Purpose: To study aimed to examine the impact of the Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service on nursing work performance, nurse' job satisfaction, and patient safety. Methods: A total of 66 nurses were selected as participants, comprising 30 nurses working in Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service hospital ward, and 33 nurses working in a general hospital ward with a similar patient and disease group and distributed moderately. For data analysis, t-tests, ANOVA, and $X^2$ tests were conducted. Results: Nursing work performance in the Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service ward was higher than that in the general hospital ward, but this difference was not statistically significant. Conversely, job satisfaction was lower among nurses in the Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service ward, although again the difference was not significant. However, the Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service ward had a significantly lower rate of safety-related accidents in patients compared to the general hospital ward. Conclusion: In order to expand and improve patient safety and other aspects of the Nursing and Care=giving Integrated Service, there is a need to establish a mediation strategy for increasing nurses' work performance and job satisfaction.

This study aimed to evaluate how universal design principles are embodied in the Public Service Center. It will be used for planning the basic materials of the interior environmental design for Public Service Center facilities and for developing ways to improve interior environments in order for them to be conveniently used. In studying a method, we conducted an Universal Design check list to evaluate interior environment, targeting five Public Service Center facilities located in Gwangju Metropolitan city. This study investigated the Universal Design suitability of center interior Public Service Center on the basis of the tools for Universal Design check list which was composed of supportive design, adaptable design, communicability, safety-oriented design, and accessible design. Through theoretically considering the services of Gwangju's old city hall public service center, which got divided into common space, public service space, waiting space and informative material space. Evaluation on universal design application level showed that those with best universal design application are supportiveness and safety in public service space, communication efficacy and safety in waiting space and safety and accessibility in informative material space and acceptability in waiting space had the lowest application level.

Purpose: This study aims to compare and analysis job stress, patient safety culture, and patient safety management activities of nurses in comprehensive nursing care service wards and general wards. Methods: Through an online survey conducted on nurses with more than three months of working experience at five general hospitals in the metropolitan area, 156 participants's data were used for 𝜒²-test, t-test, ANOVA using SPSS ver. 26.0. Result: There were no significant differences in the nurses' job stress and patient safety management activities between the comprehensive nursing care service wards and general wards. However, the patient safety culture of nurses in the comprehensive nursing care service ward was significantly lower than that of general ward. Conclusion: Patient safety culture should be promoted through continuous regular patient safety education, training, and organizational support to increase patient safety management activities. Additionally, institutional programs should be prepared to reduce job stress of nurses at the frontline of patient safety.

본 연구는 간호 간병 통합서비스 병동에 근무하는 간호사의 직무 스트레스, 안전통제감과 환자안전관리 활동의 관련성을 파악하고, 직무 스트레스가 안전통제감과 환자안전관리 활동에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 2019년 3월 11일부터 4월 17일까지 4개 종합병원의 간호 간병 통합서비스 병동에 1년 이상 근무한 간호사 137명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 연구결과 직무 스트레스는 안전통제감, 환자안전관리 활동과 유의한 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무 스트레스는 안전통제감과 환자안전관리 활동에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호 간병 통합서비스 병동 간호사의 안전통제감과 환자안전관리 활동을 증진시키기 위해 직무 스트레스를 감소시키기 위한 근무환경 개선이 요구되며, 간호 간병 통합서비스 병동 간호사의 직무 스트레스 관리를 위한 다양한 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

The number of unmanned light rail train operators is continuously increasing in Korea. In a failure event during an operation due to the nature of the unmanned operation, recovery is performed based on the remote control. However, if remote recovery is not feasible, safety personnel arrive at the train to resume the train operation. There are regulations on safety personnel and the suspension time of the train operation. However, there is currently no rule for safety personnel deployment. Currently, railway operating organizations operate in three scenarios: safety personnel on board trains, stationed at stations, and deployed at major stations. Four major factors influence the downtime for each emergency response scenario. However, these four influencing factors vary too much to predict results with simple calculations. In this study, four influencing factors were considered as random variables with high uncertainty. In addition, the Monte Carlo method was applied to each scenario for the safety personnel deployment to predict train service downtime. This study found a 17% difference in train service suspension by safety personnel deployment scenario. The results of this study can be used in setting service goals, such as standards for future safety personnel placement and frequency of service interruptions.

u-안심서비스 시스템은 GPS가 내장된 이동통신 긴급호출단말기, 이동통신망, 안심서비스사업자, 중계시스템, CCTV관제센터를 운영하는 단체와 CCTV망을 통하여 연동하므로 긴급 호출 신호 발생 시 실시간으로 호출자의 위치를 추적하고, 또 해당위치에 있는 CCTV들을 관제하여 호출자를 추적하여, 구난에 필요한 다양한 정보들을 보호자, 경찰서, 소방서, 병원, 구호단체 및 지자체 등에 SMS나 유선으로 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 u-안심서비스 중계시스템의 프로토콜 표준화를 위해 새로운 프로토콜을 설계하고 구현하였다. 설계한 u-안심서비스용 프로토콜(Protocol)을 실제 3GPP 및 3GPP2 이동 통신망에 적용했을 때의 성능을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였다.
