본 연구의 목적은 현재 참여율이 날로 저조해지고 있는 학교도서관 운영평가의 개선 방안을 모색하기 위해 평가의 변화 추이와 평가 참여 인력의 인식을 조사하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 학교도서관 운영평가 참여율, 지표 변화 추이 등을 문헌조사로 분석하고 학교도서관 운영평가에 대한 전국 학교도서관 전담인력의 인식을 질문지법으로 조사하였다. 학교도서관 운영평가 참여율은 09년에 22.2%로 최고치를 기록한 이래 17년 7.2%까지 낮아졌다. 학교도서관 운영평가의 양적 평가 방법으로의 타당도 인식은 2.84점, 질적 평가 방법으로의 타당도는 2.97점으로 조사되었다. '연간 운영 계획 수립'에 대한 평가지표 타당도 인식 평균은 3.90점으로 가장 높게, '지역사회 봉사'는 2.27점으로 가장 낮게 조사되었다. 평가 미참여 이유에 '학사 업무 처리가 바빠서'의 평균이 가장 높게 조사되었다. 학교도서관 운영평가에 대해 낮은 인식이 조사된 바, 평가지표 및 참여 방법 등에 대한 개선책을 모색하고 학교도서관 전담인력의 인식 개선을 이룰 수 있는 정책 마련이 병행되어야 하겠다. 더불어 평가 운영주체는 평가의 결과를 다시 학교도서관 정책에 반영할 수 있도록 노력해야 할 것이다.

The study examined the effects of parenting process(supportive and involving mother-adolescent relationship, father-adolescent relationship) and school process(teachers' support, school life satisfaction) on adolescents' academic achievement and self-evaluation. Participants were 1787 middle school students (902 boys, 885 girls) in KEEP(Korean Education and Employment Panel). Structural equation modeling indicated that parenting and school process influenced adolescents' self-evaluation through adolescents' academic achievement. Also, the analysis with One Way ANOVA revealed that positive school (parenting) processes can serve a protective-stabilizing function when parenting(school) processes are negative.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the validity of teacher evaluation policy for professional development and to suggest the ways to improve the policy in school. The teacher evaluation policy for professional development is designed to improve teacher professionalism and quality of school education. For this purpose, A survey was conducted and 361 elementary and middle school teachers participated in Busan. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 12.0. The conclusions of this study are as follows: First, although teachers are highly interested in the teacher evaluation policy, they have negative attitudes for practicing the new policy. Second, assessors must be composed of reliable, competent experts because teacher evaluation has a great influence on teaching activities. The assessors should be composed of those who have the specialization and reliability on the basis. Also the assessors must be trained to enhance the fairness, objectivity and reliability by rigid discipline. Finally, teacher evaluation policy should be closely linked to increasing teacher's expertise such as training opportunities, teacher consultants, and senior teacher systems and should be widely utilized for the evaluation to be effective.

복잡한 법적분쟁을 전문적이고 효과적으로 해결할 수 있는 법조인을 양성하기 위한 목적으로 출범한 법학전문대학원에 대한 서면평가 및 현장평가가 2012년 9월부터 10월에 걸쳐 진행되었다. 본 연구는 평가의 기초자료로 제공된 평가기준, 평가매뉴얼, 질의응답집과 평가수행과정에서 실제 나타난 문제점을 바탕으로 평가항목 중 법학교육의 전문성을 위해 가장 핵심이라고 할 수 있는 법학전문도서관에 대한 평가조항의 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 평가조항의 경우 일률적인 양적 기준을 제시하는 것보다 대학원별 규모를 감안하고 추상적인 내용을 보다 구체적으로 제시할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 향후 법학전문도서관의 효율적 운영을 위해서는 특성화를 비롯한 발전방안의 구상 및 실천, 그리고 대학원 구성원의 참여를 통한 운영방안이 마련될 필요가 있다. 또한, 도서관에 대한 평가를 별도의 장으로 구성하고 도서관 시설에 대한 부분은 대학원의 기타 시설들과 함께 평가하는 것이 바람직하며, 대학원별 규모를 감안한 모범사례 발굴을 통해 각 대학원에 표준으로 제시해 줄 필요가 있는 것으로 조사되었다.

It presented the specialty and efficient evaluation indicator and a method which corresponds in each quality classified with 4 fields - an use and the function, the environment and an equipment, the structure stability, an main finishing material from plan side against an existing school facility in order to suit in development of the standard indicator which has become fixed quantity and demand of evaluation method for an analysis of the object school facilities to rebuild. So it presented the method which is the fixed quantity evaluation from economic viewpoint as possible for evaluating the maintenance cost by the expenses involved and durable years increase in rebuilding of objective school facility.

There is no progress in interpreting the correlation between the high school record and the scholastic aptitude test. This study gives the degree of the linearity between the high school record and the scholastic aptitude test by using the method of the individual scholastic evaluation which was proposed by Chung(1999). The limits of the individual scholastic evaluation are pointed out additionally in inferring the promising individuals having the high scores in the scholastic aptitude test so that the individual scholastic evaluation be used as reference materials when the colleges applying the comparative school record in the entrance exams.

The purpose of this research was to develop evaluation index of regional development for producing potential values of rural regions besides agriculture on a commercial scale. Rural regions have potential values such as preserved nature and spatial advantages and so on. For regional development, potential values should be synthetically evaluated by objective and standard index for supporting decision. For evaluation of plural functions of rural regions, evaluation index of rural regions was developed based on rural amenity. Applicability of evaluation index was studied using GIS and natural break method.

Students' perceptions of generosity and fairness in lecture evaluation and grades, communication with professors, and self-fidelity and satisfaction during the COVID-19 situation were statistically analyzed by surveying students at M university in Daejeon. These data were analyzed in the context of parameters that might impact online class lecture evaluations, namely gender and school year. Descriptive analysis shows students' perceptions of online lectures are significantly high. As for differences by gender and school year, the t-test results indicate female students generally have better perceptions of online classes than male students. However, there is no statistical difference between male and female students regarding the generosity of lecture evaluation. Also, ANOVA test results show that as the school year increases, the general perceptions for online classes become negative. However, there is no statistical difference by school year regarding the generosity of lecture evaluation. Regression analysis shows that the "perceptual generosity of grades" most significantly influenced the "perceptual generosity of lecture evaluation."

본 연구는 안전하고 접근과 이용에 불편함이 없도록 학교시설만의 BF인증지표를 개발하기 위한 선행연구로써 평가항목을 도출하는데 목적을 가지고 평가항목 초안을 바탕으로 3회차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 기존 BF인증지표의 내용분석과 사후 평가를 통해 문제점을 도출하여 학교시설의 BF인증 평가항목의 초안을 제시하였으며, 델파이 조사를 통해 각 평가항목별 적정성에 대해 검증을 실시하였다. 델파이조사는 BF 심사, 심의위원으로 활동하고 있는 대학교수, 건축사, 공무원, 인증기관담당자, 장애인단체 등 전문가 및 실무자 그룹으로 구성하여 리쿼드 7단계 척도를 통해 조사를 실시하였으며, 현 학교시설 BF평가항목에 대한 각 평가 항목별 의견을 수렴하여 최종 평가항목에 반영하였다. 델파이조사 결과, 기존의 8개의 평가항목을 제외한 총 75개의 평가항목을 유지항목으로, 12개의 평가항목에는 개선 검토항목으로 결정되었으며, 동시에 새롭게 제시된 추가검토가 필요한 15개의 항목들에 대해 평가항목으로 도출하였다.

이 연구는 미국의 사서교사 전문성과 관련된 기본 배경을 이해하고, 현재 미국에서 활용되고 있는 국가 수준과 주정부 수준의 사서교사 평가기준과 도구 그리고 자기평가 도구를 분석하는 것을 주요 목적으로 설정하고 있다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 미국은 국가 수준의 학교도서관 기준에 맞추어 사서교사 양성, 자격기준, 평가기준의 일관성 있는 전문성 계발 구조를 갖추었으며, 국가 수준의 사서교사 전문성 기준은 미국 전문교사자격 기준위원회의 자격기준과 미국학교도서관협회에서 발표한 "평생교육을 위한 학습" 기준의 사서교사 평가도구가 대표적으로 제시되고 있다. 미국의 여러 주정부에서는 국가 수준의 학교도서관 기준을 바탕으로 주정부의 실정에 맞는 사서교사 평가기준과 도구를 개발하여 실제 평가에 활용하고 있다. 더불어 미국학교도서관협회는 2012년에 사서교사의 자기평가 도구인 "사서교사 평가의 21세기 접근법"을 발표하여, 사서교사가 국가수준의 기준에서 제시한 전문성에 도달할 수 있는 실천적 방향을 안내하고 있다.
