The study, on the one hand, reflects the recent social interest in crisis management including user safety and library disaster preparation, and, on the other hand, presents a detailed safety management manual that is a reference for library work sites concerning accidents that may occur in public libraries. The proposed safety management manual consists of safety management elements for the four areas of 'safety management planning', 'safety management for each crisis type', 'information resource restoration', and 'safety management checklist', as well as their detailed sub-categories. This allows each public library site to use the manual to establish safety management plans according to their situation and educate their employees.

This study is aimed to investigate the occupational safety and health management of contractor company in the car industry. The questionnaire survey was conducted on the suppliers and contractors of car industry. Data were collected from 10 contractor companies and their 291 contractor companies(each outside and inside company). From the survey result, it was found that the level of all-round safety and health management is above the average. To strengthen the relationship for safety and health management, it is needed that the supplier company employ the person in exclusive charge to support contractor. Also it is needed the active support of the contractor company and needed that the supplier company employ the person in exclusive charge to support contractor. Finally, Many of the problems associated with the safety and health management by strengthening contractor company responsibility will have to be solved simultaneously.

There are much dangerous machine in worksite. These make the rate of accidents increase. Specially, among them, the Press work has the highest rate of accidents. Therefore, it has been managed by Industrial safety-health law. It is very important to make a special study of work using the dangerous machine. In press work, it is also important to develop safety system program to improve productivity and work safely, In this reaserch, the safety management system is built for the work improvement of the Press. The small-and-medium sized construction sites are in weak state of safety management because of the variable working environments, the lack of safety techniques and the weak economic conditions, and industrial accidents of these sites were occupied 60％ of the total construction accidents. Recently, the safety engineer's number are not to be enough at the small-and-medium sized construction sites. Therefore, the safety engineer's works are addition to more and more. This paper is a development of the integrated program which using composition of construction safety management expenses. It is an management tool which helps to saving time of construction safety engineer. A method of development composition, to used Brain Storming for a place of meeting to construction safety management counselors.

The incidents related to transporting hazardous materials may cause serious impacts on neighborhood and surrounding areas. It is essential to have a real-time safe management system for incidents prevention of transporting hazardous materials. Currently, the system is not integrated into one channel, which makes it difficult to control an incidents response. Another problem is that event status is not appropriately shared among authorities having responsibilities taking down the incidents. This paper investigates previous studies covering the real-time safety management system for hazard material transports and suggests an integrated management system that helps communicate effectively and promptly.

In this study, actual status of safety management for the objects of 173 university, government research institution, and corporate affiliated research center was carried out through questionnaires. For unexpected accident status according to kinds, scale, and types of laboratories, frequency analysis using cross analysis and multiple replies analysis was used. The result of this study is judged to be used for laboratory safety education prevention programs, laboratory environment improvement, investment or improvement of laboratories through the actual safety management status of laboratories such as vulnerable works for generation of unexpected sudden accidents according to kind, scale, and type of laboratories, period of occurrence, prevention education, necessity for preliminary test, and cause of laboratory accidents.

In the future, all kinds condition of industrial safety is a primary need in all advanced countries in which workplace safety is an issue. Furthermore, the increasing complexity of production systems and the rapidity of technological innovation have consolidated the recognition of the strategic value of safety, alongside the traditional competitive factors such as quality, costs, delivery time and flexibility, In this paper, the some critical issues of changes and counter-plan in an adequate safety management were identified by above considerations as follows： needs of systematic identification and analysis of safety factors； requirements to define priorities and budgeting to support the decision-making process; and needs of audit activities and indicators which measure company performance in terms of safety improvements, and so on.

In spite of lab safety act for over 10 years, over 100 safety accidents in the laboratory have been constantly occurring. The ideal safety management system is to prevent accidents by differential classifying and managing laboratory regulatory materials according to the risk level. In order to approach this system, in-depth interviews with safety managers were first conducted to identify the current status of safety management in domestic university laboratories. And then through comparative analysis of safety management systems in domestic and foreign laboratories, a new regulatory substance classification standard based on the analysis of the hazards and the classification of risk grades, and a safety management system are proposed. From this study, it will contribute to the creation of a safe laboratory environment by differential classification and management laboratory regulatory materials based on the risk level.

Based on this research trend, this paper tried to review the relationship between safety climates and safety compliance. Based on the responses from 385 manufacturing workers, this paper reviewed the relationships among safety climates, safety motivation, and safety compliance. The results of statistical analysis showed that all safety climate factors(management involvement, leadership, safety training, precaution activities, safety system) have affirmative effects on safety motivation and safety compliance. Also, safety motivation appeared to have mediating effects on the relationship between 5 safety climate factors and safety compliance. Especially it appeared to have full mediating effects on the relationship between safety training/ safety system and safety compliance.
