Purpose: This study was to identify the influence of sexual behavior, body image, social support, and other characteristics on sexual satisfaction in patients with breast cancer according to their participation in a support group. Method: Data was collected by self-report questionnaires. Participants included 63 patients attending a support group and 76 patients who did not participate in the support group. The questionnaire sections consisted of sexual satisfaction, sexual behavior, body image, social support and information on general characteristics, disease-related characteristics, and sexual life-related characteristics. Result: There was no statistically significant difference in sexual behavior, body image and sexual satisfaction between the two groups. Social support scores were significantly higher in the support group. Sexual satisfaction was positively related with sexual behavior, post-op change of sexual intercourse frequency, body image, and patient's education level, and negatively related to age in the support group. Sexual satisfaction was positively related with sexual behavior, social support and body image in the non support group. Sexual behavior is predictable 37.0% of sexual satisfaction in the support group. Sexual behavior, body image, and social support is predictable for 38.0% of the sexual satisfaction in non support group participants. Conclusion: Implications point to the need for the development and implementation of programs that focus specifically on sexual life issues for breast cancer patients, as well as further research measuring the effects of such intervention programs. Continuous education and counseling through participation in support groups can contribute to promote and affirm a healthy sexual life for patients with breast cancer.

본 연구는 궁도참여 노인의 정신건강, 여가유능감이 궁도활동 참여를 통해 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 2011년 6월부터 10월까지 전라도지역 궁도생활체육동호회 소속의 궁도장 및 궁도대회에 참여하는 노인들을 모집단으로 선정하여 연구목적을 설명한 후 편의표본추출법(convenience sampling)을 이용하여 총350부의 설문지를 배부하여 총328을 통계처리에 사용하였다. 측정도구는 여가유능감, 우울감, 자아존중감, 생활만족도 관련 문항은 선행연구에 사용한 설문지를 본 연구에 맞게 수정하여 사용하였다. 통계기법으로는 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 구조모형분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 노인의 자아존중감이 커질수록 궁도활동 참여도가 높아지며 이어 생활만족도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 우울감이 낮을수록 궁도활동 참여도에 영향을 미치게 되며, 궁도활동 참여를 통해 생활만족도에 긍정적으로 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 노인의 여가유능감은 궁도활동으로 끌어내는 주요 요인으로 작용하지 않아 가설이 기각됐다. 노인의 자아존중감과 우울감은 정신건강에 따라 궁도활동 참여도를 끌어내는 요인이 되며 궁도참여를 통해 생활만족도가 커지는 것으로 나타났다.

지금까지 대졸자에 대한 연구는 대졸자의 취업, 임금 등에 집중되어 왔다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 대졸자가 취업을 하였다면 과연 자신의 수준에 맞는 일자리를 얻게 되었는지 아니면 현재 자신의 직무에는 만족하는 지에 대한 연구로 확장하고자 한다. 이러한 연구를 위해 '2007년도 대졸자 직업이동경로조사(GOMS)' 데이터를 사용하여 대졸자의 일자리적합과 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고자 구조방정식모형을 설정하였다. 구체적으로 대졸자의 직업가치관, 대학 취업지원프로그램 참여를 선행요인으로 하여 일자리적합과 직무만족을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 직업가치관은 취업지원프로그램 참여에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 일자리적합과 직무만족에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 대학 취업지원프로그램 참여는 취업 시 직무만족과 일자리적합에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 이밖에 일자리적합은 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이로서 대졸자가 재학 시 갖는 직업에 대한 가치관이 매우 중요하며 취업 시에 일자리적합이나 직무만족에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직업 가치관이 높은 사람은 대학의 각종 취업지원프로그램에 참여하게 되고 취업 후 일자리 적합이나 직무만족을 경험하는 것으로 나타나 대학의 각종 취업지원프로그램이 대졸자들에게 중요한 역할을 하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 학교 당국과 고용센터 등에서는 대학생들에게 직업 가치관을 심어 줄 수 있도록 가치관교육을 강화하여야 하며 대학의 취업지원프로그램을 개선하고 강화하여야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 기업의 독서경영과 문화경영이 직원의 직무만족과 조직몰입을 높이는 데 도움이 된다는 선행연구들을 기반으로, 공공도서관 직원의 독서활동이 직무만족도와 조직몰입도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 설문조사를 통해 수집된 데이터의 분석결과, 이용자 독서모임 참여 정도에 따라 직무자체 만족도, 인간관계 만족도, 자아실현 만족도, 정서적 몰입도, 지속적 몰입도에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한 공공도서관 직원의 독서량, 독서시간은 직무자체 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 독서시간은 정서적 몰입도에도 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이용자 독서모임 참여 기간은 사회적 인식 만족도, 지속적 몰입도, 규범적 몰입도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무자체 만족도는 독서시간과 정서적 몰입도 간에 완전매개효과를 가지고 있었고, 사회적 인식 만족도는 이용자 독서모임 참여기간과 지속적 몰입도 및 규범적 몰입도 간에 완전매개효과를 가졌다. 이러한 결과에 따라 본 연구는 공공도서관의 독서경영 도입을 통한 직원 독서환경 조성을 위한 방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 공공도서관 운영진의 독서경영에 대한 적극적인 관심이 필요하며, 직원들의 독서활동을 위한 다양한 프로그램을 제공해야 한다. 둘째, 공공도서관은 직원들의 이용자 독서모임에 참여를 도모하고, 담당 직원은 지속적으로 참여할 수 있도록 지원해야 한다. 셋째, 공공도서관 직원들의 적극적인 독서활동을 위한 기관 차원의 지속적인 동기부여가 필요하다.

This study aims to examine the relationship between teachers' parcitipation levels in the decision making process and the organizational effectiveness in the middle schools. To achieve this objectives, 559 teachers of 18 middle schools in Busan were involved through a questionaire. The results are as follows: First, teachers consider their participation in decision-making to be low. Second, teachers view the effectiveness of school systems higher than average. Third, the correlation between teachers' participation and the system effectiveness (including job satisfaction, organization adaptability and job achievement) was positively high. When teachers' participation levels were divided into 3 groups - low, middle, and high-, the system effectiveness appeared highest with the high- level participation group. These results suggest the need for teacher participation in decision making to enhance the effectiveness of school systems.

Recently, interest in rural tourism for urban dwellers has increased, and rural communities are chosen as tourist destinations. Under these circumstances, the study was designed to analyze the effects of the quality of service at rural stay sites on customer satisfaction and recommendation intention. The analysis method analyzes the demographic characteristics of the survey participants and characteristics of participation in rural stay. And the quality of service for the experience of rural stay was analyzed with SERVQUAL'S five-dimensional type, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy, tangible and customer satisfaction, intent of recommendation and regression. Major analysis shows that the survey subjects were found to have an average age of 41.8 years, 49 to 59 years old, and a high degree of university graduation. And as characteristic of participation, the form of company was family and relatives, the form of family meeting was many summer, the reservation was Internet, and payment by cash and card were many. As a result of the hypothesis testing, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy among the quality of service of rural stay were affected in customer satisfaction. In addition, the quality of service and the intent to recommend it were statistically significant, reliability, assurance and empathy. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to make efforts to improve service quality as the quality of service at rural stay places has relevance to customer satisfaction and recommendation intention.

이 연구의 목적은 생활체육참가자가 가진 스포츠가치관에 따라 참여만족과 운동지속의사에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 알아보는데 있다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기 지역에서 생활체육에 참여하고 있는 참여자를 대상으로 하였으며, 자료수집은 편의표본추출법에 의해 수집되었고, 그 중 233부를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 참여자의 스포츠가치관 중 품성적 가치관, 신체적 가치관, 심리적 가치관, 사교적 가치관이 참여만족에 정적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 운동지속의사에는 품성적 가치관, 심리적 가치관, 오락적 가치관, 신체적 가치관이 정적으로 영향을 미쳤다.

The engineering knowledge and technology is core driving forces of continuous growth in knowledge based society. Companies, the government, and universities are the subjects of an innovation and the cooperation between them is very important. Nowadays, the main purpose of industry-university cooperation moves to train experts and develop a new product. A shift of the paradigm came from the change of recognition that the final consumers of the program are companies and the universities are supporters of the program. In this paper, we investigate the purpose, participation and satisfaction of companies to industry-academy technology cooperation through empirical studies. The need to expert training, product development and process development makes companies participate industry-academy technology cooperation and companies have different purpose of participation by the business type. Companies often feel that expert training, subsidiary purpose of industry-academy technology cooperation, is more important than product development or process development. This result is caused by the real world environment of small and mid-size companies, lacking of technology experts. The participation of companies to each technology cooperation program (technology transfer, joint technology development, consigned technology development, technology consulting, co-op. lab.) is also different by business type. The companies' satisfaction with the purpose of process development is relatively higher than that with the purpose of product development and companies show also different satisfaction value by business type and participating program. The results of this study can give a contribution to the design of demand oriented industry-academy technology cooperation model.

The purpose of this study was to examine consciousness of household work and participation in adolescents. Partitioned by gender, the personal characteristics, Sociodemographic variables, and parents' household work variables of each respondent was analyzed. The results are summarized as follows. Firstly, adolescents demonstrated positive consciousness on the value, and participation in, of household work. However, participation rates in household work was lower than consciousness. Secondly, male adolescent participation in household work varied according to communication satisfaction with family, father's participation in household work, father's consciousness on equality of both sexes, amount of household work delegated, and amount of household work delegated to each sex. However, female adolescent participation in household work varied according to mothers' employment status, father's participation in household work, amount of household work delegated, and amount of household work delegated to each sex. Finally, father's participation in household work directly, and indirectly, affected male adolescent participation. However, in female adolescents, parents' compliment was the most meaningful variable directly and indirectly related to participation in household work.

본 연구는 노인의 사회활동 중 경제활동과 여가활동 그리고 사회적지지가 노년의 삶의 질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가와 이들 변수들에 대한 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울 수도권에 거주하는 60대 이상의 노인을 대상으로 총 240명의 표본이 분석 자료로 활용되었다. 연구의 결과를 요약하여 보면 첫째, 노인의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 사회활동과 사회적지지, 삶의 질에서 부분적으로 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 사회활동이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 연령이 낮고 학력이 높을수록 동거가족이 있고, 건강상태와 경제상태가 좋을수록 삶의 질가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 노인의 사회적지지는 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
