융합인재교육 이론모형 틀에 기반을 둔 통합의료인문학 교육과정 이론모형의 제안 (The Development of a Theoretical Model of Integrated Medical Humanity Curriculum Using Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics Model)

  • The purpose of this study was to propose a theoretical model for an integrated medical humanities curriculum based on a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics) education framework and to provide a guideline for curriculum integration. Three dimensions of integrated curriculum development are competencies, core contents, and elements of integration. Competencies imply the purpose of the medical humanities of a medical school and the exit outcomes of the curriculum. Core contents imply the goals and objectives of the curriculum. We compared the goals and themes of the medical humanities with core attributes of professionalism. Four elements of integration were proposed: units (cases, problem activities, core contents, disciplines/subjects), types (multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, transdisciplinary), contexts of integration (life cycle of patients, scope of society), and stages of student development (from student to doctor). It is expected that this theoretical model for an integrated medical humanities curriculum can be used as a guideline for curriculum development and an evaluation criterion for instructional designers and subject matter experts.

초등학교 수학과 교육과정에 따른 성취기준 변화 분석: 도형 영역을 중심으로 (Analysis of Change of Achievement Standards According to Curriculum of Mathematics in Elementary School: Focusing on Geometry Domain)

  • 본 연구에서는 우리나라 초등학교 수학과 교육과정 중 도형 영역의 내용 및 성취기준이 어떻게 변화되어 왔는지 분석하였다. 이를 위해 2015 개정 교육과정을 기본으로 한 분석틀을 기초로 시기별 성취기준을 연속형, 소멸형, 추가형으로 분류하여 그 특성을 살펴보았다. 도형 영역에서 연속형 성취기준은 전체의 51%이고, 학년 및 영역의 변동 없이 지속된 성취기준이 많았다. 소멸형 성취기준은 전체의 20.4%이고, 제3차의 수학 현대화의 영향으로 급격하게 도입되었던 학습 내용들이 제4차 교육과정에서 삭제되면서 가장 많이 소멸되었고, 제7차 교육과정 이후에는 단계형 교육과정과 학년군의 도입으로 학습 내용이 통합되거나 중학교로 이동되면서 소멸되었다. 추가형 성취기준은 전체의 28.6%이고, 제7차 교육과정에서 공간 감각 기르기가 도입되면서 성취기준이 가장 많이 추가되었다. 도형 영역에서 추가형 성취기준이 소멸형 성취기준보다 많은 것은 학습 내용 축소라는 교육과정 개정의 큰 흐름에도 불구하고 시대에 맞는 기하 내용을 적극적으로 도입하려고 노력한 결과라고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 연구의 결과가 향후 교육과정 개발 시 새로운 성취기준의 구성에 있어서 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

  • Since the Standard Design Guide in 1962 and "School Facility Facility Standard Regulation" established in 1969, the elementary school facility in Korea has been amended and complemented. The modern pilot school was started in 1991 and every elementary school facility has been designed based on the modern elementary school from 1994. At present, 8 out of 28 closed schools occurred in the downtown area in Daegu. One of them is located in rent and 7 are used by themselves. The rest 20 schools are located in Dalsung-gun and most of them have old buildings of straight plane shapes built in 1940s. The purpose of this basic study is to pursue the changing process of closed schools based on policy changes of curriculum and to seek the qualitative change when using closed schools. In addition, it is to prepare the using measures when the school close is occurred in the downtown area in the future by classifying and analyzing plane types according to their types.

중학교 "기술.가정" 2 교과서 의생활영역의 교과 내용 분석 - 2009 개정 교육과정을 중심으로 - (The Study of Clothing-Related Contents in Middle School Textbook "Technology.Home Economics" 2 - Based on The Revised 2009 Curriculum -)

  • This study focuses on the middle school textbook Technology Home Economics 2, revised in 2009, and aims to analyze the clothing-related contents within the Technology and Home Economics curriculum. All Korean elementary, middle and high school curricula have evolved through a number of changes and repeated revisions from their first versions, and reached their current seventh revised edition in 2009. Over this process, subjects connected to home economics have formed the following structure: Practical Courses in elementary school (5thand6thgrade)and Technology and Home Economics in middle and high school. The curriculum contents of the subjects Technology and Home Economics are divided into Development and Family, Clothing, Dietary Life, Habitation, Home Management and Consumption. Each curriculum teaches the students about its respective contents, e.g. Clothing brings the students in contact with clothing-related matters. Curricula and education methods help students find their own interests during middle and high school. Their school studies determine what majors they are seeking to choose in college and university. There are diverse university programs in Korea that are related to clothing. The above-mentioned textbook deals with clothing in the chapter Eco-friendly Clothing and Mending Habits. The results of this analysis shall help the development of the constantly changing textbook curricula, and furthermore become a reference to middle and high school students who aspire a practical and creative clothing education.

일본의 학교보건교육 교과과정 고찰 (A study on school health education curriculum in Japan)

  • Objectives: In Japan, there are many disasters such as earthquakes and tsunamis, and because of the high temperature and humid climate, health education for food poisoning may be particularly important. In addition, sexual problems caused by precociousness of adolescents, smoking and drinking are already serious socially important problems, and addiction problems are also emerging. Methods: Various publications from Japanese governments, interest groups such as government officers, health center workers, and people from health educators. For the information of Korean health education conditions, a current health educator and people from middle and high schools. Results: In 2012, based on the "Investigation Report on the Mind Care of Children in Emergency Disasters" from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, the Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) situation of children in East Japan affected areas was discovered, and health education became important. In 2014, the "School Health and Safety Act Enforcement Rule" was amended, and health checkups are emphasized as part of school health. Conclusions: School health education in Japan differs from other health care systems in many ways with the system of Korea in the context of non-existence of official health education curriculum. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develope how the curriculum of school health education in Korea.

  • Textbooks play a very important role as a medium for implementing curriculum in the school. This study aims to analyze tasks for mathematical competencies in the high school 'mathematics' textbooks based on the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum emphasizing competencies. And our study is based on the following two research question. 1. What is the relationship between core competencies and mathematical competencies? 2. What is the distribution of competencies of tasks for mathematical competencies presented in the textbooks? 3. How does the tasks for mathematical competencies reflect the meaning of the mathematical competencies? For this study, the tasks, marked mathematical competencies, were analyzed by elements of each mathematical competencies based on those concept proposed by basic research for the development of the latest mathematics curriculum. The implications of the study are as follows. First, it is necessary to make efforts to strengthen the connection with core competencies while making the most of characteristics of subject(mathematics). Second, it needs to refine the textbook authorization standards, and it should be utilized as an opportunity to improve the textbook. Third, in order to realize competencies-centered education in the school, there should be development of teaching and learning materials that can be used directly.

과학 교사의 학교 교육과정 편성·운영 역량 실태 (Conditions of Science Teachers' Professionalism on Curriculum Organization and Implementation at the School Level)

  • 학교 교육과정의 자율화가 확대됨에 따라 단위학교를 중심으로 교사의 교육과정 역량을 강화하기 위한 방안을 탐색하는 연구는 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 이에 본 연구에서는 단위 학교의 교육과정 편성 운영 자율성 확대에 부응하기 위해 요청되는 교사의 전문성, 자율성, 책무성 확대 방안을 교사의 교육과정 역량 측면에서 찾고자 하였다. 미래 학교의 교사는 구체적인 학교 상황에서 교육과정을 어떻게 해석하고 적용할 것인지를 탐색하고 개발하는 역할을 수행하도록 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 문헌분석, 국내외 사례연구, 설문조사 등을 통해 과학 교사의 학교 교육과정 편성 운영 역량의 발휘 실태를 진단하였다. 과학교사들은 교육과정 운영에서의 실질적 자율성 부족, 인프라 미비, 학생성취도로 책무성을 묻는 체제, 숙고를 위한 시간의 부족, 교육과정에 대한 주체성 인식 부족 등이 교사의 자율적 학교 교육과정 편성 운영의 장애요인이라고 지적하였다. 본 연구의 결론 부분에서는 과학교사를 비롯한 현장 교사의 교육과정 역량 발휘의 장애요인에 대한 해결 방안으로 실질적 자율화의 확대, 현장 교사의 교육정책 결정 참여 활성화, 학교평가에서 정성적 요소 강화, 교사의 직급 및 승진 경로의 다양화를 통한 교육과정 역량 강화, 교사의 학습공동체 참여 활성화 등을 제안하였다.

초등학교 수학 교과서 내용 적정성 분석 - 단원 구성 및 어휘 사용을 중심으로 - (A study to analyze the adequacy of elementary school mathematics textbooks - Based on the unit structure and vocabulary -)

  • There has being developed elementary mathematics textbooks currently based on the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum. Vocabularies used in mathematics textbooks are mainly determined by the authors to develop textbooks. The purpose of this study was to investigate the adequacy of elementary school mathematics textbooks based on the unit structure and vocabulary, and to provide implications for elementary mathematics textbooks which is currently in development, in accordance with the 2015 revised curriculum. As a result, there were found some problems in the unit structure and vocabulary of elementary mathematics textbooks.

2007개정 교육과정 분석을 통한 중학교 컴퓨터 교육과정 개선 (An Improvement of the Computer Curriculum of the Middle School through the Analysis of 2007 Revised Curriculum)

  • The aim of this study is to find out problems between the '7th National Curriculum' and '2007 Revised National Curriculum' that would initially apply from 2009 and then to suggest better ways to improve computer education in Middle schools. A survey was carried out with a questionnaire. Based on the result, a comparison was made and a suggestion has been derived: Firstly, the computer subject should not be treated as a rival to others anymore, rather it should be considered as an essential subjects. Secondly, teachers who take computer subjects as their major should be allocated to middle schools. Thirdly, computer subjects should be taught systematically from elementary and be continued throughout in order to promote the level of the computer science education. Fourthly, the advantages of computer utilisation should be taken into account to layout the computer curriculum that is practicable and learner-centered. Finally, teachers should recognise the main aim of computer education and teach computer subjects to be useful in education. Though the revised version is not perfect the more the curriculums are revised, the better they might be expected to be developed. Consequently, whenever the newly revised computer curriculum emerges, the defects should be identified and addressed in order to achieve the aim of the computer curriculum.

동일계 상급학교 진학을 고려한 상업·정보계 고등학교의 컴퓨터 교육과정 운영 방안 연구 (A Study on the Administration of Computer Curriculum for Commerce·Information High School Considering College Education of Same Major)

  • 전문계 고등학교 학생들의 상급학교 진학이 급격히 늘어나고 있으며 이에 따라 전문계 고등학교의 전문교과 교육이 동일계열 상급학교의 교육과 적절히 연계될 수 있도록 전문교과가 구성되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 상업 정보계 고등학교의 정보 컴퓨터 계열 학과를 중심으로 현재 편성 운영되고 있는 컴퓨터 교과목들을 분석해서 문제점을 찾아보고, 이를 토대로 상업 정보계 고등학교의 바람직한 컴퓨터 교과들의 편성 운영 방안을 찾아보았다.
