경직성 뇌성마비가 있는 학령기 아동의 학교기반 신체 활동수행력에 영향을 주는 요인 (Predictors Related to Activity Performance of School Function Assessment in School-aged Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy)

  • PURPOSE: This study examined the factors related to school-based activity performance in school-aged children with spastic cerebral palsy (CP). METHODS: The Gross Motor Function Systems (GMFCS), Manual Ability Classification System (MACS), Communication Function Classification System (CFCS) as functional classifications, and the physical activity performance of the School Function Assessment (SFA) were measured in 79 children with spastic CP to assess the student's performance of specific school-related functional activities. RESULTS: All the function classification systems were correlated significantly with the physical activity performance of the SFA ($r_s=-.47$ to -.80) (p<.05). The MACS (${\beta}=-.59$), GMFCS (${\beta}=-.23$), CFCS (${\beta}=-.21$), and age (${\beta}=-.15$) in order were predictors of the physical activity performance of the SFA (84.8%)(p<.05). CONCLUSION: These functional classification systems can be used to predict the school-based activity performance in school-aged children with CP. In addition, they can contribute to the selection of areas for intensive interventions to improve the school-based activity performance.

  • Performance assessment was introduced to improvement of self-directed learning and method of assessment for differenced learning as the seventh educational curriculum is enforced. Performance assessment is overcoming limitation about problem solving ability and higher thinking abilities assessment that is problem of a written examination and get into the spotlight by way for quality of class and school normalization. But, performance assessment has problems about possibilities of assessment fault by appraisal, fairness, reliability, and validity of grading, ambiguity of grading standard, difficulty about objectivity security etc. This study proposes fuzzy performance assessment system to solve problem of the conventional performance assessment. This paper presented an objective and reliable performance assessment method through fuzzy reasoning, design fuzzy membership function and define fuzzy rule analyzing factor that influence in each sacred ground of performance assessment to account principle subject. Also, performance assessment item divides by formation estimation and subject estimation and designed membership function in proposed performance assessment method. Performance assessment result that is worked through fuzzy performance assessment system can pare down burden about appraisal's fault and provide fair and reliable assessment result through grading that have correct standard and consistency to students.

수학과 수행평가과제의 개발 및 적용이 수학 학습 태도에 미치는 영향 - 중학교 1학년을 중심으로 - (The Influence on the Learning Attitude of the Development and Application of Mathematical Performance Assessment Tasks - Focused on 1st Grade Middle School Students -)

  • The purposes of this study are to develop the mathematical performance assessment tasks and to apply them to the middle school students. And I also intend to know the students' inclination and learning attitude to mathematics. In order to satisfy this study, I developed the performance assessment tasks and the standard program of marking about the mathematical function and statistics for the first grade students at middle school. After examining the students' basic investigation, their inclination and learning attitude to mathematics, I applied these developed tasks to them After that I put both classes and performance assessment into operation in all 15 periods. I set up two classes of the first grade students (49 students) at J middle school in Kongju, Chungcheongnam-do as a model group. The results of this study are as follows: First, owing to the developed performance assessment tasks of function and statistics, the teachers can operate the assessment system as a process of teaching and learning. Second, because of the application of mathematical performance assessment tasks, we can change the students' inclination and learning attitude to mathematics affirmatively. And by using these tasks, we can help the students to think mathematically. In this way, the students will be able to realize the real value of mathematics and have a growing interest in mathematics through all these meaningful processes. Judging from this study, we can elevate the students' abilities of problem solving and reasoning and improve teaching-learning method by applying the performance assessment tasks to them. Thanks to these tasks, the students will be changed affirmatively in their inclination and learning attitude to mathematics. I think that these tasks are very good assessment method which can call forth curiosity and interest. Besides, they can also help the students realize the real value of mathematics.

  • 자기 주도적 학습능력의 수준별 교육을 위한 평가 방법으로서, 수행평가는 문제해결 능력과 높은 사고 능력평가에 대한 한계점을 극복하고 수업의 질과 학교 정상화를 위한 계획으로 선호되고 있다. 그러나 수행평가는 평가 오류, 채점 공정성 문제, 신뢰도 및 객관성 등의 확보에 어려움 있다. 이런 문제점을 해결하고 수행평가 만족을 높이기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 회계원리 과목을 대상으로 수행평가에 대한 각 영역에서 영향을 주는 인자를 분석하여 퍼지 소속 함수를 설계하고, 이를 적용한 객관적이고 신뢰성 높은 수행평가 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

QFD Model for Quality Performance Self-assessment

  • How to measure Quality Performance (QP) or excellence performance in organizations is very important for improving the quality of an organization's products and services. This paper takes Quality Function Deployment (QFD) as a useful tool to identify the key characteristics of quality performance and measure the influence factors on quality performance. Most national quality awards provide a framework of the criteria to show the essential elements of an organization's quality performance and get the Quality Performance Score (QPS) by self-assessment using the criteria. By means of these criteria, especially, the criteria of China Quality Award (CQA), a measurable indicator system for quality performance is set up. A four-phase QFD model of assessment for quality performance is developed. This QFD model not only presents the most important efforts for the deployment of the measurable indicators of quality performance, but also takes great advantage of evaluating the quality performance and obtaining the quality performance score. The measurable indicator hierarchy of quality performance is formed and its implementation method for assessment quality performance is described in this paper.

방과 후 감각통합프로그램(감각통합치료)이 학교에서의 기능적 과제 수행에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Sensory Integration Program(Sensory Integration Therapy) after School on Functional Task Performance in School)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 학교 방과 후 활동으로 감각통합치료를 제공하였을 때 작업수행요소와 더불어 작업수행영역인 학교에서의 기능적 과제수행에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구 방법 : 실험은 대전 Y초등학교에 재학 중인 1-2학년 아동 3명을 대상으로 방과 후 활동 시간에 감각통합치료를 제공하였으며, 중재는 2010년 5월과 6월에 걸쳐 총 25회를 제공하였다. 감각통합치료효과를 알아보기 위해 단일집단 사전-사후 설계(one group pretest-posttest design)를 사용하였고, 작업수행요소에서의 변화를 알아보기 위하여 단축감각프로파일(SSP), 한국판 시지각 발달검사(K-DTVP-2), Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency 1(BOTMP)를 사용하였으며, 작업수행영역에서의 변화를 알아보기 위하여 학교에서의 기능적 과제 수행능력에 대한 평가(School Function Assessment)를 사용하였다. 결과 : 방과 후 감각통합프로그램(감각통합치료)을 적용한 결과 대상아동들은 작업수행요소인 단축감각력(SSP), BOTMP, 한국판 시지각 발달검사(K-DTVP-2)의 수치상 향상을 보였으며, 작업수행영역인 학교에서의 기능적 과제 수행(SFA)의 점수에서도 향상을 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 방과 후 감각통합프로그램(감각통합치료)이 작업수행요소와 학교에서의 기능적 과제수행에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여주었지만, 대상의 수가 적어 통계적 유의성을 찾는 데는 한계가 있었다. 따라서 향후 연구에서는 대상자의 수를 고려한 연구들이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

국내 아동 작업치료사의 평가도구 사용 동향 (Current Trend in Use of Occupational Therapy Assessment Tool by Pediatric Occupational Therapist)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 국내 아동 작업치료사들이 사용하고 있는 평가도구를 영역별로 구체화하여, 평가도구의 사용 동향을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 아동 작업치료사를 대상으로 평가도구 사용에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 평가도구의 하위영역은 작업수행, 일상생활활동, 교육, 놀이, 감각-지각, 운동 및 실행, 인지, 사회적 상호작용 기술, 발달, 이학적 검사로 구성하였다. 설문에 응답한 105명의 자료를 대상으로 기술통계 및 빈도분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 본 연구 결과는 초기 평가 시 소요되는 시간은 30~60분(41.9%)이 가장 많았으며, 재평가 주기는 3~6개월(41.0%)로 가장 많이 실시하는 것으로 나타났다. 영역 별 평가도구를 살펴보면, 작업 수행은 Canadian Occupation Performance Measure(55.2%)을, 일상생활활동은 Wee Functional Independence Measure(57.1%)을, 교육은 School Function Assessment(2.5%)를, 놀이 평가도구는 Revised Knox Preschool Play Scale(28.6%)을, 감각-지각은 Developmental Test of Visual Perception(94.3%)을, 운동 및 실행 평가도구는 Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency-2(42.9%)를, 인지 평가도구는 Lowenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment(11.4%)를, 사회적 상호작용 기술은 Evaluation of Social Interaction(6.1%)을, 발달은 Denver Developmental Screening Test-II(92.4%)를, 이학적 검사는 임상관찰(89.5%)을 주로 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통하여 국내 아동작업치료사들이 사용하고 있는 평가도구를 영역별로 구체적으로 파악할 수 있었으며, 이를 통해 추후 평가 교육 및 개발을 위한 기초적인 근거자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.

표준습지 분석을 통한 대체습지의 생태 성능 기준 개발 (Developing the Ecological Performance Standard for Replaced Wetlands by Analyzing Reference Wetlands)

  • This study was established to build and suggest the Ecological Performance Standards for replaced wetlands as the mitigation strategies for the construction projects. The request performance and assessment factors and standards were derived by bibliographic review and verified by the field survey for the reference wetlands. And the weights for each factor were derived by AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The results are as follows : 1) Assessment factors were induced by in-depth research of many wetland assessment models and benchmarks evaluated ecological functions. This study proposed final 12 assessment factors through ecological specialist and experts interviews added with literature analysis. 2) 10 natural wetlands were selected as Reference Wetlands as the measure to propose assessment factors and assessment criteria. Those reference wetlands are well-conserved inland natural wetlands classified to the one having worthy to conserve (grade "high") according to RAM(Rapid Assessment Method). Reference wetlands chosen by the study are Parksilji, Jeongyangji, Mulkubi, Bawineupkubi, Jilnalneup, Jinchonneup, Doomoso, Haepyung wetland, Whangjeong wetland, and Whapo wetland. The research developed assessment criteria for the performance assessment factors based on several explorations of the reference wetlands. 3) "Requiring performance" of replaced wetlands is defined as "to carry out similar or same ecological functions provided by natural wetlands", in overall. The detailed requiring performances are as follows; ${\bullet}$ to play a role of wildlife habitats ${\bullet}$ to have biological diversity ${\bullet}$ to connect with other ecosystems ${\bullet}$ to provide water environment to perform good ecological functions 4) The assessment factors for required performance are categorized by wildlife habitat function, biological diversity, connectivity of adjacent ecosystem, and water environment. Wildlife habitat category is consisted of wildlife habitat creation, size of replacement wetland, and site suitability. Biological diversity category contains the number of plant species, the number of wildlife species, and number of protected species as the sub-factors. Connectivity of adjacent ecosystem is comprised of wildlife corridor, green network and distance from other ecosystem. Finally, water environment make up with water quality, depth of water body, and shape of waterfront. 5) Finally, every assessment factors were verified and weighted by the AHP methods and the final standards were proposed. The weights of factors of requiring performance suggested as habitat (0.280), connectivity (0.261), diversity (0.260), hydraulic environment (0.199). And those of detailed sub-factors are site suitability (0.118), protected species (0.096), distance to neighbor ecosystem (0.093), habitat creating (0.091), green corridor (0.090) etc.
