The purpose of this study is localization of safety relief valves for Nuclear Service. The safety relief valve is the important equipment used to protect the pressure vessel, the steam generator and the other pressure facility from overpressure by discharging the operating medium when the pressure of system is reaching the design pressure of the system. We developed design technology used FEM ' CFM about safety relief valve for Nuclear Service according to ASME (or KEPIC) Code and KHNP's Technical Specification. To prove validity of a design technology, actually, we manufactured and inspected and tested the sample products designed according to a developed technology. The capacity qualification test was achieved according to requirement of ASME(or KEPIC) Code by NBBI and the functional qualification test was achieved according to ASME QME-1 for operating condition in technical specification of KHNP by NLI. Therefore we have to achieve the development of safety relief valves for Nuclear Service with our own technologies.

MANET( Mobile Ad Hoc Network)은 노드들의 자유적인 이동을 지원하고, 고정된 인프라에 의존하지 않으며, 신속한 네트워크 구축이 가능한 점 등 다양한 장점들이 있는 반면 보안에 있어서는 많은 문제점이 존재한다. 특히 보안에 있어서 기존의 전통적인 인증서비스는 안전성, 확장성, 가용성 등의 이유로 MANET 환경에는 적용하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 MANET상의 인증서비스에서 Secret Sharing방식과 Threshold Digital Signature방식을 이용하여 안전하고, 효과적인 분산 인증서비스를 제안하였다. 제안된 분산 인증서비스 방안에서는 MANET을 구성하고 있는 모바일 노드들 중 일정한 수량의 안전성이 비교적 높은 노드들을 특권노드로 설정하고, 이러한 특권노드들로부터 인증서 발급이 진행된다. 인증서발급의 역할을 특권노드들에게 부여한 분산 인증시스템은 기존의 Centralized Architecture, Hierarchical Architecture에서 노드 하나의 침해로 인해 네트워크 전체의 보안에 손상을 입히는 문제점을 해결하였으며, 개인키에 대한 부분 비밀정보들을 가지고 있는 노드의 수가 줄어들면서 기존의 Fully Distributed Architecture에서의 개인키 노출 위험성을 줄여준다. 네트워크 시뮬레이션을 통해서 제안한 인증서비스 방식의 성능, 가용성을 평가하였으며, 시스템 파라메타간의 관계를 분석하였다.

항공기 추진시스템 전동화, 분산추진기술, 자율지능기술의 발달로 전기추진 수직이착륙 항공기(eVTOL: Electric Vertical Take-off and Landing)를 활용한 도심항공교통서비스 구현 가능성이 높아짐에 따라 미국, 유럽 등 항공선진국들에서 전기추진 수직이착륙 항공기에 대한 인증제도 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 2019년 유럽항공안전청이 수직이착륙 항공기를 위한 새로운 기술기준 SC-VTOL을 고시하는 등 근시일 내 인증제도 마련이 예상되나 국내 인증제도는 eVTOL 항공기의 개발과 시장 운용에 대비가 미비하다. 본 연구에서는 해외 eVTOL 개발과 인증제도 마련 동향을 조사하고, 미국/유럽의 제도개선 방향을 분석하여 국내에 관련 인증제도 마련을 위한 고려사항을 분석하였다. 이 후 SC-VTOL과 현행 국내 항공기기술기준을 비교분석하고 국내 eVTOL 항공기 형식증명/형식증명승인을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 의료기관 인증 제도를 받은 요양병원 내부 구성원과 양방병원의 내부구성원 297명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 인증을 받은 전과 후 차이를 비교 분석하여 구성원 만족도, 직무스트레스, 의료서비스향상이 병원운영 효과에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 요양병원의 병원운영효과는 구성원 만족도와 의료 서비스향상이 높을수록, 병원운영효과는 높아짐을 볼 수 있으며, 양방병원의 경우, 구성원 만족도와 의료 서비스 향상이 높을수록, 직무스트레스는 낮을수록 병원운영효과는 높아짐을 볼 수 있다. 의료기관인증제도의 기본가치 체계가 환자 안전과 의료의 질 향상인 만큼 요양병원은 의무적 인증으로 인증제의 효과가 양방병원보다 높게 나타났을 것으로 사료된다.

The catastrophic collapse of the in-boiler scaffolding system in the two thermal power plants occurred in March and April 2012. After site investigation and document review, it was found that the specialized scaffolding system was imported for overhaul & maintenance and that the system did not get the safety certification at the import. In this regard, this study developed & proposed an access platform and a support for the vertical tube section of the super heat as well as a variable-length platform for the horizontal tube section, satisfying the domestic certification standards. The access platform was developed to be easy to handle by the worker with a weight of about 0.069 kN, which could reduce the risk of falling accidents and workers' musculoskeletal diseases. For the variable-length platform, it is possible to cope with various changes in length between the horizontal tubes associated with the increase of rigidity in the overlapping and the elimination of the protrusion.

화재로 인한 인명 피해를 줄이기 위해, 화재 대피용 방연마스크에 대한 관심과 보급이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 시중에 유통되는 방연마스크의 성능 인증 여부와 일반인들이 방연마스크를 적절하게 착용할 수 있는지에 관한 조사가 충분하지 않기 때문에, 방연마스크가 화재 현장에서 피난안전성을 실제로 높일 수 있는지 판단하기가 쉽지 않다. 본 연구는 방연마스크에 대한 일반 사용자의 인식 현황 및 사용 경험을 조사하고, 교육 필요성을 분석하였다. 또한 국내에서 유통 중인 방연마스크 제품들이 국내외 성능 기준에 따라 인증되고 있는지 조사하였다. 아울러 실험을 통해 방연마스크의 착용 신속성 및 활동 편의성을 평가하였다. 235명의 응답자 중 방연마스크를 실제 사용해 본 응답자는 22%에 그치고, 23%는 방연마스크를 모름에도 불구하고, 93%의 응답자는 방연마스크가 화재 피해를 줄일 수 있다고 기대했다. 국내에서 유통 중인 54개의 방연마스크 중 약 41%의 제품이 성능 인증을 받지 않은 것으로 조사 되었다. 국내외 다양한 성능 기준들 중에서 ASTM E 2952 및 KFIS 024만 방연마스크의 착용 신속성을 30초 이내로 규정하고 있다. 그런데 4가지 형태의 방연마스크를 대상으로 착용 신속성을 실험한 결과, 후드형 방연마스크와 자급식 방연마스크는 30초 이내로 착용하기 어려운 것으로 나타났다. 정화식 방연마스크에 비해 자급식 방연마스크를 착용하면, 의사소통의 어려움과 심리적/물리적 불편감을 더 많이 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 방연마스크의 착용 교육을 받은 경우, 착용 시간은 약 19%, 오착용 횟수는 약 89% 감소하여, 적절한 착용 교육과 훈련이 매우 중요하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

항공기의 개발에 있어 비행시험은 통상적으로 크게 민간용과 군용의 두 분류로 나눌 수 있다. 민간용 항공기의 비행시험은 해당 정부의 감항당국에서 제시하는 안전/성능 요구도를 항공기가 충족하는지 여부를 개발자가 확인하는 것이다. 이에 반해 군용항공기의 비행시험은 소요제기를 한 해당 정부의 요구도를 항공 기기가 충족하는지 여부를 개발자의 사전점검(DT: Developmental Test) 이후에 정부의 독립적인 평가팀에 의해 Operational Test(OT)가 수행되어 최종적으로 확인하는 과정으로 진행된다. 이 논문에서는 민수용 항공기와 군용항공기 각각의 목적상 추진되던 인증업무가 비용의 효율성 제고, 민간항공기의 군용화 추세에 따라 민간항공기 인증방안을 사용해 군용항공기의 감항인증을 추진하는 선진국의 최신동향을 살펴보고 국내의 여건 및 향후 발전발향을 제시하고자 한다.

Recently, production-consumption quantity and market size of environment-friendly agricultural products(EFAP) have been increased. Consumers have demanded food safety and nutrition of EFAP, but in the near future they will need many kinds of item, relatively low price and high quality. So producers have to make an effort for down-cost, increasing items and developing technical know-how, which can be attained by producer/region organization. Correlation coefficient between the recognition degree for certification system and purchasing amounts at a time is higher than other ones. Therefore public information works using the TV and newspaper must be promoted all the more about certification system. And if the consumer’s satisfaction level of EFAP purchased gets higher, the quantity demanded will be increased more. And consumer’s trust on EFAP is derived from certification system or close relation between producers and consumers. Thus the most important thing of marketing strategies for EFAP is continuously to focus on explanation and information works on certification system by region in metropolitan area. Also, it necessary to introduce green marketing principles and apply to strategies item type. Namely those need to establish target market segmentation And marketing strategy stages according to the green degrees of market And commodity.
