종합병원 질향상 사업 담당자의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 관한 연구 (Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of Quality Improvement Coordinators in General Hospitals)

  • This study was planned to provide basic data for activating quality improvement by genera hospital with more than 400 beds across the country, of which 65 coordinators answered. Main results of the study are as follows.. 1. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment by individual characteristics were compared. It was revealed that the sense of self-efficacy was related to job satisfaction positively. But job satisfaction and organizational commitment by locus of control showed no significant difference. 2. In terms of the characteristics of QI activities, the active participation of QI coordinators in QI planning process and smooth communication among hospital staffs were showed positive relationship to job satisfaction significantly. 3. Also support system was proposed as most significant variable related to the job satisfaction and the organizational commitment of QI coordinators. Especially support to QI activities by CEO's, seniors, and other hospital staff was a factor to enhance the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of QI coordinators. 4. In the aspect of organizational culture, culture which were tendency to be recognized high autonomy in their work and organizational identity strongly and to operate reasonable compensation system were related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment positively. The more formalized climate, supportive communication, cooperative teamwork and promoting creative/risk take behavior, it showed the higher organizational commitment. 5. For the aspect of QI job characteristics, QI coordinators' job satisfaction was high when QI office was arranged for independent department which was exclusively in charge of QI activities and their role is exclusively in charge of QI. It can be concluded that organizational support in the aspect of relation and finance and efforts of encouraging their motivation and providing on the job training program are need.

통증관리 교육이 재가 말기암 환자의 통증에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Pain Management Education on Pain of the Terminal Cancer Patients at Home)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of the pain management education on pain of the terminal cancer patients at home. For evaluating the effectiveness of the intervention modified Patient Outcome Questionnaire (APS, 1995) including patients concerns with cancer pain management, pain intensity, and interference of daily activities related to pain were measured before and after the education in control group and experimental group and the differences were compared with each other. Satisfaction with pain management was measured after the intervention. Pain management education was delivered to 16 experimental group patients by home care nurses, who were provided with 3-hour education on cancer pain management by one of the researchers. Pain management education included common misconceptions about cancer pain control and pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions and emphasis was put on the importance of pain reports and patients' active participation in pain management. The results of the study were as follows. Patients concerns with pain management were decreased more greatly in the experimental group than those of the control group. The worst, average, and present pain intensities during the last 24 hours were decreased more greatly in the experimental group, and total score and each subcategory of the interference of daily living, except walking, were decreased more greatly in the experimental group. And satisfaction score with total pain management and nurses response to the pain reports were higher in the experimental group. The results of this study suggest that pain management education given to the patients by home care nurses is a very useful intervention to improve pain of the cancer patients at home. This positive result is thought to derive from patients' active pain report and participation in pain control and the use of powder form sustained release morphine for breakthrough pain control in part. Further studies with increased sample size from more institutions are recommended and early introduction of short acting morphine is strongly suggested for effective cancer pain control.

기부행동과 자원봉사활동은 중복적 보완관계인가? 보충적 대체관계인가? (Are Giving and Volunteering Multiplicative Behaviors or Compensatory Behaviors?)

  • 현대사회에서 비영리 부문의 성장과 정부의 재정 지원 감소는 시민의 기부와 자원봉사의 필요성을 더욱 증가시키고 있다. 이에 따라 비영리 조직의 운영 활성화를 위해서는 개인의 기부 및 봉사활동에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 구체적으로 파악하여, 효율적으로 보다 많은 시민의 참여를 이끌어 낼 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 기부와 자원봉사에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇이며, 기부와 자원봉사가 중복적 보완관계인지, 보충적 대체관계인지를 파악하기 위해 기부 및 자원봉사 참여유형을 둘 다 참여하지 않는 집단, 둘 다 참여하는 집단, 기부만 참여하는 집단, 자원봉사만 참여하는 집단의 4집단으로 구분하여 각각에 영향을 미치는 요인을 다항로지스틱 회귀분석을 사용하여 확인하였다. 연구결과, 기부에 참여하는 요인과 봉사에 참여하는 요인 간에 종교나 여가생활만족도와 같은 공통요인이 있었지만, 차별적 요인도 존재하였다. 특히, 가구소득, 교육수준, 취업상태, 성별, 사회적 친분만족도가 기부와 자원봉사에 미치는 영향에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타남에 따라 우리나라에서 기부와 봉사 간에는 상충 관계가 있다는 보충적 대체관점을 지지하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구는 비영리 조직에서 기부와 자원봉사 참여를 발굴하고 활성화하기 위해 서로 다른 차별적인 전략이 필요하다는 점을 제안하였다.

농촌주민의 지역사회 만족도와 지역공동체 의식 (Rural Resident′s Community Life Satisfaction and Consciousness of Rural Community)

  • The objective of this study was to analyze the evaluation of the rural resident's on their community at view of community life satisfaction. The specific purposes of this study were to identify the degrees of community life satisfaction, consciousness of rural community according to the individual variables. The data were gathered from 1,870 rural residents by the structured interview in the 187 communities sampled by multi-staged cluster stratified sampling method in November, 2003. The major findings of this study were as follows; first, the degree of the rural residents'community life satisfaction was generally low, especially the rural residents were dissatisfied with the opportunities of leisure and education environment in their communities, and by half were satisfied with housing environment. Second, as consciousness of rural community, the degree of rural resident's joining at community meeting was high, and openness to the outside residents' was high. third, the most important factor for consciousness of rural community were community organization, good neighbor. As result of this study, the following conclusion and recommend can be drawn. First, the level of rural resident's community life satisfaction is overall low. Especially it is needed policy efforts and priority investment for advancing satisfaction on leisure and education environment in rural community. Second, to foster rural resident's community consciousness, community orgaruzatlon Is first of all supported and activated. Through viability of these community organization, rural resident's participation in community welfare will be enhanced

생태학습장 이용객의 지각된 성과에 의한 만족도 연구 (A Study on User Satisfaction by Perceived Performance of Ecological Learning Center)

  • An ecological learning center is defined as a place which can establish the correct relationship between human and environment. Human can learn ecosystem and importance of environment throughout observation of nature and participation in program of ecological learning center. The most important aspects of ecological learning center planning are to reflect on user's demand and preservation of ecosystem. The prime goals of this study is to analyze user's characteristics in the Young Wheol Mulmurigol Ecological Learning Center. The second goal of this study is to find out the satisfaction model based on user's perceived performance of each program and facility in the center. For this study, questionnaire survey with 204 individuals was completed. The data from the questionnaire were analyzed statistical method by SPSS. There are several significant results from the study as following First, this ecological learning center as a newly operating facility is used not for educational purpose but for resting and relaxation purpose. It is due to that the most of users in this center are package tourists with historic scenes. Second, user's perceived performance evaluated by 23 attributions of programs and facilities, and these attributions could be classified by 5 factors such as environment friendly design, educational function, preservation of environment, provision of various bio-top and provision of resting area. Third, the user satisfaction model indicates that user satisfaction is depended on various factors such as preservation of environment, provision of various bio-top, provision of resting area. Among these factor affecting the satisfaction, provision of various bio-top is the most influence on user satisfaction.

미용재능기부 참여여부에 따른 개인역량이 직무몰입 및 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Personal Capability on Job Commitment and Satisfaction in Beauty Talent Donation)

  • 최근 자신만의 재능과 기술을 기부함으로써 개인역량을 높이고, 자신의 직무몰입과 만족도를 높이기 위한 여가활동으로 미용재능기부의 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 미용재능기부 참여에 따른 개인역량이 직무몰입 및 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 그리고 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 설문응답은 374명의 미용재능기부자들을 대상으로 하였다. 재능기부 참여형태별 개인역량이 재능기부 만족도, 직무몰입, 직무만족도와 높은 유의수준의 상관성을 나타냈으나 재능기부 만족도와 직무만족도는 부분적으로는 유의하나 영향력은 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 재능기부 참여형태별 직무몰입은 직무만족도와 높은 유의수준을 갖는 상관성을 나타냈다. 이로써 재능기부참여는 미용인의 개인역량에 영향을 받으며, 미용사의 개인역량 향상을 위해 다양한 방안이 모색되어야 할 필요성을 제시하였다.

프랜차이즈 레스토랑 점장의 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A study on the manager장s jon satifaction in franchise restaurant.)

  • This study aims to examine theoretical frame work of franchise restaurant, the characteristics of store manager's job and the level of their job satisfaction through an empirical investigation. Job satisfaction survey study shows that store managers consider important all work to be attended to as part of their duty with service management on top. It is also found that the majority of store managers consider their aptitude as most important job satisfaction factor and those, who are satisfied with their job content, advancement and the prospect, are more proactive in delivering qualify service and more than willing to commit themselves to their duties. Regrading demographical variables, store managers with scholarly competence and higher pay level are more likely to be satisfied with their job but married men are not satisfied with the work environment in general. Ergo, Businesses should correspond by capitalizing on those store managers content with their duty thus collecting additional information and providing opportunities to further contribute to the business. For those dissatisfied individuals, however, businesses should determine their demands and by educational training supply a motive therefore making possible the conversion of such individuals to satisfied store managers and their active participation in business management. But, as with any study, this one has a number of limitation which constraints the generalizability of the empirical findings. It has not been for long since franchise restaurants established in domestic market and has been few studies regarding this topic there. Furthermore, managers are not willing to release operation related data. Therefore, further study are urged to overcome this limitation and should examine other dimensions of job satisfaction such as relations between revenue and profit with the level of store manager's job satisfaction remain to be investigated.

고등학생의 학교 진로교육 상담이 교육 만족도와 진로결정 자기효능감에 미친 효과 (Effects of High School Students' Career Education Counseling on Career Decision Satisfaction and Self-Efficacy)

  • 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 학생 568명을 대상으로 학교 진로교육 상담 후에 '진로결정에 미치는 영향', '학교 진로교육 참여현황', '학교 진로교육 만족도'와 '진로교육에 대한 진로결정 자기효능감'을 조사하는 것이었다. 방법: 대상자에게 진로교육 상담 후에 설문지로 조사를 하였다. 결과: 학교 진로교육 상담 후에 대상자에 대한 설문내용 중 '진로결정 정보사항'에서는 '결정했으나 고려중이다'가 49.3%로 높게 나타났다. '자신의 진로'를 선택할 때 가장 도움이 된 것은 '부모님의 조언'이 28.0%, '학교에서 진행되는 진로교육이 진로결정의 효과'는 52.2%로 높게 나타났다. '학교 진로교육활동 참여'에는 13개 항목이 있으며, '학교 진로교육 참여현황'에서는 '창의적 체험활동'(94.7%) 및 '진로와 직업'(94%)이 높았고, '기업가 정신 및 창업 체험'(10.6%)이 가장 낮았다. 진로교육 활동에 대한 만족도 평균치는 3.49점이었다. 가장 높은 항목은 '대학 혹은 전공체험'이 3.66점이었고, '교과 연계 진로교육'은 3.27점으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 결론: 고등학교 학생들의 진로선택에 영향을 미치는 것은 '부모의 조언'과 '학교에서 진행되는 진로교육'이 진로결정에 효과가 있었다. 진로교육 활동 중 '대학 혹은 전공체험', '진로캠프', '진로 및 직업체험' 등과 같은 진로체험형의 교육이 학생들에게 교육 만족도가 높았다. 진로교육에 대한 만족도가 높은 집단이 진로결정 자기효능감도 높게 나타났다.

문화예술교육 참여자의 교육성과 평가가 교육만족에 미치는 영향 (Association between Outcome Evaluation and Satisfaction of Culture and Art Education)

  • 이 연구에서는 정부 지원 사회 문화예술교육 중 시민 대상 문화예술교육 프로그램 참가자의 교육성과 평가가 교육만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 한국문화예술교육진흥원 설문조사의 원데이터를 2차 분석하였다. 탐색적 요인 분석 결과 교육성과 평가는 교육내용, 교육운영, 교육자원의 3개 요인으로 구성됨이 밝혀졌으며 이들 교육성과 평가요인들은 모두 교육만족에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 과거 문화예술교육 경험 유무, 참여 형태(단독/동반)를 기준으로 나눈 집단별 분석에서는 각 집단별로 요인별 영향력이 상이한 것으로 파악되었다. 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 문화예술교육의 질 제고를 위한 구체적 방안이 논의되었으며 후속 연구를 위한 아이디어가 제시되었다.

기록연구사의 근무실태 및 제도운영에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study concerning the Issues of Working Conditions and Operational System of Archivists in Korea)

  • 정부기관에 근무하는 기록연구사들의 근무실태와 직무만족, 제도운영의 개선방안을 파악하기 위해 설문조사와 면접조사를 실시하였다. 직무특성은 Hackman과 Oldham의 직무특성요인을 포함하여 전문성, 역할갈등, 스트레스, 이직의사의 9가지 항목으로 조사하였다. 직무환경은 의사소통, 참여, 인간관계, 상급자, 교육훈련의 5개 항목으로 구분하여 조사하였다. 직무만족은 일반적 만족도, 보람, 소명감의 3가지 항목으로 측정하였는데 모든 항목에서 매우 긍정적인 인식을 보여주었다. 제도운영의 개선을 위한 과제로는 조직편제, 업무분장, 인사관리, 중앙기록물관리기관과 기록관의 협력을 중심으로 의견을 분석하였다. 이상의 분석을 통해 시사점과 개선책을 제시하였다.
