Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop and examine the psychometric properties of the Client Satisfaction Questionnaire on multicultural family support services. Methods: The Client Satisfaction Questionnaire was designed to address key elements of the client's satisfaction with the services (i.e., family education, gender equality education, human right education, and social integration education) provided for multicultural families. The nationwide data were collected from 5,335 clients who participated in family education, 4,582 clients who participated in gender equality education, 4,777 clients who participated in human right education, and 5,547 clients who participated in social integration education at the multicultural family support center. Results: In general, the psychometric properties of the Client Satisfaction Questionnaire were satisfactory. Specifically, social validity was supported by 13 professors and local multicultural service center professionals and construct validity was tested and confirmed using a series of exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. The split-half reliability and internal consistency of the questionnaire were also highly acceptable. Conclusion: The sound psychometric properties of the Client Satisfaction Questionnaire indicates that the it can be a useful tool for evaluating client satisfaction with the services provided by multicultural family support centers.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the reliability of questionnaire according to item arrangement on patient satisfaction questionnaire. Methods : We developed the two types of questionnaire with different item arrangement. In the first type (A), questions were arranged according to medical service dimensions. Questions in the second type (B) were arranged according to medical process. Both questionnaires were composed of six dimensions: physical environments, process, competence, courtesy, information giving, understanding patients. Measurements were performed on a 5-score Likert scale. In an outpatients and inpatient survey, total 777 patients answered the type A (outpatients: 257, inpatients: 128) or Type B (outpatients: 257, inpatients: 135). In order to compare the internal consistency of two types. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ were calculated. Multiple regression analysis was also performed to know which type of questionnaire explain more of the overall satisfaction. Results : In outpatient survey, type A questionnaire showed higher internal consistency than B except physical environments dimension. Also in inpatient survey, type A had higer internal consistency than B in four dimensions(process, competence, courtesy, understanding patients). In the results of multiple regression analysis, type A questionnaire ($R^2$=0.53) explained more of the variation in overall satisfaction then B questionnaire ($R^2$=0.43) in outpatient survey. In inpatient survey, type B questionnaire ($R^2$=0.40) explained, more of the variation in overall satisfaction than type A questionnaire ($R^2$=0.33).But the difference of R was not significant in inpatient survey. Conclusion : The results of this study support that type A questionnaire has higer reliability in assessment of consumer satisfaction than type B.
Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between the personality types and satisfaction of education satisfaction in dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 898 students in Busan, Gyeongnam, and Ulsan from March 2 to 25, 2014. Data were analyzed through t-test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The instruments used personality types and satisfaction of education. The personality types was adapted from Korean Eyesenck Personality Questionnaire that was modified by Lee on the basis of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(Eysenck & Eysenck, 1971). The questionnaire consisted of 44 questions including extroversion factors(18 questions) and neurotic tendency(26 questions). The questionnaire was score by Likert 5 scale. Cronbach alpha was 0.835 in the study. The neurotic tendency consisted of 26 questions and the higher score showed the higher neurotic tendency. Cronbach alpha was 0.927 in the study. The instrument for satisfaction of education was adapted from Kim and Go and partly modified. The instrument was categorized into dental hygiene department satisfaction(6 questions), major satisfaction(6 questions), facilities satisfaction(4 questions), lecture satisfaction(7 questions), and faculty satisfaction(4 questions). The instrument was scored by Likert 5 scale. Cronbach alpha of education satisfaction was 0.928 in the study. Results: Extroverted students showed 3.70 point which was the highest score in the department satisfaction(p<0.001). Less neurotic students showed 3.68 point which was the highest score in the department satisfaction(p<0.001). There was a strong positive correlation between the major satisfaction and department satisfaction(p<0.01). The personality types that affected the education satisfaction were related to the extroverted students and less neurotic students(p<0.01). Conclusions: The personality types had much influences on the satisfaction of the major and academic accomplishment.

This study was designed to investigate job stress, job satisfaction and related factors of oriental medical doctors. The survey used administered questionnaire, was conducted from June 10 to June 30, 2010 in Jeonbuk province. Questionnaire was composed of general characteristics, socioeconomic status perception, job stress scale and job satisfaction scale. Job stress was related to sex, age, marriage, working form, working time, clinical career. Job satisfaction was related to age. Working time, working form and self-status perception influenced job stress. Self-status perception influenced job satisfaction. Especially, it was supposed that working time was most important factor to job stress.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the mediating effect of empowerment in the relationship of nurse managers' authentic leadership, with nurses' organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Methods: The participants in this study were 273 registered nurses working in five University hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The measurements included the Authentic Leadership Questionnaire, Condition of Work Effectiveness Questionnaire-II, Organizational Commitment Questionnaire and Korea-Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficients, simple and multiple regression techniques with the SPSS 18.0 program. Mediation analysis was performed according to the Baron and Kenny method and Sobel test. Results: There were significant correlations among authentic leadership, empowerment, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Empowerment showed perfect mediating effects in the relationship between authentic leadership and organizational commitment. It had partial mediating effects in the relationship between authentic leadership and job satisfaction. Conclusion: In this study, nurse managers' authentic leadership had significant influences on nurses organizational commitment and job satisfaction via empowerment. Therefore, to enhance nurses' organizational commitment and job satisfaction, it is necessary to build effective strategies to enhance nurse manager's authentic leadership and to develop empowering education programs for nurses.
Purpose - This study centers on field surveys aimed at deriving the customer satisfaction factors of customer support centers that are positioned between suppliers and consumers in the supply chain. They consists of manufacturing, sales, distribution, consumption and collection, and that are in charge of core functions for suppliers' customer satisfaction management and consumers' satisfaction with consuming activities. Research design, data, and methodology - The customer satisfaction factors of customer support centers were derived through literature review and expert opinion surveys, and a questionnaire was developed through a process of the refinement of variables using pilot tests and 330 questionnaire sheets were distributed. The questionnaire sheets were collected and opinions in them were analyzed using fuzzy AHP methodology. Results - Three factors, which are turnover intentions, motivation, and job satisfaction, were derived as customer satisfaction factors of customer support centers, and the ranking relationships of these three factors were analyzed. In addition, the ranking relationships among six execution variables of turnover intentions, 10 execution variables of motivation, and 10 execution variables of job satisfaction were analyzed using fuzzy AHP methodology to obtain quite significant results. Based on the results of this study, three implications in the three strategic aspects and an implication in the academic aspects are presented. Conclusions - Motivation and job satisfaction, job satisfaction and turnover intentions, and motivation and turnover intentions are not formed by independent or different factors or environments. They are in the same context with each other (maintaining high correlations) and are in the relationships of virtuous circles in which they complement each other.
The purpose of this study is to inquire management satisfaction factors of cook, and to grope for the correlation of career, number of cook, income, and education. To attain the purpose of this study, questionnaire was developed through pilot test. Questionnaire scale was adopted 5 point. The SPSS package was utilized for the analyses of questionnaire. The method was Frequency analysis and Chi Square analysis. The results obtained from the above data-based analysis are concentrated on management satisfaction to cook, and management recruiting method.

This descriptive study was designed to find out the relation between nurses' perceptions of job-related empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The data was collected from 390 staff nurses in a tertiary hospital located in Seoul during the period of 2 weeks from October 6 to October 19, 2000 by means of structures questionnaire. Five instruments were used in this study included the Job Activity Scale(Laschinger et al., 1994, 1999), the Organizational Relationship Scale(Laschinger et al., 1994, 1999), The Conditions of Work Effectiveness Questionnaire(Chandler, 1986), the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire(Weiss et al., 1967) and the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire(Mowday et al., 1979). The results were summarized as follows: 1) The mean of the CWEQ was 49.56percentile, and the support was perceived higher(56 percentile) than the other subscales, opportunity, information and resources. The mean of the MSQ was 49.4 percentile and the OCQ was 54.02 percentile. 2) Nurses' perception of job related empowerment was significantly related to job satisfaction(r=.650, p<.001), and organizational commitment(r=.458, p<.001). And the job satisfaction was related significantly to organizational commitment(r=.426, p<.001). Job satisfaction(r=.583, p<.001) and organizational commitment(r=.426, p<.001)have higher relation with the opportunity subscales of the CWEQ than the others. 3) The significant difference was found in the nurses' perception of the empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment according to the age group, length of nursing career and ward. 4) Results of the stepwise multiple regression shows that the nurses' perception of the empowerment and organizational commitment explained 52% of job satisfaction, and also, the nurses' perceptions of the empowerment and job satisfaction explained 35% of organizational commitment. In conclusion, nurses' perception of the empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a strong relationship. The finding suggests the importance of the empowering nurses to increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to evaluate of Oriental Dermatology Clerkship in oriental medical clinic by using students' satisfaction questionnaire. Methods : In 2011, the evaluation of students' satisfaction was conducted by the Department of oriental dermatology, Dong-guk University College of Oriental Medicine. The questionnaire filled-up by 89 six-year students who completed the clerkship schedule of first semester. The questionnaire were consisted of 17 items. Results : Most of the students gave a positive evaluation to the overall clerkship. Especially the satisfaction level of professional guidance and practice environment was so high. But The problem was the lack of opportunity for direct participation. The most useful educational activities was performing clinical skills under faculty supervision. The most constraining activities was difficulty interacting with patients as a student. Conclusions : It is necessary to develop continuous program that provide for better quality clinical clerkship with oriental medical clinic.
This study surveyed Koreans' as well as foreigners' satisfaction about the size and appropriateness of size label for souvenir T-shirts currently selling in domestic and overseas countries. Questionnaire survey was conducted to 205 Koreans who located in overseas and foreigners who located in Korea. The questionnaire was composed with T-shirts purchasing, difficulties in size selection, and satisfaction of fitness and prepared in Korean and english version. The survey revealed that the most dissatisfaction with the size of souvenir T-shirts concerned difficulty in finding appropriate sizes due to discrepancy between size systems different among countries and actual T-shirt size. Particularly, the participants showed relatively low degree of satisfaction with the area of shoulders and necks. When the size satisfaction was compared across countries, there were significant differences in shoulder width, shoulder length, and neck circumference. The satisfaction with shoulder width was also different depending on gender. Female participants' satisfaction was significantly lower than that of male participants.
