  • Occupational Safety & Health Code requires to calculate Design Load and stress for the approval within thirty working days prior to initiating each construction site work This study is to develop an easy and useful program that each safety manager. Controller or engineers are able to make output for the above mentioned form structure analyses without knowledge or engineering background of it. Therefore. three, randomly selected. different major student and engineers verified if they could make output. really without the engineering background. And then some deficiencies are corrected after finding those from the program operation.

  • This study intend to make easy modification, even if there is a new job or structure change, by modularizing program and computerize and automation of production control management used in CIM. Under the condition where manager control production on the job-site, for increasing connection with other operation and management on the computer by monitoring center computer, Recognizing information by computer is needed, it is possible by converting transaction. So production increase and quality improvement are possible by diminishing manager's and producer's work with the result of the study combining POP and CIM, after that, in e-business and m-business period that every enterprise must pass, customer satisfaction and sales promotion are possible with employee's computerizing minds. These study result also can knowledge process condition with theoretical class and have a power in finding a solution with foundation of theoretical knowledge.

상급 종합병원 종사자들의 융합형 환자안전 문화 인식 (Awareness about Convergent Patient Safety Culture of Health Professional Working in Tertiary Hospital)

  • 최근 환자안전에 대한 관심이 점점 증가하고 환자안전 문제의 심각성이 대두되고 있는 시점에서 의료계의 환자안전에 관한 다양한 연구가 융합되어 많은 활동이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 의료기관에서 근무하는 다양한 직종의 의료종사자들의 환자안전 문화에 대한 인식을 측정하고 유용한 지표로 활용되고자 시도하였다. 의료종사자 총 180명을 대상으로 부서(병동) 및 병원의 환자안전 문화 인식, 직속상관/관리자, 의사소통과 절차, 환자안전 사건보고, 가장 위험하다고 생각되는 환자안전 사고에 관해 평가한 결과, 부서(병동)의 환자안전 문화 인식 영역은 보건직, 직속상관/관리자 영역은 간호직이 높은 결과를 나타냈고, 방사선사와 물리치료사는 낙상, 임상병리사와 간호사는 검사 전 중 후 오류를 가장 위험한 환자안전 사고로 인식하였다. 따라서 환자안전 문화 인식을 높이기 위해 경영진 및 실무자는 적절한 인력 확보, 직원 간 또는 부서 간 협조 시스템 및 안전관리 활동에 필요한 동기 부여에 더 많은 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.

산업재해통계기반 Risk 산정에 관한 연구 (A Case Study on the Estimation of the Risk based on Statistics)

  • Risk assessment techniques are processes used to evaluate hazardous risk factors in construction sites, facilities, raw materials, machinery, and equipment, and to estimate the size of risk that could lead to injury or disease, and establish countermeasures. The most important thing in assessing risk is calculating the size of the risk. If the size of the risk cannot be calculated objectively and quantitatively, all members who participated in the evaluation would passively engage in establishing and implementing appropriate measures. Therefore, this study focused on predicting accidents that are expected to occur in the future based on past occupational accident statistics, and quantifying the size of the risk in an overview. The technique employed in this study differs from other risk assessment techniques in that the subjective elements of evaluators were excluded as much as possible by utilizing past occupational accident statistics. This study aims to calculate the size of the risk, regardless of evaluators, such as a manager, supervisor, safety manager, or employee. The size of the risk is the combination of the likelihood and severity of an accident. In this study, the likelihood of an accident was evaluated using the theory of Bud Accident Chainability, and the severity of an accident was calculated using the occupational accident statistics over the past five years according to the accident classification by the International Labor Organization.

농작업 안전보건관리 전문가 양성과정의 교육과정 개발 (Development of Curriculum for Agricultural Work Safety and Health Management Specialist Training Course)

  • This study aims to develop a curriculum for nurturing experts who perform agricultural safety and health management tasks. This study was conducted in three stages. First, job definitions and job models of agricultural safety and health managers were derived through job analysis using the DACUM technique. Second, job demand analysis was conducted by conducting a survey on the difficulty, importance, and frequency of each task. Third, IPA analysis was performed as the first priority tasks of job demand analysis to present the courses and subjects of the training course for safety and health managers in agricultural work. The job of the agricultural safety and health manager was defined as "to conduct guidance and advice on safety and health education, risk factors, and evaluation and management of harmful factors to protect farmers' professional health and safety." The job model consisted of 4 tasks, 31 core tasks, and 67 detailed tasks. As a result of job demand analysis, there were 39 tasks in the 1st priority, 22 in the 2nd priority, and 6 in the 3rd priority. As a result of the IPA analysis, there were 13 'capacity development focused areas', 4 'capacity development effort areas', 11 'low priority areas', and 3 'continuous maintenance areas'.

요양병원 간호사의 윤리적 환경과 환자안전문화 (Ethical Climate and Patient Safety Competencies between Nurses in Long-term care Hospital)

  • 본 연구는 요양병원 간호사를 대상으로 윤리적 풍토, 환자안전문화를 확인하고, 환자안전문화에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구참여자는 D시의 요양병원 간호사 120명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 윤리적 의사결정 자신감은 3.45± .41점이었고, 일반적 특성에 따른 환자안전문화는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 연구대상자의 환자안전문화는 윤리적 풍토의 동료(r=.123, p<.001), 관리자(r=.241, p<.001), 병원(r=.241, p<.001)과 정적상관관계를 나타냈다. 대상자의 환자안전문화에 영향을 미치는 요인은 동료(β=.23, p=.003), 관리자(β=.55, p=.004), 병원(β=.43, p=.031)이었고, 설명력은 33.5%로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 요양병원 간호사의 환자안전문화에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 반복연구가 필요하다.

  • A total of eleven keywords for construction project management engineers to know about safety are as follows. Before the construction, there are two keywords as the safety organization plan and safety management plan, safety compliance, document beach, safety check, safety management fee, hazardous risk prevention plan, safety education, safety accident, seven keywords, There are two keywords of safety inspection comprehensive report, safety management document. It is necessary to understand the keywords well in accordance with the relevant time and to do the best in safety work, and it should be recognized that safety inspection is carried out every month and the safety work should be done faithfully.

  • 고층건물과 함께 다양한 건축물과 지하연계건축물 등 불특정 다수가 이용하는 복합건물들이 증가하고 있다. 특히, 초고층 건축물 등은 재난 시 다수의 인명피해와 많은 재산 피해를 동반하기 때문에 강화된 통합재난관리가 필요하다. 초고층재난관리법에서는 총괄재난관리자를 두도록 규정하고 다른 건축물보다 엄격한 안전관리업무를 수행하도록 하고 있다. 이에, 본 연구는 문헌연구와 전문가 검증을 통하여 총괄재난관리자의 직무만족도 예비조사를 위한 항목요인을 분석하여 제시하고자 한다.

  • The object of research is detecting and eliminating the unsafty factor in shortest time through a decision making simulation under uncertainty using simulation method The decision making simulation using C language Is used to analyze data from several factors which affects the crane breakdown under unsafe situation. Through this research, the following conclusions are obtained. first, the safety manager or the person can estimate the time required to handle the unsafe factors. Secondly, The decision making can be accomplished by minimizing the time required under uncertainty by analyzing them.
