문헌 연구를 실시하고 이를 토대로 향후 초등학교 AI교육을 위한 교육과정 구성의 방향을 탐색하였다.

국가 차원의 교육과정과 교사들의 교과서에 대한 높은 의존도를 특성으로 하는 우리나라 수학교육에서 교육과정과 교과서의 연계 분석은 교육의 질을 검토하고 향후 발전을 위해 필요한 연구라 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 초등학교 수학 교과서의 현장 적용이 전 학년에 걸쳐 완료되는 시점에서 5~6학년군의 교육과정과 교과서의 연계성을 분석하여 시사점을 얻는 것을 목적으로 한다. 1~2학년군, 3~4학년군을 대상으로 한 선행 연구에 이어 5, 6학년 교과서를 분석 대상으로 하며, 분석내용 역시 교육과정 성취기준을 상세화 및 세분화한 재구성 성취기준에 따른 교과서 분석, 교과서의 차시별 학습목표에 따른 재구성 성취기준과의 연계 분석, 용어와 기호 관련 교과서 분석, 수학적 과정 관련 교과서 분석의 네 가지로 동일하다. 각각에 대한 분석 결과를 제시하고, 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 교과서 개발을 위한 시사점을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to propose the standards for dimension system for unit space of the classroom in elementary school. The curriculum of elementary school has changed. It has been reflected the architectural plan of classroom of the nationwide elementary school. However the Ministry of Education repealed the statue about the facilities of the schools on September in 1997 and the new education curriculum -the 7th curriculum- demands various activities in the classroom. So we need to another size of unit space of the classroom in elementary school because the size of unit space will affect the quality of education. This study represents that the size of unit plan is based on the size of human body, education curriculum, established day, the number limit of classroom and teaching tools. In this study, regression analysis is used to find out a part of the body-size of Korean.

지식정보사회에서 국가 경쟁력의 핵심이 IT에 있지만 학교교육에서 컴퓨터교육을 체계적 체제적으로 실천하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 국가수준 교육과정이 문제로 보이는 이와 같은 현상은 단순히 행정적인 혹은 정책적인 지원의 문제에만 귀결되는 것은 아니다. 즉, 컴퓨터교과의 교육내용에도 많은 문제가 내재해 있다. 컴퓨터교과의 이와 같은 문제는 학교급간의 교육과정 연계에도 적지 않은 문제를 야기 시켰다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 학교급간의 교육과정 연계 실태를 분석하고 향후 교육과정이 어떻게 개정되어야하며, 학교급간 교육과정이 어떤 연계 체제를 취해야 하는지에 대해서 제안하고 있다. 본 연구는 향후 컴퓨터교육이 IT 유창성 교육(컴퓨터 과학교육)을 지향해야하며, 컴퓨터교과의 정체성에 입각한 교육내용의 편성 연계가 필요하다는 결론을 내렸다.

특성화고등학교의 수학 수업은 일반계고등학교와 달리 직업기초능력으로서 수리활용 능력의 함양을 지향하고 있으나 일반계고등학교와 동일한 국가 수준의 교육과정에 근거하여 수학 수업이 이루어진다. 본 연구에서는 특성화고등학교에서 활용할 수 있는 수학 교수-학습 자료의 개발 방향을 탐색하고 실제 개발 결과를 사례로서 제시한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 특성화고등학교에서 학업성취도평가 대신 실시하고 있는 직업기초능력평가를 분석하고 직업기초능력의 함양이라는 관점에서 2015 개정 수학과 교육과정의 활용 방안을 모색하였다. 연구 결과, 특성화고등학교에서 활용할 수학 교수-학습 자료는 교육과정에 대한 교사의 이해에 활용을 염두에 두고 개발되어야 하며, 직업기초능력평가의 평가틀 활용 및 교육과정과의 연계성 강화 등 개발 과정에서 실질적으로 고려해야 하는 주요 시사점 및 이를 반영한 개발 사례를 제시할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로, 특성화고등학교 수학 교수-학습 자료의 활용과 개발에 대한 제언을 각각 도출하였다.
