한국형 고속전철의 주행조건에 따른 진동특성 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Vibration Characteristics due to the Running Conditions for Korean High Speed Train)

  • Korean High Speed Train (KHST) designed to operate at 350km/h has been tested on high speed line in JungBu site since it was developed in 2002. The dynamic performances of railway vehicle are generally stability, safety and ride comfort. The stability performance of KHST was proved that it is stable at 400Km/h through Roller Rig test. The safety and ride comfort need to be predicted the capability of it at 350km/h by the on-line test because KHST is testing at 300km/h up to now. Therefor, in this paper, the safety and ride comfort at 350km/h are predicted the performance using the acceleration results at 300kw/h and these results show that the KHST's dynamic performances are very good. Also, it illustrate the two cases occurred the abnormal vibration of KHST during some on-line tests. The first case is that the variation of vertical acceleration of wheel is analyzed when an abrasion occur on wheel. The second case is that the lateral acceleration of wheel, bogie and body are analyzed when the KHST is unstable at high speed. The occurrences of these special phenomena were due to the some faults of the suspension and braking systems and the faults were improved. In present, it is testing with safety.

도시철도차량의 가변편성을 고려한 고무완충기의 임계속도 평가 (An Evaluation of Critical Speed for Draft Gear using Variable Formation EMU)

  • In this study, we tried to derive the most severe scenario and its critical speed by 1-D collision simulation with a variable formation vehicle in order to prepare for the change of demand in Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 3, which is operated by fixed arrangement. After establishing various collision scenario conditions, the friction coefficient between the wheel and the rail was evaluated as 0.3, which is considered to be severe. As a result of analysis according to all scenarios, the most severe scenario conditions were confirmed by comparing rubber shock absorber performance and vehicle collision deceleration. In addition, a typical wheel-rail friction coefficient was derived through accident cases, and the analysis was performed again and compared. Finally, the criterion of the critical speed in the condition of the friction coefficient of the normal wheel - rail condition was confirmed.

리브 형상을 갖는 반단면 프리캐스트 바닥판의 피로 안전성 평가 (Fatigue Safety Evaluation of the Half-Depth Precast Deck with RC Rib Panel)

  • In order to reduce the accidents occurring at construction sites, it is necessary to approach with harmonious measures considering various aspects such as systems, training, facilities, and protection equipments. Suggestion of safe construction method can be a good alternative. In the previous study, the half-depth precast deck with RC rib panel was proposed as an alternative method for safe bridge deck construction, and the performance required by the design code was verified through a four-point bending test. But the actual bridge deck is subjected to the repetitive action of the wheel load rather than the bending condition due to the four-point load. In this study, fatigue test was performed by repeating the wheel load $2{\times}10^6$ cycles to verify the safety of the half-depth precast deck with RC rib panel under actual conditions. As a result, fatigue effect due to repetition of wheel load was not significant in terms of serviceability such as crack width and deflection. In the residual strength test conducted after the fatigue test, the half-depth precast deck with RC rib panel failed by punching shear which is typical failure mode of bridge decks and the residual strength was similar to the punching strength of the RC and PSC bridge decks in spite of the fatigue effects.

궤도 및 교량 안전성을 고려한 열차 증속가능 속도대역 평가 (Evaluation on Allowable Vehicle Speed Based on Safety of Track and Railway Bridge)

  • In this study, the track-bridge interaction analysis was performed using an analytical model considering the track structure, thereby taking into account the linear conditions (R=650 m, cant variation $160{\pm}60mm$) and the dynamic characteristics of the bridge. As a result of the study, the allowable speed on the example bridge considered was calculated at 200 km/h based on vertical deflection, vertical acceleration, and irregularity in longitudinal level, but was also evaluated at 170km/h based on the coefficient of derailment, wheel load reduction, and lateral displacement of the rail head. It is considered desirable to set the speed 170km/h to the speed limit in order to secure the safety of both the bridge and the track. It is judged that there will be no problems with ensuring rail protection and train stability in the speed band.

인천국제공항철도 직통형 차량의 주행안전성 평가 (Estimation of Running Safety of Electric Multiple Unit for Express Train in Incheon International Airport Railway)

  • For the safety of railway, it should be evaluated for the running safety by measuring the derailment coefficient. Although railway has run the fixed and maintained rail, some of railway is derailed. This report shows the results that performed the static load test, wheelset manufacturing for test, main line running test on the basis of the derailment theory and experience. It is executed main line test to 120 km/h for estimating the running safety of express train in Incheon International Airport. As the test results, could confirm the curving performance and running safety of Incheon International Airport EMU from the results of the wheel unloading, lateral force, derailment coefficient etc. Derailment coefficient was less than 0.8, and lateral force allowance limit and wheel load reduction ratio were enough safe.

콘크리트 매립형 궤도를 운행하는 트램의 주행안전성 향상 기술 (Technologies for improving the running safety of a tram operating on the concrete embedded track)

  • 콘크리트 매립형 궤도를 운행하는 트램의 주행 안전성을 향상시키기 위해 핵심 구성품인 대차를 개발하고 제작하여 시험 차체와 조립한 후, 단거리 급곡선 급경사 궤도를 건설하고 시험운행을 실시하였다. 대차의 급곡선 주행 중 차륜 플랜지와 매립형 궤도의 간섭을 검토할 수 있는 산식을 제시하였고, 산식 결과에 따라 궤도를 설계하였다. 간략화된 계산식을 도출하여 곡선에서 탈선계수와 윤중감소율을 추정하였다. 단거리 급경사 급곡선 매립형 궤도에서 대차와 차체가 주행할 때에 차체의 가속도를 계측하였고, 영상 시스템을 통해 차륜과 궤도의 인터페이스 상태를 점검하였다. 계산 추정 결과에 따르면 차륜의 탈선계수와 윤중감소율은 안전기준 이하였는데, 실제 주행 시험 중에도 탈선은 발생하지 않았고, 가속도 계측 결과도 주행 안전기준을 만족하였다. 또한, 차륜과 궤도의 간섭은 발생하지 않았고, 영상 모니터링 결과도 차륜의 올라타기 등 탈선조짐은 발견되지 않았으며, 중앙의 피니언과 랙이 원활히 접촉하면서 양호한 주행안전성을 보여주고 있었다. 외부 소음 계측을 통해서 소음 기준을 만족하고 있음을 확인하였다.

  • This is a testing equipment system to analyze variation of creep force according to wheel-rail tread profile, running speed of vehicle, vertical and lateral force, wheel/rail contact point, attack angle and so on. The creep force affect vehicle derailment, especially climbing derailment. This system is composed of main frame, wheelset and rail disks driver, hydraulic actuator, controller, environmental chamber, safety system and so on.

  • In-Wheel System은 고성능의 전기모터를 Wheel에 직접 장착하여 파워트레인 요소를 모두 제거함으로써 차량시스템의 효율을 높인 시스템이다. 추후 친환경 차량에 적용할 수 있는 신개념의 플랫폼을 제공할 수 있는 고효율, 고성능 차량 시스템이기에 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있다. 이러한 시스템의 급증은 우리 생활의 안전과 직결되므로 개발단계에서 부품의 신뢰성을 확인하고 인증하여야 한다. 신뢰성이란 "부품이나 시스템이 주어진 환경에서 고장 없이 일정기간 동안 요구기능을 수행하는 특성"이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 In-Wheel System의 핵심 부품인 In-Wheel Motor를 신뢰성 평가 중 하나인 내구 수명에 대한 검증 방안을 In-Wheel Motor의 운전 조건으로부터 가감속 토크 및 실효토크를 계산해서 이를 바탕으로 가속수명시험을 위한 속도 패턴을 제안하여 시험시간을 단축하고, 또한 In-Wheel Motor의 수명 신뢰성을 검증한다.

  • The creation of automotive systems of active safety with intelligent functions needs the use of new control principles for the wheel and automobile. One of such directions is the pre-extreme control strategy. Its aim is the ensuring of wheel's work in pre-extreme, stable area of tire grip wheel slip dependence. The simplest realization of pre-extreme control in automotive anti-lock brake systems consists in the threshold and gradient algorithms. A comparative analysis of these algorithms, which has been made on 'hardware in-the-loop' simulation results of the braking for bus with various anti-lock brake systems (ABS), indicated their high efficiency.
