For the certification of aircraft and part, it must be show the compliance with applicable requirements through system safety assessment. The safety assessment process should be planned and managed to provide the necessary assurance that all relevant failure conditions have been identified and that all significant combinations of failures which could cause those failure conditions have been considered. Complex systems, especially aircraft, should take into account any additional complexities and interdependencies which arise due to integration. In all cases involving integrated systems, the safety assessment process is of fundamental importance in establishing appropriate safety objectives for the system and determining that the implementation satisfies these objectives. This study review the safety assessment for the certification process of the aircraft engine system and analyze turbo-fan engine by fault analysis method for compliance with airworthiness requirement of aircraft engine system.

Quality management has been recognized as an important means to secure business competitiveness for management environment changes and competitiveness reinforcement. An effort of an ISO 9001 certification has thought that it is the best way to practice quality management. This paper checks a quality management situation of manufacturing companies that acquired ISO 9001 certification. Then, this paper investigates whether quality management is actual1y contributing to production performance and proposes proper alternatives for an improvement of production performance.

Purpose: To attain advanced performance certification, safety aspects along with functionality and performance are essential. Hence, this study suggests radiation leakage assessment methods for aviation security equipment during its performance certification. Methods: Detection technology guided the choice of radiation leakage assessment targets. We then detailed measurement and evaluation methods based on equipment type and operation mode. Equipment was categorized as container or box types for establishing measurement procedures. Results: We've developed specific radiation leakage assessment procedures for different types of aviation security equipment, crucial for ensuring airport safety. Using these procedures allows efficient evaluation of compliance with radiation leakage standards. Conclusion: The suggested radiation leakage assessment method aims to enhance aviation security and reliability. Future research will focus on identifying risks in novel aviation security equipment detection technologies and establishing safety standards.

In order to distribute machinery to European Union, it is mandatory to get CE marking to ensure the machinery is safe and reliable. The EHSR(Essential Health and Safety Requirements) of the EC Machinery Directive requires the machinery to be designed and manufactured to prevent from any dangerous situation. This study presents a case of CE Certification in Back Cover Nut Insert Machine and introduces an improvement method of product safety and reliability. This study also presents how to eliminate the deficiencies in design and manufacturing, and the process of applying EHSR for CE Marking.

Certification is the process of issuing a certificate to indicate conformance with a standard, a set of guidelines or some similar document. Any organization or individual may issue a certificate. In some cases a certificate may be required for legal reason. In such circumstance the certificate takes on the role of a licence from a statutory authority. In railway industry safety has always been the first concern. To achieve certification, specific safety management is required. In this paper, different types of safety management process through out the world are mentioned, and safety management structure appropriate to our circumstance is represented.

Until now, The Market of aviation parts had led by OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts because of aviation industry's nature required higher reliability and safety. But recently, The interest about PMA parts in aviation market is increasing continuously with various environmental changes, such as economic stagnation, oil price rise, development of the manufacture technique and newly rising market of Asia-Pacific region. So, this paper introduces the trend and the requirements of FAA PMA / EASA EPA in order to enhance understanding for certification for aviation parts.

본 연구에서는 어린이놀이시설의 안전관리를 합리적으로 하기 위해 현재 적용되고 있는 어린이놀이시설 안전관리 관련법규를 조사 분석하여 문제점을 밝히고 개선방안을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 어린이놀이시설 안전관리의 기본법인 "어린이놀이시설 안전관리법" 및 "품질경영 및 공산품안전관리법"과 "도시공원 및 녹지 등에 관한 법률", "주택법", "아동복지법", "영유아보육법", "건설기술관리법" 등을 분석대상으로 하여 첫째, 어린이놀이시설 안전관리와 관련된 법률의 조항을 도출하여 분석하고, 둘째, 조경산업의 활동영역과 일치하게 어린이놀이시설의 제품개발, 설계, 시공, 유지관리의 전체적인 흐름에 기초하여 단계별로 법규의 적용 특성과 불합리한 문제점을 밝혀냈다. 마지막으로 바람직한 어린이놀이시설 안전관리체계를 운영하기 위한 개선방안을 제시하였으며, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 분석 결과 "어린이놀이시설 안전관리법"을 제정하고 안전검사기준 및 안전인증기준을 준비하면서 전문성이 있는 조경분야의 참여가 부족하였고, 소량 다품종의 특성을 갖는 어린이놀이시설의 특성과 어린이놀이행태에 대한 고려가 미흡하였다. 또한, 안전인증의 정기검사기간이 짧고, 사소한 변화에도 재인증을 받아야 하는 불합리한 점이 나타났으며, 제품검사와 공장심사의 중복과 수출입 놀이시설의 안전인증 중복, 설치검사의 "건설기술관리법"에 의한 품질관리 및 감리규정과 중복, 기 설치된 놀이시설의 설치검사 소급적용, 안전검사기관의 부족이라는 문제점이 도출되었다. 2. 바람직한 어린이놀이시설 안전관리를 위해 "어린이놀이시설 안전관리법"을 유지 발전시키고 관련법규와 상호조정을 통하여 종합적인 어린이놀이시설 안전관리체계의 구성이 필요하다. 또한, 안전인증 검사 기준을 우리나라의 실정에 맞도록 정비하는 동시에 국제적인 수준에 부합되도록 해야 하며, 안전인증 검사의 절차 방법을 합리화하여 안전인증 및 검사절차가 중복되거나 과다한 비용이 소모되지 않도록 하고 안전검사기관의 전문성 향상 및 안전검사기관의 확대가 필요하다. 향후 종합적인 어린이놀이시설 안전관리체계를 발전시키기 위해서는 현장에서 발생하는 문제점을 분석하여 관련법규의 재정비 및 법조항의 개정에 관한 심층적인 연구가 필요하다.

Single PPM Quality Innovation Program is to pursuit of defects below 10ppm in outgoing quality for strengthen the small and medium enterprise's competitiveness. This study aims to find that whether quality innovation promotion is significant or not in the ISO 9001 certification enterprises. To perform this research, we surveyed CEOs, managers and workers working for manufacturing business, we distributed 250 sheets totally and withdrew 171 sheets. We analyzed 135 sheets that we could use for this research using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 18.0 program.

After enterprise get a certification in acquisition, the core requirements of ISO/TS 16949 standard is pull out the Performance Indicators by process access approach during the settlement and operation of system, and the pulled key performance indicators classified into the customer intention process, support process and management process and analyzed the effect to the management result. This study conducted with following step. Firstly, preceding research, the literature and investigation analysis about process approach method which is the special characteristics of ISO/TS 16949 standard. Secondly, each process of ISO/TS 16949 standard is classified and deduced the key performance indicators followed process access method. Finally, get a enterprise survey data related to improvement of Performance Indicator and analyzed by SPSS statistical software.
