In these days, hazards in laboratories are consistently increasing due to high technological advance in modern science. Efforts to prevent accidents in laboratories became law named [ACT ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SAFE LABORATORY ENVIRONMENT]. The law made laboratories more safely but it's not enough to keep up laboratory safety in advanced countries. To improve laboratory safety, this study reformed laboratory emergency response flow chart based on each emergency scenarios and its evaluated hazards in laboratories applied wireless hazard detecting equipments.

This is a study to evaluate the effects of the safety of ambulance driving and traffic accidents and to provide statistic information for the various factors to reduce the ambulance traffic accidents. The major instruments of this study were Korean Self-Analysis Driver Opinionnaire. This Questionnaire contains 8 items which measure drivers' opinions or attitudes: driving courtesy, emotion, traffic law, speed, vehicle condition, the use of drugs, high-risk behavior, human factors. The total of 145 divers were investigated ambulance drivers in Taejon City and others(6 City) from 2000. 5. July to 2000. 11. July. The data were analyzed by the path analysis - with SPSS and AMOS package program. The result are as follows : 1. It have suggested that risk factors of ambulance traffic accident much affected with emotion and speed control on safety ambulance driving(Y(Accident) = $0.88{\times}1$(Emotion Control) + $0.92{\times}2$(Speed) - $0.46{\times}3$(Traffic Law)+E). 2. It have suggested that risk factors of ambulance traffic accident much affected with emotion and speed control on safety ambulance driving(Y(Accident) = $0.398{\times}1$(Emotion Control) + $0.500{\times}2$(Speed) - $0.263{\times}3$(Traffic Law)+E) by coefficiecial structural analysis.

위험물들은 위험물의 사용, 저장 및 관리뿐만 아니라 수송시에도 많은 위험성을 내포하고 있어 많은 나라에서는 적당한 기준을 마련하여 특별히 관리하고 있다. 우리나라 철도 위험물 안전수송에 관한 철도안전법 개정을 위하여 국내 철도 위험물의 수송량과 종류를 분석하고 국내외 위험물분류기준을 비교하였다. 우리나라는 지리적으로 대륙을 연결하기 편리한 위치에 있어 향후 국경을 넘어 대륙을 횡단하는 국제법을 채택하는 것이 매우 유리하고, 수송되어야 할 물질의 종류가 다양해질 것을 대비하여 국제적으로 통용될 수 있는 위험물분류와 위험물판정방법을 채택하는 것을 제안하였다.

Middle domestic the occurrence size which stews recently from the Korean Peninsula circumference country is augmenting on a large scale about earthquake about safe countermeasure part from the existing Natural Countermeasure Law 2008. Refers with the Earthquake Disaster Countermeasure Law to be new standard contents establishment by law and strengthened in March. Consequently the research is propelled about electric equipment earthquake-proof plan and countermeasure. The present paper investigated an equipment by domestic facility present condition about the change disappointment electric equipment which can supply all the member in the building an investigation analysis about problem point and improvement fact. Also about overseas electric equipment investigated about earthquake-proof plan relation system and facility present condition. Investigated the electric equipment earthquake-proof plan pertinent data which is advanced from like this existing nation and the equipment and application direction must apply to domestic presented. With character presents following the guide about electric equipment earthquake-proof plan becomes feed with the fact that will be able to use.

대학은 산업안전보건법, 중대재해처벌법, 연구실안전법, 고등교육법 등의 다양한 안전관계법령에 적용을 받고 있으며 이들의 적절한 이행을 위해서는 실질적인 방안이 필요하다. 법령별 안전관리대응을 위해서는 전담조직 및 전문인력을 전담자로 두어 집중관리가 필요하지만, 상응하는 인력을 충분히 배치하기에는 재정적으로 어려운 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 대학안전관련 주요 법령의 요구사항을 반영하기 위해서 필요한 안전관리정책 항목들을 설정하고 우선순위에 대한 계층 분석법(AHP)을 통해 합리적 안전관리 방향을 제시하였다.

Recently, International Standardization is an important issue in competitive world market because of integration of standard, liberalization of international trade and globalization. Consequently, Korean companies need a strategy about corresponding to market circumstance and global standard. In this study, we examine Intellectual Property, Patent and Antitrust Law which are related to standardization. This study suggests company strategy and system integration model to dispose the global standard.

Subsequently in Korea product liability has been introduced. The position of consumers for defective products have been disadvantageous. Defective products should be broght under the law. Then, while consumers would be largely protected, a producer would take the heavy responsibility by law, Therefore, a producer would not be able to take countermeasures for product liability. Object of this paper to investigate and analyze the actual state of management for product liability in advanced countries, and to join it with our quality management system.

가스의 편리성, 저공해성, 열효율성 등으로 인해 가스의 사용량이 급격히 증가한 반면 가스의 위험성에 대한 관심부족으로 가스사고는 매년 증가하고 있다. 가스사고는 엄청난 인명피해 및 재산피해로 경제적 손실뿐만 아니라 심각한 사회적 불안요소로 인식하고 있다. 사고예방을 위해서는 가스사고 위험을 줄 수 있는 원천적인 사전대책이 제도적으로 철저히 마련되어야 한다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 가스관련법의 보험에 관한 법규의 개선을 통하여 가스사고에 대한 사전예방기능을 강화하는데 그 목적이 있다.

Experimental trials were conducted using computer simulation to investigate driver's cognitional process of signals at differential speed limit. The Korean railway safety law, as it stands, is not stated the driver requirement about cognitive abilities which are able to make a positive reaction at different types of speed. Therefore, some effective alternatives suggested in this study may be used as basic data for supporting the Korean railway safety law.

항공기의 안전성과 신뢰성을 확보하기 위하여 항공기, 엔진, 프로펠러는 물론이고 항공기용 부품소재 및 장비품에 대해서도 법적인 인증이 요구된다. 미국을 비롯한 항공선진국에서는 항공기용 부품에 대해서는 부품제작자증명을 받도록 하고, 표준화된 장비품 등에 대해서는 기술표준품 형식승인을 받도록 법적으로 규정하고 있으나, 국내의 경우에는 이에 대한 법적인 인증제도를 갖추지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 미국의 부품제작자증명 제도를 분석하고 국내항공산업의 특성을 고려하여 항공기용 부품의 인증에 필요한 법적인 요건을 개발하여 항공법 개정안으로 제시하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 항공산업체의 인증시스템 구축을 지원하였다.
