대학교육 서비스품질의 중요도-만족도 분석 연구 (The Importance-Satisfaction Analysis of Service Quality in University)

  • Purpose: To increase the competitiveness of the university and improve the quality of education by providing education services that meet the student's satisfaction needs based on the education service quality survey of university students. Methods: A questionnaire consisting of 6 elements and 38 questions was prepared and students were surveyed. The importance and satisfaction ISA analysis was conducted. Results: The results of this study are as follows; there was a difference in the perception of importance and satisfaction by student characteristics regarding the results of educational service quality measurement. Working students need an extra effort in the educational environment and foreign students in student services. Conclusion: The importance of educational service quality-satisfaction survey should be used to identify the factors of educational service quality by student characteristics to improve student satisfaction, improve the quality of education, and support educational services with a strategic approach.

농산물 전자상거래의 고객만족도 측정 (Measurement of Customers Satisfaction in Agricultural E-Commerce)

  • The objectives of this investigation were 1) to measure the level of customers satisfaction in agricultural E-Commerce, 2) to identify the variables affecting customer satisfaction, and 3) to suggest ways to improve the level of user satisfaction in agricultural E-Commerce. The major findings of the research can be summarized as follows: 1) The result of ANOVA showed that there is no significant difference in the degree of customer satisfaction among groups of demographic characteristics such as gender. age, marriage, job, the level of education and the level of income. 2) The results of multiple regression analysis showed that four variables had significant effects on the degree of customer satisfaction: internet environment, product information, security, and price. Moreover, the six variables included in this study explained 61.5% of the degree of customer satisfaction.

풀터치 휴대폰의 플릭(Flick) 성능에 대한 평가 및 가이드라인 (Guidelines for Satisfactory Flick Performances in Touch Screen Mobile Phone)

  • The gesture 'Flick' is the most fundamental and important part for efficient interactions in the touch screen that are being extensively applied to mobile phones. This study investigated users' satisfaction of the flick operation in representative touch phones, and measured their performances with established three measures: gap between finger and initial cursor, the number of moved lists per 0.2 seconds, and the number of moved lists after ten continuous flicks. The measurement was performed with high speed camera and motion analysis software. The flick movement in mobile phone with high users' satisfaction showed that the gap between finger and cursor positions was less and the speed reached high within 0.6 seconds quickly and then was drastically slow down. Especially, maximal and common time intervals between continuous flicks were measured with an experiment. Based on the evaluation and measurement, several design guidelines for efficient flick performances were suggested.

도서관이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향의 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Measurement of the Influence of Libraries on the Quality of Life)

  • 본 연구에서는 도서관에서 제공하는 서비스 만족도가 소득고용, 교육, 문화여가, 가족공동체, 시민참여, 안전환경, 주관적 만족도로 구성되는 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 공공도서관 이용자들을 대상으로 설문을 수행하였으며, 측정도구의 정규분포 정도(왜도와 첨도)와 타당성 및 신뢰도 검증을 하였다. 첫째, 도서관 서비스 만족도가 소득 및 고용 부분의 삶의 질에 부분적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 도서관 서비스 만족도는 삶의 질 중 교육부분에 부분적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 도서관에 대한 종합적인 만족도는 삶의 질 중 문화/여가/건강 등에 대한 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 도서관의 프로그램서비스, 종합적 부분에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 가족·공동체 만족도 역시 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 도서관의 프로그램서비스와 종합적 부분이 높아질수록 시민참여는 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 도서관의 프로그램서비스에 대한 만족도가 증가할수록 안전/환경에 대한 만족도 역시 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 도서관의 공간/장소서비스와 도서관에 대한 종합적인 만족도가 높을수록 주관적 만족도는 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 도서관에 대한 각종 지원을 통해 국민의 삶의 질 및 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

주부의 자아 존중감과 가사 노동에 대한 태도 및 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Relation Between Self-Esteem and Attitude Toward Household Work and its Satisfaction.)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relations between housewife's self esteem and attitude toward household work its satisfaction and to find out how independent variables(housewife's age, education level, employment, household work helper, type of family) have effect on the two dependent variables. The measurement of self-esteem was based on the self-concept test standarized by Jung Won Sick, reformed the Fitts measurement for Korean Society. In order to measure of attitude toward household work and its satisfaction, based on the previous research, researcher made the measurement . the research was conducted on 234 housewives in Seoul in September 1984. Data was analyzed by percentage, mean, frequence analysis of variances, Pearson's correlation coefficient. The result can be summarized as following. 1)Over on half of housewives have high self-esteem comparatively. 2) Age and education level were variables to have influence n the attitude toward household work. 3)The attitude toward household work and its satisfaction comparatively were high. 4)Education level and type of family were variables to have influence on the attitude toward household work. Education level, employment and household work helper were variables to have influence on the satisfaction of house hold work. 5) Level of Self-esteem has influence on the attitude toward household work and its satisfaction. The higher level of self-esteem was, the higher becomes the score of the attitude toward house hold work and its satisfaction. Following suggestions can be extracted form the results of above study. 1) research of housewife's self-esteem didn't established a setted theory yet. I think, therefore, it requires deeper study about housewife's household work look upon as her occupation and relation between the household work as her occupation and her self-esteem in this area. 2) Population and sociological variables, used in this study, hardly influenced on self-esteem, the attitude toward household work and its satisfaction. Also the result didn't correspond with one another. So I think it requires need of further study how psychological and family function variables will have influence on housewife's self-esteem, the attitude toward household work and its satisfaction. 3) To recognized the value of household work objectively, many researchers tried to investigate of economical value of household work, But if housewife can realize her self-actualization through household work, it requires the study that try to objectively not only estimate the economic value of household work, but also the contribution of the aspect of family psychology.

정보시스템 통합 서비스의 품질요인 및 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors and Measurement of Quality of System Integration Service)

  • This study addresses the development of a quality measurement of information systems integration(SI) service. Several dimensions which affect on quality of systems integration service have been identified and tested. Also, a measurement tool(questionnaire) of the factors has been developed. To achieve above purpose, extensive literature review and in-depth interview with several SI managers and customers were used. We suggested the analysis framework including performance variables such as quality, customer satisfaction, intention of renewal contract, and contribution to better customer's information system and the quality factors as well. To verify the research framework, collected data from the survey was analyzed statistically. The data from 73 respondents was used for analysis. Consequently, we identified eight factors and developed a 41-item instrument with Likert 5 points to measure the quality of SI service. It was proved that the 41-item instrument suggested in this study was very useful to measure the performance of SI service such as quality and customer satisfaction. Also it was shown that the instrument measured intention of renewal contract and contribution of customer's information system well.

다구찌 방법을 적용한 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 서비스 품질 측정 방법론 (A Methodology on Measuring Service Quality of Internet Shopping Mall using Taguchi Method)

  • Recently, the severe competition in the internet shopping mall has forced firms to increase the customer satisfaction and to enhance service quality Despite the internet shopping mall's fast and superficial growth and extraordinary potential, study on (actors affecting service quality based on its characteristics is meager. Most researchers have studied on the service quality related with the internal shopping mall by just applying measurement items in internet environment. This paper tries to analyze whether the internet shopping mall can be reorganized by introducing factors of service quality specifically with reference to the internet showing mall. In addition, this study focuses on developing the method to measure the service quality more effectively. For this purpose, this study applies the Taguchi Method using quality loss function (QLF) which can be used to measure quality quantitatively. The proposed method provides the measurement of the internet shopping mall's service quality and offers to the practitioner a measurement tools suitable for service industry.

차세대 유무선통신망의 QoE 측정 및 관리를 위한 프레임워크의 제안 (A Framework of QoE Measurement and Management for Next Generation Wired/Wireless Communication Networks)

  • The Quality of Experience (QoE) of next Generation wired/wireless network services based upon IP networking is becoming a popular issue in recent years. The user experience of Internet services such as IPTV, online game, web surfing and etc, are becoming the most desirable factors to service providers to improve service performance and customer's satisfaction. However, collecting user experience from customers and obtaining the QoE parameters from the Quality of Service (QoS) parameters such as bandwidth, delay, jitter or admission control algorithm, are difficult subjects because of the various service types and user characteristics. In this paper, we propose a framework which contains service classification, QoE analysis and service enhancement steps for a suitable QoE measurement and management protocol. We define the user satisfaction indicators of the Internet services, classify the categories of each type of services, and analyse the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in each type of services to perform the QoS parameters and improving the service qualities.

골프장 서비스품질, 고객만족과 재이용 의도간의 관계 (The Relationship of the Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Re-use Intention in Golf Culb)

  • This research analysed the Interaction which focus on service quality perception, customer satisfaction, re-use intention in the golf club. First of all, we review the existing literature on measurement of service quality and management. As a result of this review and survey of the employer in golf club, thirteen factors emerged as important to the service management of the golf club; Reservation and Access(RSNA), Golf Course and Convenience Facilities(GCNF), Personal Services(PSER) and After Services(ASER). The structural equation model was utilized for analyzing the influence of service quality factors upon the customer satisfaction and re-use intention. Results show that service quality factors have a statistically significant impact on the customer satisfaction of the golf club. RSNA and GCNF investigated the factors influencing on the satisfaction degree of the customers. But the GCNF and PSER were not significant. Especially, GCNF factors directly influenced on the customer satisfaction and also indirectly impact on the intention of using again.

공공서비스 중간고객의 품질, 만족, 신뢰의 인과모형 분석 (Analyzing the Causal Relationship between Qualities, Satisfaction, and Trust in Public Services: an Intermediary Customer Perspective)

  • From the perspective of employees working for public service agencies, we analyzed the causal relationship between service quality, relationship quality, design quality, customer satisfaction, and trust in public services. We conduct statistical analyses on the quality attributes we derived from a critical incident technique(CIT) analysis and build a measurement model, which has a second-order hierarchical structure. Survey data was collected from social work, childcare, and healthcare services. Using a structural equation modeling method, we identify a causal model and simultaneously estimate factor loadings and path coefficients. We find that all the quality dimensions are antecedents to satisfaction and then satisfaction precedes trust. The results show that service quality and design quality mediate in parallel the effect of relationship quality on satisfaction and both relationship and design qualities have stronger effects on satisfaction rather than service quality.
