Purpose: This study examined the correlation between satisfaction with major, academic self-efficacy, and academic persistence with the general characteristics of students in a health-related field, to determine factors that affect academic persistence. Methods: The study was conducted on third- and fourth-grade health-field students at Daejion. The questionnaire consisted of a self-report, and a URL was sent by text message to students who agreed to participate after reading the purpose and necessity of the study. Results: Major satisfaction was 4.23 on average, academic self-efficacy was 4.15, and academic continuity was 4.25. Grade and school life satisfaction were the factors correlated with a significant difference in academic persistence. Significant positive correlations were seen between satisfaction with major (r=.637, p<.001) and academic self-efficacy (r=.563, p<.001); higher major satisfaction and academic self-efficacy led to higher academic persistence. Conclusion: A more systematic management approach needs to be conducted by developing active learning participation and applying customized counseling management and support programs by grade to improve the academic self-efficacy and academic persistence of students in health-related fields.
The purpose of this study is to understand the campus life of engineering transfer students, to devise a means for increasing their participation in the ABEEK, and to assist them to have the satisfactory campus lives through researching the satisfaction level and the campus life adaptation of transfer students. We conducted a survey targeting 193 engineering transfer students of K university and D university. The study shows that most transfer students were accepted into college through a general screening process, their grades are likely to be lower than those of the previous college, however, they tend to be satisfactory with the current campus life, and the rate of participation in the ABEEK is low. Therefore university officials need to work hard to raise the rate of the participation in the ABEEK track and the campus life adaptation of transfer students. Moreover, the male transfer students tend to be more satisfactory than the female students, and students with higher grades in the previous college are likely to show higher adaptation than those with lower grades. Therefore we should make effort to increase the satisfaction of transfer students and need to accommodate the programs for the female transfer students more positively.

In this study, we tried to present suggestions to the Gyeongsangbuk-do tourism officials to satisfy them with experiential tourism resources and to revitalize their participation in the program. Therefore, the implications of this study are as follows. First, research on the satisfaction of experiential tourism programs and the willingness to participate in them is carried out, suggesting that it is a prerequisite for the transformation of the perception of tourists' participation in the Corona era. Second, it is necessary to make it a small experience tourist space that can provide non-face-to-face service utilizing the characteristics of contact technology, and to provide tourists with unique attractions against product discrimination and customer service. Third, through the introduction of non-face-to-face experience programs and expansion of services, the limited and macroscopic environment and social phenomenon of tourism activities in the Corona era, a new perception can be instilled. Fourth, visitors can expect to revitalize the tourism industry through the development and discovery of various programs. Thirdly, it will be possible to revitalize the local economy by giving meaning to the satisfaction of experiential tourism programs to tourists from all over the region's tourism business.

In this paper, we propose that it is necessary to expand the programs in the future, Iand it should be possible to activate and to participate the programs continuously, because the higher the participation in leisure program is, the higher life satisfaction.. The Korean Senior Citizens Association has a branch in each province and is used as a place where voluntarily provide friendship activities, hobbies for elderly people aged 65 and information exchange with other leisure activities. However, it was considered to be only a cursory space a few years ago, unlike the activation of leisure programs for the elderly welfare center. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of satisfaction of leisure program by type on life satisfaction of users who have experience in elderly university. The subjective health status and the residential type of participating elderly people differ in their life satisfaction. Therefore, it is important for the elderly to have regular health checkups and to maintain a stable residential style. And also, the experiment results show that life satisfaction was higher when leisure program use satisfaction was higher - especially, satisfaction with health program and health care program was higher.
Purpose: As global interest in environmental issues increases, the demand for green products/services is increasing. Companies are establishing eco-friendly policies to meet the changing expectations of customers. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of eco-friendly behavior and third-party certification on trust, satisfaction, and loyalty as well as the mediating role of satisfaction based on SOR and signaling theory. Research design, data and methodology: This study collected data from 501 respondents who visited restaurant and analyzed using measurement model with SPSS 28.0 and SmartPLS 4. Results: First, restaurants' eco-friendly behavior and third-party certification (TPC) positively influenced trust while these did not influence satisfaction. Second, trust positively influenced satisfaction. Third, trust and satisfaction positively influenced loyalty. Fourth, TPC had stronger impact on trust and satisfaction compared to eco-friendly behavior in female group while TPC had stronger impact on trust in male group. Conclusions: This study emphasized the importance of TPC over eco-friendly behavior. Restaurants should maintain pro-environmental behaviors such as reducing single-use items while obtaining TPC such as ISO and LEED certifications to increase customer trust. It also found the importance of trust and satisfaction in securing loyal customers. Restaurants should make efforts to build bonds with customers through authentic marketing such as events that encourage customer participation.

The respondents were asked to complete the self-administered questionnaires, and the responses of 536 working wives were used for the final analysis. basically Cronbach's α to the reliability of major variables, frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviation, pearson's correlation coefficients, and LISREL 7 program were performed to test the research model. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : 1. The frequency of work-family conflict was affected by the flexibility of work time and wives' income. 2. The severity of wok-family conflict was directly influenced by the frequency of the conflict, the flexibility of work-time, and wives' education level. 3. The variables influencing the degree of socialization of housework were found to be the frequency and the severity of work-family conflict, wives' education, and the degree of husband's participation in housework. 4. Methods: Data were collected through a questionnaire survey of 298 middle school students from the $2^{nd}$ to $30^{th}$ of September, 2009. Collected data were analyzed statistically using frequency, $x^2$ test, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 17.0 program. The study used the Adolescent Leisure Time Activities Scale (ALTAS) developed by Yin et al. (1999) for types of leisure activities and the Leisure Satisfaction Scale (LSS) developed by Beard & Ragheb (1980). Results: First, smoking/drinking caused significant differences in 'Socialization with friends', and drinking also caused significant differences in 'Sport activities'. Second, leisure satisfaction was positively correlated with 'currently drinking' (r=.126, p<.05). Third, significant factors influencing leisure satisfaction were grades, school life satisfaction, subjective health status, average daily leisure time, participation in leisure health program, and current drinking. These variables explained 23.4% of leisure satisfaction. Also family, school and community should be cooperatively connected with one another.

The research results are as follows. First, the existence of religion did not have a statistically significant effect on the satisfaction of the elderly's life. Second, the level of participation in religious activities was shown to have a statistically significant effect on the satisfaction of senior citizens' lives. In other words, the older people actively participate in religious activities, the more satisfied they were with Third, by type of religion, it was found that the Christian elderly had a statistically higher level of satisfaction in life than the Buddhist elderly. Based on these results, implications were drawn and policy suggestions were made.
