낙하물 방지망 및 추락 방호망의 설치방법에 관한 고찰 (A Consideration of Installation Method of Debris Net and Horizontal Safety Net)

  • In the Public Notice No. 2019-15 of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the safety net and regulations on them have been deleted. The performance criterion of the debris net, which also functions as a horizontal safety net in the regulations on the criteria of occupational safety and health, is unclear. When installing a debris net that also functions as a horizontal safety net, a net that meets the performance criteria of KS F 8082 must be installed in accordance with KOSHA C-31-2017. The Korean Standard Specification for Construction Works, which specifies debris net and horizontal safety net, should be revised as soon as possible.

Comparison of Restaurant Distribution Entrepreneurs' Pressure on Business Failure and Entrepreneurial Intention

  • Purpose - This study aims to exploratorily analyze relationship among pressure on business failure, social safety net perception, and entrepreneurial intention targeting potential business founders - pre-entrepreneurs and re-entrepreneurs. Research design, data, and methodology - Out of 450 collected surveys, 386 were used for analysis. Among these, 216 were from pre-entrepreneurs and 170 were from re-entrepreneurs. Frequency analysis, reliability and validity analysis, and regression analysis were performed. Results - In analysis of pre-entrepreneur and re-entrepreneur's pressure on business failure and social safety net perception, objective environment perception - a subfactor of social safety net perception - had statistically significant difference between the two potential entrepreneur groups. Conclusions - We categorized potential entrepreneurs into pre-entrepreneurs and re-entrepreneurs. Also, the current study suggests importance of social safety net to vitalize food service business startup by validifying its mediating effect between pressure on business failure and attitude towards restaurant business establishment. This research also established groundwork for future studies on ways to improve entrepreneurial intention or startup business sustainability by deducing social safety net perception difference between pre-entrepreneurs and re-entrepreneurs. This study was able to analyze relationship between those two groups in terms of entrepreneurial intention and startup business sustainability.

연안개량안강망어선의 조업 시스템 개선이 선원들의 작업 안전과 작업부하에 미치는 영향 (Effects of improvement of fishing operating system on a coastal improved stow net fishing vessel on the work safety and workload of seafarers)

  • This paper is the result of a comparative analysis of crew members' workloads using the EMG and OWAS methods according to the fishing process before and after the improvement of the operating system of the experimental vessel, with the aim of improving operational efficiency and safety work of coastal improved stow net fishing vessels. The target crew members were three people with at least five years of experience on board the same fishing vessel as the experimental vessel. After improving the operating system, such as installing a power block crane and two capstans, change the location of the ball-roller, the time required for setting and hauling work decreased (p < .01), and the evaluation results by OWAS showed that the overall workload for setting and hauling net work decreased. The results of muscle activity analysis showed a decrease in lashing anchor work (p < .01) in the case of hauling net and in anchor dropping work in the case of setting net (p < .001). It is judged that the use of ball rollers in net handling has been reduced; consequently, work safety has been improved.

설문을 통한 안강망어선에 승선하는 선원의 위험인식 조사 (Risk awareness survey of fisher on stow net fishing vessel using a questionnaire)

  • The questionnaire survey was carried out to collect basic data to identify the cause of the risk that did not appear in the current data provided by the fishermen's occupational accidents of the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperative (NFFC) to the onsite specialist, such as a fishing master, chief engineer and fisher in stow net fishing vessel from June to July 2018. The results are as follows. A total of 134 cases were surveyed, including 53 cases in Yeosu, 44 cases in Mokpo, 30 cases in Boryeong and 7 cases in Gunsan. Approximately 60% of the respondents on board the stow net fishing vessel were more than 20 years old, and the boarding experience was seasoned and suitable for the respondents. In the 4M analysis by safety accident factor during fishing work, the mechanical factors included 51 cases (25.0%) of decrepit equipment or poor maintenance and 49 cases (24.0%) of systemic error of fishing equipment. The environmental factors exhibited 71 cases (33.5%) of poor communication by mixed manning of foreign fishermen and 63 cases (29.7%) of poor environment such as heavy weather etc. The human factors showed 78 cases (37.3%) of personnel's carelessness and 45 cases (21.5%) of unskillfulness of operating net and haulers. The management factors exhibited 59 cases (32.1%) of work practice of poor safety precautions and 56 cases (30.4%) of inadequacy of education on hazard factor. The results are expected to contribute to the creation of a safe operating environment for stow net fishery, such as a fisher boarding a stow net fishing vessel, enabling the analysis of major causes of working safety accidents by cause.

  • This paper is intended as an investigation of Build-up Method of SCM Connection applying EC Standard(Rossetta-net) to reduce the integration effort, and improve extensibility and interoperability of an eBusiness infrastructure.-Intiative way for I-commerce applications to quickly incorporate new standards. Let me summarize the main points that have been made in this paper. The sharing information for connection and the Rosetta-net standard of the existing SCM system, and PIP 3A4, order management module, of the Rosetta-net specifications for connection by the Rosetta-net. Lastly, That shows the process of the gateway for connecting among the existing SCM systems.

농작업 편이장비 안전인증의 비용-편익 분석 (Cost-benefit Analysis in Certification of Devices and Equipments Used in Farm Work)

  • This study focuses on the benefit-cost analysis of certification of more than eight hundred devices and equipments used primarily in farm work. Specifically, EPA-suggested averting behavior approach was used for the analysis. Cost-benefit analysis indicates that there will be a net cost of 30 billion won for the first year since the introduction of the certification system. It is expected, however, that net benefit of 568 billion won after 11 years and the accumulated net benefit will reach to 3,867 billion won. These results validate the introduction of safety certification systems for devices and equipments used in farm work sites.

  • Bsusiness-to- Business transactions requires interactions between diverse application s and business. This gives rise to the need to for a common standard and protocol for exchanging busienss messages. and RosettaNet is the leading industry organization focused on developing B2B process standard for a global supply chain. This paper is intended as an investigation of Build-up Method of SCM Connection applying EC Standard(Rossetta-net) to reduce the integration effort, and improve extensibility and interoperability of an eBusiness infrastructure.-Intiative way for E-commerce applications to quickly incorporate new standards. Supply Chain Management (SCM) helps companies plan and execute supply to meet customer demand. The researches of modem scientists have thrown new light on the subject. but, The study of SCM for EC Standard has been strangely neglected by critics. Consequently, existing SCM system, which require to introduce the functions of EC, needs to be changed. Let me summarize the main points that have been made in this paper. The sharing information for connection and the Rosetta-net standard of the existing SCM system, and PIP 3A4, order management module, of the Rosetta-net specifications for connection by the Rosetta-net. Lastly, That shows the process of the gateway for connecting among the existing SCM systems. This provides felxibility in incorporating any new emerging open standard.

스티로폼이 거치된 낙하물방지망의 철근 낙하에 대한 관통 저항성 실험 (An Experimental Study on Penetration Resistance of Styrofoams Mounted on Falling Prevention Net for Re-bar)

  • There are many high-rise apartment building construction in Korea. There was an accident to pass through worker head by rebar dropped from height place. Therefore, low cost-high effectiveness method to prevent this type of accident should be revised and applied into the construction site. This study is to find out which method could be effectively applied to a site with low cost. Practical field test at 4th floor, 10th floor of apartment building site using re-bar diameter D10, D13, D16, D19, D22 with a length of 1 m, 1.5 m, 2 m, 2.5 m, 3 m which are common by used in a site. The test has also been done with a cover of styrofoam thickness 4.5 cm and thickness 9cm on field drop preventing net. One sheet of styrofoam thickness 45 mm has approximately two times stronger than only prevention net, It is found. Also, Two sheets have approximately two times stronger than one sheet of it.

고실업 저성장 시대의 사회적 안전망 구축에 관한 연구 - 생활보호제도의 개선을 중심으로 - (A Study of the Design of Social Safety Net in Korea -with Special Emphasis on the Livelihood Aid Programme-)

  • 국제통화기금에 구제자금을 신청한 1997년 11월 이후, 우리 나라 경제는 급속도로 저성장 고실업의 경제구조로 전환되어, 1995년 제1사분기 경제성장률(GDP)은 -3.8%로 하락하였으며, 실업률은 1998년 4월 현재 6.7%로 급상승하여 실업자 수가 143만 4천명에 이르고 있다. 이러한 미증유의 대량실업사태를 맞이하여 정부에서는 종합적인 실업대책사업을 공표하고 이를 추진하고 있으나, 전반적인 사회보장제도의 틀에서 접근하지 못하고 있기 때문에 한시적이고 미봉적인 수준에 그치고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 논문은 현행 생활보호제도의 개선을 통하여, 우리 경제의 성격과 규모에 맞는, 즉 재정적으로 가능하고 사회적으로 납득할 수 있는 수준의 사회적 안전망을 구축하는 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 제2장에서는 현 경제위기하에서의 실업의 구조와 동향을 살펴보고, 제3장에서는 현재 정부, 연구기관, 그리고 학계에서도 본격적으로 논의되지 않은 채 정치적인 수사에만 그치고 있는 사회적 안전망의 개념정의를 시도하고 제4장에서는 80년대 중반이후 세계은행(World Bank)과 국제통화기금(International Monetary Fund)에서 제3세계권과 동구권 국가를 대상으로 실시한 사회적 안전망 지원사업의 경험을 점fl하여 소개한다. 그러고 본 논문의 본론인 제5장에서는 생활보호제도의 개선을 통한 사회적 안전망의 구축방안을 3단계로 나누어 제시한다.
